Hi, I've been researching how to unblock fallopian tubes for the pass 3 days. I haven't read any positive feedback from anyone. Is there anyone who had a successful herbal treatment? I'm going to start my herbal treamemt this week for 3 months. I will let you know if it works or not. Thanks, Lola.

Dear Roops,

I know of no specific food you ought to eat at this time to help with your fertility. I believe that a generally healthful diet will maximize your fertility. Eating more whole foods, fruits and vegetables is good. Less processed foods, white flour and sugar is good. But a piece of cake won't keep you from good fertility. I don't think a lot of meat and animal products is good for fertility, even if organic. All animals, organic or not, have hormones that can compete with ours. It is important to have some fat in the diet.

On another note, most hand sanitizers and many hand soaps have triclosan in them. This is supposedly a hormone interrupter. I do not use products with triclosan in them.

Oh, one specific food that I have read about helping fertility is yams. Some study years ago linked the incidents of twins in a certain culture to the culture consuming a lot of yams. If you like yams, it would be a healthful addition to the diet even if it doesn't actually do anything for fertility!

Red Raspberry leaf tea is good for women's health, including fertility. I have personally found it to be helpful that way.

Well, I didn't think I had much to say on this but apparently I did. :)

It is good to hear from you!

Hello, I will meet my husband during my ovulation time this month (probably). Is there any food I need to consume to improve ovulation and follicle size.
Just taking a chance considering if my fallopian tube is not blocked anymore with intake of ACV, BSM, Vitamin C and trying for healthy lifestyle.

My period is about to start next week.

Dear Roops,

If all else is the same and not worse, I personally wouldn't be too concerned about a 25 day cycle. If you think you ovulate around day 14 or 15, that is good. You want to have at least 10 days after ovulation before your period. Less than ten days can mean you would have trouble sustaining pregnancy. Often women who have 25 day cycles will ovulate around day 10-12, which is fine, too.

So, anyway, a 25 day cycle can be as normal as a 32 day cycle. You could continue on as you are and see how next month goes. You could decrease the blackstrap and the ACV a bit and see if you come closer to the 32 day cycle. (Although, if you are trying to conceive, slightly shorter cycles can be a good thing as you will end up ovulating perhaps 13- times a year instead of 11 or 12.)

Are you taking the vitamin C for the infection in the tube?

It is good to hear from you! Let me know how things go.

Hi,

Periods isn't lighter. Usual like previous months. Normal flow, bit of cramps on 1st & 2nd day, headache, pukish, jittery..Thats it. Everything been the same like the previous months unlike the cycle start day. Ovulation - Honestly I dont get a track of it. I have tried many times. Probablly skip of mind. But yes, Last time I left it during 14th-15th day. No idea what went wrong or right?

Dear Roops,

Well, I am wondering if your period is any lighter since it came around early? I believe that 25 days is still within the range of "normal" it is just not your "normal." Do you happen to know when in your cycle you ovulate? (Some ladies have some pain in the side at the time of ovulation or keep track of other signs.) Is anything else abnormal for you about this cycle? (PMS, cramps, etc.?)

Oh, dear Roops,

Yes, 2 Tablespoons of vinegar in 200ml of water would make me ill also. I have a child that will take a spoonful straight but I can't bear it.

Try 1 teaspoon in 300ml of water, or even 400ml of water. See how that does. You can also use equal parts of honey. You can put 2 teaspoons of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey into a mug and add hot water. Drink hot or cold. It would be better to take less and be able to tolerate it. You may grow to like it better over time. (But maybe never 2 T. of vinegar in 200ml of water. :) )

When you find a way to enjoy it, let us know!

Dear Rose,

It sounds like you are reading the posts on EC about blocked tubes and things you can try to cure them. That is great!

Eleven years ago the only tube I had was blocked. The doctor said by infection. She wanted me to wean my baby and take a strong antibiotic. I declined. She said I would never get pregnant again if I didn't do that. I am happy to say she was wrong. I actually did nothing and did get pregnant again. I am not suggesting you do nothing, just saying that blocked tubes can be overcome. (And I was only working with one tube, having lost the other to tubal rupture.)

Some things to look in to:

blackstrap molasses - 1 Tablespoon daily. This seems to be good for the reproductive system in general.

Serrapeptase - If the blockage is caused by scar tissue or fibrous tissue, this can help.

High Doses of Vitamin C - To help with any infection that may exist in the tubes. You can take a lot of vitamin C - if you get to the point of diarrhea, cut back a bit.

Castor Oil Packs -there is a lot of information on this website. Don't do these during your period. They have helped many women to improve their fertility.

You might also consider reducing consumption of animal products. Hormones in animal products (even organic animal products have hormones in them, because animals have hormones, not because they are added.) I have read about this helping some ladies with their fertility.

I wish there were a one size fits all solution. Trial and error is used in the medical community and used in the natural health community. For me, I just read and read and try different things. Sometimes I get a solution right away and sometimes it takes several tries of different things.

I hope you find a solution and please let us know how it goes! I had my last baby when I was 44. A friend of mine just had one at the age of 47. You are young yet! :)

Dear Roops,

Good to hear from you! My mother in law is improving little by little and is now in a great rehab facility. (She broke her hip.)

Regarding the vitamin C...there are many different options. You can get capsules and take them or buy the powder and mix it in water. Capsules are easiest. There are lots of different brands. I have liked Nutribiotic. They make caspules and have powder. I also have been using Emergen C some for my children. (But that is probably GMO and the Nutribiotic appears not to be.) But the Emergen C packets are convenient and my children like to take their C. They successfully nipped a cold in the bud taking those a few times a day and also using Colloidal silver.

Anyway, whatever you end up doing, you can't really overdose on Vitamin C. If the amount you take begins to give you diarrhea, cut back a little. I would try taking 1, 000mg every hour for a week or two and then just take 1, 000mg 2-3 times a day. If it bothers you or gives you diarrhea, take less. To be on the safe side, you could just take 1 the first day, two the next, three the next and keep working up to a once an hour, as long as it doesn't bother you. Maintain a high dose for a couple of weeks and then move back to 2-3 times a day.

Do you use turmeric in your diet? Turmeric is so good for so many things and is good for infection and good for purifying the blood. It wouldn't hurt and would likely help to have some turmeric daily. Even 1/4 teaspoon a day, but maybe more, like 1 teaspoon a day in some milk if you like it that way.

Well, keep us posted!

Apologies, for not continuing on Vitamin C dosage. Promise to start again. Is that 100mg per hour? or per day? Can you please suggest any brand or any component in specific I should look for while ordering the tablets? Will order online all of them on your confirmation.

Dear Roops,

I am sorry you are away from your husband for a while!

Regarding the ACV and Blackstrap...there are many different effective brands of each. I am not sure what you will be able to find in the UK. Look for Apple Cider Vinegar that is labelled "raw". If you find an organic brand, that would be great. With the Blackstrap, just make sure it says, "Blackstrap" Unsulphured and organic would be good, too.

There are many ways to take the ACV and the Blackstrap. You can try different things and see what works best. 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass of water twice a day is one way to take it. One in the morning and one in the evening. I take it with food or without. Some just put a couple of Tablespoons into a quart of water and sip on it all through the day. I like to take the Blackstrap in the afternoon when I am feeling a little hungry but it isn't dinner time. I take 1 Tablespoon plain. Some like to stir it into some warm milk or coffee. You really can take it any time of day with or without food. Some take 1 Tablespoon twice a day. If you like it, you can try this. For some, 2 Tablespoons a day is too much. If it bothers you (gives you diarrhea), just take one a day.

Have you tried the vitamin C?

It is good to hear back from you. I am sorry to be slow to respond. I am away from home because my mother in law is in the hospital. I hope to return home soon.

Keep us posted!

Dear Babyonboard, You say that you have a blocked fallopian tube and that you are 5 weeks pregnant. I am trusting that the "blocked" tube is not the baby, and that the baby is in the uterus? Assuming your baby is in the uterus, I would wait until after the baby is born to address the issue of a blocked tube. It is possible it will resolve on its own. Having a blocked tube during pregnancy is not harmful to the baby. The things I would normally suggest for a blocked tube, I would not recommend during pregnancy. ~Mama to Many~

Dear Roops,

You might be encouraged by this article:

http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/804647

Apparently Vitamin C is effective against the strain of tuberculosis you are dealing with.

You will want to take large amounts of Vitamin C each day. When trying to kill an infection, you need to take vitamin C to bowel tolerance. That means you take a little less than the amount that would give you diarrhea.

Here is a chart about how much you can take. If it gives you diarrhea, take a little less:

http://www.doctoryourself.com/klenner_table.html

You might start with 1,000mg an hour. If you had a way to get liposomal vitamin C, it would be easier to get a lot of usable vitamin C into your system.

I would do this for at least two weeks and stay on vitamin C (1,000mg a day) for quite some time.

Let us know how it goes.

Dear Roops,

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar should be compatible with medication. I have used it with medications in the past.

I am guessing the medication you were given for your blocked tube in an anti-biotic? Some other natural anti-biotics you could consider are olive leaf and garlic several times a day. You can take them with whatever the doctor gave you. Charcoal poultices over the abdomen at night (over where the tubes are) would be good to draw out infection and reduce inflammation. It isn't very convenient, but doing this 5 nights a week for a couple of weeks would be very good. Here is how to make charcoal poultices.

https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/charcoal2.html#poultice

Hopefully these things will help you to get rid of the infection and any inflammation it has caused, which may keep you from needing surgery. I do hope so!

Let us know how it goes!

Dear Rahena,

Do you know why your tube is blocked? That may help to narrow down a good solution.

Meanwhile, there are a number of things that are useful for unblocking fallopian tubes.

Castor Oil packs - you will find how to use them here:

https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/castor_oil.html

Serrapeptase - This can be taken to help dissolve fibrous tissue in the tubes.

Natural Antibiotic - in case there is infection causing the blockage. Do whatever you do for a couple of months. You could use Olive Leaf, Garlic, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Colloidal Silver etc.

Blackstrap Molasses - - 1 Tablespoon a day - a good general tonic that is good for many female issues, though not specifically for blocked tubes.

Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon once or twice a day in a tall glass of water.

All of these things can be safely done together.

Let us know how it goes for you!

Thank you for your reply Lisa, This is all new to me, and I just feel I am going round and round in circles with this diet. When my husband comes home I am going to get him to look at your letter.. I am from New Zealand and am going home to NZ in 2 weeks, leaving my husband Bobby to look after himself.. and all this going on is making me very nervous.

Maybe if you want you could call me, I might be able to get some good tips, I mean I don't care if he has to eat the same food daily while I am away, as long as it keeps his blood sugar down.. He wakes up this morning and it is 180.. So is making me feel very nervous *whew*

My name is Jacqui and husband is Bobby. We are floundering along here not really getting anywhere it seems, and I am really trying.. Men really are not very reliable, Bobby really needs to realize what he has to do, men are so reliant on us women aren't they.. Anyway I have to get this sorted before I go home. otherwise I am going to worry the whole time I am away.

I appreciate your help Lisa and would love for you to call me when you can please. thank you.

Hi Jana, I first want to say congratulations! And I would like to thank you for posting this. It is a testimony to how powerful Chinese herbs/ medicine are. I often post here to let people know this is a very worthy alternative to western medicine. So many people come here, let down by "modern medicine". I have been with my acupuncturist for 7 years and over the years have seen him help women who were told they just couldn't get pregnant. He would turn that around for them. I've also seen women who were diagnosed with ovarian cysts/ tumors and he has helped rid them. The women who return to their doctor to let them see it is now gone are absolutely baffled! One time it was funny because the dr, after examining one woman when she returned to show him her results, said that it was probably misdiagnosed in the first place!

Anyway, your post gives women, who are also where you once were, hope! So, again, congratulations and thank you for letting others know of your success. May you have a blessed and joyful pregnancy. Best to you, Lisa

Dear Grn: Blocked fallopian tubes due to excess fibrous formation is caused by a long term irritation and inflammation reaction causing such conditions as well as deficiencies relating to immune conditions.

To resolve this is to reduce inflammation, destroy the irritant pathogen, and resolve the deficiency causing the excess fibrous formation. A common Apple cider vinegar will help, but vitamin C and some aspirin taken at the same time should help the body resolve the fibrous formation, while the apple cider vinegar should help reduce the irritation. Thus reducing the fiborus formation caused by the irritation. Deficiencies of zinc, selenium and vitamin b complex should also reduce the conditions.

It will take some time as the fibrous formation happens over a long course of time. I suspect large doses of vitamin b5 (500 mg/day) will normalized most tissue, and prevent blockages and normalizing the collagen.

However, all this is to normalize and prevent further blockages of fallopian tubes then anything else

A blocked fallopian tubes could be any number of causes, however the easiest remedies is to treat the condition where fallopian tubes is due to a condition of inflammation or infection. In this case the use of any antiseptic douche, the application of anti inflammatory oil, such as lavender applied to the abdominal area,

improving eliminations by taking 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda plus 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid will reduce constipation, remove the toxins and thus normalizing the blocked fallopian tubes.

Improving the body immune system by taking some zinc and magnesium supplement will reduce the body's bacteria and reduce the inflammation.

If the fallopian tube blocked is not due to inflammation but due to heavy scarring, then I think conventional surgery or other would be more appropriate. One common cause of infertility is that the eggs do not stick to fallopian walls, in that case taking some vitamin C in form of sodium ascorbate will reduce this problem, since in some instance this the problem
