I have had extremely itchy scalp since being diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis two years ago. It began with taking amoxicillan. The dermatologist prescribed an elocon steroid lotion which I used but it actually didn't help and the side effects worried me. This summer I had the most unbearable itch that would spread to my face. I finally found a cure when I read that applying honey on the scalp will alleviate the fungal infection.
