I have genital warts on my vegaina (labia mainora) approximately 1 year. Most of their size are so small that all of them are very difficult to find them by eye. I had took Leger treatment for it. My last session was on 1.5 weeks before. But I have huge warts for this its too much expensive. I find out about the remedy (apple cider vinegar remedy) on internet. & I am trying this last 3 days. Some warts are getting black. But it is so much painful. Its too too too much painful. Moreover I can't cover the whole area by cotton ball. So the very inner warts are not so much affected by this process. Is it safe for me to continue this treatment with ACV??
What should I do now? Please can u suggeste me? Please

Try grabbing a bottle of Bactine from the store- usually in the first aid section. It numbs up the skin and will make your treatment much more bearable! Good luck!

I've been doing this for two days using a q tip to Apply. I actually don't feel any burning at all when I apply. There are two locations on my penis and about a month ago I had them treated in the doctor's office. I honestly can't tell if they came back or just left a scar. They are not raised and are on the exact same location. I will try your suggestion but am wondering if these are scars that won't ever go away. But I do know they disappeared at first. Is it common to have them return in the exact same spot?

If it turned white after applying the vinegar it is genital warts!! If anyone is ever unsure if it's a GW or not just apply vinegar, if it turns white or grayish it is a genital wart!! I was told this by a physician!

Ive been proactive and already started the apple cider vinegar and it has already extremely reduced the warts... I was wondering what do you ladies do when the warts are on the inside of the labia, how do you "tape" down the cotton to stay in place? Or do you just dab the Apple Cider Vinegar on the area and let it do its job?(which is what ive been doing)

I discovered this site years ago - 2009 to be exact. I believe I posted that year and the year following. Here's my story - in early 08, I got diagnosed with GW after the doc discovered a few small ones I would have never noticed. She gave me the Aldara cream or whatever it's called - of course it did nothing. I stopped caring after a while because they were so small, but by mid 09 (a year and a half later, ) a couple more began popping up and I started really freaking out! I found this site and truly didn't think ACV would work.., but Lo and behold after about 2 weeks of the bandaid treatment overnight, they ALL scabbed up and fell off. There were 3 big ones and they did the usual white to gray to black/scabs and off they went. A full year later, a hunch popped up again and I freaked. What if I'm not so lucky this time?!?! Thankfully, ACV worked again. This time it wasn't so much a scab and fall off kinda thing as it was simply getting smaller and fading away. In the 6.5 years since, one or two have popped up every now and then that I'll usually just hold down a q tip super hard for 15 minutes or so and they've gone away. Now it's 2017 - 9 years since the initial diagnosis - and I've moved across the country and I've been BEYOND stressed trying to find a job. I noticed two pop up near my clitoris and got soooo upset because they've never been in such an "important" area. They were small though so I tried to ignore, as I'm always scared the ACV treatment won't work and it would make my mental trip worse. However, I decided to look with a mirror out of curiosity today - and was HORRIFIED to find that I have about 5 or 6 decent sized ones that have popped up near my butt! I've never looked so "diseased" before today! I could truly throw up!!!! I've immediately started ACV bandaid/qtip tips treatment again and I'm praying this goes quickly. I have 4 that I'm working on now in this way, and 2 in the clit area that I'll just be holding down qtips on about twice a day since you can't really keep bandaids on in that wet area. The other 2 I will work on after these go away. I will keep you updated! But wow, it's crazy what extreme stress can truly do. I am trying to be calm and remember this does work, but it's so hard to be optimistic right now. Ugh!

I've never been one to try home remedies and whatnot, but this worked like... really fast. Contrary to what I've read, the pain for me wasn't unbearable. It burned badly for around 5 minutes, then was only mildly uncomfortable for about 20. I had two average sized warts, which both burned off in about 2-3 days. Be careful not to let the ACV touch your healthy skin, but it'll just leave a burn for a few days then scab off. It's also worth noting that I just used plain old ACV, not distilled or anything. I've heard this didn't work for many people, but mine are gone!

I have a question, I have tried your method and yesterday was day 2 and the warts have turned black but so has the area around them severely. Also the warts don't seem to want to come off and the skin around it is not pealing. I am nervous because now I have a bunch of black marks all over my penis and I'm wondering if this is normal. And how do I proceed to get the wart to come off. This is day three and I decided that I won't use any Apple Cider Vinegar today.

Me too. I'm willing to bet that they are in the healing process. I have 1 big one and a cluster of a broken up one if that makes any sense and one on my pelvis. I've always been in tune with my body.If it hasn't healed yet it will I've done 2 over night treatments and I can tell it's going to fall off. Not from the burn well kinda from the burn but also from getting scabs from sports and stuff like that. When something turns black, its healing and dead. Dead blood and dead skin. This is good news and from what I read its whats supposed to happen :]

So far it's not working as well I hoped.
For about three weeks now I've been applying ACV directly to my warts. I have several small clusters, all under my foreskin on the shaft of my penis, and along the edges of the head of my penis. This makes it very difficult to I find to get ACV onto the affected areas, and keep it there. I can't wet paper or cotton with it and leave it on, as my foreskin, once I'm not pulling it back, will push those things off the area again.
As a result, I have been placing very thin strips of ACV covered paper onto the area and "rolling" my foreskin over it to keep it in place. I've done three sessions now where I will leave this on for 8 hours a day, give it a few hours rest, then do it at night again (another 8~ hours). Repeat for three days. Then, once it looks like everything's been killed (and believe me, by this point it looks like a warzone. The pain on the third day of putting more ACV on was incredible), I spend a week repairing it with polysporin. Again, I've now done this three times (so over a month of treatment). Over the course of each week, the skin will peel, scab, eventually fall off, revealing fresh ish skin underneath, then slowly regain normal color as the redness fades.
In the past month, maybe one or two warts from the several CLUSTERS has actually left for good. They just keep surviving or coming back. Often in the same spots (which leads me to believe it's just the same warts) or somewhere else nearby.
I'm young, mid 20s, healthy male. I eat fruits and vegetables and maintain a solid diet. I sleep well and exercise three times a week. I have a fairly stress free life. I'm a healthy person. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong and why I'm not achieving results like everyone else.
I think the biggest issue is the location of my warts (on the shaft, under the foreskin) that makes it difficult to target.
Please, does anyone have similiar experience and can help?

Well written. Thanks. I'm not trying to be a know-it-all, but I am in a similar situation as you. Endurance athlete, super clean diet w/ plenty of supplements. Several tbls of coconut oil daily as well and still found a few bumps on the penile shaft. The only thing I used was Apple Cider Vinegar soaked into an unrolled cotton ball and wrapped it around. Then, sealed it in plastic wrap. Day one was fine. Lots of progress, no pain. Day 2, PAIN!!!!!! But the pain subsided to low roar after 20 minutes. The treatment is still applied though because I really want to be healthy. It grosses me out mentally. But thank you for sharing the emotional aspect as well. I have learned to relax. It's not horrible. It's very common, and this can be treated for about $3.00. Things could be way worse. Cheers!

Hi, sorry this may be a little gross. I'm really hoping someone can read this and answer asap. So recently I found bumps on the lips of my vagina and I knew the warts were back. I also realized there was clusters internally too. So I research and used a tampon filled it with acv. I left it for about an hour for two days. Let me tell you it burned like hell! But on my second day I realized that it started to bleed on the inside and I'm having yellow ooze or discharge coming out. Including one or two warts. Is that normal??? Please help! I'm scared right now and I don't have the insurance to pay for this. I also used a cotton ball for the lips area they just turned white nothing else or raised it up. Should I keep going is it working? What's supposed to happen after it turns white?

Ok. So I been battling warts for quite sometime now. I had couple I got rid of and also had some in my anal. I used Apple Cider Vinegar and found it very painful going in my butt but kept it up. I have learned that they spread easily, when one is forming in different spot it becomes itchy. I made a mistake of washing with soap which made my problem worse, also finding out that they thrive on moisture so now I have to keep the area clean & dry while doing treatment. I want to give up but I want them gone so I have to keep going with treatment. I dont know what to get by posting this other than to vent. I dont know what else to do. Acv is very painful but I know it works as it got rid of other ones before. Is there a treatment out there that will give me faster results.

Been trying the Apple Cider Vinegar for two wks now or more. Not working. I have one small lump not going away. I dab it with Apple Cider Vinegar a few times a day. I tried the cotton with paper tape, but the tape won't stick. I tried an Apple Cider Vinegar pad, but burned the other area too. Why is it helping you people and not me? I been using the tea tree oil and the oregano too. I had 3 worts. Two went away, but took 3 wks, the one is still there. What am I doing wrong? I've even been drinking olive leaf tea for a few days now to kill the virus inside., but one still there. At least others have not popped up. I am using the caster oil too. Nothing seems to work. It does not turn black like you all say.It just stays the same. The itching did stop a long while ago, so maybe no itching is a good sign? What am I doing wrong?

I've had success killing a wart which was on the side of one of my big toes, & now on my foreskin. I kept raw Apple cider vinegar in a shot glass with a cotton wool bud / q-tip soaking for the few days I've used it. Only dabbed on morning & night, & kept moist for 10-15 minutes at night before sleeping. Day 3 & as you can see in the photo, the little black dots are the dead roots of the wart. I'll continue for as long as it's still apparently there. I've also been drinking one to two glasses of Apple cider vinegar in water, eating fermented sour krout, & having 150ml of Kombucha daily.I've tried aldara ointment in the past, & cryotherapy to no avail.
Apple cider vinegar KILLS warts. Just be persistent, & don't stop too early. Only very little stinging pain too. Don't waste your time going to the doctors, just head to the supermarket & get some ACV!

Omg, what a miracle. A few weeks ago I found a white growth on my upper vulva area. It didn't look like a traditional wart, but after extensive research I came to the conclusion that was really all it could be. Then a smaller one appeared above it. I started using the ACV two days ago. Left it on about an hour the first night - on a cotton ball to the affected area. Yesterday I alternated the ACV with a mixture of olive oil and tea tree oil to disinfect and soothe the area, letting it air out in between. The AVC didn't burn at first but as the growths shrunk it stung quite a bit at first. I did trim off the top of the growths with tiny scissors, they stuck out far enough to do that. However, that was probably not smart to do. I just couldn't stand them any more. Less than two days later the bigger growth is completely gone and smaller one almost gone. I have been using aquaphor at night to help the irritated skin heal. So grateful for this site and everyone sharing their experiences! I plan to follow up with a full pap smear at the doctor in a few weeks, but was just too humiliated to go in and have the growths looked at. Thanks to Earth Clinic!

Mine only burned once I reapplied more Apple Cider Vinegar after having a soaked cotton ball on the infection for an hour. It wasn't too bad at that point tho. I left another over night and reapplied again in the morning. The warts were white at that point and much more sensitive and then it burned A LOT.

My warts are on vaginal opening and when it starts getting black and smaller, I experience bleeding from the warts (ACV peels it off and I started to see pink skin as on normal vagina) also I experience a discharge, white liquid smells like medication come with the blood and black seeds, it's getting better now. I'm going to keep a running log here for people of my experience. All of the information on here is awesome though. So, my story....
I finally was able to meet a super awesome woman who I met back in May. We did have sexual contact a couple of times. Now, I do clean down "there", but I never noticed anything until about two weeks after we did have sex.
I looked down and there was a dark, mole like, near the top of my penis shaft on the side. So I looked underneath and had about 10 warts down there. I freaked and couldn't sleep. I was worried about the relationship more than myself. I ended up going to the urgent care center and they diagnosed it as HPV. I also took a full STD screening which was clear.
Mid May 16: They prescribed me Aldara. The first week, I put too much on and burned my skin, which still is kinda messed up. I haven't kept up on putting Neosporin or whatever on it, but it did get much better while I used it. I started to put much less Aldara on after that.
So over the next few weeks, of using Aldara, I didn't notice it doing much. I read though that it could take up to 16 weeks. I continued to use it every other day. I didn't skip a day though. Week after week, a few more popped up. I did notice that the two larger ones did start turning white. I was cool with that as I seen something happen finally. Over the next couple of weeks, I noticed a few more pop up here and there. Now they were more of the flat type, slightly raised about a few mm to a cm in size. They were the darker type.
I decided and went to my GP about week 5. I had him give me another complete screening which came back negative for everything. I asked him what I should do about this other than the Aldara. He said just take a multivitamin and they eventually go away. He was not concerned in any way though. I take one multivitamin and a special Vitamin E which contains Alpha Beta, Gamma, and some other kind of Vitamin E had have been since I seen I had these GW.
I'm at week 8 right now and have seen no improvement other than the couple larger stay white. That led me here...
So Day 1: I picked up ACV (Bragg) and took some cotton balls and taped those, soaked, but not dripping, then taped them on my shaft. Within a couple of hours, the few that I tested it on, turned white. I switched the cottonball with new ones every 3-4 hours. After I got home, I took off the dressing and they kinda turned back the old color although much lighter. I just applied another dressing and will update tomorrow. I did not experience any pain whatsoever. I heard it's hit or miss if you do get pain. Till tomorrow folks..... I really hope this goes away quickly as others have had. I also had put Aquaphor on the "good skin" to prevent any kind of burning.
Day 2: Early Morning: I woke up in pain not from the dressing, but putting the tape on too tight because of having a dream.... Anyways... I took it off which was about 2 am. When I woke up to my surprise a few had fallen off and a few were black, the rest were grayish. I lightly scrubbed down there, and it seemed to knock out another. Just pink skin underneath. I put another dressing on around 5am. This is working :)
Night: Decided to take off the one cotton ball as section about a dime size was getting eaten away. Sounds worse than what it was, but stung a bit. Let everything dry out for the night
Day 3: Decided to just cover a few stragglers. Continued to put ointment on the damaged section which is repairing itself as it is turning white.
Day 4: The couple of GW's that were covered were black and scabbed up. I decided to apply the small cotton pieces to those sections again. The section of skin where the Aldara ate away another section of skin was just about cleared up. Showering did remove a couple small stragglers. Also, I noticed a few more GW's (VERY SMALL) pop up in the morning. Those were on near the head. I was very careful not to put too much ACV near there. Those disappeared that night.
Day 5: Still waiting for the area that was damaged from the ACV to clear. The GW's that had scabbed over mostly fell off this morning.

Hi I need advice or feedback please!
I've been treating either a little wart or molluscum on shaft of penis. It showed up after a few months of having one below my belly button.
A week ago I started with Apple Cider Vinegar 24/7. It started off getting white and puffy per usual. After a few days it turned black. Then it started to get loose and peel. I simply "helped in just a bit and it came off leaving a crater. This is where I get confused!
The skin in the crater was white. I kept doing ACV on it only at night, and during the day running coconut oil and tree oil on it.. The crater was the size of a pencil eraser. This morning when I removed the bandage I have the size of a dime all covered in White!!! Now I'm scared! I thought this was working. Why did the diameter get so much bigger? Should I continue the ACV? Or is this a common reaction to an open wound from the ACV?
I just don't understand after a week why the diameter just got so much bigger in solid white!
Please as much feedback from all you will help me!

Looks like ACV is working well. I would also suggest the addition of Vitamin D3,2000-5000 IU's daily along with 1-6 gram, (1000-6000mgs.), doses of L-Lysine, a amino acid & vitamin-C, buffered, up to 10 grams per day. Take Lysine between meals & take 500mgs after virus has cleared to maintain remission. Both items are anti-viral & immune boosting. Restrict use of L-Arginine, another amino & competes with Lysine. Arginine is found in nuts, corn, & other food items, please research 'other' food items as too many to list.

Definitley think this is normal. Apple cider is very acidic and what it does is eat away at layers of the skins. And it does make your skin white just like peroxide as its cleaning. To my knowledge warts are supposed to be kept dry. So adding oil to keep it moist doesn't sound like a good idea to me. But I got rid of my warts by simply. Washing the area with mild soap gently. Pat drying completely. Soaking a small piece of gauze pad with the vinegar and placing it on the wart and surrounding skin. Letting it sit for a few hours and once I feel it stops itching and bubbling and the soreness from the vinegar subsides, I remove the gauze and place a dry piece of gauze over it to keep the wart and area dry. Warts need oxygen to live so keeping it dry and covered with assist the vinegar in killing the cells and skin and wart. I had a hugeeee wart. It was gone in a week.

Hello. When you have a scab from a wound on your body if you knock it off you'll probably notice the wound is bigger than it originally was. This is because scabs are a natural dressing and your body will remove the damaged area and an area of healthy tissue to help heal the wound. When you have covered the area with the cider vinegar it's prevented a scab from forming so the body is healing from the inside out instead of with a scab it would be the outside in. This is why the depth of the wound looks so drastic. Also the cider vinegar possibly touched the healthy skin so has damaged a larger area. The area you covered would have been wet so Maceration has possibly happened ( don't stress this is just like having your hands in water for too long and they look white and wrinkley) your skin has just absorbed too much moisture and should settle. I wouldn't use any more apple cider vinegar though because it sounds like you have successfully removed the wart. Make note of the width and depth of the hole so you know if it's getting smaller and healing ( I know it sounds daft but measure it if you can). Keep a check on any redness or if the wound feels warm to touch, you would need alternative treatment then. Try not to worry.

You need to see a real doctor ASAP. That does not seem the least bit normal. You could have a serious condition. It's nothing to be ashamed of. A medical doctor will be able to diagnose it. Could be a type of STD. It will only get worse if you don't have a trained medical professional treat it.

This is in response to the comment about the diameter growing larger. Can you tell me what ended up happening? I'm going through the same thing! I have one spot, I used the vinegar a couple of times for about two days and it got smaller. I let a few days pass and noticed it was coming back. SO, I went back to the ACV and, like you, it's now a bit larger then a pencil eraser. PLEASE let me know your outcome! So glad to see I'm not alone. :)

I used this method to cure my genital hpv. I have not had any remissions since being with the same partner yet he still shows symptoms I believe. Hey Happy Camper, Glad it worked for you. I'm on day one of this. They GW did turn white after about an hour. I left the dressing on for 8 hours or so and took it off to let it dry out. After the hour or so and I was going to put another dressing on, they were not white, but were a lot lighter in color, but dry. Is that what you have noticed in your treatment? I recently self diagnosed myself of these disgusting warts and I've been doing the ACV treatment on and off as it is burning my skin and I cannot handle the pain due to low pain tolerance. The skin tags have fallen off, the first night I soaked cotton balls and put then on bandaids, the next morning they turned white and after checking it later on in the day they had turned greyish/black. I've been doing this on and off for 4 days and now the spots look like open wounds and I do not know if this is good or if this means they're infected. I've only been using organice ACV directly and organic coconut oil to help the burned skin. I'm really worried and the last thing I want to do is go to the doctor and get charged a ton of money for something that does not work. Try using liquid echinacea & goldenseal topically. It only stings for a few seconds but it goes away within 5-10 seconds and then it relieves all of the itchiness and pain. Acv is insanely painful to use! Try this.

Yea! I am going to make this short and sweet. Raw, Organic ACV with "the mother", band aids, q-tips, scissors, tweezers and whatever you want to use when they start sloughing off...coconut oil, neosporin, aloe vera... Cut the cotton part off the q-tip and put in the lid of the acv. Pour enough to soak, you don't need much. Cut the sticky part off the bandaid, you do not need the middle part. Pick the soaked cotton bud out with tweezers and place on a couple pieces of toilet paper, or whatever you want to set it on that is clean so that it is not dripping. I cut a a little extra so I can grab the plastic on the q-tip to place it on the bandaid adhesive. Hold in place by the plastic part and tape to the affected area. This is my personal experience.
I leave it on as long as possible, overnight and during the day, and put on a fresh one when I feel it has dried out. The area will turn white, mine raised up, almost like skin that has been in water for too long. Yesterday was the third day and the blackish/grayish coloring started. This morning, they started to slough off, I have 4 in a cluster next to my clitoris, and I showered carefully, and put another application on. I am going to keep up on this, because it is working. When I found out I had GW I just wanted to die... I am pregnant and NEVER HAD an std or thought about it before... but having a cheating husband, I guess it was the less that I can get... right? To make it short, I went to several dermatologists and gynecologists..and I was hopeless... some didn't want to deal with me because of my pregnancy, some others try burning them, and nothing happened, other than making them bigger...

My question is, did the treatment affect your pregnancy? And after the treatment, were you allowed to have a normal delivery? My OB says that if the warts are still there I need to have a C-Section.

There is no way for a male to be tested for HPV. The only way to know is if you have a wart or possibly if you have given it to someone. Unfortunately the virus can be spread regardless of symptoms and condoms do NOT prevent the spread. The reason is, is that skin to skin contact is what's needed to spread HPV. Condoms do not provide complete coverage of the penis, testicles, pubic area and anus. Also, it can be spread to other parts of the body. I have warts on my legs from using the same razor to shave my legs that I have used on my pubic area. All it takes is a few cells of HPV virus to collect under the blades (nick a wart or just graze over it) and you have a hand held HPV spreading vessel. A person can have the HPV virus for years without knowing it. I had no symptoms for 3 years. Generally it shows up when the immune system is compromised.

Hi, I just read your post about your experience with ACV and it helped me a lot!! Thank you for putting your story out there for others. I just have a few questions and this is going to be a bit of a novel to get there...
So I've been trying the ACV for a few days now and for me it does sting a lot but like you said, I just think of it as the warts pain while it dies (mwahaha).
Although, Im not exactly sure where the effected area is right now because I'm not currently in a flare up stage, though its always been around/in between the bottom of my vaginal opening and start of my anus.
So I just soaked an eye make up remover pad in ACV then placed that on top of amother dry eye pad then apply it to the general area for as long as I can stand the pain.
This is usually an hour then I repeat again in a few hours. After the first time all of the effected skin turned whitish which made me think it was working!
But now after maybe 4 or 5 times of this process the skin around the wart/s has had a nappy rash like side effect and tbh that F*CKING hurts! So much more than the ACV...
But then I just applied Sudocream (an eczema and nappy rash cream suitable for all areas of skin).
I also want to mention that I currently have thrush as a result of antibiotics for a urine infection...
WHY CANT MY BABY MAKER JUST WORK LIKE NORMAL! ?! ?! ?
But I have not thought of using peroxide as a steriliser, does it hurt? Is it safe? I know that ACV actually helps to stabilise the ph balance.

This advice (El Ahr) worked for me perfectly. The ACV didn't even sting one bit, and it only took off the wart itself, not the surrounding skin, within 2 days! I used a small wadded up piece of paper towel instead of cotton and soaked it, slightly squeezed some out so it's wet but not dripping, and taped it over. Gone in two days, I was looking at it and it seemed completely dead so I took my nail and tried to pull it slightly and it flaked right off. I used peroxyde right away. I really need some advice. I went to a doctor and was diagnosed with genital warts, a very mild case. My paps are normal, and all so it's just the warts. There were only two near the opening, somewhat small. I applied the Apple Cider Vinegar for about a week for 15 minutes a few times a day, at most I did an hour. I took a 3-4 day break, and while they're MUCH smaller and they did immediately turn white/grayish and harden, they never turned black. Now, I can't really see one of them, and the other one looks kind of like a crater. It was bleeding a very small amount, and I applied hydrogen peroxide 3% and vitamin E oil. It looks like the wart is open maybe? I don't see a black dot, just redness. I gave it a day, and I tried the Apple Cider Vinegar again but it immediately burned. I don't know what to do. I don't know if I made it worse or if this is part of the process. Some advice would be great.

A few weeks ago I found out I had several different strains of HPV. I have both kinds that can lead to Genital Warts (HPV 6 & 11) and I also have HPV 16, the kinds that is linked to cervical cancer. I am in the treatment of a doctor, and when I discovered I carried the GW virus, I was disgusted!! And of course, the other HPV strain concerns me as well!!!
I have experienced lots of itching in my genitalia for about a year now. I have asked the doctor each time, pointing to different little bumps and areas that concern me, and she says it's normal. So I've been reading this website a little too much and decided to chime in with my own story.
I slept with a cotton ball wedged between my labia all night...yeah, that was comfortable.
This morning, no raised spots, but I can still see something there. I've read where people have overdone it and burned themselves, and I can see a patch of really delicate skin that's irritates. Yet I'm determined, so this morning I soaked another cotton ball and applied it again...as I type it clings to my skin. Do the trick, please!
I see a few other bumps of concern on my skin outside my labia, and the dreaded anus has been itching as well, and today I see a little bump. When I pluck up the nerve, I'll test that with ACV.

Hi. I was diagnosed with Genital Warts in e early beginnings of January 2015. Fast forward to April and the warts are in clusters now!! There are issues drinking fruit juice, even without added sugars the fruit sugar is high. The only way this fructose/fruit sugar can be processed by the body is through the liver. The same way liquor is processed. This is very hard on the liver, can lead to cirrhosis and/or fatty liver, high triglycerides (fat in the blood), and fat storage in the body. So for better health, DON'T drink fruit juices. Vegetable juice is fine. If you want fruit in the form of juice, blend the whole fruit leaving all the pulp/fiber in it.

I feel so stupid. My labia look horrible. I've let these warts develop for years. Years!
I first noticed them after having a baby. During my pregnancy, I developed a lot of skin tags (one of those things I had no idea could happen.) After delivery, they just went away on their own.
I actually thought my warts were some kind of skin tag. I also assumed that my already-large-labia were stretching from friction with sex.
I ignored them. About 6 months ago, I went to the ER with stomach pain. They did a pap. Normal. They did not mention the warts so this just reaffirmed my thoughts that it was somewhat normal.
I recently bought a light-up-magnification mirror and finally took a good look. I am so mortified. I look like one of those photos that are used to scare kids in to safe sex. I look like Ive been in a 3rd world country with no access to health care.
I am a meticulously clean person. Im nearly 40 and my body is rock hard. I take great care of my body, my home, my family... How did I let this go on so long?
I am currently using the ACV treatment. I am on day 2. I refuse to even consult a doctor until I can get my vulva looking human again.
I guess, for me, the strange part is that my warts are on the outer edges of my labia. I was able to convince myself that it was just part of aging.
The ACV is painful. I am raw. My labia are VERY swollen. After 2 days, nothing is black or falling off. I so badly want these gone, but I must be patient.
Also, I spread open my labia and revealed that the hidden skin is covered in the flat, ugly warts.
Unlike most, I cant just apply ACV to the wart - because I am so horribly covered in them. I just want one to fall off so I know its working.

an update from the woman with the 3rd world genitals... I am updating on the morning of day 4.
The good news: The skin surrounding my labia majora went completely raw and bloody and then returned a bright, beautiful pink. It is true that the skin regrows in about 24 hours. No clue how the body does that.
Something weird: The larger warts had white roots sticking out of them. I used 2 q-tips to squeeze them and the root came out. Then I googled if I should squeeze those roots out and everyone says thats a bad thing to do.
Tip 1: Add fiber to your diet if you are taking a bunch of supplements. You will have diarrhea. This is not a good scene when you have a bloody vulva. Get some metamucil and the next day you will have a solid BM.
Tip 2: Use the aspirin/ vit e/ Apple Cider Vinegar mixture instead of the ACV straight. It works just as good. When people talk about the day2 sting of ACV, they are essentially saying that they have open wounds on their genitals and then they pour acid in the wounds. It is every bit as horrible as it sounds.
My really huge warts dont seem that bothered by any of this. Im still fighting though.
I really hate myself right now. Im having trouble getting out of bed because of the depression, but I keep applying the mixture.
I would estimate that 60% of my vulva is covered in some type of HPV growth. I know most people would say, "HOW COULD YOU NOT KNOW! ?! ?" But most of this growth is hidden in the folds. I swear, I didnt know.
Day 4:
Nothing has turned black. I do have some grey specs when I wipe. The flat warts are the first to go.
The big ones arent doing much. I find it so hard to believe that these things are going to fall off - they seem to be an extension of my flesh.

Day 6: I did not apply any apple cider/vit d/aspirin on day 5. Just put on some antibiotic cream and let things have a day off.
Most (if not all) of the plaque-like warts are gone. They wiped off. Not all at once. Gradually, little bits of tissue come off when I wipe.
The large warts are somewhat hard and noticeably smaller.
It is definitely working!
Still depressed. But keep telling myself I just caught a virus and there is no real shame in that.

I'm also fighting genital warts/HPV battle for more than 2 years. The main problem is that warts are always coming back :( Because HPV stays in your system and it can activate at any time. Some researchers say that it is connected with immune system. Have you tried any supplements for boosting immunity? Or do you have some experience with some herbal treatments? Herbs like: yarrow, tea tree, horsetail, lady's mantle, centaury, can be more than helpful when they are applied topically.

They almost covered the entire thing from the tip of my labia to my anus with ugly bumps. I found out I have genital warts just 3 days ago.
