I am currently using a product with the main ingredient of Apple Cider Vinegar. After 2-3 weeks total, I'm better but not cured.. My warts seem to be the stubborn ones that are deeply rooted for they all have a flat bump on them now.. My main question/concern is that my warts turned black and fell off within the first week.. But the left over bump doesn't seem to be turning black.. It still stings when I apply ACV and turns white.. But after a few hours or so it turns back to a fleshy color.. Is ACV only working to a certain point? Any one else with similar experiences? I doubt I will get an answer for no one likes to post responses.. Btw I've had my GW for 4-5 years now and I'm a male.. It seems I just have to give it more time, but every week I grow more impatient little by little..

For genital warts try vitamin e internally (3 capsules) and an aspirin, blistex paste. Watch your caffiene intake.

I have tried everything for these little annoyances! Nothing was working so I kind of gave up for a while. Except now I have recently met someone and I need to give getting rid of these suckers another try. I'm sick of seeing no results! I tried to ACV for almost a month with no results, I've just tried the aspirin and ACV paste so we'll see how that works. Is there ANY other option out there?! I'm desperate and getting seriously ticked off!

First of all I want to thank everyone on this site that posted their experiences with hpv. I was diagnosed with hpv two days ago, and like alot of ppl, I dont know who gave it to me. I was hurt and upset and didnt know what to do. I had recieved incorrect information about this virus, so I got on the internet and did some research. So anyways I called a few doctors seeking treatment for my condition and to my dismay, they were very costly and none of them accepted insurance. Discouraged once again I got on the internet to see if I could find any doctors in my area that accept insurance and could treat me... None.

I happen to stumble upon this site and began to read everyones posts and I came across this Apple Cider Vinegar thing. I havent tried it yet, but I will start tomorrow. I will also make updates once I have finished treatment. I was surprised to find out that hpv is the most common sti, ... Hmmm why hadnt I heard of this before, too little too late. For everyone having sex, please practice safe sex, because there are things out there far worse than hpv. Thanks everyone.

Up until last week I was definitely a success story. I caught mine in November of 2007 and just had one tiny one inside that I didn't even know about until my doctor said something. I didn't care until late 08 when a couple visible ones showed. Aldara was crap... Of course it didn't work. Smh. Oct. 2009 I found this site and I was reeeeally skeptical but was willing to try anything at that point... And it really truly worked. I still can't describe that feeling of RELIEF. I felt like a normal person again. I'm 23 (was 22 at the time).. Fresh out of college, working hard... This was really messing with me.

Then with just raw ACV, cotton balls and bandaids they left. I did not have ANY reoccurance at all. And let me tell you... I was SICK as a dog for like 2 weeks at one point... Stressed like you wouldn't believe at another point... Not getting a lot of sleep at another point... Had cuts (from picking at pimples) at another.... Rough sex... Everything and NEVER did anything pop up.

Now out of nowhere... When I've LOST 26 pounds and couldn't be healthier... Not much stress... A little less sleep but still at least 6 hours... I'm having a CRAZY outbreak! Every single one came back (4) plus another... Plus so much discharge... I am FREAKING out and I DON'T UNDERSTAND. This is so beyond emotionally draining. I think the worst part is really having to mentally grasp the fact that I DIDN'T cure it like I thought I did. I don't mean to discourage anyone but I just need some ADVICE! WHY do you think this is happening?? Ugh this is so so so so awful :-(

I was using the Apple Cider Vinegar treatment but went a little overboard and soaked the regions next to the wart as well. I am worried now that they will spread to the tender parts I affected with the acv. Will it spread, what are the chances?

I'm going to continue the Apple Cider Vinegar treatment but now I'm going to use a q-tip directly on the wart. My wart seems a little tough though, its not a cornflour shape but rather it looks like a wart you see on hands and fingers. Are these tougher to treat?

Any comments and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Colloidal silver works better and faster with no stinging. Use it the same way, soak a cotton ball with full strength colloidal silver.

So I figured I needed to do my duty and help spread the word to the others that have genital warts and have not found relief... So I found out I had contracted genital warts from my boyfriend in May. I was completely devastated and could not function. (I still feel horrible when people reference STD's because in my head, "ohhh yeah I have one... Blah! " I got itchy one night and thought I had a yeast infection. So I started to itch down there! To my horror I found bumps! Holy Shit, this is not happing! I saw the warts on my boyfriend prior and asked him about it, he said it was razor burn. Secretly, I thought it was warts, but I went against my better judgement and disregarded it. Bad move, although I'm sure even if we used protection I would have gotten it since it's so contagious. Anyways, I went to the doctor and she's like "no biggie I'll freeze it and give you Aldara and it will be gone before you know it! " Yeah I wish! I was on Aldara with no results for 3 months! So she said give it one more month and if it doesn't go away I can't help you and would need to see someone else! I do not have the time to be running around with warts on my crotch! So that's how I found this site! Needless to say, I now love ACV not only for genital warts, but for many other things that I found on this website can be cured by it! To my story.... I started the ACV thinking it would be gone within 3 days! Well it really took about 9. So I have warts just inside my vagina, so the area is always moist. I had two warts that were about half an inch in when you opened up. So what I did was soak cotton balls in the ACV and leave it there over night. Days and days passed I did see much improvement, but it was still there around day 5! I was freaking out worrying it wouldn't work! So my skin started getting bad because I was burning it every night. So I decided to take a few days off to heal the area. I went out and bought tree oil and vitamin E oil! Soooo glad I did. After a few days of laying off the ACV I realized they actually had gone away, but my skin was soooo swollen and irritated I thought it was still there. Let me say, they never turned white or black or fell off. Since they were inside my vagina it was too moist. They just "naturally" disappeared. Needless to say, I'm wart free in August and after a 9 day treatment! My advise is use try the ACV! Yes it stings a bit, but would you rather have warts?! ?! ? I recommend doing treatment every night for a week then let the skin heal and see where your at. I'm sure it will at least make it better! Don't give up! Genital warts severely suck! But realize that life could be worse! So think and hold on to what do you do have that is positive and good in life! Understand once you figure out how to get rid of the warts it will not rule your life! Just stay upbeat and healthy. I hope I have helped someone... If anyone has questions, please feel free to ask.

I am soo happy I found this site. I had these for almost a year now and had two acid treatments at the gyno that didn't really work. They got smaller but never went away. I tried the ACV yesterday. For two or so hours I had cotton balls soaked in ACV on the spots where I had the warts. Minimal burning and discomfort, just as much, if not less than what I had with the acid treatments. After sitting for a couple hours, the warts turned white and a couple of the really small ones just basically wiped right off. This morning, one of the bigger ones came off in the shower. Right now I'm sitting with Apple Cider Vinegar soaked cotton balls applied where the remaining warts are. There's a little more burning and discomfort today because the skin is sensitive from the treatment yesterday, but it's not bad at all. The rest of the warts are in a sort of cluster and are noticeably smaller than they were yesterday. I am so happy that this worked I absolutely had to leave word on here and add to the people saying it works.

After months of dealing with what I thought were hemorrhoids on my rectal area, I finally went to the Gyno for my yearly with the idea that I might have HPV. Sure enough I had warts. One patch was a nickel-sized cluster that was quite thick, and I had additional ones from my butt area to the front area. The nurse practitioner said I could burn or cream them, but she recommended burning since I had such a large cluster and then some. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Once I knew they were warts I couldn't stand them! The next day I wasted an hour of my time, waiting nervously for my procedure. When the actual doc came in, she assessed my warts and decided that the patch was too thick for the machine they had, and I needed to schedule an appointment at the hospital. I was told I would suffer third degree burns and I would need about a week off to rehabilitate from the pain. This scared the heck out of me. Then on top of it I had to wait for THEM to call ME, and let me know when the whole thing would take place. AHHHHHH! This only added to my devastation, but it inadvertently led me here!!! So I took the matter into my own hands, and after reading these posts, I ran to the cupboard and grabbed the ACV. First I did spot treatments with a cotton swab, although I wasn't too sure if that was going to give me the results I sought. I did two spot treatments before I bought some cotton balls and did hourly soaks. I did my first soak overnight, shoving the soaked balls in between my butt cheeks and leaving them there. I also spot treated the ones on my vaginal lips with a cotton swap, holding the swab on the wart for a few minutes at a time. That first night I woke up five hours later from the burning. I pulled the balls out and cleaned the area with soap and water before going back to bed. The next morning I felt okay to try another soak. This time I covered the soaked cotton balls with a bandayed. I kept these on for about 2-3 hours before I took them off, cleaned the area and left for school. The used cotton balls had a brown color on them, I guess from the warts. Walking wasn't too hard, the burning was definitely tolerable. Later in the day I began to find parts of warts on the toilet paper after I wiped. NICE. However I would get small spots of blood too. That night I did my third soak. By this time I decided not to hassle with a mirror, and I just felt around for the warts. I can feel them all or at least tell where they itch. Plus, by this time I knew where they were located. I slid a soaked cotton ball around my vagina, and soaked half a cotton ball in ACV, leaving the half for the bandayed dry. Then I Bandayed the ball to the cluster, and repeated the same thing for another area. I went to bed with Much less burning than the first night, and I fell right to sleep. Today, while taking a shower I noticed that the Nickel-sized cluster has been reduced to 1/3 of its original size. YES!!!! In feeling around I noticed all my bumps are either gone, or quite reduced in size. Looking in the mirror the bumps look soo much better. I am so thrilled by my fast and relatively painless results. (Compared to the surgical burn and a week off work)

Although I think I could very well stand another treatment this day, I think I am going to wait until tonight, just so I have some time to heal. Hopefully, using the ACV and my current diet change I can keep these warts from returning. No more pop and sugary things for me. And a lot more veggies.

I caught HPV about 10 years ago and I have tried everything to get rid of them. The only thing that worked well was laser treatment and this is when I had over 12 of them on my penis. But a few months later, one popped up, then another. I kept them in check using Podophyllum Resin, which is also natural, but the stuff can have deadly side effects. So I gave ACV a try 3 days ago. I had 3 warts. Day 1 - I took off the cotton from the end of q-tips, soaked them in ACV, and taped them on the warts using a band-aid. I found that you need to use the sticky part of the band-aid to cover them. Don't use the bandage part in the middle. It's too lose. After Day 1, the warts turned white and I could see that they were actually 9 warts! ! OMG! Clusters of 3. Day 2 - They got softer and softer. Then the clusters merged together in one big white spot (like a zit ready to pop). Don't touch it or poke it! ! Leave it alone. Day 3 - My skin was starting to get tender and sore even though I kept the ACV on the warts almost the entire time. My skin took very well to the ACV. Some people don't, so tread carefully. When I woke up, the warts looked like they were hurting - like I had the best of those bastards for once in my life. They were turning to a grayish color. I took a long bath - about 30 minutes in warm water. When I got out and dried myself off, one of the warts was gone! ! And this was the bugger that was a real pain. It was on the edge of my foreskin and shaft. It's gone. I applied one more treatment of ACV on it to make sure.

WARNING: the ACV was harsh on my foreskin and I had to make sure to protect my foreskin by covering it with a band aid first, then nailing the wart next to the foreskin with ACV. The problem was the head of my penis would naturally retract a bit and the foreskin would get hit by the ACV. I used vitain E cream on a band-aid and covered by foreskin. The shaft of my penis, where the other warts were, coped very well to the ACV but that was me. I've read about other people who reacted badly so try a 2-3 hour application and see how you do to start. Day 4 - That will be tomorrow. I will update you. I am taped up as we speak and going for the last kill. The warts seem to be dying and actually look like helpless little things now. What shocks me is why this treatment is not more well-known. A few months ago, I read on the Internet that it was a myth. Then I stumbled on this site and a few others. Thanks god I did. I know I might get some warts again in the future but it is only a simple 3-5 day treatment to crush them. And to think, for 10 years I struggled with this crap. I'm just glad it's over.

Genital Warts Remedies

I have been having genital warts for I don't know how long. But have lots of it around my urethra, hymen, the lips of my vagina and the opening. Its very disgusting. Well, I went to the gyno and they treated me with some acidic stuff but it only peeled of a few warts. I then tried soaking ACV into cotton balls and have been using them since. It has been around 3 weeks now and many of the warts has gone. It somehow melts and forms into discharges or has gotten smaller in size. Some of the skin are very raw and some are still white. I'm still treating the white parts though. I have also been using acv soaked tampons for 2 weeks now to treat the ones inside (I don't know if I have them inside but just to take precautions) It doesn't hurt when I insert the tampon inside. It only hurts around 1 inch from the vaginal entrance because of the bleeding - it turns white after I remove the tampon. I know they are warts (first 1 inch from the opening) but does it mean that I have more inside even if I don't feel the pain after 2 weeks? Should I continue treating the ones inside? Please Help. Thank You

Day 20

Here's my last post regarding ACV therapy. 11 Days ago I posted what i had hoped would be the cure to my HPV breakout. On a positive note, ACV therapy does work. However, in some cases, the location and size of the wart you are treating is simply too deeply rooted for the ACV to be 100% effective.

When i first started dealing with this 2 months ago (jeeze has it really been that long???) I had initially started off with a single round flat wart on the glans of my penis. I then, after using aldara, got another wart to form just below along the shaft of my penis. I didn't start using ACV therapy until a little over a month into this whole experience.

A couple of days after my last post on Day 11, the secondary wart had cleared completely due to ACV therapy. On day 13, however, the initial wart which was on my glans came back. The skin on it had scabbed over by use of the ACV therapy but the wart tissue was just too deeply rooted and started to regenerate.

Not deterred by this set back, on Day 15, i decided to use ACV in combination with over-the-counter liquid nitro wart freezing products. I found that this method was very effective in destroying the wart tissue... and the wart quickly started to shival and dry up by Day 18. First i would apply the ACV as usual and leave it there for about an hour. I then took the liquid nitrogen and freezed the area. The problem with doing this is the fact that you're applying something to a VERY sensitive area on yourself.

On Day 19 I had already had a doctor's appointment set up in case I was still having issues. The point of the appointment was if i was still experiencing difficulties, i would request that the doctor use cryotherapy.

That's exactly what i ended up doing. Even though the ACV in combination with the over-the-counter wart freeze was very effective, the pain associated with applying the liquid nitro on myself hindered my ability to freeze off ALL the wart tissue.

Also, the over-the-counter wart freeze products' applicator tip is different from what the doctors use. It's made of a round spongy material about a cm or two in diameter so when you apply it, the liquid nitro only really treats the surface area of the skin.

The nitrogen applicator at the doctors office is more like a blunted needle which makes it able to get into the nooks and crannies of the wart tissue.

Long story short, I explained to my doctor what i had been doing. I asked right from the outset that I wanted him to perform cryotherapy to remove any remaining wart tissue. He agreed.

He said that ACV is basically a weaker version of the wart dissolving solutions you can get at the local drug store and that it WAS effective and SAFE to be using. But he also added that the location of the wart on the glans was inhibiting the ACV's effectiveness.

After examining the dried up scab area that i had treated myself he concluded that the wart was pretty much gone except for a "few papules" which i had missed. He performed cryotherapy and in a few short minutes he was finished. He said it would blister and then quickly start healing in 3 days and be completely healed in about a week.

This is my last post. For those of you who are freaking out about this, i feel you but do yourself a favor: Don't deny this for what it is..a wart. If its small then by all means use ACV and it will eventually clear up but it will take a couple weeks.

To make this all go away faster, don't walk, RUN to your phone and call your doctor and make an appointment or go to your local emergency center. Tell them you have a wart on your genitals and you are requesting cryotherapy. You HAVE TO REQUEST cryotherapy otherwise the doctors will just stand there and scratch their heads, prescribe you a cream, therefore wasting your time and money.

Believe me cryotherapy is the way to go if your case is serious. Try the ACV too...who knows things may improve. But the end result is the same.

ACV with cause the same kind of blistering and scabbing as cryotherapy but typically is something that take a few days to apply and then a week to allow to heal.

Cryotherapy on the other hand takes only minutes to apply and a week to heal but only if you let the doctor do it. The over-the-counter stuff just doesn't have the correct kind of applicator to go in deep enough. You'll freeze off the surface but still have infected tissue underneath which will just come back.

This whole thing has been a nightmare. Had i known, i would have demanded cryotherapy a month ago and been done with this once and for all. Live and learn i guess. Hopefully my experience with help steer others in the right direction.

I was very skeptic that ACV would work for me. I have approximately 11 GWs. 5 or so in a cluster and the rest being a bit large and on their own.

I was diagnosed with GWs about 3 months ago. I was given an acid treatment and nothing changed. I actually went from about 8 up to 11 of them. I have no health insurance and knew I couldn't afford much more than continuing with that.

After researching online, I found out about ACV. I ordered ACV online and started the treatment yesterday.

Day 1 - I soaked a cotton ball in acv and then taped it to one singular wart with a bandaid. Initially, there was no burning and I was concerned that it wasn't working. After about 45 mins I did notice a slight burning but it was definitely bearable. After about 4 hours I removed the band-aid and noticed a slight change in color of the wart. Later that night I decided to do the routine again while I slept. This time I put the soaked cotton ball on the cluster of them that I had. Again, I used a band aid to keep it in place. This time I felt a burning sensation and it kept up - but again, was bearable. In the morning I checked the situation and noticed that the cluster and the singular wart were now a whiteish color.

The only cons I can think of are A) Obviously the burning but thus far it's not horrible. B) The smell. I, unfortunately, always hated the smell of vinegar but both mentioned cons are worth putting up with if it helps remove the sight of the GWs from my body.

I will keep up with my progress and let you know how it goes!

UPDATE:

Day 6 - 8:

The warts have gone and I ceased all use of the ACV. The area that had been treated had a dry scab which had since washed away in the shower but what was left behind were very sore crater-like blisters that required a bit more healing. The blisters were a result of the acidic ACV which essentially burned the effected skin off, leaving behind the under-layer of the epidermis.

There comes a point where you have to let the body start the process of repairing your skin. To help sooth the injured area I took a vitamin E gel-cap, snipped opened the end of the pill and used the vitamin E oil contained inside directly onto the wounded skin. Vitamin E helps the body's ability for tissue repair. I also took the vitamin E supplement orally each day.

To keep the blistered skin from sticking to clothing, I put a small bandaid over it. If you don't do this, the blistered skin, which is weapy, will stick to your clothes and tear open and start bleeding.

This part of the process is probably the hardest because there is really nothing to do but wait for your body to s-l-o-w--l-y start healing itself. The area looked very red and sore at this stage, and improvement is seen is a matter of days verses overnight changes as seen when using the ACV. The important thing is to focus on other things and stay postive!

Day 9

Its now Day 9 and the area around the blisters are returning to their normal color. The blisters themselves have begun to close. Aside from the actual blisters, the area around them still feel a little rough, but the skin is softening a bit every day. I am using a tiny amount of silver gel which you can get at CVS. Its an antimicrobial meant to be used on blisters, burns and cuts.

I'm now just taking the vitamin E orally.

At this point the less junk you apply to the area the better. I'm still covering it with a bandaid and wrapping with a clean sock to immobilize the area but other than that just keep it clean. Shower in the morning and then again in the late afternoon.

If you are able, expose the area to as much air as possible in the privacy of your own home when it's appropriate. The extra air circulation definitely helps.

This whole process is soooo unbelievably slow. This is NOT the overnight cure you're hoping for when you begin this process. As slow as it is however, its the best way i believe to get the effected skin healed and back to normal.

Knock on wood I will be able to post a short update soon which will state that the skin has completely healed.

Posted by Whatsupwithmyjunk (Nyc, Ny) on 06/09/2010

I wanted to post an update as a lot of the posts here tend to take a snapshot at either the very beginning or middle of this whole process.

To summarize:

On Day 1 i left the ACV on with a cotton-ball and band-aid for 5-6 hours.

On Day 2 i was really red and raw and in pain from the first application so i gave my self a day off from the ACV. To protect the area from rubbing when moving around, I just put a sock over my penis to add a layer of cushion. I also applied some simple bacitracin.

By Day 3 a rough, dry scab was forming and it was turning dark in color. I decided I would apply for 1 hour in the morning and then again for one hour in the evening before bed. Remember to rinse after each application, else, the healthy skin will get irritated.

On Day 4 I applied another 1 hour treatment in the morning. By now the scab was really hard and flaky. I decided at this point that my body had to do it's part so for the rest of the day i just left it alone. And I mean LEAVE it alone...there's NO overnight cure for this but it doesnt have to take weeks.

It's now Day 5. The scab I could tell was nearing its end. I continued to just leave it alone.

Tonight i felt that all too familiar tingling sensation that told me that the HPV was going to give another go at rearing its ugly head at a completely different spot. Remember now that this is HPV and it likes to hop scotch its way around. It's a frickin' war underneath your skin. I did a spot test on the tingling spot with ACV and lo and behold it turned white. grrrr...ok so this is to be expected.

I decided to do another round of ACV treatments. This time though I only kept it on for only 30 minutes. I immediately showered after, washing with dial antibacterial soap. I pat dry the area and could see the two that I had were like white craters.

I decided to apply some prescription antibiotic solution that my doctor had prescribed to me. It helps keep things from getting infected. Neosporin will probably do the same thing but this stuff is amazing. It penetrates deep down because it's a liquid not a cream.

ANYWAY, as I applied the solution, I lightly rubbed the area and the dead skin/scab just peeled right off revealing light pink skin underneath. There's still a little crater there but its NOT painful or irritated looking. I then applied some bacitracin over it. Hopefully by morning it will be healed.

So those of you looking for someone to quantify how long this treatment goes on for can refer to my experience which by the looks of things seems to be about 5-7days. Thats from the "oh crap why me" moment to the "it looks like it never happened" bliss.

I will post when I am officially clear.

I'll have to start by saying that I do not know anything about this particular ailment. but in reading some of the dietary remedies in the therapeutic regimen you mentioned, there may be some hints as to what else you might try. I suspect that buckwheat and millet are mentioned for their fiber benefits, too, (VERY important factor, is fiber, in any bloodstream-cleansing routine which is designed to 'get to the outer limits' of the organism -meaning the skin- and clear that up that organ, too), but these particular two grains are important for their anti-acidic properties, and because they are two -rather rare- natural sources of molybdenum, which has a way of somehow binding/changing/eliminating heavy metals. So, you could try taking molybdenum, in very small amounts, if you wanted to achieve part of the benefits of the buckwheat and millet, but of course you wouldn't get the fiber benefits that way. Anything about 'warts', boils, abscesses, - always says 'cell wall anomalies, separation-syndrome-in-the-bloodstream issues' to me, and also, the usual malabsorption of calcium, due to hyper-acidity, of the 'bad' sort. You might try silicon ['horsetail'], which is especially useful when these problems get as far 'out' as the skin, but also helpful are all of the what I call 'blood breather' nutrients -B1 [thiamine]*, pantothenic acid, bioflavenoids, folic acid, B12, Vit E, CoQ10. Very very helpful as 'blood cleanser/breather' is whey, which has the special ability to penetrate the cell walls and make interstitial repairs. I'll try to send that recipe later today. Meantime, your mention of 'buckwheat and millet' raised, for me, some of these other possibilities you might consider.. *thiamine seems to be particularly helpful to 'prepare' an animal in advance of administering de-worming medications. I'm speaking specifically of sheep, an animal whose liver is particularly sensitive to any imbalance concerning 'metals'. Thiamine seems to make the organism an 'inhospitable environment' for parasites -keeping in mind that all the dangerous parasites thrive in high-acid, anaerobic conditions -thus, provide the opposite conditions, and parasites die, or otherwise vacate the host. Most health practitioners seem to agree that the B vitamins should be carefully balanced, but sometimes, a few of them are really battered and require special replacement -like thiamine, niacin, pyridoxine, PABA, and pantothenic acid. Generous sources of choline and riboflavin would also be helpful. Be sure to get the buckwheat and millet as fiber, though, and snack 'to your heart's content' on celery. -which, frankly, can be quite satisfying and for any skin disorder -a marvel. Good luck.

I wanted to share my experiences with trying to get rid of these things with everybody as I've been dealing with it for over a year now!
I first went to the doctor and had several burned off with acid as they were in a spot that wasn't too sensitive. I have yet to see them return in that area, though I continue to have an itchy tingling sensation where they once were.

Several months later I noticed something wrong in the area around the entrance to my vagina, and yes, they were genital warts. Planned Parenthood referred me to the hospital clinic, the area was too sensitive and they don't have the means to treat them in this particular spot. The Clinic said I need to go to the emergency room first to get a surgical referral and the emergency room basically told me they wish people would stop flooding their rooms with minor things like this. So I left, went to a doctors office and they had run out of their cryo-therapy stuff!I don't have insurance. After some searching I finally found this site.

I tried the ACV only treatment and it worked...at first. The treatment was very painful. I did it for several nights in a row, my skin was raw, almost bleeding, but the warts were no longer there. It took about two weeks to heal and after a couple more weeks I thought I was in the clear, but alas, they returned only worse.

I knew that getting my body healthy was another key and I ended up finding a book on a very special, very restrictive diet by a woman who is from Atlanta, GA(unfortunately I can't say the name). The diet is a yeast detox and is supposed to cleanse your body of the disease causing bugger yeast. You are not allowed ANY sugar, including fruit or sweet potatoes. No dairy or alcohol; and the only grains you can eat are quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, and millett. You are allowed to eat meat in small quantities. The diet really began to work. The warts began to slowly disappear. However, due to the extreme restrictive nature of the diet I came crashing off after a month and a half. The warts came back with a vengeance.

So here I am again. I was going to try the ACV, castor oil, aspirin treatment but have decided to try the elderberry and green tea extract option mentioned by Jeff from Anaheim. Tonight was the first night, so I will keep everyone posted on how it goes. I am also going to slowly begin the diet again, one step at a time. I think this is really the best way at beating these things and keeping them away. I'm really glad you are all here and I wish everyone luck in their endeavors. Cross your fingers for me! I haven't dated or had sex since I found out and I'm really starting to get lonely! I would love to hear your feed back!

This disease sucks! I've had it since i was in my early 20s. Basically a result of a bad one night stand gone horribly wrong. I'm 36 now and depending on my stress or if i get sick i can most certainly count on an outbreak. My case is relatively mild compared to others. When i get them they are flat and resemble a red sore area. Its very atypical but I've been to my doctor numerous times and each time have all the herpes, syphilis etc etc etc blood work done (even though they did test a tissue sample a few years back and it indicated HPV) each time my blood work always comes back negative for everything.

Doctors are the most unhelpful when dealing with this. Last week I went again for the second time and the last thing my doctor asked while scratching her head not knowing really how to cure this thing. My doctor asked, "Well, is this something you could sort of just live with?" Yeah my ---- looks like it just vacationed on a leper colony and I'm just supposed to be ok with that. grrrrr!

So I tried this ACV thing. Stung like a bitch, yes, but I must say i think its working. The first day I soaked a tiny little pieces of a cotton ball in the ACV , put it over the trouble spots (there's two) and left it to do its thing while watching TV at the end of the day for about 4 or 5 hours.

I also tried to keep it on at night while i slept but ended up taking it off at around 2am or so because it hurt sooooo bad.

The next day it was red and raw and really hurt. To keep my junk from swinging around to much i put a sock on it under my clothes (obviously)...lol...you'll notice a few more winks and smiles from everyone after you do this.

Because it was so raw, the second day i just left it alone. About all i did was apply bacitracin.

On day 3 (today) Ive noticed the spots have turned blackish and have dried out a bit. I'm applying the ACV again for about an hour before work. Depending on how they feel I may do the same again this evening.

Out of ALL the remedies I've tried this is the only treatment that has made a difference. I've had all the creams from the doctor..they dont work. Silver oxide gel...doesn't work....honey, nope just tastes sweet...neosporin doesnt work but will ease irritation. I even convinced the doctor to give me prescription strength antibiotic solution to apply to it...doesn't do a damn thing except keep it from getting infected. Last but not least I was told by my doctor to try yeast infection cream...total waste of time!

I have had them frozen off before as well. I have had good results with that as well but it involves going in and showing off an embarrassing thing to basically a stranger who may or may not judge you...who may or may not be willing to even perform the procedure. (esppecially if you have one on the glans..,they dont like to freeze anything on there)

So anyway I am trying to be hopeful and as long as each day I see improvement they I'll stick with this remedy. Its been 6 weeks and I'm really looking forward to sex again!!!!

Replying to Nena from L.A., Ca

Hi Nena,

This is DEFINATLEY too much TMI but you asked.

Well there were two versions of warts. One version outside: like on the outside labia (lips), the area between your vaginal opening and anus, and between my butt cheeks -- then the inside where its all pink. For both I got a Q Tip dipped in ACV and just went over all the interesting looking skin areas and held it there for a bit. Yes it is going to burn (especially inside)but just breathe through it. After you remove the qtip just wait like another 30 -60 seconds and see if things turn white. Mines turned white, if they don't turn white then I don't know what to tell you.

The outside ones went away in basically 3 weeks. I had to go another round with some pesky ones so all in all more than a month. I would soak up a cotton swab, break it up and then literally tape it to the warts using clinical paper tape, I think. ((The tape that is easy to tear off, especially on your sensitive areas. You can find everything at your local grocers.)) NOW the outside ones turned gray, sometimes black, and literally FELL off when I showered or wiped.after 2 weeks. It was a FABULOUS feeling. You are going to turn really red and sore, so make sure you have Vit E gel to ease the pain as that was the only thing that helped.

Now the inside ones. I would do the same thing, soak a cotton ball and tape the ones I could reach. Those turned white and as strange as it sounds, disappeared out of then air. One particular tag (a large one) only took 2 weeks. Like literally the tag was there one day and then it shrunk and went away. The inner ones don't turn gray or black like the outside ones, they just leave. I did another ACV test inside and noticed I had really tiny specs here and there and tiny/med bumps that turned white. Those were the hard to reach ones so I would try my best to leave pieces of cotton swab (after I soaked and squeezed the excees ACV since it would hurt TOOOO much if it was drenched) inside and literally breathed through the pain but at times it just hurt so much I just had to stop. So what I did was douche with DILUTED acv. Yes it may take longer since it is really diluted but it hurts less. I would buy a douche kit, empty the contents - mix 2/3 water and 1/3 acv and douche. I did this ONCE a week for 2 months and it worked wonders. No more tags or white spots of any kind. All in all it probably took 6 months ONLY because the inner warts and outer warts didn't happen at the same time. I had outer wart problems and then like 2 months later I had inner ones. {That was a blow to the ego.}

HOWEVER a whole year after my first pap I am clear, even my paps are clear. My first three paps were positive but after I started douching it finally came back negative. I really think douching did the trick. I was even taking ACV pills and I would still have positive paps.

I no longer douche and have actually thrown out all of my supplies because nothing has felt or looked weired but I do occasionally do a ACV test once every 2 - 3 months and I am glad to say, I am good.

There were some dark moments, especially when I took care of the outer ones and then the inner ones came, but if you keep going you will get them all fixed. It might take a while, hell it took me months, but it happened and I am clean and healthy but more importantly CONFIDENT. You may feel like you will never get this taken care of but believe me you will.

I know it took me FOREVER to respond but I just hope someone else might get something out of this. Heres to a healthy life.

Hi, I have a question. About 6 months ago I Used ACV to get rid of a few Genital warts I had on my penis they turned white then black and fell off, their still not back.

Lately I feel that I have got a few more but i cant tell if it is the scar tissue or GW. Before i Knew about ACV i went to get them froze off and he said that the area in question was scar tissue from my circumcision. I am second guessing him now because the area that its in is very lumpy and almost looks like GW and if isnt might be small ones growing on it. Is it normal to have this lumpy scar tissue under the inside tip of the penis? I feel like i cant tell the scar tissue and a potential GW apart. And my last question is, I have been putting ACV on the areas i think are infected over night then a couple hours during the day, nothing has turned white on me, and i know that my last ones that i killed before turned white. Feed Back would Be appreciated thx.

I also got this virus while only practicing safe sex .. what the heck are condoms good for then .. sheesh ..
I was diagnosed on Thursday of last week .. I flipped out couldn't believe it .. The Dr. suggested to start treatment immediately .. she cut off one .. and used acid test on three other spots .. OMG .. the pain was terrible when she was using the acid test to burn them ..

She said come back in two weeks for another session .. and she also prescribed aldara.

I am not just going to sit around and not do anything for two weeks and let these ugly buggers live on me ..
I researched and found this site .. and from what I read about aldara it could take weeks and months to show any improvement.

My research took a couple days .. I started the ACV treatment on Saturday afternoon .. here is what happened:

Thurs 3/25 diagnosed

Sat 3/27 first treatment: ACV in the afternoon .. put it on for about 4 hours .. burned but not bad... scary how many are there .. more than 20 that's for sure .. but most are really tiny, I want to kill them now that they're small .. applied it again at night before bed .. OMG burning like HELL .. now remember .. the Dr did a small procedure (cut) me .. I had open wounds ..

Sunday 3/28: washed everything in the morning .. again nothing was gray or black or anything..so i figured I have to wait to see results .. applied some vit E oil.. let it rest for a bit .. then Sunday night .. did the ACV over again .. this time it wasn't only burning it was hurting like hell .. the area the dr treated with acid is now cracked and bleeding .. and I applied the ACV on it ... you can imagine ... I did suck it up tho ..the pain lasted all night .. and I mean all night .. not 10 minutes not an hour or two .. but was burning in pain all night ..

Monday 3/29: Washed everything in the morning .. was bleeding a lot .. applied some vit E oil and left it alone all day .. it was beginning to look slymy .. like the skin was burned .. again .. no gray no black they all still look almost the same .. I applied some castor oil to the entire area .. hope it heals a bit but not burn .. just got my period .. bummer I hope this will not hinder my process .. I'll stop the ACV but keep applying Castor oil hope it helps a bit till period is done then I can resume the ACV .. but I will do the paste with the aspirin and Castor oil .. I don't' think I can bare the pain again .. since the entire area is cracked and bleedy ...

Please let me know if you think I am doing this correctly .. anything else i can do differently ?
I am a healthy person overall .. don't drink or smoke .. work out regularly and eat fairly healthy ...
I started taking multi vits .. Vit C .. cut garlic in half and swallow it .. about 3 gloves a day ... I also ordered some Vit E and Aloe vera supplement that promise to heal you and remove the virus from the system completely .. I will start that as soon as I receive it ...

Advice please I need it

p.s: crazy fact is .. a week before I broke out with these .. I went to the same gyno and complained to her about discharge and pain down there .. she did a pap test and said everything looks fine and that i only had an infection? why didn't the HPV show up there ? I can not explain this at all..

WORKED TEMPORARILY

I tried the ACV for one single wart that I have, it worked the first 2 times like a charm. Now this time it is different and for several days now I have been aggressively trying to get rid of it and it is going nowhere. I've been using ACV on a ball of cotton and attaching it with a band-aid. Do they become resistant to the treatments? Do I need to boost my immune system as well? Any feedback would be very appreciated.

About a year ago, I noticed a small bump on the outside of my vagina. It looked like a skin tag but I was still not sure, so I went to the doctor and I was told it was genital warts. Everything my doctor prescribed didn't work. Feeling defeated I started searching the internet endlessly. I came across this amazing site, and was hooked. I read peoples experiences for hours. I decided to give acv a try. I soaked a cotton ball and left it on over night. The next morning it turned white. I continued the same method for the next two nights by the third day it was gone. I can't tell you how thankfully I am that everyone was brave enough to share there expiences.

8 months later, I noticed a small bump again on the outside of my vagina. I put acv on it and it turned white. This one seems different though, it's not as raised. It was much flatter and is now completely white but flat to my skin. The skin around the area I applied the cotton ball soaked in acv developed a very small red spot, flat to my skin, it almost looks like a burn, but it doesn't hurt at all. Has anyone experienced this? I went into panic when I woke up this morning! I have no other bumps or red spots any where else, only in the area I applied the acv. Should I stop the avc treatment for now and wait to see what happens? If anyone has anything they want to share I would be so grateful!

I destroyed my venereal warts in less than ten days. I developed three pronounced warts on my pubic area, very close to the base of my penis. Whenever my penis was in a flaccid state, it would contact with the warts, and soon I had a small bump growing on the penis itself. I also had had a chronic male yeast infection (tinea) for a couple years, and so was in denial when they appeared, hoping that the bumps were tied to that...

Not so. After getting a Doctor's cure for the yeast infection, the warts EXPLODED in size, doubling in less than a week. I was shocked, but now realize that it probably had something to do with my compromised immune system. I read up on venereal warts, intending to use the over-the-counter freezing agent. I also tried the apple cider vinegar detection method, and when the infected tissue turned white, was shocked to discover that the small wart on my penis had LOTS of developing "warty" tissue all around it.

So, anyway, ACV works! With one night's treatment, I saw a significant reduction in the wart's size and color. In three days, they went from bulbous, flesh colored growths the size of a pencil's eraser, to struggling, scabbed little guys, the size of a PENCIL LEAD!

One week ago I used a certain "compound", a home freezing kit. I used it on the big, developing wart(s) on the side of my penis. Please note that this is NOT advised in the notes. It was tender, ACV treated skin, and it left a nasty mark. But, one week later, the sore is closing, and the three warts on my public area are almost completely gone.

Man I have dealt with denial, stress, depression, anxiety over this genital wart thing. I have had a small wart under the shaft for 3 years now. I'm a 27 yr old male. Too embarrassed to go to the doctor, And forget ever telling any one or asking for advice. Moreover, I thought about ordering these on line products. However, I have read all of the horror stories, side effects, disappointment and humiliation. Every time I would pee I would look under my penis to see if it was gone. It's literally driven me crazy and obsessive over this wart cluster. As such, I ran into this blog 1 week ago and I thought it would be another let down. God Bless all of you for your messages and suggestions. I read on the internet that doctors use this acv to check to see if you in fact have genital warts. So a couple of months ago I bought some. I first poured it on the wart and it didn't turn white. "Hurray I guess I don have it after all". False!!!! I followed the suggestions on this site. First wipe the dust off the bottle i Bought. Second Poured some on a cotton ball. Third placed it on the wart wrapped it with a band aid. Fourth went to sleep, woke up and the wart was white as snow. Then Reality set in that it's GW. Moreover, I have continued the process the next night, woke up and the wart was a little gray. Did it again yesterday and it turned black. Today It "FELL OFF" I'M AS SERIOUS AS A HEART ATTACK" IT REALLY WORKED! I will continue the process a couple of more days. I will buy some immune boosters and vitamin C. And With grace of god hopefully I will get a break from this for awhile, if not forever. THIS TREATMENT WORKED FOR ME AND I HOPE IT DOSE FOR YOU GUYS.

Day 2/Morning

Okay, I slept with cotton rounds on my anus the whole night that contained 50 percent Alba (The cream containing aloe, coca butter, and vitamin e) and 50 percent castor oil. I woke up in major pain. I went to the bathroom and realized the rounds had dried. I think they helped me a lot with the pain! Anyway, I ended up looking at the area with a mirror and was shocked to see the area was again white like I had seen yesterday. I think the castor oil is not only soothing my skin, but is def. also suffocating these ugly things! Anyway, I can't continue with my plan becase if I were to do more vinegar with a tampon this morning; I would die at work today. Plus, my anal area is so swollen that I will probably only be able to fit a tampon in once today... but when I do I'm going to do it for four hours. I want these gone. So anyway, yes, after work, and after my workout I'm going to be going through an even worse pain.

Also, took off the acv/castor oil/aspirin solution. No burning. I think it might have dried out the small things I thought were warts, but not sure. I'm not even sure they are warts.

I'm going to go shower and then I will again put the Alba/Castor oil solution on the cotton rounds on my anus. I will also again put acv/castor oil/asprin around my groin and secure them with pieces of the round and tape, making a bandage.

I'll write more after I do my second tampon treatment after work and my workout. Much Love

Hey guys, as promised I'm back.

I only was able to do the application at the end of my night. I stuck a tampon up my rectum. (It slid back out partly, and I was in too much pain to put it all the way back in at that point.) I also took to round cotton pieces and dipped them in vinegar and put them around my rectum.

The pain subsided after like 15 minutes, and I might have been able to keep doing it for another three hours, but I don't think that amount of stress is needed on your body, so I did like I said I would.

I was actually in shock when I looked at the region in the mirror afterward. It was disgusting. The entire area was infested in white. It made me want to cry. I didn't think it was that bad until I saw that today. I think this site is going to be what keeps me going. After reading so many other posts, I know I'm not the only one suffering this shame. I'm going to keep this up so that I can be there to help someone else out.

I showered, cleaning that area last. I also used baby whites after I got out. Then I mixed I concoction of half of this organic cream that contains vitamin E, Cocoa butter, and Aloe Vera with half castor oil. I also put three drops of tea tree oil. I then used a Q-tip to apply this to two rounds which I put on my rectum to relief the pain I knew would come and to help the area heal... it currently burns again, but I know without it the pain would be much worse and that this is going to help me heal over night getting me ready for my next treatment in the morning.

I decided to use the ACV/Castor oil/aspirin treatment for the ones around my groin. There aren't that many. And I used sports tape and rounds to keep the area protected.

I want my nice skin back by next week. I've used protection when having sexual intercourse. It's crazy that something so awful can be spread just by skin to skin contact.

I really hope all this works. I'll write more in the morning after my second treatment.

Much love to all of you.

I have genital warts and they are so embarrassing. I have removed some warts in the past by applying vinegar, but I kind of stopped because it burned.

This site is amazing and I'm going to give it a second try.

I've decided I'm going to apply apple cider vinegar to the effected area for an hour morning and nights, and then shower, and after the shower, apply a third tea tree oil and two-thirds castor oil (which has healing qualities, relieves pain, and has been know to cure warts by itself.)

I will do this every day and write saying how each treatment has effected my ugly warts.

Twice a day I will for an hour:
1. use soaked cotten balls taped to effected areas around my groin
2. Stick a tampon in my rectum

This site has helped me a lot and I guess I feel like leaving my results will not just help me, but help others. Half of the population has HPV, we don't need to feel dirty, and we don't need these ugly things on us. Kudos to this site. Cross your fingers for me!

I just started using the cotton balls && ACV on wed && its sunday && some of them have turned black or are hard, grey && look like they are gettin very flat. I'm estactic! I was very skeptical && now I truly believe! I'm not expecting fast result because I have so many but I'm giving it to about the first week of march that I'll be cleared ! What I do it soak the cotton ball in ACV. The first two day I left the cotton on overnight && in the morning applied some Vitamin E oil.one wart actually came off the sencond day when I wiped myself after taking a piss. Then the rest of the days after I just took cotton balls two times a day && dabbed some ACV all over. I gotta admit it did burn a bit but nothing unbearable.
