Lately I have been having a hell of a time with digestive issues. Not sure what is going on -- it may be that I am eating way too much hormone injected chicken and turkey now that I moved in with my partner, who has to eat meat at least once a day or he gets sick. On the other hand, I ate a Trader Joe's garlic naan last week at home with a homemade curry and woke up to extreme abdominal pain and brain fog. Second time that happened with the naan, will have to check the ingredients next time I go. So perhaps I am allergic to wheat now. I don't know. At any rate, after a week of snail's pace recovery with Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda, molasses, etc., I decided to a) eat vegetarian and b) do Bill Munro's h202 inhalation therapy. I started the peroxide therapy yesterday at about noon. By 8pm the brain fog that I have had for a week disappeared. This morning, exactly 24 hours later, my digestive tract finally feels back to normal. No more abdominal pain. I did 6 pumps of 3% h202 (drugstore brand) every 2- 3 hours. I think eating only rice and vegetables the last few days was helpful too. Yahoo!

Hi Jonna, don't give up on the wheat yet! If you are eating bleached flour bread, try going to l00% whole wheat bread. If the problem decreases, then work on eliminating all bleached flour products, and this takes some thought because a lot of noodles, pastas, thickening in soups, dressings, sauces, saltine crackers contain bleached flour. Also, before you give up on eating chicken and turkey, read the ingredients on the package (even on the raw chicken that you have to take home and cook). If it lists chicken broth, natural flavors or natural flavoring package contains monosodiumglutamate.

I have started using Bill Munro's method but find that the doses I inhale are too small to kill off the bacteria and I still produce a lot of phlegm and/or mucus that is (most of the time) difficult to get rid if. Bill states that one must inhale a level of oxygen that kills the bacteria only then will there be relief. The question is to what levels? Has anyone experience with this? How many pumps does one apply each time or does one keep going till the right dose is found? Your comments will be much appreciated.

I think you should follow Bill Munro's dosage suggestions or at least work your way up to them & have patience. Everyone's body is different. Disease & other health problems can affect people differently. Look for other ways to improve your health as an adjunct to the HP therapy. By reinforcing your immune system in other ways, you may help to boost the efficacy of the HP therapy. Eat healthier & more simply. If your body is spending too much time digesting processed food & trying to remove dietary & enviromental toxins from the body, it cannot devote the needed time to heal itself. That is why many people don't get the same results as others. Excess phlegm and/or mucus may just be part of the body's way of cleansing itself. You can reduce your HP dosage until the mucous level drops or you can take other natural aids to further cut the levels of excess mucus that is being produced. Things like lemon juice in a glass of water can often help, as well as other natural remedies. The key point is to continue your HP therapy so that you can continue to improve.

Herman, I have asthma and was about to go on oxygen when I found this site. After 5 days of using Bill Monroe hp inhalation thearpy I'm much better. However I've kept a crock pot full of distilled water and 1 oz 35% hydrogen peroxide heating on high by my chair I believe that has helped too. Tomorrow I'm getting a cool air humidifier to add the hp as a nightime aid. I'm coughing and wheezing much less. This site has been of a real value to me. If I can't find 35% hp around here, I will order online. Good Luck

Are there any people who still visit this board? I'm diagnosed with emphysema and been on Anoro and repliclick for a year but the symptoms are getting worse so today I decided I'll try Bill's method but I'm nebulizing. Today is my first day and I'm coughing up all kinds of nasties...Breathing seems a bit easier but sleeping will be the problem. Hopefull now but it's never been this bad.

Wayne, I can only speak to asthma but, here are are some things I certainl would all together..... if you want to do a complete turnaround.

1. Stop all sugar. Very inflammatory

2. Take a vegetable based vit d with k2 drops a couple times a day (Vit D is a steroid).

3. Drink a couple glasses of green juice daily. Kale, spinach, celery.

4. Take magesium l-threonate to calm the system

5. 1 tsp of nigella sativa, black seed oil, 2x a day to keep your lungs clear.

This is what I do daily. Haven't had an asthma attack in 2 years.

HI U WAYNE, Bill used 3% in his spray bottle. That is too strong for a nebulizer. Use 1 1/2 % instead. Smokers need to go very slow. Have used this protocol for about 12 years and still perkin. ====ORH====

Robert you said to use the 1 1/2 % hp, I have the 3% in brown bottle, do I just mix the 3% 50-50 with distilled water to get the 1 1/2 %, my breathing is not good at all(yes I am a smoker unfortunately) and I want to try this. thanks

I have been struggling and suffering with a severe acute case of asthma/bronchitis for 2 years. (have had it all my life but non stop relentless for past 2 years) It has been exhausting, frustrating and left me feeling defeated at times. I don't want to get too hopeful because there have been so many let downs for me in the past 2 years through our modern medicine community regarding my condition.

I've had 3 pulmonologists, 2 ENT'S and a gastroenterologist trying to figure this out. I've been through antibiotics, steroids, asthma inhibitors, nasal steroid sprays, nebulizer of albuterol and saline mixture, multiple CTscans, methacholine challenge (which came up negative! ) bronchoscopy procedure, upper/lower gi scope with bravo implant to rule out reflux, and a surgery to the ethmoid, frontal and sphenoid sinuses. I'm probably leaving out something. All that within a 2 year span!

I began taking Vegan Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK7) Liquid Drops, Magnesium L-Threonate, and Monolaurin Supplement- 3000mg on Thursday evening. Friday evening my Black Cumin Seed Oil Softgels – 1,000mg were delivered and I added that to my regimen.

By Saturday night.....the wheezing that plagued me at night and would send me into coughing fits to almost tears.....was gone!!!! Sunday night no wheezing! My daytime coughing is MUCH less severe than it was and it's only Monday. After surviving 2 years of this, I'm hesitantly optimistic. But part of me can't help but to be full of joy over the possibility of relief! I wish I could thank you personally and I hope you see this so you know that you've changed my life for the much better. Thank you!!!

It may help for the 1st week of treatment to sleep in an adjustable chair, at least until you stop coughing up all the toxins. Cancers, viruses Can't live in oxygen rich environment! Have you included Oxygen therapy? Best 2 you!

Glad I came across this website. I began Oxygen Therapy (known as Brown's gas too) and I coughed more nasty stuff off my chest. I will try this Mr. Munro's protocol... God bless him and earthclinic for sharing this helpful tip.

I've used Bill Munroe's method for over a year - yes, I was a long time smoker and had emphysema - and it is the simplest and most effective thing I ever did. Plain old $l.00 a bottle - right - and I spray while inhaling approximately 6 times a day. I stopped taking my Albuterol many months ago. That bottle of 3% is the answer. No messing with measuring anything! Please! Everyone who has breathing problems for any reason at all - give this a try!! As far as I'm concerned, Bill Munro saved my life.

Im alex im 37 yo, I started HP inhalation since 2 weeks, I can notice a great boost of energy when I take it. When I take in the morning it wakes me up instantly, no need for coffee.

I have been inhaling peroxide for about a month now-the first couple of weeks I was sick with laryngitis (I believe that was my body's way of getting rid of bacteria). Now when I inhale it, I only experience the positive effects of it once in awhile. The very first day I did it, I felt more alert, then I was sick with laryngitis, now I only feel alert and more energy once or twice a week (I am inhaling it every 4 hours or so and 5-7 sprays). Am I doing it wrong? Any feedback would be appreciated!

To Pam: I have been doing the peroxide inhalation on and off for the last 2 years and can tell you it doesn't necessarily give you more energy if you have candida and fungus issues. The peroxide is superb for viruses though. Try an anti-yeast diet and you should feel more energy within a few days!

I've used Bill Munro's inhalation method using food grade hydrogen peroxide diluted down to 3 percent in purified water for a short time now. It seems to pick up my energy quite well.

Now I read Ted from Bangkok who states that the right mix is .5 per cent. And that 3 per cent is too much.

I read about this on the internet, inhaling hydro. perx. and I tried it. I did not use the full strength, I was too afraid. Anyway, I am seventy years old and I only had one hour of sleep that night, and I had to watch my two year old granddaughter and to my amazement, I was not sleepy and did not one time get tired,,,,,, and I would have been sooooo tired, running after her. I am so amazed with the results and I will tell everyone,,, its a miracle..... is there anymore that I can research about hydro? i will continue to use it every day, and now my husband is going to try it....... if only people knew about this, wow...... thanks, marlene

I have been experimenting with several remedies. I have been doing the HP inhalation for a few weeks now but only when fatigued. I use a throat spray bottle and spray a few times until I cough while inhaling, that seems to be the only way that I can determine that it's not just coating the back of my throat. I notice that it works almost immediately to get me out of that "desperately need more sleep" haze. It lifts that "heavy" feeling. I tried it again 2 days ago when I only got 4 hours of sleep with the intent that if I did the HP inhalation and it worked AGAIN then I would be convinced. I'm completely convinced for fatigue purposes at this time. I intend to increase my usage soon.

Also, I read where someone mentioned using iodine on cysts. I am using it on a cyst (may be caused by an ingrown hair or not!)on my shin, about the size of the circumferance of a sharpie marker. I started this a few weeks ago and was applying the iodine once a day for about 3 days straight. Then I forgot about it. I just happened to look this morning and it has shrunk by about half and the skin on top just peeled off. I will be starting up again today to see if I can get rid of it completely over the next week or so.

I have Candida but no insurance and I was trying a product that has been rated as the number 1 recommended product. Unfortunately, it felt like my kidneys were not happy about it so I had to get off of it. I am going to try some other methods to see if it helps. I'll post when I know more.

I've been doing Vinegar/soda and inhaling peroxide. Inhaling hydrogen peroxide is helping the problem I've had with fatigue for a long time. I'm not sure if it's actually helping the cold I've had for almost three weeks or not (some of it could be from detoxifying?). I did double the amount I've been giving my husband last night and it's the first night in years that I haven't been disturbed from his restless leg syndrome.

Taking a little magnesium (or 1/4 teaspoon of Epsom Salts in water) will stop most restless leg syndrome within a few minutes. If not, take another dose.

For Restless Leg Syndrome many people swear putting soap under the sheet will help. I don't know if it's a bar or what. Got the info from People's Pharmacy. You can Google it.

Why do you strongly state "DO NOT INHALE IT UP THE NOSE!!"? I have chronic sinusitis and thought this could be helpful.

EC: Because Bill's method does not dilute the peroxide and 3% H202 should be diluted at least 50/50 with distilled water if you are going to sniff it. That method (ie, the hydrogen peroxide in a neti pot or hydrogen peroxide and sea salt in water) is very popular if you check out the feedback on the Sinus Infection page of Earth Clinic.

I've been doing some research on Bill Munro's hydrogen peroxide inhaling treatment and so far all I've found indicates that it is extremely toxic. Of course, prior to finding as much information, I decided to give it a try by adding 1 tiny drop of h2o2 to my albuterol solution and the first time, worried about the consequences I found it felt as if it might work. My breathing immediately improved and felt different than just taking the albuterol. Unfortunately, after having read more, I must say I am now more worried of continuing. I'd appreciate any information amy one can provide on the subject.

Gus, the internet has every idea and it's exact opposite all over the web. So if you experienced help from it, go for it BUT SLOWLY. For example, I alway water down even the plain 3% HP from the drugstore even just for rinsing the mouth.

Dear Gus,

I agree with Mmsg.

We have found H2O2 inhalation (via inhalation or nebulizer) to work very well and we have not had any side effects in our family.

I do not think I would mix albuterol with Hydrogen Peroxide. I am not a chemist; perhaps it is okay. But unless I was sure there would be no reaction to use both together, I would use them apart. Maybe even 4 hours apart from each other. We have used albuterol and hydrogen peroxide in the nubulizer, but never at the same time. When I use peroxide in the nebulizer, I dilute it with distilled water. 5 drops hydrogen peroxide to 35 drops of water.
