Don't put on colored clothing right away as the DMS0 takes everything you put on the skin and sucks it into the tissue and into deeper parts of the body. Dyes on the pants could come off and get on your wet skin and the DMSO will take that into the tissues also.
Just sit around and let it get absorbed. Works wonders!! I can walk without any pain.

I could not figure out why my right knee was hurting so bad one day. I could walk fine, but if I went up or down the stairs, it really hurt. I broke out my bottle of DMSO and proceeded to put it on my knee 2x/day. Relief was immediate, and then within 5 days, it was like it never even happened!
DMSO is rendered when "white liquor" is added to wood to make pulp. The resultant extract is then purified and sold as DMSO.
So DMSO's job is to make the tree strong and stand up. It works the same in the human body. It makes your cells stand firm (like when we're young) and do what they're supposed to do! I have not had to re-apply it to my knee since either.
DMSO is a miracle. I recommend it for any and all pain, even nerve pain.
Best of health everybody!

Does it come in powder or liquid form? How much do you apply, does it soak in or do you cover it? Thank you for your help.

EC: It's a liquid that you apply to clean skin and let dry before you cover the area treated with any clothing as it absorbs.

Hello everyone. This is my first EC post. I have ordered DMSO liquid 99% pure today for a worn cartilage in the left knee that really hurts when I walk and I walk a lot as I live with a dog called Aysha. May I ask please how to apply it and how much to use? Thanks in advance.

I just use good old soap & water to wash my hands and my knees first. That being said, I fell down a couple days ago and bumped my ankle pretty good. I carry a small plastic dmso container with me, so I squirted some on right away (no soapy water on the sidewalk), and had no problems. So its good to be clean, but you don't have to be too paranoid.
As you continue to use it, be prepared to cycle down on your usage. If your skin starts to sting a bit, it is your body's way of saying that it did not need it at this time, so use less of the dmso and stretch out your time between treatments.
This stuff has healed me so well that I haven't had to use dmso in a couple of months. It cured me.
My knees are great.
I also always use an oil to protect the skin, lately its been Neem or Coconut Oil, sometimes Calendula. If you don't water down your drops (they may be sold that way), certainly remember to protect your skin.
Hope it works for your knees as it does for mine! And I walk for at least 2 hrs every day.

To answer your question, topical DMSO is usually applied at 70% strength or less topically to avoid skin irritation. Distilled water is the diluting agent. DMSO is helpful in dealing with inflammation. In cases of worn cartilage, it may be detrimental due to its dehydrating properties in tissue which make it useful for inflammation, brain injuries, burns etc. where there is fluid buildup. I believe healing peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500, along with Hyaluronic Acid supplements would be much better for cartilage regeneration. Information and protocols can be found on YouTube, on the internet, and on Facebook peptide groups. If you use the peptides, take a good quality Type 2 collagen supplement along with a small dose of Vitamin C to allow the peptides to really do their work. The BPC-157 is systemic, so it will heal any other injuries you have as well.

My mother cure was more impressive. Oh, well , I am not telling you more about DMSO because you have to google it and educate yourself very well before any attempt to use it. It is great but delicate. Not for incompetent adults. Please educate yourself if you think it may help you.

Hi Ramesh
Sure you can use DMSO, but I will prefer 80% solution of DMSO with magnesium oil 50/50. This solution does help the joint pains.

I think what he meant was that you prepare the magnesium solution aside and the 80% DMSO solution aside, then you mix together half the bottle from the former and half from the latter.
