Medications and Remedies

Hi Ted, I will be on the pill (birth control) really soon and I am concerned how this will affect my health in terms of the blood, heart. I am in the process of taking SLO, FGHP, lecithin, cell food, zinc pill, magnesium pill, multivitamin and Vitamin c 1000mil. Mind you, I do not take all at once, I do alternate with FGHP. I also taking Baking soda for ph. I do take SLO daily. All of the above for herpes. Is it safe to mix with pill?

I would like to know the answer to this question, too. As I am considering doing the following for herpes: Magnesium Chloride (topically applied to the area----ouch!!! ), colloidal silver (orally), olive leaf (orally), SLO (orally). In addition, I started taking Red Marine Algae (orally). Something has gotta work!! :(

I was wondering how much of this could be mixed and taken together, or what needs to be separated? I also do the ACV and Baking Soda remedy each morning and evening.

HELP!!!

You only need to keep taking coconut oil regularly to get rid of herpes.. Its a virus with a fat sheath around it. When the coconut oil strips the sheath the immune system kills them off. The ACV will colapse them when they start to show but will only stop the outbreak and won't rid the the body of the virus.

Angelina: I saw an herbal liver product some time ago with Chanca Pedra along w/ several other herbs. Generally speaking and almost without exception, all herbs w/ an affinity to a single organ also all work together or synergistically. I posted (here on E.C.) an herbalist who cured himself of Hep C using primarily Burdock & Yellowdock Root Tea. Many beneficial herbs for Liver. NAC helps detox and boost immunity. BHT is excellent antiviral. Oscar recommends not combining BHT with other treatment formulas. I find the best chances of overcoming serious and complex illnesses is Combination Therapy. The fine line of what can be used together is an art of healing that is not easily defined in many cases. To simplify this problem rotation is recommended. Do the Liver Complex Herbs, or Single if you prefer, for one week, drop them and use BHT for one week etc.

MMS and Methylene Blue

Posted by AZJJ (AZ) on 07/23/2023

Hi, does anyone know if chlorine dioxide solution (CDS, the best form of MMS, IMO) can, or should, be used while taking Methylene blue?

Both are amazing substances... but since they are similar in many ways... I wonder if they can co-exist with benefit?

AZJJ,

The chlorine dioxide is a very potent oxidant as discussed here :

https://www.oxy.com/siteassets/documents/chemicals/products/other-essentials/chlorine-dioxide-for-treatment-of-industrial-and-municipal-pollutants.pdf#:~:text=Chlorine dioxide is a powerful, other oxidizing agents are unsuitable.

Here is a relevant quote :

' Chlorine dioxide is a potent oxidizing agent which can be generated efficiently from sodium chlorite. '

On the other hand, methylene blue is a potent antioxidant as discussed here :

https://www.mdpi.com/1422-0067/24/7/6118#:~:text=It is known that methylene, and antioxidant actions [51].

Here is a relevant quote :

' It is known that methylene blue has a wide spectrum of action, including cytoprotective, anti-apoptotic, and antioxidant actions [51]. '

Given that a main method of action of chlorine dioxide is through its potent oxidant activities and a main method of action of methylene blue is through its potent antioxidant activities these two may work against each other, reducing their individual effectiveness.

Hi, Ted, Bill, I am a huge fan of earthclinic, God bless you! I have a question about remedy combinations: I have used the following in the past, since they are too many, I would like to know the safety of combinations. I am trying to use the following for alkalising, pesticide, bpa, halogen and heavy metal detox. Also trying to keep the arteries clean.

Can I add (combine) all the following ingredients to a cup of water and drink it first thing in the morning?

-1/4tsp Sodium bicarbonate
-1/4tsp Potassium bicarbonate
-250mg magnesium citrate or magnesium cloride
-1/4tsp sea salt
-1/32 tsp borax
-1 rice grain size crystal sodium thiosulphate
-1 tbs acv
-1 tbs lime/lemon

Please let me know.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Earthclinic,

Here are a few questions which I hope Ted can/will answer:

I am female, weighing ~150 lbs. I have got the pure powdered Methylene Blue and have made it into a 1% solution;

How much of the diluted. 1% MB should I be taking every day, and for how long, to get rid of systemic Candida/fungus? I have thus far started with 1 drop per day and worked up to 8 drops per day, but how much higher is it safe to go with this? I will start decreasing by 1 drop per day until I have more information, and will stay at 4 drops per day until I know more.

I start with ~1 gm Sodium Ascorbate (homemade- 50% Ascorbic Acid, 50% non-aluminum Baking Soda), add about 10 oz of distilled water, then add an ounce or two of OJ to shift the flavor because I don't much like the taste, 1 pinch of Celtic Sea Salt, then add the drops of . 1% MB to the Sodium Ascorbate solution. Just so you know what I'm doing. I love the SA/BS/OJ :-). Dee-Lish.

Just before I go to bed, I make a second batch same as above except *without* the Methylene Blue, and drink it through the night.

Would it be OK to add a pinch of Borax to the above, or would that be a problem?

Also, if I want to add both Sodium Thiosulfate and Foodgrade Hydrogen Peroxide to my daily list of procedures, how would it be safest to do this? Should I take them separately, or can these all be combined safely?

Thanks to all you good people who make this site such a wonderful source of shared and healthy information :-).

Especially my thanks to Ted from Bangkok.

In case it makes a difference, I am trying to get *totally rid* of what looks to me like a bacterial infection masquerading as Rheumatoid Arthritis (No doctor will look past the RA to find its origin, they just slamdunk me into their "incurable" category and try to get me on drugs), and my blood sugar seems to be a little unstable as well.

I do not take any prescription medication. I do take an aspirin a few times per week.

Oh, PS: Since I started taking the Methylene Blue, and took pinches of Borax separately for 4 days last week, in the areas that hurt the worst, some kind of reddish rash appears on my skin at the very same spot, then the area hurts less after that.

I hope Ted can provide some insight as to how I should proceed. Ted, I can and will find any chemical thing you mention which may help, that won't be a problem.

I thank you for this wonderful site.

Well after several days/weeks of reading through countless posts (God Bless you, Ted and other people, thanks for all those posts :-)), I have gleaned the following info (distilled from a Ted post) posted elsewhere here:

--------------

For a 160 pound adult; 2 (or max 3, which may be a little high) drops of. 1% solution of Methylene Blue per dose, taken 2 or 3 times per day, with the last dose taken before 3PM.

--------------

So as of today, I'm backing the Methylene Blue way down to the '2-drop per dose theorem' (I do weigh less than 160 lbs), and will do this once or maybe twice per day. I had been feeling that, once I got over 4 per day it was a little much, anyway. This was a good confirmation.

Also found that Sodium Thiosulfate must be taken hours apart from Hydrogen Peroxide, Borax, or Ted's alkalizing formulas, and apparently Hydrogen Peroxide and Borax can be taken together with any of Ted's alkalizing formulas (From Ted's 'Remedy Combinations' thread).

I hope I'm on the right track here.

Bill, Ted, or anyone who knows from direct experience, I'm hoping to get some feedback from you.

Thanks for this wonderful site and God Bless,

Linda

Hello,

I read recently a reply by Ted about which remedies can be mixed. I take sea salt, vitamin C, Borax, Apple Cider Vinegar, Magnesium as epsom salts, molasses, coconut oil, quinine, cats claw, mate, nettles, turmeric, neem, cinnamon, ginger and clove oil. Would any of these cancel each other out?

Thank you for a wonderful, life-saving website.

You truly are angels.

God Bless You and Ted Always

I just started the Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon juice combo and I also have been taking cinnamon and honey for other ailments. Does the combonation of the two hurt me or help me and I started these two remedies because I am obese and bloating and have abnormal water retention and kidney disease, stage 3. I also want to start the granulated lecithin. Am I over doing it or is this ok?

Hello Ted and everyone, can I take both MSM and H2O2 at DIFFERENT times? What I have been doing is taking MSM 12 hours after I take H2O2.

I take 10 drops of 35% food grade H2O2 diluted down to 3% in water when I get up. I have just started taking MSM, so approximately 12 hours later I take 1/8 teaspoon mixed in water and will work up to a 1/2 tablespoon per day (I weigh 123 lbs. ) or more if I can.

Also, are there any vitamins or supplements that should NOT be taken with either MSM or H2O2? (I take quite a few different vitamins or supplements)

I also take NSI Hyaluronic Acid with BioCell Collagen II - 100 mg per serving and 1000 mg of vitamin C BUT I take the vitamin C approx. 8-10 hours BEFORE I take the Hyaluronic Acid as I read here in Earth Clinic that vitamin C breaks down the Hyaluronic Acid, which is not good.

I also want to say I enjoy Earth Clinic much, this is where I come to learn. I have spent many hours searching for an answer to my above questions but all I have found is: Ted said "..... Both a hydrogen peroxide and DMSO is often used as carriers, but they can't be used both together. They tend to neutralize one another. My experience is hydrogen peroxide seems to have an upper hands on infections over the DMSO. " https://www.earthclinic.com/supplements/DMSO_questions.html

Thanks in advance for any and all responses. Ted, I know how busy you are but if you have time perhaps you can share your wisdom on these matters with me.

Folks, is it ok to combine Organic AVC, Coconut oil and Anti-Depressant medication through out the course of the day. I cant seems to shave off insomnia, excessive thoughts, panic attacks, anxiety, depersonilization, muscle tension and Fatigue syndrome. My doctor want me to start the Anti-deppresant medication to help ease some of the symptoms for at least 3 months.

1. One Tablespoon of ACV in the morning with honey

2. Cook with one table spoon of Coconut oil

3. Take medication at night.

Any thoughts or advice will be greatly appreciated. I hope they dont counter act each other

Thanks

Surulere, depression can come from toxins, have you ever thought of that? If no major event has occured in your life and you are depressed you might have too much toxins in your body. I am reading a great book right now which refers to that. Taking Vit. C, at least 1000mg a day seems to help quite well. You might be able to come off your depression medication which, if the problem is indeed the toxins, is not doing you any favours. Sorry I can't help you with the combination you are taking as I have no idea of the consequeces.

Francisca - Depression is an illness, not the result of "some major event that occurred" in someone's life. That type of depression is situational (lost a job, divorce, etc. ) and the depression will pass with time. No med's would be prescribed for that type depression.

Surulere - All of your symptoms listed would benefit more - MUCH more, from a benzodiazapene (CNS depressant used to treat anxiety, panic attacks, sleeplessness, racing thoughts, muscle tension) than an SSRI (antidepressant).

I would get a second opinion. I truly would. I work in the medical field and when I read your symptoms, I thought; "Why is the doctor prescribing SSRI's/antidepressants?? She's not depressed, she has textbook ANXIETY issues and should be on a benzo."

Returning to your question though - yes, you can absolutely continue taking the ACV, honey and coconut oil regardless of the type medication. Hope you feel better, soon.

Re Depression: It can also be a chemical imbalance - and not the result of anything psychological.

I do find it odd that so many people are clinically diagnosed and on drugs for it these days (including people I am very close to).... when just a couple of decades ago it wasn't so widespread.

Or maybe it was, and people just didn't know it or talk about it as much?

Thanks guys for all your input. Im not depressed but have lots of anxiety issues that have gone 120%. I had some trauma about a year ago which left me in this stage. Trust me, it not my last resort for a depression meds. Hence, I have a problem with dosage with herbal medicines which are not properly prescribed. The Benzo are not the way to go because of addiction... If only I get one goodnight sleep. That will be the beggining of my success story.

Here is an interesting article on Niacin (Vitamin B3). When you have a deficiency it can cause depression, anxiety and even insomnia. Dr. Hoffer has done many studies on Niacin. An important point here is that niacin is a vitamin, not a drug. It is not habit forming. Niacin does not require a prescription because it is that safe. It is a nutrient that everyone needs each day. Different people in different circumstances require different amounts of niacin.

There are dangers in taking anti anxiety "medications" long term so I would stay away from those. One danger is memory loss.

Hi Surulere - If it is a good nights sleep you are looking for - here is something to try:

Calcium - 600mg

Magnesium - 600mg

Melatonin - 5mg (sublingual - the kind you let melt under your tongue)

Take this about 45 mins before bed, and you WILL sleep! I slept SEVEN hours straight a couple of nights ago, and the main new thing I have added is the melatonin. I love it.

Also - do NOT drink energy drinks, coffee or take a B-complex vitamin after noon or it can mess up your sleep big time.

Good luck to you!

OH! I forgot to add - along with the Melatonin before bed, and the 600mg of Calcium and Magnesium - take a good Vitamin D-3 supplement. I take at least one 5, 000 iu a day now. Living in Seattle (Washington State) there is VERY little sun.... Vitamin D is so important for so many things!

The anxiety and panic issues are the tip of the iceberg. They always stem from another deeper problem, unfortunatly. Sometimes you don't realize that you have a problem until the anxiety and panic begins. These attacks are your body's outlet- a type of shut down and "no-more" where your body takes over. The actually scientific problem is the lack of sertonin absorbtion and chronic depression is pre exisiting not from an event. If you are taking anti anxiety meds, DO NOT take anything that causes drowsiness. It puts you at risk of stroke.

All the omegas (fish oil), B12 and gluten free diet ease the symptoms. 15 years of fighting it myself :) Cognitive therapy works.

Hi Surulere (what a pretty name :-)),

3 or 5mg Melatonin alone will put me to sleep without all the other stuff mentioned.

As I read your posts, I am thinking "her nervous sustem sounds exhausted". I do not know if that is true for you, but it has been true for me and here is what worked the best for me:

2 raw egg yolks, either buried in a smoothie where you can't taste them or- what I do- is thoroughly wet both hands, gently pour the unbroken yolk from the shell into my wet fingers, very carefully roll them from hand to hand (with cracked fingers letting the water run through and away) to rinse the clear white off and let the white go on down the drain, gently pick the whitish yolk strings off each end with my fingernails, then swallow the unbroken yolk down in one fell swoop without breaking it. A Kung Fu Black Belt taught me this technique many years ago.

Once I have swallowed it, I can feel the difference in my nerves within seconds, everything 'resets' to a very restful internal calm. Among many other valuable nutrients, egg yolks contain very assimilable Lecithin which is almost a perfect food for the nervous system, including Myelin Sheath, according to the late great Healer, Hanna Kroeger. Cooked eggs will not do this, it must be the yolk only, and it must be raw.

If you can't stand the idea of the egg yolks, you could acquire non-GMO Lecithin *granules* (the softgels of liquid lecithin won't do the same thing), which I like to dissolve into not-from-concentrate apple juice or fresh pressed cider and drink. It takes maybe 3 minutes for the granules to dissolve totally, and tastes like a very tasty combination of apple and vanilla.

Resveratrol, Methylene Blue

Posted by Randy (Myrtle Beach, Sc) on 01/13/2012

Just wondering if anyone has ever taken a combination of Resv with methylene blue. I have taken both seperately before but not in combination. Was curious to know if in combination anyone got any "added" antidepressant effect? As a precaution I state that I am not on any AD that could be dangerous combining with Resv and MB since both have some MAOI properties.
