Genital Wart Advice
I recommend you try Elderberry extract and green tea extract together. I have been using it for 4 days topically and internally and seen really good results. I had one wart turn black. The other warts just shrank and are now below the skin and getting smaller the more times I use the drops. I also take a few drops under the tongue a few times a day. I think in 2-3 weeks I should be close to eliminated them all.
With ACV it was too painful and took a week just for it to heal. The elderberry and green tea method is painfree. Women will really like this method.
Both are antivirals and anti-cancer.
The brands I have been using are from Henry's Market:
Elderberry (sambucus nigra)
other ingrediants: grain alcohol (40-50% by vol), deionized water
Green Tea (90%polyphenols, 50% EGCG)
Other ingrediants: deionized water, vegetable glycerin, honey, luo han guo
I put it on almost every 3 hours. It seems to get absorbed into the skin very quickly. Elderberry contains alcohol which may help the absorption process.
Good luck.

I looked up photos of vestibular papillomatosis and it's exactly what I have. Symmetrical pearly little bumps that are in ripples. Apparently GW is different in that they're in clusters often spreading from a centre wart and has a cauliflower appearance. GW can appear anywhere in the genital area. VP only occurs in women in the labia majora and minora. It does not appear white under vinegar.
The bad news is there is no remedy for VP. ACV helps with irritation. I just thought I'd share this information because for most of my life I've questioned whether I have GW even though it wasn't physically possible.

I tried apple cider vinegar on my warts but to my surprise, it didn't work. I then tried aloe vera gel and they're now finally going away

Tried Apple Cider Vinegar for a week or two on the genital wart but saw no change. It was also difficult to do it practically, because of the location and the fact that the cotton would not stay stuck in place, and I felt weird going about with my genitals smelling like acv.
I read about H2O2 on warts so I went for it. I used 35% food grade H2O2, undiluted, on a cotton swab, three (or sometimes four) times a day, touching JUST the wart, VERY carefully, not touching the surrounding healthy skin. I waited 5-10 minutes for the H2O2 to dry on it before putting my panties on. It did sting quite a bit especially at first and it would turn the wart white for quite a while. (The Apple Cider Vinegar had also stung a lot on my plantar wart in the beginning.) The stinging went down as the treatment progressed. I had the feeling, with both wart treatments, that the sting had to do with the treatment working, but that could just be my idea.
The wart went away in four days! It gradually turned rough, like a scab and then fell off. It left a very small paler looking, bump, like a little gentle round scar which I kept on treating for a couple of days. It stung way less when the wart was gone.
This happened a few days ago so I have no long term results to report for now. But I'm ecstatic to have the wart gone.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL when handling 35% H2O2! It is quite caustic, and if it falls into the eyes it can cause blindness. I knew about that when I did the treatment, I read several other people's reports on warts using full strength 35% H2O2 how they were successful and I decided to try. It will turn your finger skin white if it touches it and that goes away after a couple of hours. Wash off with a lot of water.
If it seems too hardcore for some people I've read that lower concentrations of it can also be successful.
I'm also taking it internally and it's going fine, I'm now at 7 drops per day in a half glass of distilled water. I've got no big news there cause I'm basically healthy, but I've had a bit of diarrhea, which I've read can be a sign of detoxing.
Oh, and I don't care if pharmacy-bought H2O2 is cheaper, I'd never put that stabilized stuff in me. In the long run food grade is REALLY not that expensive! A quart bottle at 20$ will last you forever, and if you dilute it to 3% then it's even more!

I've had HPV for around 5 years now and I am not one of those "lucky" people who have outbreaks or just one cluster that disappears on its own. I have 2 sets, one on each inner lip of my vagina. One side is one larger cluster of about 3 or 4 and then 2 small single ones below it and the other side is about 6 or 7 single ones in a straight row and both on the bottom half towards my perineum. I've been lucky over the years that they haven't spread but also unlucky in the fact that they've stayed put since the day they appeared. I just sort of "lived" with them being there as I couldn't afford all the expensive treatments and creams. I found this site about 2 years ago and read everyone's great success with ACV. Unfortunately I haven't had the greatest lifestyle to accompany constant treatment so up until now I've attempted it a few times but this time I've decided to go in with the big guns, so to speak.
Like I said this is not a 3 day success story, or even a week. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now.
I really want to stress that just because you don't have the instant results that others do, DON'T GIVE UP! I'm going to share my story and results in hopes that maybe it helps someone else with more resistant warts.
Everyday I do the following: (and keep in mind these are specific to me. Adjust times, amounts, dilutions etc. to fit your own comfort level if necessary.)
I start with vitamins: vitamin c, d, e; l-lysine; garlic pills; and a multi-vitamin.
Everyday and in between each treatment I clean the area thoroughly (and I mean whole area, in between, on the warts themselves-everything. STAY AWAY from getting inside unless you have a very high tolerance for awful stinging pain) with 91% isopropyl alcohol. Keep in mind that after you have already started treatment, if the warts are sensitive or raw or anything like that, IT WILL STING! Before I do anything else, I apply either vitamin e oil or a diaper rash like cream to the immediate surrounding areas to avoid any swelling or irritation of unaffected skin. Then I make a paste out of aspirin (6 to 12 works fine for me-make sure you crush them REALLY good into a fine powder), add ACV (apple cider vinegar) in tiny amounts until you have the consistency you want, then I squeeze out a large capsule of vitamin e oil and mix it in well. Take some cotton balls and size it out to the area(s) you need to cover, then saturate one side of the cotton in the mixture. Make sure it's not too pasty and dry because you need it to be wet so it'll really get on there and do some damage. It will dry on later. Personally, I tape the cotton on with some medical tape and leave it on depending on my schedule; all day or a couple of hours and always overnight and keep it secure with some breathable cotton underwear. Depending on your level of pain tolerance, it can and probably will be very stingy. The very first time for me did not hurt but the more irritated the warts get, it increases. In between treatments I apply pure tea tree oil, undiluted to the warts with a q-tip, making sure to get in between and all over. Not everyone can use TTO undiluted so it's best to check before you do that. Otherwise you can dilute it with a bit of water.
I've been at it for about 3 weeks constantly now and I'm having great results. There are definitely little pieces falling off here and there but this is how it's gone from beginning to now: first time-turned white, then eventually they became hard and a darker off white-greyish color, then tiny black spots all over, still hard. Eventually mine became very scabby and large layers of them started peeling off like a sunburn. I've also noticed a big reduction in size. They just seem to be shrinking and coming off in layers instead of just falling off. I've been told the best thing you can do is damage them and keep kickin' em while they're down. It's definitely not comfortable and I don't love the smell of ACV but I'm seeing a dramatic improvement. Hopefully this keeps up and ill post back again when I have some new results. Good luck :)
Apple Cider Vinegar, Tea Tree Oil, Supplements
★★★★☆
Since I don't really have the funds to go the doctor to get them removed, I started researching home remedies. Like so many others I came across the apple cider vinegar remedy. Since my life is more often than not extremely hectic, I've tried it many times but never kept up with it.
Finally I'm trying to keep on top of it this time so this is what I'm doing:
Vitamins: (because immune system is key to kicking this things butt)
Vitamin E, Vitamin C, L-Lysine, Odorless Garlic Pills, Vitamin D... Also a TON of water and green tea everyday. I'm really trying to quit smoking also, but still working on it.
ACV and tea tree oil combo: Before doing anything, first clean the area - I use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. DO NOT do this if you have any open wounds or highly irritated skin because it WILL HURT!! To avoid irritating the surrounding skin, I cover the other areas in diaper rash cream or vitamin e oil. First, I take a cotton ball and make sure to cover all the warts in tea tree oil. (it irritates some peoples skin, so you can dilute it with a bit water if you need to. ) Next, I soak a cotton ball in ACV and stretch it out to the size I need in order to cover the entire area. Then I tape it down with medical tape (you can use band aids or something else like that - but be careful in that area because it'll hurt coming off! ) I personally leave mine on for large blocks of time, changing it when I go to the bathroom, take a shower or after keeping it on overnight. The important thing to remember is to keep the area as clean as possible and do not let the dressings get wet. The warts thrive on moisture. Usually after the first full day, the warts start to turn back in spots and eventually the whole thing will. They also tend to get hard. The tiny ones seem to shrink in size and eventually disappear. Im at the turning back and hard phase right now so I'll check back soon when I get some substantial results and let everyone know how it goes.
Disclaimer: ACV has a tendency to sting especially if you have any warts that are irritated at all. I personally don't have a low pain tolerance so it really wasn't that bad for me. Everyone is different. Its proabably wise to take a break for a couple days every other week especially if you are experiencing a lot of irritation or burning. Diaper rash cream with zinc oxide in it is a great thing to put on whole area, warts and all, in the meantime during breaks.
I'll check back soon with a report and good luck to everyone else! Have patience.
Well now this thing on my anus has consumed my mind, and getting rid of it and making sure it never comes back has become almost an obsession. I found this forum and that very night I tried using the ACV method that so many people have written about.
The first night I dipped a piece of cotton in the ACV then taped it to the wart and the surrounding area. It didn't sting or hurt, went to bed with it. The next morning I found the top layer of the ward had gone white and even bits of it had turned gray. How much was for the ACV and how much from the freezing, I can't be sure. But I tried it again for the next two nights. By the third night it was stinging like hell. I think some of the ACV had irritated the skin around the wart which was red. Makes it difficult to move around when the irritated skin rubs up against anything. However the wart itself which seemed like it was almost a little coil shape had begun to change size. The black bits came off in the shower and I can see it's getting smaller. After every ACV application I can see the skin turns white, and then gray. I've done this for 4 nights now, I'd say of that big wart has decreased about 40-50%. Some of the skin around it also turned slightly white but I'm not sure if those are warts that were just flat/unseen or skin that's been irritated.
The skin around it is raw so I've been using neosporin on it which helped sooth the skin. I'm going to try this again tonight, maybe use a smaller piece directly on the wart and try to avoid any other part of the skin.
I have to say this has been a very psychologically and physically humiliating experience. I can only hope that there's no recurrence and that I can get rid of this for good. I know it's down to ones immune system to fight off the HPV virus, that's why I've also decided to completely change my diet and my bodies internal environment so I can make it impossible for this to ever thrive again! I've read up on the bodies ph balance and have a feeling I have a very acidic internal environment which is perfect for viruses and other bacteria to thrive in. Drinking things like coffee, eating foods high in starch and sugar all contribute to this. So I've been eating more alkaline producing food, started taking ACV as a shot twice a day, and packing up on the vitamins. I'm hoping within a week or two this will become a distant memory! I'll keep everyone posted about the progress. Thanks again for the support and for everyone who shared their story!
Genital Wart Advice
I was diagnosed with genital warts last year. Have been symptomless for several months. I used 13% food grade hydrogen peroxide on the whole area (warts will turn white. Any breaks in the skin can turn white too) in addition to TCA applied by a physician. I was treated for 3 months before I saw any improvement. Vitamins are essential! I only use vitamins derived from raw foods/whole foods. Synthetic vitamins are not what your body wants or needs. You pee them out. Waste of $$. Also I used and still use antiviral herbs and medicinal mushrooms. I really feel that the mushrooms were the missing link for me. I use __________ brand (I take the ______ blend along with Reishi and Agarikon capsules). I went to an herbalist and she recommended copious amounts of lemon balm tea along with ______ tincture by _____ (warning: contains lomantium which, in rare cases, can cause rashes. I never developed a rash. Can also put the tincuture on the actual wart, which I also did. Hurts like hell tho). And I juice raw vegetables and fruits and get colonics. Green is clean as they say. I hope my warts have been killed but I try not to concern myself too much about it. I do believe stress can override any of the good things you do to boost the immune system.

Hydrogen Peroxide

I've tried ACV, and it worked, temporarily. I think I just didn't follow through enough. I've tried black salve, and that stung like crazy, and the warts became bigger instead of smaller. I've tried freezing several times which would cause the area to turn black and the wart to come off, but the bigger ones kept coming back. I used tea tree oil, but that didn't seem to work at all for me, and I could always smell it.
Then I read posts on just warts, and saw many posts on the effectiveness of hydrogen peroxide, and since I had some food grade H2O2, 35%, on hand I thought I'd give it a try. This strength of hydrogen peroxide is not recommened, but I didn't care. It has been 6 months since I first noticed them, and I want them gone. I would use a q-tip to apply directly to the warts, and it would sting like crazy. I would apply at least once a day, but usually twice, and sometimes more depending on if it was a workday or weekend. After the first couple applications, the warts were noticeably smaller. Now after a week there is no raised area left. I still will apply to the pinkish area left until there is no immediate reaction from the hydrogen peroxide, just to be sure I got it all. At least thats what I'm hoping. I will post again in the near future with updates, but as of this post, I'm pretty certain its going to work! Best of luck.
