According to Chinese medicine, anger is hot liver, or hot liver causes anger which is inflammation. Many things cause inflamed liver like chemicals, alcohol, diet, hormones, stress. I had a very high stress job & would take burdock root. It worked great. Bring 1-2 tbsps of the dried root to boil in 1-2 cups water, lower heat & simmer covered with lid for about 10-20 minutes. Remove from heat & drink.

Burdock does many great things like purify the blood &; detox the liver. Highly recommend. If stress related, try GABA with inositol which is also calming. Don't listen to media news, it never changes & we can't change the world, only ourselves, which is where meditation helps.

Thanx Robert for the Ancient Wisdom. Here in Ky I have volunteer Dandelions always but now have a Yellowdock grown mature & flowering at my back door and can't wait to harvest and give thanks to the gods for the gift. So, Burdock, Yellowdock, and Dandelion are all good for the digestive & metabolic organs as gentle yet strong cleansers and loaded with the good nutrition that you won't find at the grocery store.

With any luck I will get the worst of diseases behind me and able to get out, once again, and harvest the natural bounty here in Ky.
