Is H2O2 inhalation safe for my son who is on asthma medication?

This concerns H2O2 and particularly inhalation. I read the whole post on inhalation including the warning to smokers and individuals who have had medication via inhalers. My son was diagnosed with asthma a week back and as I have previous good experiences with drinking H2O2 (it eliminated my chronic sinusitis) I gave him a very dilute solution in fruit juice. Immediately his colour picked up and he says he feels great - but he is 7 and a sunshine, and says that of every medication I give him. He takes his cortisone by inhaler 2x per day as per prescription, but he coughs chronically and suffers from constricted chest, and as he is very active he was also prescribed Ventolin (a bronchodilator). With him regularly inhaling cortisone and having inhaled the Ventolin, would I cause a dangerous situation giving him H2O2 by nebulizer? Should I rather keep giving it to him in juice?

I try to learn about natural health remedies because I teach a Health Class. I was an asthma sufferer as a child and seasonally as an adult. The main onset of my asthma would be exercise or weather. I participated in a nutrition class that eliminated certain foods from my diet (sugar, dairy, red meat/port, artificial flavors, sodas, fried foods) and noticed that during my training I did not have a need for my inhaler. Please try eliminating certain foods from your child's diet and making dairy the first. Many people are suffering from this disease and its all because of a food allergy. Also my daughter was diagnosed with eczema and I eliminated dairy from her diet VOILA!!! No more eczema. Please find a natural alternative for your child first! Allergies doesn't necessarily mean a skin rash or severe reaction. God Bless!

You might want to try a gluten-free diet for him for a couple months. I used to use inhalers and such (with 'severe asthma' and 'severe allergies' and 'severe acid reflux') even when they really helped, I'd still be coughing and obviously, in need of them as well. When I dropped gluten from my diet for awhile (by accident sort of), all of that just vanished. Since then I've heard the same report from hundreds of people in online areas I hang out in, as well as from friends and family. It's possibly the most undiagnosed "intolerance" there is. - PJ

Earth Clinic or any one who really knows if the oral % changed for 35% peroxide?

The one minute cure states up to 25 drops of 35% peroxide diluted in 8-10oz of distilled water...

Getting frustrating seeing all the different opinions. Anyone know if it has changed?

I was desperate to find something other than my rescue inhalers (7-8x/day), steriods, Adviar, Singulair, Albuterol nebulizer and whatever else I've tried throughout the 11 years since I was diagnosed with severe asthma and allergies.

I recently quit my job because my attacks had gotten so bad, I couldn't function. No health insurance, no money, I had to rely on friends' prescriptions, samples and $4 drugs from Walmart.

I found this just yesterday and tried the HP therapy in my nebulizer. INSTANTLY no more wheezing - no more coughing! I was sure I had gone nuts. I got my first solid night's sleep in ages! I woke up this morning feeling better than I had in years. I will do it again every 2 hours and see how I am tomorrow, but this is so encouraging.

Thank you so much for this site. I will read everything I can find. I hope it lasts.

I was wondering what strength of H2O2 you use in your nebulizer... The regular 3% FG? I would also like to try the nebulizer... Please let me know what strength you use... Thanks in advance, Greg

In order to use Hydrogen Peroxide for the inhaler, it must be in a ratio of 10/1 - 10 parts filtered water to 1 part H2O2. I have been using it for a black varicose vein that was not normal. It took time but it is almost gone from my ankle. It also works on tiny varicose veins. A good side effect - softer skin!!

Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Therapy. I had a terrible bout with Asthma last weekend and couldn't breathe without wheezing. Albuterol wasn't helping, even the kind using my nebulizer. I got no sleep last night and couldn't go to work today, I was so exhausted from the effort just to breathe. I got online and went to Earth clinic and did a search on Asthma. I saw the Hydrogen Peroxide inhalation and tried it. I can now breathe without wheezing. I am so glad to find something affordable as my asthma meds are so expensive, even WITH insurance! I am hoping that tonight I will be able to actually lay downn in bed instead of sitting up all night on the couch because of the wheezing and coughing. The cough isn't gone yet, but as I am at home today I plan on nebulizing with Hydrogen Peroxide several times today. Thank you for providing this forum. I will also try this method with ACV today and see what my results are.

My friend in El Salvador found out that her kids had asthma. The docotor gave her kids some medication that was literally poison for such small kids....I told her about this page that I had found, and told her about the inhalation procedure, she did not think twice, the next day she bought it and came home with it. She gave it to the kids and waited, within 0 minutes the kids got out of the bed, started walking around the house without getting exausted, the sound on their chests was gone within the next day! On the second day the kids did not have anything, nothing! She took them to the on the third day and he assumed that the medication had "healed" them, she told the doctor that she had suspended the medication already for 2 days and that she had given them 3000 milligrams of vitamin c (on the night I spoke to her) and that the next day she had given them the Hydrogen Peroxide....The doctor scratched his head, his face, and not admitting failure said that the medication must have worked a little. This thing is a miracle, a miracle, my friend says that the kids on the second day looked happy, animated and hungry. No more asthma attacks. Thank you very much for this page. I have a nebulizer which was prescribed for albuterol . I now use it for inhaling the peroxide and that seems to do an even better job. You can also put acv in the cup and inhale that also. It is a very convenient delivery system so I thought I would share it.

I have to ask exactly how do you use H202 in a nebulizer? I have been looking at these bottles of store bought and food grade H202, and am not sure what to do with them. Was told I have Cystic fibrosis, and am at the doorstep of mortality with it. Which means that CF patients have a life span of 37yrs/I am 38. NEED HELP NOW, PLEASE!

HI U KATHY, , , , , , , , , there are 2 Tbsp to 1 oz. To go from 35% to 3% you need 1 0Z of 35% to 12 oz of distilled water. So measure out 12 oz of distilled water and add 2 Tbsp of 35% H2O2 and mix. You now have a 3% solution.

Since all know I's a story teller , let me tell you my latest. Our Preacher's wife's father has emphysema and could only walk a about 10 steps and was exhausted. I suggested he do 1 1/2% H2O2 in a nebulizer. He did and it made his life miserable. She contacted me and I told him to stop the protocol. After a few days he coughed up black phlegm for a day or two and it scared his mule. About a week later he was able to walk all over his house with no problem. I have heard of this reaction before. She has always known that I was a character , but now she knows I's a pretty smart character.

An employee of mine in yester year had lung cancer and had 90% of one lung removed. He then had pneumonia about 3 times a year and each time spent weeks in the hospital. I suggested he do Bill Munro's exhalation protocol with Walmart 3% H2O2 . He did and after awhile he called me mad as a hornet. " Bob, are you trying to kill me? I have been coughing up black stuff for a week. " I told him to stop the procedure. Several years later he called me back and thanked me because he no longer got pneumonia.

You ask this on a Asthma thread and I can't help you on that topic, but I'd give it a try.

Wish you well. =====ORH=====

3% is 1/12th of 35% ( 3x12=36 Close enough). To go from 35% to 3%, you need to 1/12 of the solution-H2O2 and the other 11/12 of the solution in distilled water. 1:11 is the ratio. So if you use 1 oz of 35% H2O2, add 11 oz of distilled water and you will have 3%.

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

H2O2 Inhalation for Back Injury

I began the H2O2 inhalation therapy about a week ago. I reduced food grade peroxide to 1.5%. I found that my throat burned (severe enough that it felt like strep), like others have complained about. As a remedy for that, I sprinkled a small pinch of baking soda in my hand with some water and sniffed it. I also mixed 1/2 tsp. baking soda with 1/2 cup of water, gargled and swallowed. I got relief within minutes.

I detoxed terribly with Lugol's, recently. I thought my system was clean. Now, I am detoxing again, although, not as severe. I have had 5 days of congestion headaches, pimples in random places, sinus stuffiness, sores in my mouth, and my eyes are discharging. I received increased energy and insomnia the first few days, as many have reported.

I am using the H2O2 inhalation for back pain and peripheral neuropathy. I have noticed some decrease in pain. I pray with continued use, I will heal completely.

I would love some feedback from others that have used H2O2 for pain.

BH4

Posted by Mimi (Ashland, Or) on 10/31/2014

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12726922

This 2003 report in PubMed showed that H202 increases BH4 synthesis by stimulating the GCH1 gene. Why is this important?

- BH4 is a potent antioxidant that your body makes to clear free radicals such as peroxynitrite, to clear ammonia (from eating meat or generated by parasites) and to combat inflammation caused by injury or infections. It is essential to health.

- BH4 deficiency causes all kinds of heart disease because you need BH4 to make nitric oxide (NO) which is essential for a healthy heart and blood vessels. Recent research has shown low BH4 to be the culprit behind congestive heart failure, plaque build up, and every other CVD

- Low BH4 and NO are also responsible for diabetes and metabolic syndrome

- Low BH4 is also involved in obesity

- Epstein-Barr, HHV-6 and CMV are herpes viruses that all lower BH4.

- Aluminum lowers BH4 by blocking the recycling of oxidized BH2 back to BH4. A good reason to avoid all sources of aluminum, including canned tomatoes, soda in cans, Tums, antiperspirant, baking powder, many kinds of makeup, most drugs including anesthesia and all vaccines

- BH4 deficiency also causes depression, and has been linked to bipolar disorder and the age of onset of schizophrenia. That's because BH4 is an essential cofactor for making dopamine and serotonin.

- BH4 causes apopstatis of cancer cells

- BH4 supplementation has been found to be extremely helpful for autism (stops stimming, flapping and aggression)

- Excess BH4 can lead to pain syndromes like fibromyalgia, allodynia and rheumatoid arthritis. In these cases, supplementation with H202 (or BH4 itself) may be contraindicated.

Although I would completely agree with the last post describing just the BH4 or Biopterin Cycle I would have to say that to truly fix the all the problems described in the BH4 you must first consider how the BH4 cycle is inter-linked to the Methylation Map. The BH4 or Biopterin or Neurotransmitter Cycle consists of several important and critical body cycles that are all inter-linked and dependent on each other. See the link below for a look at the Methylation Map.

Human Methylation Map

The various body-critical cycles that are all interlinked and dependent on each other are the following:

1. The Methylation Cycle

2. Neurotransmitter or BH4 or Biopterin Cycle

3. Urea Cycle

4. Folate Cycle

5. Transulfuration Cycle

These critical body cycles also involve eating the correct nutrients to provide the correct enzymes as correct triggers for correct and healthy gene expression for each part of the cycle(s). The study of this is called Nutrigenomics. The study of what actually triggers these aberrant genes is called Epigenetics. Here are some other links which describe these critical cycles in the body:

Nutrigenomics and the Methylation Cycle

Methylation and MTHFR

Over-Methylation and Under-Methylation: Case Study

My view on the above is that after drugs research, for years, has more or less pooh-poohed and dissed the notion that nutrients from food governs our health, here we now have complete and utter confirmation by the incorporation of Nutrigenomics and Epigenetics as valid sciences into the research which work to both explain and repair these complex body cycles by discovering both critical operational enzymes and their effect on triggering aberrant genes in these cycles that lack particular nutrients(triggers) in the diet. Some of these critical enzymes, when lacking, are even capable of triggering a gene into its corrupt or aberrant weakened state.

Dr Burzynski's Cancer cure, in part, also relies on "fixing" aberrant genes that promote cancer within the Methylation Cycle as well as by using antineoplastons to increase tumour suppressor genes and suppressing or reducing oncogenes(cancer promoting genes) at the same time.

To me, all this simply illustrates the great importance of the Methylation Map wrt our health today. These two new sciences are effectively about eating healthy food resulting in balanced health and longevity with minimal disease.

And if we now tear away all the ridiculous complexity and scientific alien-speak from all this research, then we may simply conclude that Nutrigenomics and Epigenetics are both really all about the deep study of what our essential living cycles and genes desperately crave and want us to eat in order to achieve proper balanced health and longevity.

So, I have been researching holistic, homeopathic remedies for years. Finally decided to try the Bill Munro H2O2 method. So, here's a bit of my story. Life long smoker. Yo yo smoker. Quit, every 3-4 months after quitting, I get weak & start again. Though, I only have between 4-6/day, it's still too much. At 52 years old, still trying to quit the habit due to a bit of wheezing, I thought, heck, let's finally try this.

Here are my results after 2 weeks of doing regular inhalation every few hours at 5-6 pumps each.

No More Wheezing. No Chest Pains. No lung pains at all. Not only that, my breath is so much better! My spit is more watery tasting.

So, as of now, I am very pleased with these results and plan to continue this method!

I got a nasal spray, dumped it, put in the H202. Inhale it like an inhaler. Rinse my mouth afterwards & do it every few hours.

I'm also taking Zeolite, Fulvic Acid & Colloidal Silver for immune issues & the combination has been tremendous! I was told my eyes are so bright now.

This is what's working for me so far, and I'm grateful to have such a simple solution for lung issues. Now if I can go from 4-6/day to 0 forever!

I have just started using the inhalation method. I am a healthy individual and always have exercised and juiced...you know all that good stuff. However, I always had fatigue and shortness of breath, it always felt like I couldn't breath in deep enough. I am still new to this and I was super scared to try I must say, but I have so far worked my way up from one puff to 3-5 times a day. My energy is already coming back and I am starting to feel more clear in my head. I plan to continue with this and continue to work my way to 5-6 puffs 5 times a day. Thank you for all the great sharing on here, it's a little scary to try something new, when everything you read from doctor's scared the crap out of you. Cheers

Tammy, I am glad you are figuring out what works for you. Personally, the Bill Munroe h202 Inhalation method has helped me wean off Advair and now, I only use his method when I feel I have a little asthma flare up. Usually just 6 puffs, once a day a couple times a week with a 1.5% H202 solution (the rest with distilled water) in a nose sprayer bottle. I sometimes have a little cough after the spray so, I just drink some water.

I also use black seed oil (suppresses inflammation) and a liquid magnesium (Remag) that helped with my cellular nutrient uptake. I took some time to figure this out but it is worth it. My lungs feel great! I hope you can understand your body better so you can find out why your energy level is so low. I honor Bill Munroe when I can - such a kind and giving person.

I notice very few are still posting. Bill and I were friends online for 10 years. I was not sick or in need of peroxide at that time. For the last two years I have had COPD and today it is bad. I cannot walk. I use a motorized wheelchair. I am a healthy 81 year old and use a CPAP. All doctors say there is no cure but they are trying to keep it under control. I tried albuterol for months and can't say much. I also try colloidal silver but got weak and scared. Still am using albuterol and colloidal silver. Last night I tried peroxide in my nebulizer and I got weak again. I spit up and now feel fine. But I can't dress myself without puffing. And am wondering if any of you have any good news from your use.

Hello Robert from Arnaudville,

Your post cried out to me and made me sign up so I could respond.

I'm sorry to hear what you are going through. I understand as I am having the same issues. Dx with COPD and Emphysema a few years ago. Tried all the inhalors like Advair Diskus, Spireva, Combivent, etc but they were just filling me with even more bromide which I believe I was toxic with (and which gave me severe thyroid problems - cheers for iodine!! ). They never helped my breathing. I stopped using all rx meds a couple years ago.

But this year my breathing got much worse. Walking across room, standing up, even talking was difficult cause it made breathing so much worse. Waking every night about 3 am with heart pounding....very scary. I am 50 yrs old and well, didn't have much to lose at this point.

I began inhaling hydrogen peroxide (Bill Munroe's method) 5 days ago. Just using store bought right now and will switch to food grade in near future. Yes, I understand where you are coming from as I was very scared to inhale it!! But I couldn't live like this anymore since it wasn't really living. I inhaled 3 pumps. Then again 3 more pumps (that's all the breath I could manage). Did this about 6 or 7 times a day. Yesterday I noticed I could walk across room without getting out of breath! Heart racing/pounding has decreased and am sleeping better.

I had researched inhaling hydrogen peroxide on here and other places. For those who were very bad off like we are, it takes awhile. Some it took months to get to a good place. So we will need to have some patience. But even in 5 days of use, I can begin to tell a difference.

Detoxing isn't fun but coughing up junk is a good thing. I wish you the very best and will update as I go. I am sorry to hear that you lost your friend. Bill Munroe has obviously helped so many people including me now. I hope he is receiving all of God's Blessings!

There are many bright folks on this site but none to compare to the world's best natural Doctors. I challenge you to go to Dr. Frank Shallengerger's site and watch all his teaching videos and not be impressed. He will tell you what to do to have good health free of charge.

HI ALL FOLLOWING THIS THREAD...........

Here is my experience with H202. I can take 3 % if done as Bill Munro said. But if I use a nebulizer then 1 1/2% is all my lungs will stand.

From what I understand is that smokers must go slow because crud will be turned loose and you will think the world has come to an end. A smoker friend of mine did this and he no longer went to the hospital 3 X a year with pneumonia, but he went through hell clearing his lungs and called me all kind of names in this endeavor.

Thanks to all that gave some feedback. I need much at this time as I am experimenting and confident there is help out there. Shortness of breath and pounding of the heart is something I never considered would happen to me. But two years ago I was given a rubber mattress and I washed it very good, wrapped it in visqueen, sprayed inside the visqueen with flea and bed bug poison and left it in the hot sun. Later I brought it in and in my sleep I knocked over the spray poison can. The tip broke off and I inhaled a good deal of the poison. This is all I can think of that could have caused my breathing problem. Thereafter I started getting weak and had difficulty doing many things. At first I could walk 100 feet, then 75 feet then 30 feet and now I can walk 25 feet but I pay the price. I seem to have a severe breathing problem as no other. Just turning over in bed causes my heart to beat very fast. It is scary but when it levels out it feel great. OK! I tried all the prescribed stuff in the Doctor's crystal ball and I'm no better. so I'm on a quest to find an alternative treatment. The last 90 days was very intolerable. Before that I could function. Now! How long can I last like this? Have any lasted very long using HP? I have no choice but to use HP as albuterol, predersone and all the sprayers are a waste of time and money. So far HP is the best in my opinion. Yes! 3% is too strong in a nebulizer but fine in a midst sprayer. I even use some in my CPAP and oxygen concentrator. I am also taking high doses of powdered vitamin c. and occasionally a diatomaceous earth cleanse. My lungs are scarred but I'm not convinced that they cannot be restored some. My feet are starting to swell. Please post your results that relate to my cause. Thanks.

Robert: First I would suggest encapsulating that Vit-C w/ Lecithin (Liposomal Vit-C) as this method delivers maximum levels throughout the body. There are several YouTube vids on how to make lipo-c at home. Add some Quercetin to the C for energy and anti-inflammatory.

For the heart problem Hawthorn Berry, Carnitine, and CoQ10 are recommended.

If you do have pulmonary fibrosis, you will have a glutathione deficiency. To help restore GTH take 1 grm NAC before retiring fallowed by 3mg Melatonin.

To help heal the lungs ---Comfrey, Astragalus, Horsetail, and Gotu Kola herbs are recommended. Raw Bovine Lung Glandular will help.

You will very much need to take major steps at indoor air purification.

Hi Robert,

H202 is good. What others said is all good.

However to detox. Take Lobelia Tincture, half the dosage mentioned in the bottle for first dose. If you can tolerate take full dose (may be 30 drops). After the 1st day you will cough up phlegm, toxins, from the lungs. Keep continuing till you are feeling fine you will come and thank me. Lobelia secretes lung fluids and expels the adhered toxins by coughing up (what more natural than this). Hyssop, Mulien is lung healer and rejuvenator.

Comfrey is the sanjeevini of North America (if you know what sanjeevini is)

Search EC for Jack's Tea on the emphysema page. It works like a charm.

Hi RH, a while back you mentioned that you've been using a cool mist humidifier at night and that you add 1/2 cup of drugstore peroxide to the water and found that it helped you and your bride breathe through your nose all night.

I wondered if you use regular, old tap water or if you use distilled water?

Thanks!

I tried putting 1 oz of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (fghp) in one gallon of filtered water in a cool vapor vaporizer --using for asthma and copd. I got these directions from the seller of the h202. The vapor ruined my comforter cover and pillow cases and a sheet, and pajama top--small to medium size holes! I hate to think what this might be doing to my lungs. I didn't notice the holes until I washed the linens and the holes appeared. It was obviously too potent.

HI U LIZ, , , , , , what a pretty name . That was my Mississippi Grand Ma's name. My Grand Dad called her Lizzie. You know how country folks are.

Anyways, you interested in how to breath easier while sleeping. We used the # 1 acid water from our Alkaline Water Ionizer only because we did not want to scale up our humidifier. Distilled water will do just as well. Tap water will work, but it will eventually scale up your humidifier. That scale can be cleaned out with vinegar.

Hope this helps.

Not quite answering the question but may I add a little note here. In checking out the purity of the H20 that I use, I needed to know if there were stabilizers in the ingredient list, I rang the manufacturing company and lied. Told them my daughter was doing a school project and needed to know if there were any added ingredient in the product, to be told "No absolutely not". I would worry more about the stabilizers added to the peroxide as opposed to the water quality. Peroxide should clean the water by itself.

HI U TRICIA, , , , , , , , my ancestors came from Belfast way back in the early 1800's, so we kissin kin.

I would say that all 3% H2O2 bought in a brown bottle in a store has stabilizers in it. However, the fella who got EC started on this many years ago inhaled this type for 25 years and died last year at age 89. If it worked for Bill Munro, then I don't have a problem with it. That is what we used.

But, as the ole lady said who kissed a cow, " everybody to their own notion".

Thank you, Robert Henry!

I'd been using tap water but wanted to double-check to verify that it was okay to use.

My humidifier came with instructions to clean the unit's base once a week with white vinegar, and to clean the water tank with 1T of bleach mixed with water, so I've been doing that all along.

Thanks, again!

P.S. Many of my family members and friends call me "Lizzie", too. :)

In my opinion...and I'm not a doctor, but if you are inhaling it correctly, and using a good nasal mist pump bottle, I cannot see where you wouldn't have an easier time breathing. I would imagine if you are severe...you may not be getting it deep enough into your lungs. I think you are on the right track. Most of the articles I have read on this...and I have read many, ...they say you sometimes will have a little discomfort as it may be stirring up all the toxins and bacteria and it takes time to expell it. I was on the drinking method for a month due to having problems with bacteria in my stomach a lot. My fifth day, I vomited nothing but bile and bacteria. That was suppose to happen and it meant it was working on me. Same thing I would imagine applies. You have very little space in your lungs and it may take time to clear your situation up. I wish you all the luck in the world. I have researched for over a month straight on all these h2o2 therapies and I have not found anyone who didn't have some type of success out of it. And trust me...I looked. I love this and I am so happy to have found this...I won't ever stop and I will be 54 next month. My son is 28 and he has major issues where he can't breathe thru his nose at night...and sometimes during the day. I am putting him with a humidifier at night in his room. Will update soon.

It is a humidifier, not a nebulizer that ruined my bedding. Thank you

Hello, I have pulmonary fibrosis and want to try the peroxide inhalation method, I just want to know if I use the 3% food grade raw and how many times a day do I inhale? I'm not sure if I dilute the 3% or not can you help.

EC: Please see instructions and videos on our inhalation page.

In the research I have done on this site and others it says Tap water is not okay to use with HP nor spring water, Distilled is best and what is always recommended. Reasons given are non distilled waters have minerals or may have fluoride treatments etc and this counteracts the effectiveness of the HP, i.e. reduces its effectiveness, so can no longer produce the desired effects on the body.

Was that 3% or 35% used in humidifier? it must have been 35%, which would be way too strong undiluted and could do that. On this site it clarifies ratios when using 3 % or 35% and even percentages in between. You can print them off or copy them. Good Luck and best wishes in future.

I'm confused. Bill Munro inhales 3%. I thought this was ok. This what I use though it real tasted bad. If I water down I just need to inhale more to get the same affect. Is there a manual in HP inhaling techniques and doses?

Hi, I would imagine that If the strength is weaker then you would need to inhale more than that if 3% strength. It does taste awful and nips my throat inhaling it at 3% and makes me cough and splitter using with a nebulizer. I can report though that just after using it for 2 days I feel much more oxygen in my body. As for the taste, try sucking a mint while you are inhaling it. Good luck.

I have been using Bill Murry's spray hydrogen peroxide for about 6 months. I also bought a Flutter, which is a mucus clearance device. The both of them have really helped. I use the huff to try and get air under the congestion to get it up. The hydrogen peroxide helps with the any lung infection. Hope this helps.

haveing read lots about taking hydrogen peroxide. I tried the nasel spray method. and didn't think it very good, so I wundered if it could be taken like a steam inhailer so that it goes in the lungs like a vapour inhailer, via a tube with a cooler along the tube simalar to the gaget the arabs do there smoking.

i would be greatfull for your reply. yours truly brian c jeffs.

The nasal inhaler is suppose to be used in the mouth not up the nose. In Bill Munro's video he explains that using a nasal inhaler emits a fine spray so is easily inhaled via the mouth into the lungs. Hope that helps.
