Apple Cider Vinegar, H2O2

I am new to taking ACV and after one month I am very satisfied with the progress I have had.

I have oral lichen planus and trying desperately to get rid of it. So I purchased a gallon of H2O2. I have also been a heavy smoker for 40 years and have tried hypnotherapy to quit.

My first try lasted 7 weeks, and I am going again for another session in 2 days. With that being said, here is my question. What is the schedule that I can follow to take my AVC and H2O2. I know that there should be 6 hours in between because one is an oxidant and the other is an antioxidant.

Question: If I take my h2o2 when I wake at 4:00 am, and then take my ACV at 10 am, when can I take my next dose of H202?

I also tried OP last week, and the next day my glands were like lemons, so I have postponed, thinking that the h202 should be the 2nd therapy, leaving the OP as my 3rd (IF THAT IS POSSIBLE TO DO ALL 3) option until my body adjust.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who contributes on this site, other than my grandchildren, this has truly been a blessing.

Thanks for your input you guys have helped me so far so much.

It appears they may counter each other because of what Ted says below.

https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/remedy-combinations.html

Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "No. Hydrogen peroxide will neutralize the vitamin C and other organic compounds in the apple cider vinegar. It is best taken for hydrogen peroxide with water alone, or at least 6 hours apart.

The reason is simple, hydrogen peroxide is an oxidant, while apple cider vinegar and baking soda is an antioxidant.

You can however, mix drops of hydrogen peroxide with baking soda in a drinking water. It creates a more alkaline form of peroxides which can also detoxify the body of accumulated poisons built up in the liver."

Sorry folks I'll have to rephrase my post, I don't mean putting the H2O2 drops in the ACV I just meant drinking ACV while I am on the HP. thanks.

Hi all, I have just started taking H2O2 (2nd week), my question is, can I also drink ACV at the same time or will one upset the other? thanks in advance, Peter.

EC: See the thread we put your question on for an old post from Ted on the subject.

I am reading alot of information right now about the benefits of ACV & H202 and how some folks are able to mix these together my question is can I just use the H202 that you would buy at the drug store for a buck? And if so what would be the recommendations on how much water to use with ACV & H202 and do u do this 1x a day in the morning? Also I seen some others had suggestions to add to OJ to cut the taste does anyone else have any other suggestions on how to cut the taste? OJ kills my heartburn but I do want to try the ACV for my heartburn amongst other things that it can help u with along with H202. Any and all suggestions or directions would be so gratefully appreciated. Also going to have my hubbie use the ACV for athelets foot he's had it since we have been together which is close to 8 years but I know he's had it much longer then that so going to have him try it & will post his results once I am able to sucessfully able to convince him LOL.

Hello

No do not use hydrogen peroxide from the drug store it has additives that are not ment to be used internally. Google Guardian Of Eden they have the kind that you can use internally, but it is 35% and has to be diluted with distilled water down to 3 or 3.5 percent. Use only food grade Hydrogen Peroxide.

Hi everyone
I love this site, it is very reassuring to see that a lot of people take their health seriously out of the hands of doctors! I like to ask a question. Is it possible to do a H202 cure and take the cider vinegar also? can we do both together?
A hospital should also have a recovery room adjoining the cashier's office.

Hello Ted.

I found your reviews very interesting and helpful.

I have started to take the following:

10 drops of HYDROGEN PEROXIDE 4 times a day
1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider VINEGAR in a cup with 1/4 cup of water 2 times a day.

Just by taking the ACV I have had a complete change in how I feel!!!! :)

So my questions are:
- how long should I continue this
- what other supplements should I take?
I currently take a
-prenatal vitamin (because of vitamins, not because I am looking to get pregnant)
-milk thistle x1 daily

What else should I take?
What should I be monitoring? (ex urine ph?)

Thank you so much, words cannot describe how I am feeling right now. What a difference this has made.

Regards

Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Vitamin C, Baking Soda, H2O2

Apple cider vinegar, liquid unpasturized honey, vitamin C, sodium bicarbonate and drops of 29% food grade hydrogen peroxide mixed into a yerba mate tea base has now been personally consumed for ten years. The effects have been most beneficial to my health and well being. Consumed instead of coffee it is a wonderful pick me up to start the day. This should be followed with water through the day as the tea is cleaning the pipes. The sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is used to adjust the acidity and flavour (pinch or two). The honey should not be put into a too hot tea 114F max to retain it's full benefits. One of honey's main attributes is that when diluted with water the presence of hydrogen peroxide is tested for to determine the quality, the higher the value for h2o2 the higher the quality of the honey and it's healing properties. H2o2 and honey have a special relationship as long as certain enzymes are still abundant. Honey will also take up h2o2 and act as a carrier. All the other ingredients are rich in anti-oxidants, meaning they assist in controling oxidation and oxidative stress also preventing oxygen free radical damage. The amount of h2o2 mixed in should always begin with 1 or 2 drops and carefully progress up from there. There is nothing that will prevent you from contacting pathogens but how they are dealt with is dependant on your immune response and wether you were affected or never even noticed. Food poisoning was another interesting situation.

We got it as a family my son who drinks the least water and no h2o2 with colloidal silver (cs) was affected for four days.

My daughter who drinks some cs water and bathes in h2o2 (2 cups 29%/ tub) was affected for two days.

My wife who drinks more cs water than my daughter and bathes in h2o2 was affected two days but was better than my daughter.

I had a slight churning of the intestines and an extra bowel movement a couple of hours after the suspect meal. So I never skipped a beat and was able to take care of the other less fortunate souls. There was also a benefit to adding a bit of cs to the water and to consuming an adequate amount of the water.

Please look at the [one of the] above posts where Ted's is quoted explaning that the ACV and OxPer should not be mixed as the OXPer neutralizes the vitamin C in ACV but like 6 hours apart.

Apple Cider Vinegar, Iodine

Posted by Special01 (Indianapolis, In, Usa) on 05/26/2011

Is there any harm in taking Apple Cider Vinegar and iodine not together but in the same day?

Replied by Sheila

I can't positively say that ACV and iodine did this, but I suspect that ACV and taking iodine in the same day for a period of 2 weeks made my immune system, with my current physical health, hyperactive, and resulted in acute urticaria with angio-edema (self Dx'ed), an auto-immune reaction.

I had been taking very low doses of iodine a day for a month and a half, then started increasing the strength (from 700 mcg to 6 mgs of Lugol's) to determine my highest threshold. In the meantime, I was reading Jarvis' book Folk Medicine and in that last week of taking iodine, I added ACV to my regimen.

It's taken 6 weeks to completely recover from my symptoms, and I still feel twinges of itching. Lots of histamine, dry skin and some swelling.

If you're going to use ACV and iodine in the same day for a length of time, I'd use moderation, keep to low doses for a while, AND keep a detailed accounting of what you're using/doing and what you're eating.

You can probably find my postings to piece together my experience with this if you search "Sheila, San Diego, CA".

Apple Cider Vinegar, Medicinal Mushrooms

The other night I took 100mg Zinc/3mg Copper w/ popcorn and finished w/ 200mg ACV tab ---no problem. About an hr later I took 4 mushroom complex (Maitake, Shitake) and crashed asleep thereafter for about an hr and woke with a bad headache that lasted about 18hrs. Maybe some other personal factors, but could there be an interaction between ACV and medicinal mushrooms?

Bentonite Clay, Colloidal Silver

Posted by Max (Vancouver, British Columbia ) on 10/15/2011

If I'm drinking or inhaling colloidal silver, and thus have the particles in my blood and/or digestive system, and I'm also ingesting calcium bentonite clay, does the bentonite not absorb the colloidal silver? -making it counter productive to take both medicines at the same time?

Borax, Hydrogen Peroxide

Is it alright to mix my teaspoon of borax solution (1teaspoon borax mixed with 1litre water) with my glass of water that has food grade peroxide drops?

As far as I can tell that should be fine as the borax is not organic material per say, and should not cancel out the peroxide.

Hi Joe...Your remedy combination shouldn't cause problems and shouldn't minimize it's effects -- but don't forget to take a "rest" from taking the water remedy for a couple of days every week.

Also, the only reason I use Epsom Salts in my water remedy is that this is the only one available and easy to buy in the Philippines where I live. Epsom salts is better used for Transdermal Magnesium Therapy. The best forms of magnesium to supplement are mag chloride, mag citrate and mag gluconate. Magnesium Chloride seems to be the best all-round form of magnesium to take as a supplement in solution -- because it simply has more beneficial properties than any other form of magnesium salt (because of the Chloride part of the molecule).

Hi Bill, Magnesium Chloride is available where I live, I bought it in a local drug store (sold by weight). It looks more crystalline than flaky and has an 'oily' texture to itthough, I'm guessing it might be from the sea. I just bought it recently and made Mag Oil and it is quite effective.

Borax, Lemon Water

Posted by Emmet (Alice, Tx) on 08/31/2012

Hi Ted, I was just wondering can I mix the borax with my litre of lemon-water? I was afraid it may interact with it. The lemon water is supposed to be alkalizing and it would make it both easier to drink and allow me to do two things at once. I usually drink lemon-water throughout the day anyway.

Borax, Lugol's Iodine

I am aware of the protocol of using a little bit of borax in a liter of water and drinking it throughout the day. But this is impractical for me for various reasons so I am taking borax in a different way.

I prepare my drinking water in a 6 liter jug. I add Lugols iodine to this, and some borax. Shake the bottle well. And this is what I drink with my meals and in between meals.

So, I wonder if this will still get me the benefits of both Lugols and borax. What I don't know, is does the iodine chemically react with the borax to render it useless for health? And vice versa?

Maybe someone who knows a bit about chemistry could respond.

Thanks.
