My husband had something that was similar to Bechets or it could have been pyoderma gangrenosum. His skin blistered and started to ulcerate in spots, it was terrifying. I ran across this article and we started him on potassium iodide 1200 mg per day divided into 4 doses (300mg 4 times a day). Yes, you read that right, mg, not mcg. It immediately started healing his ulcerations which had been rapidly worsening. He took that dose for 2 weeks and then took one additional week to wean off. Highly recommended.

My sister Jacki was born with Bechets, but didn't receive a diagnoses until age 14 at USF. She was treated with Prednisone which she took for 4 years at 18 she was ticked at her guinea pig status at USF, she weaned off the steroids, watched her diet by not eating any allergy foods she had many. Started smoking Pot and as a child born with Bechetes they routinely die early teens. She lived 5 days shy of her 50th Birthday. She had a child at age 36_, was told to smoke pot by her OB. as he ate no High fiber foods, treated her chronic eczyma with simple over the counter treatments. She smoked pot chronically, and ate decently. She passed away from small cell lung cancer.
