How to Reconstitute Ascorbic Acid into Organic Form:

Dear sirs. As much as I appreciate buffering of ascorbic acid with lets say sodium bicarbonate, a much better way has been devised by one Jan Hromada in Czech Republic, who has passed the information into public domain. Ascorbic acid being rather a strong acid quite readily replaces many other organic acids in fruits and also readily ties to red pigments, for example betanins.

Jan Hromada has found out through his keen observation and following research, that tomatoes are one of the ideal red vegetables for this purpose, even if they are not of the best quality.

When 5g of crystalline ascorbic acid is blended with one whole average field tomato, a person can digest at least 40g of ascorbic acid (spread through out a day) in this form without the usual consequences of ascorbic acid overdose. Well, at least I can and I am not alone. I found this form even more accetable than liposomal C form. I believe that this information will further help many people to appreciate what high oral dosing of vitamin C can do for them.

With kind regards, Slavek.

How to Make Lypospheric Vitamin C

Posted by Leslie L. (Oakland, Ca.) on 07/09/2017

I never write in all caps, because, well it makes you look crazy...but, YOU CANOT MAKE LIPOSPHERIC (Liposomic) VITAMIN C AT HOME! I put this in bold caps because I am so passionate about people getting the real help they really need. While I am very much for people getting out there and finding alternative healing techniques, helping one another out in forums such as these, radically questioning their doctors with their one sized fits all mediocre and dangerous allopathic "cures" etc. but if you have serious health care needs, you can't engage in that alone. Too many of you don't have holistic physicians, also called functional medicine specialists or naturopaths. In addition, a sympathetic and supportive GP or specialist is needed to order the thorough baseline blood testing required to begin to get a picture of your overall health, while the holistic doctor will order additional, boutique tests and make your comprehensive diagnosis and ultimately these two physicians must work together on your behalf. You can't achieve that level of comprehensive care in forums, okay? All right, end of stern lecture.

Back to lipospheric vitamin C. If you want to make the molecule small enough to bypass digestion, you cannot do it at home. It requires very expensive, powerful machines which smash the molecules together with enough force to break their bonds and cause changes in their ionic confluence, creating a nanitic encapsulation. this thorough and violent kind of maceratation is only achieved in a lab. What you are making at home is merely ordinary, hopefully well-buffered vitamin C. Ordinary as in it still goes through the gut to be up-taken. That is the fact. Only one company makes this form of vitamin C properly. It is about $30 and is only available on their website or on Amazon. The company is called Liv-on Labs.

How to Make Lypospheric Vitamin C
Posted by Stephanie (Long Valley, Nj) on 08/13/2016

Dear Timh and earth clinic,

Can you help me with the directions for the Lyposheric Vit C? I have tried to make it twice. The first time I used soy lecithin.

Then I read it should be sunflower lecithin. So the 2nd time I tried with sunflower lecithin. It is watery, and I think it should be more like eggnog consistency? Which lecithin do you use? Soy or sunflower? Also, is this correct, or can you suggest a better way?:

I heated a cup of distilled water, put 3T lecithin powder in it, stirred with a wood spoon. Let it sit in the mug for 3 hours. Then heated 1/2 cup distilled water and put 1T sodium ascorbate, stirred with a wood spoon. Let it sit for 3 hours. Then put them both together in the nutribullet for about 20 seconds. Then poured it into the ultrasonic cleaner. Turned it on, stirred with wood spoon, then closed the lid and kept turning it on for a total of 20 minutes, stirring for about a minute, every 5minutes, then closing the lid in between. Then after 20 minutes I poured it into a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator.

Then I took a tsp of it this morning. Did I make it correctly? What should I do differently? And also should I use ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate? Next question, my liver is in bad shape. I think I should do a liver cleanse. I just finished today the parasite cleanse that you mentioned: a bottle of black walnut herbal combination by n atures a nswer.

My right side is swollen and sore still from an injury, but also my organs weren't doing well to begin with because of the Lymes, etc.

I appreciate your advice, and knowledge, I know you told me to make the Vit C a long time ago, it just took me a while, but yay!

I am finally making it! Just need your guidance. Thank you, hope things are a bit better for you today! -Steph

Linus Pauling discovered from his own research on Vitamin C that only about 15% of any oral dose with water was ever absorbed into the blood. Pauling took huge daily amounts -- 20 grams a day!! So if you calculate how much of this 20 grams of vitamin c actually reached the blood and tissues -- then the calculation is 0.15 x 20 = 3 grams only. Therefore if you take 20 grams of vitamin c by the ordinary oral route then 17 grams ends up being excreted which is extremely wasteful. Moreover, if you take the recommended 75 mgs RDA for vitamin c (for instance via a multivitamin pill) then, with only 15% of this absorbed into the blood, this absorbed vitamin c value actually works out at only 11.25 mgs. Yes I know -- quite laughable isn't it ? I doubt if 11.25 mgs would satisfy the whole body needs of a guinea pig let alone a human.

Taking the Liposomal form of vitamin c is a much more efficient way of delivering large amounts vitamin c safely to the blood, cells and tissues. This method entails a preparation using granulated lecithin and to use the oil therein to encapsulate the vitamin c into micro-fat droplets. When you take the lipo-vitamin c form it is not absorbed into the body via the ascorbic acid pathway but is instead absorbed as fat droplets via the fat pathway which is also much quicker. When this fat droplet makes contact with a cell -- which is made out of the same phospholipids as the lecithin oil -- the fat droplet containing the vitamin c sticks, blends and then opens up -- thus delivering ascorbate directly to the cell.

Another disadvantage of taking ordinary oral vitamin c is that it is removed from the body within 2 hours, no matter what quantity you take. This means that you must take ordinary oral vitamin c in many doses per day to achieve a constant high level in the blood. With the lipo-vitamin c form this is not the case. Think of this form as the the slow release form because the lipo-vitamin c is actually treated as a fat in the blood -- and fats are removed far more slowly. Therefore taking say 3 x 1000mg doses of lipo-vitamin c per day would be enough to attain the same levels in the blood as Linus Pauling did by taking 20 grams of ordinary oral vitamin c with water.

You can also buy lipo-vitamin c easily on the internet or at any health store. You can also make it yourself -- I prefer making the ascorbate form. All you need is a blender, ultrasonic cleaner, ascorbic acid and sodium bicarbonate :

Steph: Sun seems to be superior to Soy but either will work. There are many different methods for making LET, but try to keep it simple and you'll be OK.

For me, I use 32oz PowerAid plastic bottles. I get good premix by shaking several times. I add a few pinches of Sea Salt to purified water, shake, then add Ascorbic Acid and shake several times, then add 3 spoons of Sun lecithin or 6 spoons of Soy lecithin and shake many times, chill in fridge then shake some more and finally sonicate for 3 minutes and stir almost constantly.

As for the herbals, you will need to repeat the Black Walnut Complex several times and also keep doing other herbs like Garlic, Oregano Oil, Black Cumin Seed Oil, and occasional Turpentine, fallowed by Zapping to keep the infection levels down and your blood up.

As for building the Liver an herbal combination of Milk thistle, Artichoke, and Turmeric plus Cooked or Raw Liver plus Alpha Lipoic Acid.

How to Make Sodium Ascorbate

Posted by Lis (Ny, Usa) on 11/03/2010

That was an old rumor. Sodium ascorbate (the alkaline form of vitamin C) is made by mixing two parts sodium ascorbate (an acidic form of vitamin C) with one part baking soda (aka sodium bicarbonate -- which neutralizes the acidity). "*One mole of sodium bicarbonate is 84 grams, and one mole of ascorbic acid is 176 grams. So, the correct (stoichiometric) ratio of sodium bicarbonate to ascorbic acid is 84/176 = 0. 477. For example, it would take 477 milligrams of sodium bicarbonate to neutralize 1000 milligrams of ascorbic acid. "

I have seen some places use more baking soda and that's fine.

It is easy to make alkaline vitamin C, also known as Sodium Ascorbate. Simply buy vitamin C powder (usually as Ascorbic Acid). About 1/4 teaspoon of this is equal to 1gram. So to make it sodium ascorbate mix with this about 1/4 of Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda), and half a cup, or so, of water. Stir it around until the crystals dissolve and the fizzing stops. And, now you have 1gram of Sodium Ascorbate; and alkaline form of Vitamin C.

In response to Lilydy's question about making Sodium Ascorbate - I was told to use twice the amount of Vitamin C powder to baking soda (example, 1 teaspoon of Vitamin C powder mixed with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda). If you mix it with water, it will fizz up so just add a bit of water, wait until the fizzing stops and then add more water. Be careful not to take too much all at once, though. It can upset your stomach! Hope this helps.

Thanks for your suggestion Bessie. Thanks also to Joyce from Joelton,TN who was very accommodating with her response via email. So far I have tried 10% baking soda to 90% ascorbic acid combination based on the ratio I observed in a lot of commercial sodium ascorbate. So for example, for 1 tsp of baking soda, I mix this with 9 tsp ascorbic acid. From this, I use 1 tsp of the mix in one or half a glass of water or juice. So far I don't have any issue of diarrhea from taking such combination. I take twice a day for days that I need more immunity.

I just was using this as a vitamin c supplements, I have no serious health issues.

Hi, I watched the YouTube video: Deirdre Layne presents Sodium Ascorbate with interest. It was good to find out that I can save 20% of the cost of my buffered vitamin C by doing it myself with baking soda. But, in the middle of the video Deirdre mentions that the solution dissolves better with Hot water. Question, isn't Hot water going to denature the vitamin C? Thanks, Tomas

We do backpacking in remote areas in northern Michigan where mosquitoes and black flies can make a trip unbearable. I read about taking Vitamin B6 to prevent bites, tried it and found it completely successful. But one time when backpacking with our daughter, I had forgotten the B6 but was taking Vitamin C up to my bowel tolerance level for a specific medical problem. So my blood and cells were full of Vitamin C. I noticed that my daughter's legs were covered with mosquitoes and black flies and in a few minutes, each bite would swell up and become red. I was surrounded by flies and mosquitoes but either I was not bitten (I did not feel anything) or I did not have any reaction. I think that the mosquitoes do not like the high acid content of the blood (I was taking the acidic form of Vitamin C). In addition, when cell and tissue fluid are saturated with Vitamin C, edemas will be removed by the body very quickly. I think this probably is why bites either do not swell or do not last very long if people are taking Vitamin C.

This post is for PHYSICIST GARY WADE and Bill Thompson from San Fernando, Luzon, Philippines or anyone who has the answer.

Hello, physicist Gary Wade, I read your recommendation on the treatment of lipid coated viruses with BHT.. , and I was interested, because I wish to use it to treat a highly resistant and difficult to treat hcv. As a result, I am reading other articles. One article said that vit. C should be taken with some sodium bicarbonate to reduce its acidity; some other article opposes this view, saying that sodium bicarbonate reduces the absorption of vit. C, but in your recommendation, you were silent in this. As a result, I am not taking the issue of NaHCO3 seriously.

My main reason of writing this, is what I read on the negative effects of high doses of vit. c on the following minerals:

CALCIUM, NICKEL, COPPER, ZINC, MANGANESE.

This article said that high doses of vit. C reduces these minerals in the body. In case of calcium, this mineral becomes removed from the bones, causing them to be brittle and easy to break.

Please, I request Physicist Gary Wade and Bill Thompson to address this issue, which is troubling. Please, any other person who has the answer can also address the issue. I will delay my treatment with BHT until I read people's opinions on the issue I have raised, because vit. c is a major component of Physicist Gary Wade's course of treatment with BHT.

Also, I wish to know if I can take the following: Silymarin, Methylsulfonylmethane, Selenium, Magnesium, Calcium Citrate, Potessium Iodide during treatment with BHT, and what can be regarded as the needed daily dosage, considering the daily usage of 8grams of vit.c.

Also, in a difficult case as the hcv that I have, can I add Oil of Oregano to my treatment? Will there be drug interaction that will be harmful to me or that will reduce the effect of the BHT?

I thank you all that will contribute your knowledge to give informed answers to these concerns.

May GOD bless you all.

Hi Broken Hearted... In answer to your questions:

My main reason of writing this, is what I read on the negative effects of high doses of vit. c on the following minerals:

CALCIUM, NICKEL, COPPER, ZINC, MANGANESE.

It is true that Vitamin C is a chelator of metals so the best way to counter this effect is to take Fulvic/Humic acid drops seperately every day with the vitamin C. This contains about 60 essential body macro- and micro- minerals and makes these minerals highly bioavailable. I haven't got enough room to describe the many further huge benefits of Fulvic/Humic acid, so here is a link that covers it all:

Properties of Fulvic Acid

Also I wish to know if I can take the following: Silymarin, Methylsulfonylmethane, Selenium, Magnesium, Calcium Citrate, Potessium Iodide during treatment with BHT, and what can be regarded as the needed daily dosage, considering the daily usage of 8grams of vit.c..."

I have taken Silymarin, MSM, Selenium and Magnesium Citrate all at the same time, usually at meals, without any side-effects or problems. I don't take potassium iodide -- I take lugols iodine or aqueous iodine because I think it is more beneficial overall than KI(which is also useful). The various glands and organs of the body absorb Iodine in different ways. Potassium Iodide and Iodine are different substances with different properties. It is absorbed, for instance, as only iodide by the thyroid. But the breasts and prostate can only absorb the iodine form. And in other areas of the body, both the iodide and iodine forms are happily absorbed. So, in my opinion, to get the full benefit to the body, lugol's (which contains both potassium iodide and iodine) is the best form to take because it covers all the necessary ground. I also understand that some people are quite sensitive to lugols iodine, so instead, Nascent Iodine or Atomidine (as Edgar Cayce recommended) is perhaps more useful and kinder to the body, but is also more expensive.

Regarding Calcium Citrate, I agree with Ted -- the western diet is over-fortified with calcium now, so no need to take any calcium at all -- more important to take magnesium to get rid of the excess calcium in your body. This is a bit tricky though -- and will depend on how much calcium you actually ingest, how old you are and how much processed food you are eating.

I usually take between 1 - 3 grams of vitamin c per day plus I eat fruits. Linus Pauling, a Nobel Prize winning chemist, took 10 -- 20 GRAMS of Vit C a day usually in ascorbate form and he lived till 93 y o. He also researched Vit C and discovered that most mammals like cows, goats, dogs, cats etc self-manufacture their own Vit C in fairly large amounts but that humans, bats and guinea pigs have to get their vitamin c from an external food source because they cannot self-manufacture vit c. In his own research, he also mentions that a small goat produces 12 GRAMS of vitamn c a day from their liver. And in times of stress, the little goat is capable of producing up to 18 grams of vit c. A goat is also way smaller than a human being. So how does this large daily dose for a small goat stack up against the recommended RDA dose of 75 MILLIgrams a day ? This means that the goat's daily Vit C intake is exactly 160 times higher than the human RDA for vitamin c.

I have read much research on BHT. Dr Denham Harman, the discoverer of the anti-oxidant nature of vitamins, regarded BHT as a super-anti-oxidant because, in his famous experiment in 1962, he found that BHT added to mice diets, when measured against a placebo control group, worked to extend the average lifespan of the mice taking BHT by 45%. See the research here:

http://www.ajcn.org/content/25/8/839.full.pdf

Other options for you and daily dosages for most of the above, are given in a recent reply post of mine here:

https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/remedy-combinations.html#BHOOO

Just to finally add that that Hep C will not become resistant to these remedies because:

* Both aspirin/lysine as well as BHT act to dissolve the lipid outer viral envelope of the Hep C virus which allows the immune system to attack and destroy the now de-cloaked virus. Thus there is no time for the virus to adjust to this protocol.

* The Berkson Triple Anti-Oxidant Protocol works to attack the Hep C virus by anti-oxidant action while at the same time helping to repair liver damage and is a successful therapy involving regular oral intake of Alpha Lipoic Acid, Selenium and Milk Thistle.

* Chanca Piedra(1000 mgs taken at mealtimes) acts to both protect liver hepatocytes(worker liver cells) and to inhibit the Reverse Transcriptase enzyme in the Hep B & Hep C virus, thus completely preventing the virus from replicating, mutating and becoming resistant to the action of Chanca Piedra.

I recently had the same thing happen to me as Barbara from Portland, Oregon below.

Ten years ago I tore the meniscus in my right knee. If I was careful, I could manage the pain, but could no longer do the hiit exercises that I enjoyed. No jumping or squatting, or I would be up all night from the pain. I tried all the supplements that Barbara wrote about, plus all the types of collagen. Every time that I thought I sensed improvement, I would get more adventurous with my exercising only to find out quickly that I had been wrong.

Two months ago, I started taking 6 grams of vitamin-c to see if it would help me to avoid covid. One day, I realized that my knee felt better, so once again I tried adding the exercises that had caused painful flareups over the last ten years. Nothing happened. I gradually became more aggressive, but the knee held up. I am now back to doing routines that I had to stay away from for so long, including some of Cathe Friedrich's advanced step workouts, which had been totally off-limits. There are times that I feel a little bit of soreness, but it is always short-lived.

I don't know why it has worked, but I am grateful.

I started taking high doses of Vitamin C to help ward off a cold virus. For the past several weeks I took 5-10 grams of Vitamin C. Then I noticed my knee pain disappeared.

I am a runner/cross country skier who has virtually stopped these activities due to pain in my right knee.

For 7 years I have tried glucosamine, calcium, MSM, and NSAIDs. I don't like taking NSAIDS. However, the other remedies did not relieve the pain and inflammation. Therefore, I have been tolerating the pain and have discontinued using NSAIDS.

I was very surprised to find that the Vitamin C use correlated with complete pain relief and reduction of inflammation. So I stopped the C for a week and the pain returned. I have resumed the C and the pain is gone again.

Liposomal Vitamin C

Hello

I read a lot about liposomal vitamin c and its benefits. So I prepared it with soy lecithin and had it for 15 days. But my allergies increased and then I realised it may be due to soy lecithin. I am also estrogen dominant. So I stopped using soy lecithin. So anyone can please suggest me another kind of lecithin which does not increase estrogen. I heard about sunflower lecithin too. But I don't know whether it is estrogenic like soy. It is of great help to me if some one can enlighten me regarding this preparation of liposomal vitamin C.

After many yrs of somewhat extreme environmental illness, I finally got the goods for Lipo C and had my first dose yesterday. I could actually feel the C doing it's magic. Although Dr Levine spells a good case for all manner of illnesses treated successfully w/ Lipo C, it appears that I will also need to experiment w/ Liposomal Encapsulated Glutathione as well as Liposomal ALA. At present I am very limited in function and desperate for some improvement and am much hopeful that this Liposome Technology is the antidote. Will update the progress.

I would never advise using lypospherics with any other supplement especially if it's stored in the body. Vitamin C is NOT stored! Much ill health is what is in you that should NOT be ... and what is not in you that should!

C is a chelator ..It helps remove bad stuff as well as oxygenates! All parasites, viruses, and bad bacteria are anaerobic, oxygen hating, and every cell in the body processes oxygen! The issue is that vitamin C degrades as soon as you take it, and ordinary C has to go through the damaging digestive system. Liposomal enters the blood directly ... does not pass through the gut!

For those of you who are scientifically inclined, here is a video about making something more potent than liposomal Vitamin C using a blender, a lot of zucchini peelings, a bit of Knox gelatin and ascorbic acid crystals. It's about 45 minutes long but I haven't watched it all the way through (I get easily distracted and/or bored! ).

Bear in mind that this man has a company called ReCverin with products to sell - although he seemed very genuine and has data to back up the information about the DIY DHAA using products most people have in their kitchen.

I suppose it would be great if you have a garden full of zucchinis. Think of how much potent Vitamin C you can have!

Nickie,

As you look around for an ultrasonic cleaner, perhaps what I learned will be of help. Many cleaners shut off at three minutes. I would avoid those as they're not made to run continuously for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Also, most small ultrasound units don't have a removable tank. The transducer is attached to the tank like a coil to a loudspeaker cone. On your smaller units, the entire machine must be picked up and tilted to pour out the contents. There's no pouring lip so pouring can be messy. When pouring your mixture from the cleaner, pour quickly into a wide container or bowl. Then pour from there into your storage container. Also, the timer indicates how durable the unit is. Mine is only a 35 Watt unit with a variable timer that runs up to 8 minutes. I sometimes have to process the lecithin for half an hour per batch. To keep the level in the tank around inch deep, as recommended, on a small unit like mine, that means splitting the batch into two. Run one batch of 6 to 8 ounces for half an hour, then let the cleaner cool for at least half an hour, then run your second batch. The small units are not meant to run for long periods of time. Low power units have to run longer and at a shallower depth to make good liposomal C. In my opinion, both units from Harbor Freight that are mentioned in the Bradley recipes are of too low a wattage. They will burn out sooner because you have to process longer than they were designed for.

Amazon now offers a 1.4 liter 60 watt unit with a 30 minute timer which leads me to think it's more durable than most low power units. If I had a choice today that is what I'd buy. Around $58 including shipping.

On larger units, a tank is filled with water and the container with the lecithin in it is set in that. Heavy duty ultrasound units have heaters built in, jewelry cleaners don't. Watch the temperature, warm is good, hot is not. If your unit has a heater and the solution starts to get too warm, place your container in an ice bath to cool it down so you can keep processing it in one operation.

I wish you great success,

Heinz

During a time that I was very upset about my loose neck I ran across a sharing on vitamin C and how it restores collagen to the skin. I began to use it, and I did do as someone else said, a few times a day for about a week I pressed up on the skin under the chin. Soon I forgot about the pressing but kept taking the C, at least 1 gram a day. Once it start looking normal, I forgot to note the time it took. But perhaps only a month or two my skin has a nice glow and is no longer dropped and slant under my chin.

I was actually was trying to find where I read about vitamin C and Collagen so I can share it with a friend, so I came to this section.

I noticed the info about vitamin C in high doses displacing metals: calcium, nickel, copper, zinc, maganese . (Hopeflully I don't have to worry about this because I try to put a distance between my Vitamin C and other vitamins).

Does this mean that if I have metal or heavy metal overload, I can purposely detox them by taking extra Vitamin C?

HI U GOOD FOLKS DOIN, , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Going into an area (Lypospheric Vitamin C) that I have no clue except what I've read. I have done many Vit C IV's but this is supposed to be more better and you can do it at home. I got all the stuff to getter done. All I need to do is to do it.

Can any of you birds shed any light on this subject? Will give you a few days and then I take the plunge. Hey, I'm on the shady side of the mountain so what have I got to lose?

What make me so sad about this site is that most just want others to tell them what to do. Few take charge and research and tell others. It's like Limbaugh says, the 51% want the 49 % to take care of them.

I'll keep playing this game and if I learn something I'll tell all. That means I don't have to help pay your medical bill.

Here are the directions I used to make Liposomal C. http://www.pdazzler.com/archives/62

At the end of the page he compares amounts of liposomal C to IV C.

RH: I started the Lipo-C last Sept w/ very good results, but I didn't stop there. 1 part Vit-C plus 1/2 part Rutin + 1/2 Quercetin is the ultimate -Vit-C benefit. The Quercetin in particular is a powerful cellular energizer.

Also topping the list for LET of nutrients is the combo of Reduced Glutathione 1 part and CoQ10 or Ubiquinol 1/2 parts. This combo is best when taking Vit-E (mixed Tocotreinols & Tocopherols) plus adequate Selenium (Brazil Nuts is very good source).

I like to rotate these two combinations on a daily basis as one is water soluble and the other fat soluble antioxidants, so this is most beneficial. Also the Quercetin and CoQ10 will major raise your energy levels, so you can go back to climbing your side of the mountain.

HI U TIMH, , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Thank your for responding. Few realize how important this process is. I am starting with Vit C, but know I must go to Gluthathione and others.

As you know, I's not PC . I cannot tolerate ignorance, and this site has a bunch takers. I appreciate the bosses allowing me to express my mind.

I have already made my stuff and will venture further. I have spent a fortune doing IV's and now we have a Liposperic and it is far more effective and for pennies.

Give me a break. =====OLE R H===

I am certain you will not be disappointed as you grow in the LET of nutrition. Don't forget Linus Pauling recommends Lysine w/ Vit-C for antiviral and the cleaning of arteries. (although you may be in good shape w/ all the IV chelation therapy).

I ran out of a batch of GTH/CoQ10 and let it go for a couple weeks and started a new batch yesterday and the results is obvious and amazing energy. I simply cannot recommend oral capsules or softgels of CoQ10/Ubiquinol as I have been using for many yrs w/ very little a difference in energy as compared to the LET GTH/CoQ10.

As you are looking to restore youthful energy it is certainly worth researching and trying the safe, healthy & beneficial DMG. DMG is readily absorbed in digestion so is not needed to LET.

Waiting for reports of your "second wind"!!!

HI U TIMH, , , , , , , , ,

I am a novice at this and have only made one batch of Vit C. I have read of glutathione and Alpha Liopic Acid and some say they can all be combined. Do you know if that is so and how is that done? The internet sites are not specific. Everyone is scared of Big Brother so you have to read between the lines. Is this a sick way to live or what?

As a freshman at Ga Tech in '54 we had to read the book 1984 and it is all coming to past. Nobody trusts nobody. The novel has arrived. I am just glad that I am on the shady side of the mountain and regret that the youngsters will reap the rewards of what our lack of courage has done to them.

End of rant.==OLE ROBERT HENRY===

I will agree on the social conditions. In my little world of being disabled, I have to be constantly on the defensive as I am an easy target and face constant opposition in both low & high places. And the liberalism that's pervading society is very spiritually unhealthy. I have been keeping my head to the stone to understand exactly the problems inherent in liberal socialism. First, L is essentially amoral or outside the law that runs by the pretext of free will (which is self-perceived as freedom). The further left you go and then radicalism, lawlessness & crime on grand scale. It's all a dark horse running wild into the void. The farther liberal isn't even a real person living in a real world.

It is so very good to have been reading your courageous and objective statements here on E.C. I have had the good fortune to have lived in the renaissance of 60's & 70's and inherited much knowledge & wisdom of that period. Speaking directly to the inherent weaknesses and pathologies of psychological & spiritual conditions' as a companion to 1984 (there is a very well made movie of the same title, have you also seen it?), which is quite accurate in literal terms; from the rock music tradition these songs stand out particularly thru allegory, symbolism, figurative or sometimes literal, : "Karnevil #9" by Emerson Lake, and Palmer, "Celebration of the Lizard" by The Doors, "Hotel California" by The Eagles, and later "The Future" by Leonard Cohen, and "No Man's Land" by Billy Joel, to mention a few. Dark times play their role but there is always light and good times to follow. For many people it takes major social upheavals to learn the most basic principles, so we conservatives are bound to ride the wave w/ them.

Anyway, the big downside to ALA is its extremely harsh going down; really rips the throat. I added just a little to the GTH/CoQ10 batch which isn't too bad. I also added Glycine & Glutamine to stretch the expensive GTH further. I have now mixed Glycine + Glutamine + ALA in small bottle for encapsulation. Ratio is lesser for the ALA so as to level the corrosive nature. There is an LET Yahoo Group you might find helpful.

HI U TIMH, , , , , , , , , as you know I've been into alternative stuff for 10 years or so, but new to Lyposperic . This is truly fascinating to me because these are products are difficult to get into your system orally . For instance, magnesium. If I do that orally then I camp in the John for a day or so. I take the MIT brand and do transdermal spraying before my FIR saunas. Oh, after my crushed vertebrae last Feb, my lymph system is in the dog house so my feet and ankles are always swollen, so I also skin brush before my morning ritual. Learned that skin brushing is a science in itself. It is all gentle and toward your heart. I had it all wrong for many years.

Here is my question. Vit C is a great anti-oxidant as all know. Glutathione can cross the blood brain barrier so that is what my integrative doctor recommends for his Alzheimers and dementia patients. He has done wonders with it, but it is expensive. I presume you do the reduced product. Prior to learning of Lypospheric we did the IV and the suppository. Taking Glutathione orally is a waste of time and money.

You say you mix both Vit C and Glutathione together in your lypo mixture. For my Vit C , I mix two tbsp with one cup of distilled warm water ; next I take 6 tbsp of Soy Lecithin with two cups of distilled warm water. Put them in a blender and mix for a minute and then put them in the jewelry cleaner for 8 minutes and constantly stir. Refrigerate and take 2 tbsps 2 or 3 times a day.

How would you modify this procedure and add Glutathione ? Will dance at your next wedding if you can help me. I was the medicine man in the Boy Scouts Order of the Arrow and did the Fire Dance to begin the ceremony . Also did a mean beach Shag as a Frat boy back in the 50's, so we can boogie with the best at Myrtle Beach.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Robert Henry,

Just a quick comment.... When I made liposomal Vit C, I used powdered sunflower lecithin to avoid any problems with soy. Seemed to work well.

No, I keep the GTH and Vit-C as a separate mix. The C mix I do just like you except I like to add some citrus bioflavonoids like Rutin & Quercetin. For the GTH I am using small amounts w/ added NAC + Glycine + Glutamine to combine w/ either a measure of ALA or CoQ10. One might not even need the NAC for combining w/ ALA because Thioctic Acid has a main sulfur molecule. Presumably the Glycine & Glutamine combined w/ ALA LET's will make for a very good Glutathione precursor.

Until I run out of the Reduced Glutathione I really can't tell how well these other amino's are doing in the job of boosting GTH. It is also very important to have adequate Selenium for the body to manufacture Glutathione. 1 grm NAC orally plus 3mg Melatonin before retiring is also a major GTH booster.

It is also important to mention that Vit-C and Selenium are antagonistic to one another as water soluble antioxidants, so after you do your initial Vit-C saturation period, it may prove worthwhile to rotate w/ your other LET nutrients on an every-other-day basis.

I haven't the wherewithal to match your good humor, as I have been to long in the lonely dog house singing the blues. If I ever do get on my feet again I suppose I would move earth & sky for a good woman.

Hi - For magnesium, I recommend Dr Carolyn Dean's Remag, as it is picometer size and does not cause digestive problems. I have tried many magnesium supplements and this is the only one that made a big difference and that my body resonated with......it works

HI U TIMH, , , , , , Just a note to let you know that I have completed my first batch and am excited to be able to do this at home instead of doing the 2+ hour expensive IV's in a doctor's office.

Have located a supplier of R Alpha Liopic Acid, so I'm in high cotton. Soon the natural folks will have a simple cancer cure. There are cancer cures now, but they are not so simple. Mine took 7 months, but I am not fussing.

While making this batch, the ultrasonic cleaner gave off so many EMFs that I had difficulty listening to Limbaugh on the radio. Guess that means that at 78, I am now sterile. That is good news for my 73 year old wife. She's been nervous lately. Bull.

R.H. Good to see you're on your way w/ the Lipo; it's been nearly a yr for me and has been very instrumental in keeping me above ground, what w/ an environmental illness from hell and all.

Dr Sinatra (leading cardiologist here in the usa) has recently helped his son overcome a debilitating EMF related illness and maybe wrote a book on it (not sure) but some articles and videos for sure. Optimizing antioxidant nutrition seems the best method of protection for sensitivities.

Anyway, I tried my first batch of LET Pure Trans Resveratrol 50% and Grapeseed Extract 50%. WOW! The most powerful antioxidant I've ever taken, w/ the exception of Melatonin and Lutein. I had much pathogen die off and kidney stress that I have needed to treat plus digestive irritation. I have only taken 3 doses and the last dose indicated the worst may be over and then some real healing can occur. My body is so toxic that I must go slow; have taken 2 days off and will dose again tomorrow.

I've enjoyed reading the posts from Timh and Ole Henryand couldn't agree more about the truly Orwellian state of affairs. And to think he wrote that book in 1949! Here in England we buy poppies to wear in memory of the slaughter of Flanders field. On November 11 they held big ceremonies to pay respects to the millions who were injured or perished and the really twisted part of this is, that all those who marched to publicly honor the dead are being used as supporting cast to add lustre to those who perpetuate the sickness.

Meanwhile, I hope both you guys are winning but can someone tell me what LET stands for?

Hello Nickie

LET is Liposomal Encapsulation Technology.

On the "state of affairs" previous post may I also include "Epitaph" by King Crimson, "Rust Never Sleeps" by Neil Young, and "what's going on, what's going on, I really don't believe what's going on" by Al Stewart.

Your concern is very much appreciated and I wish you strength & courage in your journey.

Lypospheric Vitamin C

I'm a lurker on these sites and this is the first time I've posted a comment...anywhere!

I've followed the online recipe and been successful with every batch of lypospheric vitamin C for 2.5 months now. I found the recipe clear and concise and living rurally, I order my supplies online and do use an ultrasonic machine. I take 14 oz. over 24 hours.

When I first started with C I was experiencing general malaise, low energy, pain throughout my body, brain fog and a general depression. For years I was "Wonder Woman" but slowly losing my steam, and have no doubt I was experiencing adrenal fatigue, as well, my thyroid levels were low (I'm on synthroid) and as my body burden (heavy metal toxicity) grew my energy levels dropped.

I did see the ND 6 weeks ago and was told to keep doing what I was doing with the vit C.

After the first week on C I added lypo glutathione, 4 Tbsp. daily, for seven weeks, at which time my bowel tolerance for the LG told me enough. I reduced to 1 Tsp. LG and now have stopped LG.

Being a brave soul and enjoying the benefits of increased energy, a pain free body and clearer, more positive thinking (after 10 years of pain, being Wonder Woman I've had my share of wrecks) I am now ready to address the life time of allergies that I came with. And so I have added MSM to my cocktail and after 3 weeks of LypoC and MSM water I am noticing that my allergies are still present but I am experiencing significantly less of a reaction.

I can also report that my skin is soft, my eyes are clear and sparkling and I have thicker, fuller hair and my nail beds are a nice, healthy pink, my massage therapist sees me monthly and she commented that my muscles are more flexible.

I see the ND next week and am excited about my results, life can only get better! I am continuing my 14 oz. of vit C and MSM. I'll have a 6 month blood work check done next.

I appreciate the Lypo C information provided for those of us wanting to take our health into our own hands, I'm 62 and feel empowered and healthier than I have in years!

Icandoit: Thanks for your informative post, and welcome to E.C.!!!

When you say you've added MSM to the mix does this mean you are liposoming it w/ the C? I have been Liposoming sence Sept 2013 and have made the logical conclusion that it is simply a waste of time & resources to liposome a nutrient that is easily absorbed thru oral intake ie the gut. MSM is a very absorbable and biologically active form of Sulfur which will probably not need to be Liposome encapsulated.

As for adding power to the Lipo-C (which is what I assume you are attempting) I have been adding about 1 grm Rutin and 1grm Quercetin to augment the overall antioxidant qualities of C.

As for Lipo GTH, I have found no other form of CoQ10 or Ubiquinol near as effective as combined w/ GTH for lipo encapsulation. Your energy levels will greatly increase. This method is more proof of the very poor absorption of both GTH & Ubiquinol. In my estimate, the lipospheric GTH/CoQ10 combo is off-the-charts better absorbed & utilized. Suffering a broad spectrum toxicity issues, I had to significantly decrease this lipospheric GTH/CoQ10 as these nutrients are not effective against pathologic infection. I am slowly increasing this combo w/ good results. Mixing ratios may differ, but I am finding 50/50 OK.
