Regarding garlic. A long time ago (1982), I worked for an animal hospital as a vet tech, and the veterinarian I worked for highly recommended garlic pills (500mg) for all the animals he treated. I don't know when or why the myth of garlic being dangerous or harmful came about but in the 90's I had 5 dogs I had rescued and I needed to keep them safe from fleas, etc. I gave them all garlic daily and they all lived long normal lives. In the winter I'd stop for 3 to 4 months. I had a friend who kept her German Shepherd in a doghouse while she worked during the day and she asked me for help regarding the fleas her Shepherd suffered from. I told her what the vet I worked for recommended and she started him on it and within 5 days he had no more fleas on him or in his doghouse. Seriously, I believe vets started this myth in order to make money from their clients so they'd buy more expensive products from their vets.

L-lysine for TN

L-lysine... yes! I was suffering so much with horribly severe, shocking, debilitating pain in my right cheek and under my lower right wisdom tooth, and had all the symptoms I get with a cold sore but with no actual cold sore present. I didn't recognize the other symptoms readily because the pain was so very severe. Within an hour of taking a material dose of l-lysine, I have so much relief I could cry. I need to reevaluate my diet for lysine to arginine ratio and stay aware of symptoms because, looking back, I see there was a lead-up to the pain becoming overwhelming. Once again, EC has restored my will to live! Thank you so much for this forum and thanks to all members who take time out to help others by posting their experiences. I am so grateful! <333

Thank you so very much for posting your experience with TN and taking L-lysine. I've been suffering for a week with horrible, debilitating TN pain in my right cheek and into my mandible under my wisdom tooth. After I read your post, I realized I was having a lot of symptoms that I get with cold sores but without any actual cold sores present. I already had a bottle of L-lysine on hand in case I get a cold sore so I immediately took some and within an hour, I kid you not, ALL my symptoms are starting to dissipate rapidly. All good blessings to you, tysm!

Molasses for Prostate

I have been taking a tablespoon of molasses in the morning and right before I go to bed for the last month. I am sleeping 4 to 5 hours straight with a much stronger stream. Might even help you in the ED department:)

The Importance of Stretching for Pain

My neck has been tight since I slept wrong the other day. While the ACV wrap helped with pain, I was still stiff.

I tried my wobble cushion/wiggle seat and within minutes got a couple of great pops/cracks in my neck - better than when I go to the chiropractor! I learned when I went to a scoliosis clinic for 2 weeks last year how much of my pain and/or stiffness is caused by tight muscles. Since going to that clinic I have done stretches on a regular basis and what a difference it makes.

I highly recommend a wobble cushion. You can get one on Amazon for $20. Don't get the ones that look like a disk. Get one that has a profile of an ellipse.

The chiropractic clinic had me using it twice a day for 10 minutes each time. I am sure there are YouTube videos that will show you how to use one properly.

Also on Amazon you can get a neck traction thing like they have a chiropractors. I still use the one I got from the chiropractic clinic.

My sister-in-law is a runner. She knows a lot about stretching. One time she was visiting and I mentioned my hip pain. She said it was from a tight muscle in my leg. She showed me a stretch to use with a foam roller. I was skeptical, but it worked! The tight/contracting muscle on the outside of my upper leg was stressing my hip. When I have hip pain that stretch works every time.

I am 57. I thought that a lot of my pain was from degeneration. It turns out that often my pain is from tight muscles, a much easier problem to fix!

I want to add that not all prism glasses will work. The whole topic is not well researched yet, and I learned that most optometrists, manufacture way too strong prism glasses that can actually have damaging side effects over time. So if you go down that rout, please take some time to research!

Hi Robert,

Both products are made by Dial, but are not exactly the same according to the following article link :

https://sciencing.com/difference-sodium-chlorite-sodium-chloride-8146966.html

Here is a quote from the article :

Ingredients

Dial states that Borateem is a "color-safe dry bleach." According to www.pesticideinfo.org, Borateem is 98.7 percent borax but also includes tribromsalan, a microbiocide, and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, an insecticide. Borax does not contain other ingredients.

Here is an image of Borateem :

Here is an image of 20 Mule Team Borax, the one often discussed on EC :

20 mule team borax is borateem. it is formulated and owned by a large corporation. it is marketed as 20 mule team borax. not to be confused with 100% borax. it's marketing deception. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/20_Mule_Team_Borax

Hi Hollyhock,

I use the Costco/Kirkland cat food in a purple bag. I learned that their puppy food is made by Diamond, which is a high quality food. Labeled as Kirkland it is half the price. I suspect that the cat food is the same deal - a more expensive brand sold as Kirkland.

The Bocking comfreys are genetically modified. You understand that, right? They were designed to not seed to increase yields. Some animals won't even eat #14 unless it's all they can get. And even then, some just plain won't eat it. The most complete food on the planet and animals don't want it? THAT'S why we want non-GMO plants.

Accidentally Eliminated Plantar Warts With Dr. Christopher's Ointment

Accidentally Eliminated Plantar Warts

I know that sounds good, but I was letting them come back so I could continue experimenting on them, so...

How did it happen? Apparently, by playing with Dr. Christopher's bone, flesh and cartilage formula. Or whatever it's called now...Complete...Bone and Tissue. Or Tissue and bone, one or the other. I've been putting ointment everywhere, all day long, for about 3 days. And I mean, like, "Oh! Is that a dry spot? I'm gonna massage a bunch of ointment into that! ".

It's day 4 and I've used almost half a 4 oz jar already, ROFL!

The body just eats that stuff UP! I wondered where the beeswax in the ointment went but, apparently, unfiltered beeswax has all of the properties of honey so...that would explain that. The body wouldn't take it if it didn't need it so I'm just going to keep using it until it quits sucking it in. See what happens.

I'm going to melt some, add a little castor oil and apply it to the scalp - see if it takes it all in.

Fascinating stuff! Same herbs as his anti-pla9ue/immune herbs but in equal measure (except for 1, which is double) of 4 oz to ^7 power decoctions. topped off with enough honey, garlic juice and ACV to bring it all up to a whole gallon of the stuff so...guess what I'm gonna do NEXT! ROFL!

I had these bumps not itchy or anything it was on my legs and back of arms, it was keratosis Keratosis pilaris I happened to have a bad yeast infection, and I was fed up. I decided to take a baking soda bath every evening. I would fill up the tub with warm water and add about 1 cup of baking soda and just added three or four drops of organic tea tree oil in the bath. I noticed after a few days of evening baths. All of the keratosis pillars began to disappear and my skin became super soft from the baking soda baths! I hope this helps someone.
