Hi guys,

Just curious if there's any reaction between the metal spring on the spray nozzle and h2o2 that goes through (or stagnant in) it? Does it accelerate the decomposition and render it weaker (or useless)? Or worse still, the reaction gives of toxic metal oxides? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have shortness of breath (yes I am a smoker) has anyone ever tried Bill Munroe inhalation method using just the plain old peroxide you buy everyday at drugstore for $1.00, I am tempted to try this but all most everyone on here uses the food grade, even though Mr Munroe said the regular kind is ok to use. I also have tried other remedies, but nothing seems to help that much, any advice would be welcome. thank you very much

Please people - should only buy the h202 at store that only has purified water added. other ingredients are very very toxic! Check the labels.

Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation for lungs. Does anyone have suggestions about the taste? I did one inhalation with 4 pumps. I think I only inhaled the first pump (because of the taste I must of tensed up and the remaining pumps pooled up) and swallowed the last 3. I decided to wait to continue until the taste went away but it lasted on and off for about 3 days. Is it because I swallowed a small amount or is the taste normal? I'd like to use this method again as a preventative measure.

I am not sure if I should quit my Advair before I start inhaling H2O2. I have searched everywhere and can't find an answer to my question. Also I bought 3% food grade hydrogen peroide, will this be the same as diluting the 35%? How much should I do a day? Thanks to everyone on this site!!!

Hi, I have read about not mixing H2O2 with ACV and Vit C for drinking, but my question is about the inhalation method. Does anyone know if it they can be applied together or not? And Why? Thank You

Baia... I wouldn't inhale a mix of vinegar and peroxide. Together they make a chemical compound called peroxycetic acid. It could damage your lungs!

Hi Jenny,

Thanks for answering. I have not formulated my question clearly. It does look like I meant to ask if they can be mixed and inhaled. What I actually meant was if I can inhale just the h2o2 solution as Bill says and then, right after, if I can drink the acv.

Will that have the same effect as if I drank the h2o2 drops and then drank the acv? This is my question and I should have presented it better.

Jacob, I wouldn't know how to compare it as I don't take it internally, but for me the inhalation of h2o2 is very useful for any respiratory related ailment, and possibly for more things too.

I was searching for some ideas regarding natural therapies to supplement allopathic treatment for pneumonia and came across your site. I was very surprised to see a recommendation for peroxide inhalation to treat pneumonia. Yikes! While I can appreciate an exchange of ideas and see your site has a disclaimer regarding medical advice, I'd just like to make a comment to site participants that I would strongly discourage inhaling peroxide. Just as it creates a "bubbling" effect on a wound, the same would most likely happen in an infected lung creating a dangerous compromise in lung function and make things worse. I am not a physician, but an RN with 28yrs experience and I hope no one does that without talking to their doctor.

There are many, many people out there that would disagree with you. I've used it for chest colds and have recommended to others that have had remarkable success. There is a lot of info. on the internet regarding this procedure, and so many who have been helped. There are even some good books on the use of HP. Look into it a little further, you might be suprised by what you find.

You all are fantastic. The stuff I have been reading is just overwhelming!! I would like to know instead of ussing the nasal spray I would like to use the nebulizer. How much h202 can I put in it? Sue, my understanding is that DMSO neutralizes hydrogen peroxide. I wouldn't mix them for that reason. Also, internal peroxide and DMSO by themselves are both very experimental. While I'm personally game for most anything if many people testify that it helped and did not apparently harm them, I wouldn't throw these remedies together willy nilly in a bottle and inhale them!

I had posted a write up on this subject several months back. The improvement I got from the treatment has stabilized and leveled out at a defiantly improved condition. I now do the treatments on an occasional basis but have gone for weeks at a time without it and the benefit seems to be long lasting. As an experiment, I have been using a vitamin and mineral supplement which has added a new level of improvement! This combination has really helped me out. I did a cut and paste on mixing this solution after reading it somewhere on this site but can't recall in order to give credit. I put into "word" and will be happy to share it with anyone who requests it.

I just started using hp in my nebulizer.. I add a few drops of albuterol to expand my lungs a bit... Then I inhale 8 puffs.. 2or3 times a day... I have MAC , a chronic lung infection and lately I, ve been very tired and also coughing more... But in these last 2days I am not needing to stop and rest in the middle of the day... I have hope that I can be energetic again!!!! I'll keep you posted. Sue

I have been inhaling food grade 3% h202 for copd. I have been on it about 2 months inhaling two times in the morning and two times in the evening. It seem to make my breathing worse. has anyone else had this happen? any advice? or should I stop taking it.

I have tried this but is it supposed to sting the throat as it goes down? Almost instantly my throat begins to sting when spraying the undiluted 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide down my throat. Is it safe to continue?

Hi, Last night I tried the hydrogen peroxide inhalation method using 3% diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide. I immediately felt pressure in my chest that has not gone away. I also have sustained heavy breathing. Has anyone experienced this? I sprayed about 4-5 times. Is the concentration too strong?

Can you please advise on protocol re oral taking of hydrogen peroxide. William campbell douglass states in his book medical miracle never to exceed 10 drops 3 times daily of 3 percent dilution yet others indicate dosages of 3 drops up to 25 drops 3 times a day of the much more stronger 35 percent. Two of which are the little help brochure supplied with the 35 percent food grade h2o2 I purchased and also the book the one minute c--e. thank you. hazel.

No it does not. You inhale inside into your throat and it does not discolor.. If it does it is just temporary.

Hi all,

I have been in contact with Bill Munro regarding 3% hydrogen peroxide inhalation therapy. He made it abundundantly clear that the HP you buy at drug stores is perfectly OK — even with stabilizers.

When I pointed out to him that I had read a lot of posts stating H202 with stabilizers is a real no-no, he said, "Baloney! Don't concern yourself! I've been doing it for umpteen years now and I'm healthy and I haven't had any negative effects."
