I came down with pneumonia Jan 2007. Doctors at the urgent care gave me Factive and it cleared up the pneumonia at first. Then around summertime (same year) I developed a chronic cough which I felt was from the initial pneumonia. Around Novemeber I came down with full blown bronchitis, or some kind of a lung obstruction. I ran into Bill's HP treatment protocol and everything is fine now. What a rough year I had in 2007 regarding my health. This was especially difficult for a guy that has never been sick in his life. I will never stop using HP again. All of this suffering could have been stopped months ago. Thanks again Bill and Earth Clinic....

Hi everyone, I'd like to add an update on my uses of HP. I use the inhaled method, 10 squirts, twice in a row, usually 2 or 3 times a day,and am so very happy with it. I no longer have bronchitis! I was dignosed with Graves disease Dec 06 which caused terrible jitters and rapid heartbeats. I inhale the HP when this happens and within minutes the jitters and rapid heartbeat subside! I can't thank Earthlink.com enough! I tell all my friends about HP and to email Bill Munro, and I tell that Bill will call them back promptly! A special thanks to Bill!

I have been a Respiratory Therapist for 13 years. The H2O2 may be benefiting those with poor lung function but those with normal lung function should be saturating in the high 90's anyway. Normal lung function and hemaglobin supply 98-99% of the capacity of the hemaglobins ability to carry oxygen. It can not carry more then 100%. I do believe the H2O2 has benefical properties (due to my own research). However, I don't believe it is do to the increased O2 to the body. It is probably more due to the antibacterial and antiviral properties of the H2O2 that produce these desired results.

I have a friend who had been diagnosed with Mesothelioma and he spent his life savings of over 450K on modern medical treatments that got him nowhere. He then searched the internet with a relative that is an R.N. and found out about Hydrogen Peroxide therapy. He used the food-grade hydrogen peroxide, a few drops in his drinks and also Coral Calcium and a few months or so later...walah...NO CANCER!!! I believe the HP cleansed his body/lungs and the Coral Calcium strengthened him. Thank God that he found this! He is a really neat guy!

You need an assessment of your health. Go to jingherbsanalysis.com and do TCM assessment, then set up a free 15 min. Consult with them or $150 consult, they will give you a $150 certificate, so it is still free. I have tried to find an online diagnostic service where you answer close to 1000 questions about your health and symptoms, but have no luck so far. I used them in 2006-07, they are in Hawaii and it is all computerized. If I find it I will let you know. You need to know what is going on. Resetting your body is another way to go, but google about it. Ice water showers is all I know. You need to stress your body enough for it to reset itself and that is something you need to decide for yourself. With too many symptoms you need to step back and evaluate it from the holistic approach. You did not tell anything about yourself, symptoms, the approach would be different if you are 25 or 65.

I have chronic bronchitis. MDs almost killed me. They failed to diagnose hypothyroid disease for years until I was almost dead. All they did was prescribe antibiotics for years, which ruined my entire body and my health. It's been a long road back, but now I'm much healthier. H2O2 was a huge part of my recovery in ALL areas.

I use 1/2 H2O2 (Buy 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide at Whole Foods) and 1/2 distilled (DO NOT use tap) water in my nebulizer cup. Inhale this for 15 minutes. If this is too strong or too long for you, work up to it. I use it every other day.

You also might want to try Probiotics and/or organic Apple Cider Vinegar (2 TBSP/DAY) for your intestinal problems. Also buy a juicer! Veggie juice will help cure everything! Get rid of ALL junk food-sugar, flour, anything processed. Eat organic as much as you can.

Best advice, find a good integrative MD and stay away from conventional MDs. I would be dead by now if I was taking medical advice from them. Also read online the symptoms of hypothyroid. If you think you have it, find an integrative DR. who will actually listen to you, and prescribe these hormones.

Hello. I wanted to give you an update for another hydrogen peroxide inhalation cure. I wrote in a couple of weeks ago about how it stopped my flu in its tracks after a few hours (yes, I never got sick). Well, last night while I was asleep, my left neck muscle and shoulder blade went into a spasm. It was very painful and even more so when I got up in the morning. I went around yelping like a dog every time I moved my head or left arm. Anyway, after a few hours of this, I suddenly remembered that Bill M had written about how he used his remedy to stop a muscle spasm. I got out my little sinus spray bottle filled with h202 and did 6 quick squirts into my mouth (I like to hold my breath as long as possible after I spray and then spit out the left over peroxide). The excruciating pain jolts went away almost immediately and my neck and shoulder were back to normal after a few hours. Actually I can't tell you how long it took because I forgot about it until tonight when I realized that not only did I have no pain, but I had full mobility of my neck! I have had this same spasm occur lots of times over the years and it usually takes a good 2-3 days to recover. I LOVE THIS REMEDY!

Muscle spasms/leg cramps

In the middle of the night, I am often awakened by horrific leg cramps (calves). I, too, remembered the Bill M. peroxide inhalation....took out my handy-dandy nasal spray bottle with 3% peroxide, and inhale about four sprays at once, and hold my breath as long as I can. The pain disappears within ten seconds. This works for me, and might help someone else.

Here is my protocol - with anything respiratory or sinus related. Look up Dr. Brownstein - he developed this protocol in the 90's……I use it and haven't gotten sick -

You Need:

1. A desktop nebulizer with a nose and mouth mask

2. 3 ml normal saline solution

3. Two drops of 2% Lugol's Iodine

4. One drop of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide.

Always keep these items on hand - nebulize as needed!

I am 68 and currently fighting Cov. I have always been prone to bronchitis which can turn into bronchial infection and/or pneumonia. I feel it is leaning toward pneumonia and I've been told to nebulize hydrogen peroxide.

All I have is the usual 3% solution, but even I've been told I can use this, I should dilute it with saline. I only have a nasal saline solution that is 0.65% sodium chloride solution. Does anyone know how to use these?

Here's what I used for Covid - mine lasted 8 months.

I purchased Ayr saline and used two ways.

First emptying it out and filling it with FOOD grade 3 percent

hydrogen peroxide and inhaling it into lungs as shown in video on this website.

Ayr saline with two drops 5 percent lugols solution as a protective nose spray.

I used mucinex to remove fluid from lungs - warning this can be intense. I had copious fluid in my lungs that caused my voice to change, and coughing everyday for hours. Does it work yes, but you will be coughing up a lot of fluid.

Eucalyptus steams for lung. Boiled distilled water, no more than two drops of eucalyptus ESSENTIAL oil, NOT fragrance oil which is synthetic. Boil water, add to bowl with drops of essential oil. Let cool for a few minutes and steam lungs as long as you can.

Ipratropium Bromide nasal solution spray, if you are getting

runny nose which can land in the chest. This works and is very helpful.

I was diagnosed with COPD because doctors couldn't figure out how to help me. I did not use steroids!

I see many questions about 'nebulizers'.

Here's what my research showed; I also contacted Dr Clark's Store and asked questions (below):

DR CLARKs NEBULIZER

Use a nebulizer:

A nebulizer is a device that turns liquid solutions into vapors for inhalation. Compounds can be used in a nebulizer to help localize the delivery of the treatment to the lungs during times of respiratory distress, unlike an oral treatment that first has to go through the digestive tract before it can be delivered to the organs. Nebulize 3 ml of a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and 1 drop of Lugol's iodine every 1-2 hours throughout the day at the first sign of respiratory distress. Nebulizers are readily available online. Follow the manufacturer's operating instructions as models can differ.

=============

NEBULIZER Q&A

I saw Dr Clark's nebulizer instructions (below). Are these instructions for 'this particular' nebulizer? Also, do I add any other liquid to the dose below and is 3% 'food grade' peroxide is ok to use,? Thank you.

INSTRUCTIONS: Nebulize 3 ml of a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and 1 drop of Lugol's iodine every 1-2 hours throughout the day at the first sign of respiratory distress.

+++++

Response: Hi: Thank you for contacting us! Yes the directions you received are for this particular nebulizer, and you will only add the hydrogen peroxide and lugols iodine to the dose and Yes, 3% food grade peroxide will be okay to use for the nebulizer. If you have any further questions plesae let us know!

Kind Regards, Priscilla Customer Service Representative

ALSO...here's the dilution formula for 35% peroxide: 11oz Distilled Water : 1oz 35% Food Grade Peroxide = 3% solution

Is it important to get food grade hydrogen peroxide as opposed to the "brown bottle" 3% for a nebulizer?

Editor's Choice

In response to an old post in the asthma section inquiring if anyone had used peroxide in a nebulier:

Yes, I tried nebulizing 3% hydrogen peroxide because I had a cough that would not go away (no help from doctors), and it was getting worse by the month. I tried many other things via nebulizer but nothing worked until I used OTC regular hydrogen peroxide in an Omron Micro Air nebulizer (palm sized, silent, battery operated).

I took a deep breath and spent the next two minutes trying to catch my breath. I realized caution was in need so took more shallow breaths and finally deeper breaths. That cough went away and never came back! I now use 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide available from Swanson Vitamins.

It seems you all use a pump to back of throat. Have any if you used a nebulizer? Because I ordered it an it looks like it has a mask type that I think covers both nose and mouth. And I read here you aren't supposed to get it into your nose. So I'm confused....

Hi Aurelia –

Actually, Dr. Brownstein (holistic doctor) just wrote on his blog about nebulizing 3% hydrogen peroxide for coronavirus. He gives the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to saline solution that he uses in his clinic. https://www.drbrownstein.com/there-is-still-hope-out-there-v:-more-about-nebulizing/

He doesn't mention whether to use a mask or a mouthpiece. Perhaps someone who already has a nebulizer can answer your question. Good luck!

I use the nebulizer just like I would if using Albuterol for inhalation with the regular mouthpiece. I use the 3% H2O2 from Walmart. Definitely reduces cold/flu distress.

My mum & I both used a nebuliser with HP solution when we had covid, it has a mask covering our mouth&nose. No worries with it. I found that the vapour rising up from the mask would aggravate my eyes so would sit with my eyes closed or use my hand to deflect vapour away from eyes.

I just use one of those little usb rechargeable facial misters. They're still only about 6-7 USD on Amazon and I have one that I use and others for backup. And I just use the regular H2O2 in the brown bottle and only inhale one breath, every once in a while (mostly after being out in public). It's a fog-type mister but the H2O2 stores fine in its little glass tube.

It does evaporate but the last time I refilled it was probably over a month ago and I just did it and its still fine. It only holds 30 ml and is only about half full, having evaporated some. Plus, I don't fill it to the top so...

Even with just one breath, I still get a boost and that extra little zip it gives you.

Keep in mind that natural medicine is every bit as commercial as big Pharma - and there are other crossovers, as well, but most tinkering and alarmist crap are just marketing. Whether someone is marketing themselves, as "smart" or otherwise "special" or marketing a product.

I've never attached my work to my income. My roots are in simple herbalism, which is using what's available, alone, and in many different ways for different issues and to elicit different effects. You don't need to have money to throw away on "additives" or fancy stuff to be well. Poor people also want to be well. And they can be.

Hence, my lifelong quest for the secret to thriving and surviving with little-to-no food, water OR medicine for long periods of time. Which isn't even a secret but, rather, maligned by just about everyone because the answer is urine and drinking every drop you produce.

In fact, I suspect the body actually has a mechanism for cycling it, internally. A mechanism that may be triggered by simply drinking it in times of very low activity until it stops being expelled. Like a sort of "hibernation" mode.

There have always been stories, all over the world, of solitary mountain people who live without food or water and whose ages are counted in centuries or, sometimes, in remote areas, even millennia rather than years. Most call them "folk tales", these days, but I have my suspicions about that. There is simply no law of physics that need be broken for that to happen.

Technically. H202 will kill any virus or bacteria it comes into contact with. I think it will do a great job of making the mouth and mucus membranes a very unfriendly place for a virus to breed. Follow some of the protocols for mouth rinsing and ear rinsing daily, and you decrease your chances of getting such an infection. Once you have it internally, I think H2O2 is less effective than the Lipisomal High dose Vitamin C taken orally, then switch to Colloidal Silver in the nebulizer several times a day and NO virus will survive in your system. I really wish the media would talk about these "cures" that the Chinese are using on their population with success.

If I get a twinge in my throat I do a spray to the back of the throat and spit out the foam

I don't see why not. A vapor nebulizer does create a fine mist, which is important to get it as deep into your lungs as possible. The important question or warning is about inhaling it into your nose and sinus passages. I'm no expert, but I keep reading that one should NOT inhale via the nose thus getting it into your sinuses. I suspect that the oxidizing nature of H2O2 can, and will eat through your delicate nasal membranes over time, and with too high a concentration of peroxide. That is just a common sense response. I could be wrong.

Replied by Volker

From my understanding: It's a question of concentration/dilution. The advice not to spray in the nose is related to the undiluted 3% HPO. It will irritate too much. I use a 1% solution to spray in the nose and a 0.5% solution in a nebulizer. When nebulizing, I breath through the nose (also closing one nostril at a time) as well as through the mouth.

Having suffered with reflux, and stomach ulcers, I was afraid the hydrogen peroxide would irritate my throat, and cause the ulcers to come back, so very nervously for the first time I tried drinking 9 drops of the 3% in distilled water, I got a lot of white foam in my mouth, and felt sick, and had a burning sensation down my throat, but only had taken two mouthfuls I think perhaps I used too little distilled water, I put the rest in the bath, Yesterday I only took 1 drop, and increased it gradually to three, and felt comfortable with that. I was just fine. Now today I put 9 drops in distilled water and boiled it to inhale for about ten minutes, it was very relaxing and I felt happy that it wasn't going down into my stomach but straight into my lungs. I will do this again this evening, and see how I'm feeling. I have had a recent diagnosis of a lump on my appendix, and I also have osteoarthritis, while experiencing bouts of inflammation to my joints, I'm hoping for some improvement with this treatment.
