White Vinegar, Garlic

For the last 3 days I have been using white vinegar 3 times a day - I dip a cotton pad and get it soaking and then apply it to the warts for ten minutes. Next I taped a slice of garlic to warts and left it on for 3 hours until it was time to use the vinegar again. The first day they seemed to dry up a bit, but the next day one was bigger than ever and black in the center. After treating the area again with the vinegar it started to bleed and now there is a hole in the center of it and it stings like crazy when I apply the vinegar. It seems to be working and I am still repeating the vinegar and garlic treatment every 3 hours.
This might seem like a dumb question, but I would really appreciate it if someone can answer it. I have had a plantars wart on my foot for years and nothing seemed to make it go away, so I started picking at it. Is it possible that I transferred the bacteria from the plantars wart to my genital area. My partner swears up and down that he hasn't been with anyone else and I know I haven't. Is this possible?
Thanks
