BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

Yes, I agree, tumeric is the go to but I was advised to take 900 mg a day. This dosage works wonders but be prepared not to sleep at night. It works like an over the counter diet pill. Your brain never shuts down. I am still trying to figure out another dosage that will let me sleep plus work on the pain.

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

I am a 68 year old female and have had arthritis for several years, mild to severe. I started taking 2 turmeric capsules that equaled 1.44 grams of Turmeric about 6 weeks ago and was amazed at how well it helped my severe arthritis. In about 2 days I felt no arthritis pain. So I continued the Turmeric and was doing good. Then I had some gall bladder problems and digestion problems. After reading that Turmeric can affect the gall bladder, I quit the Turmeric. Can anyone suggest something to take with the Turmeric for this problem? I would really like to continue the Turmeric or maybe I should only take it when I have arthritis problems. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
