I have been reading this website with interest. I would like to begin taking apple cider vinegar but would like clarification on the amount of water that you recommend. You recommend 16oz of water per 2 teaspoons ACV on the website. Is this 16ozs or 16 fl ozs (as I have both on my measuring jug)? 16oz relates to about 700 mls of water whereas 16 fl ozs relates to about 500 mls of water. Just want to make sure I am getting the dilution right.
Thank you for all of the wonderful information on the website and thanks for your help.

I Have been dealing with Mental Illness my whole life. A couple of years ago I made the decision to change my diet and for whatever reason Dr. Andrew Weils Optimal health diet found its way into my life and changes have been good but pain was and still is bothering my at times. I stumbled across Apple Cider Vinger while surfing the net and figured I would give it a try. This stuff is helping so much it may be saving my life. My question is this I know you recommend 2 teaspoons in 16oz of water sipped through the day but am really enjoying 2 in 8oz 3 x's a day. Am I doing any harm? I eventually desire to end up at your protocol but need to heal.
Also, In your opinion what is a healthy dosage of Cinnamon and healthy dosage of honey that one can take each day? I am exploring these as well. Thank you so much for your help. Apple cider vinegar so far is making a big difference and is very much appreciated.

I have been doing the ACV and water. I have been experiencing gas badly, can't stand myself. Also has experienced boils on my body and some pimples on my face and back. Is this poisons coming out of my body or is my what I'm taking to strong? I mix 2 cups ACV in a gallon of water and refrigerate. Should I try the baking soda, lemon or lime, and add vitamin C to my regimen? Help?

I've been using Apple Cider Vinegar now for about 6months or so and haven't notice any improvements on my health, everybody here raves about it, from what I've read you'd think that Apple Cider Vinegar was a panacea/cure all for everything, so I'm very disappointed at not seeing any results for myself

Hi Just wondering after reading all these posts if I drink apple cider vinegar for one month then every other day for a year is that good enough? I dont want to take is everyday as it is bad for your teeth surely? How many times do you suggest you drink it and for how long? Also the rinse is fine that is once a week. This is for female pattern hair loss.

ACV has been great for my other ailments (especially warts!), but it made my hemorrhoids much much worse. They went from being a minor nuisance to swelling twice their size, becoming incredibly sore and oozing. Ouch! I'll never try this again!

A message to Earth Clinic: Why are you not fans of the baking soda/ACV mix? Do you feel that the addition of the baking soda adds too much sodium to be healthy?
Secondly, if our bodies are meant to be slightly alkaline, doesn't consuming ACV add MORE acid to our system? Won't my body then try to neutralize the acidity by drawing calcium from my bones to maintain the proper pH, which might lead to a calcium deficit leading to osteoporosis?

Dear friends, I would ask about the worms that exist in the vinegar, especially in apple vinegar is not filtered or treated much to inhibit the growth of these worms. Wonder if is bad for health? Or if they grow and create a population in the stomach. Anyway, what is the truth about these parasitic worms of vinegar, for those who make use of apple cider vinegar for health? Is it dangerous? dangerous as there are worms that attack the human body. I look back, Grateful, Carlos Viccino
