Yes, after much reading it seems optimal dosage is 400mg dietary plant-calcium and 400mg magnesium malate. It's so interesting to read how the more dairy people eat the poorer the condition of their bones. Glad to hear Silica has worked for you. Silica is wonderful.
Very interesting about the tribe you mentioned too.
