Get this! I took a bath in hydrogen peroxide and it made my SPIDER VEINS in my legs way less noticeable!!! At first I thought it was the ACV i'd been taking, but after a week i noticed my veins back again. So I took another h202 bath (added 1 pt of 3% from store) and my legs are beautiful again!! I don't know how long it lasts, but temporarily it works!! I am so excited!

My daughter & I use baking soda and peroxide to brush our teeth once a week to whiten them... We pour baking soda in our hand, dip the toothbrush in the peroxide and start brushing... Your teeth will get pearly white after using this treatment for awhile...

I use peroxide 3-5 times a week as a mouth wash/gargle. It helps to keep my mouth feeling fresh, and it is a natural teeth whitener.

Blood Stain Removal

Rinse loose blood with cool water. Apply hydrogen peroxide to both sides of material. Repeat until all traces of blood have disolved. Works on furniture as well.

I had ruined yet another pair of panties during my period, and I noticed my bottle of peroxide on my counter. Remembering that I had read that it worked for blood stains, I poured straight peroxide on the spot, watched it fizz up and promptly put the underwear in the wash. It was gone! It doesn't completely remove older stains, but it definitely fades them.

After you cleanse the cut on your finger with hydrogen peroxide and find the blood got on your favorite shirt/blouse, use that same hydrogen peroxide to remove the blood from that article of clothing. Just soak the blood stain with undiluted hydrogen peroxide for a for a good five to ten minutes. You will be able to see the blood vanishing before your eyes. Rinse with cold water and wash the article of clothing as usual.

I just recently started taking 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide internally and I'm up to 6 drops a day in distilled water. So far I haven't noticed anything except feeling a little nauseous right after drinking it. I have read some things about it being corrosive and was wondering what that does to the stomach. I have stomach issues all the time. I was once told by a doctor that I had an ulcer (although he never really determined this for sure, it was more like a guess after I told him of my symptoms) I'm not convinced that's in fact what my issue is. I was hoping the HP would help my stomach problems as well as my suspected candida overgrowth. However, now I'm worried that the HP might exacerbate my stomach and digestive problems. Does anyone have any more info regarding this? Thanks in advance.

I am up to 23 drops 3 x per day. I can tell you be sure to take the h202 at least 1 hour or more before you eat anything and at least 3 hours after you eat anything and I mean anything even a cracker. The food and the h202 do not mix well and your stomach will get upset. In your case with a sensitive stomach you have to be even more careful. I am only experiencing a slight queeziness but it goes away in 15-20 minutes. My only complaint at this point is that it makes you really hot and you sweat easily when you do any kind of activity. I am guessing that is good for removing the toxins.

The article I read said to take 3 to 4 lecithin capsules with h202 or 35% hydrogen peroxide-food grade only and should be duluted with distilled water only! I do have a question for you though. Do you have recipe for the treatment you are doing? I will say I am not a doctor but, I have a strong belief that this will work. I read about this in the 1970's.

good luck!

Let me tell you of my experience using 35% food grade H2O2 based on the book The One-Minute Cure. This book is basically a copy from the book Hydrogen Peroxide: Medical Miracle Paperback by William Campbell Douglass. I started the treatment & worked up to 23 drops in 6-8 oz of water but started to have stomach pains which has been diagnosed as a peptic ulcer. I have discontinued the treatment because the pain is too great. I can't prove or disprove H2O2 is the cause but I don't think its pure coincidence. I believe the use of H2O2 is the cause of my peptic ulcer. I would caution folks about using this treatment.

Hello Harry,

How well I know that feeling of ulcer pain, but that was years before I ever tried the oral H202. Eliminating sweet milk and bleached flour got rid of most all my GI tract
problems years before I tried the oral H202 and like you, found that my stomach just would not tolerate it. Well, enjoying a happy stomach a whole lot more than an ailing one, I left off all thoughts of H202 until I read about Bill's inhalation method. I have tried it several times without stomach problems. So you might try his method also and see if it works for you. That is what I love about this site. One can learn a lot.

Regarding the 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. I have read that it's more for cleaning commercial counters. I definitely would never use it internally.

What you need to buy is Hydrogen Peroxide 3% which is readily available in the US.

Here in the UK I found a 6% product so I simply use half the recommended number of drops. Add them to a glass of spring water or mineral water and drink. You need a medicine dropper to accurately measure the amount you're taking.

Please no, never take over-the-counter 3 percent hydrogen peroxide orally. It is treated with preservatives that can cause GI upset or worse. Ok to rinse mouth but should be followed by clean water rinse. Use distilled water and food grade h2o2 mixed to make oral drink of a few drops of the food grade h2o2. Do not put full strength anywhere on your body. If you don't believe me dip a toothpick in the 35% and touch it to the back of your hand.

I just turned 41 and started getting horrible indigestion, as painful as the worst freezer brain ever, but in the center of my chest. After trying Prilosec for a month, what a joke. I called my nurse after an 8 agonizing hour bout of indigestion, she prescribed Prevacid @ $178 for a 30 day supply, this was also crap! I was laying on my floor in agony and could hardly breathe it hurt so bad after taking 2 doses. 3-4 hours later I felt no improvement. I don't know why, but I got up and decided out of desparation to try drinking a few drops of regular bathroom peroxide, 4-5 looking drops worth from the cap, into a half full water bottle, less than 1 minute later, no exagerration, try for yourself, there wasn't even the faintest bit of pain! I went to bed and laid there waiting for it to return, it never came back, I was asleep within minutes! Everybody should give this a try, its amazing! This stuff is some kind of miracle concoction, I don't know what else to say, just try it!

Store Bought (Not Food Grade) Hydrogen Peroxide

Posted by Robert Henry (Ten Mile, Tn. ) on 09/17/2014

HI YA'LL DOIN TODAY, , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Been reading all these posts to the fact that you must have have pharmaceutical grade Hydrogen Peroxide or the boggy man will get you. Ted and Bill tell us they have to compromise because the people they try to help are dirt poor. Also, Bill Munro was the fellow who educated us all on Hydrogen Peroxide and he lived from 64 to 89 and cured two cancers with the cheap store brand.

YEP, I use the pharmaceutical kind because I can afford it. What we are doing is preventing some folks from using hydrogen peroxide to improve their health situation. They accept this as fact when it's just your opinion.

Let's make a pact, don't insist that Hydrogen Peroxide must be pharmaceutical grade. Why? BECAUSE IT DOESN'T.

Hello Mr. Robert Henry! I just wanted to add to your post.

On here EC, it is recommended if using the store bought peroxide. What you want to look at is the active ingredients to be 3% hydrogen peroxide, and inactive ingredient to be purified water. This is all that should be listed. If it has stabilizer listed, do not purchase. There are a few around if they have not changed them yet. Always read the bottle when in the store and never assume anything. Even when I go back and buy extra I always check the label to make sure no change has occurred .

I also watch a video on youtube by this guy Tony Pantalleresco where he shows if you freeze this store bought peroxide, then open and pour off the liquid it will be food grade full strength peroxide. Water freezes peroxide don't, so when you pour it off its pure peroxide. So that's what he says to do. You can google him on youtube. Don't forget to dilute this if you use this solution as it will be very powerful.

Thanks Rebel.

PS: never put peroxide in metal or use metal spoons. Check some places first that I have found without stabilizers Fred's, Family Dollar and some brand that I bought at a Sam's Wholesale Club; that's a few if they have not added them yet.... always a good ideal to stock up, we are losing more freedoms everyday and we never know when it will go away. Hence our availability to Iodine and supplies to make it.

I have started to use H202 on the brown sun spots on my left cheek after reading on Earth Clinic that it would fade them. Last night was the 2nd night. I took a cotton ball and soaked it in h202 and then held it to the area for about 15 minutes. Can report that after 2 nights they look like they are fading. Will report back.

I don't know what they are called, but I've gotten like these puffy marks in my mouth like on my tounge that hurt like hell and I found that if you pour a little hydrogen peroxide in your hand and stick your tongue in it and wait like thirty seconds until bubles form around the mark and rinse it off and do it a couple times the mark disappears in like a third of the time it normally would to just tough it out.

Hydrogen Peroxide 3% solution has cured my toothache. I had a nasty cavity that was causing a lot of pain. I couldn't chew or put any pressure on my teeth on the left hand side. I read about the amazing cures with hydrogen peroxide & decided to try it. I took a shot glass and diluted it 50/50. From the first time I swished the rinse to the present, it has worked like magic! Not only has my toothache gone away, but my gums look & feel so much better! I also put hydrogen peroxide drops in my ears to prevent cold & visrus. It has taken away earaches and sore throats.

H202 for toothache: I was recommended by a friend to gargle for one minute with H2O2 3% solution 2 or 3 times per day and repeat for three or so days to relieve throbbing pain. And IT WORKED.

Gargling with Hydrogen Peroxide cured my peritonsillar abscess. I would not have believed it if I read it on this site. But, I was facing a very painful procedure to drain a peritonsillar abscess and read on a different site that gargling with hydrogen peroxide sometimes helps. I did two gargles about 2 minutes apart. Less than 10 minutes later I coughed up (I know, GROSS) a whole bunch of blood and puss. Instantly my throat felt better.
