FLUTD: We tried AC Vinegar with wet food and 2 1-week rounds of prescribed antibiotics, it seemed to get a little better but then one day, it got much worse and we were ready to put him down because we couldn't bear to see him in such pain and nothing we could do. As a last straw, we had him cathaterized (sp?), the crystals and urine were flushed out and that did the trick, 2 days later and he was back to normal. If the cat has crystals in his urine, I'm convinced that it should be medically flushed out. Now, we have changed him to a wet diet.
