John, just wanted to post that I'm finding gradual relief from the Magtein and Theanine capsules. I'm still experimenting with dosage levels but head bobbing and hand tremor are decreasing. Hi John, thanks for your reply. I'm actually being treated for a hypothyroid but not on any meds. I have continued taking Magtein and have experienced minute improvements. Perhaps over time they will increase. I'm also going to try the L-Theanine capsules (minus Gaba and Relora).

Question....when did you start seeing promising improvements and how long have you been dealing with ET's.
