Dear Sanand, If you want to try apple cider vinegar topically, dilute it a good bit in water. (2 T. per 1 cup. ) It should not be painful. Also, the garlic must be diluted also. Crush some cloves of garlic and warm them in some extra virgin coconut oil. (Maybe 4 large cloves to 1/3 cup coconut oil. ) Do not cook the garlic, just let it be warm in the oil for several hours, or better yet, just let it sit at room temp. For several days. Then strain out the garlic and try the oil. (Keep it in the fridge.)
My children have had many odd skin things over the years and turmeric has helped them very much. It would be an inexpensive and safe thing to try. Take 3-4 capsules of turmeric twice a day. Or you can put 1/2 t. turmeric in 1/2 cup milk twice a day.
Tea tree oil is also very good for many skin problems. But it must be diluted. Maybe 6 drops in 1 T. Extra virgin coconut oil. You could even add some to your garlic oil concoction.
Strong chamomile tea would also be good to try topically. It is very mild, but I have seen it help skin problems very much!
Hope you find something that helps you. Please let us know what works for you!

Dear Mama, Thanks for reply. I will go with your suggestion:extra Virgin Coconut oil, garlic and Tea Tree oil combination.
I tried with turmeric topically but didn't help in my case. I used to take Apple cider Vinegar with 1/4 tsp turmeric in moring empty stomach. I will continue the same. And this disease giving me more psychological effect than actual effect it has.
Surely, I will update you on the progress.
Thanks, Sanand

I found apple cider vinegar straight scarred my center upper lip as it ate too far into skin. Removed all spots but my scar looks like a herp infection a few inches from face. Still have few large spots, and lots of tiny ones in lips, right where lips close/touch. Garlic worked some, burnt skin, peeled 2 days. Probably need to repeat 3 to 4 x to get down far enough.

I found a cure to this fordyce spot things, though I am only treating those on my lips: go on a raw food diet AND apply freshly cut garlic to the affected area. But, the key thing here is persistence. They will start to go away but if you do not keep up with the garlic, preferably daily, they will start to come back. Persistence is as important as anything here. I still don't know what causes fordyce spots but I am thinking now it could be related to common warts.
