People, You're not supposed to SNORT Cayenne! Always read many cure experiences to learn things like what type, how much, & how often something is recommended. They are generally talking about professional strength cayenne like the type that comes in 1oz glass bottles with a glass dropper type lid that you can buy in a health food store, tincture section. You use with great caution as it's a very hot substance. Try less first.
I just put a drop or two on the tip of my tongue a little too long, washed it down with my very diluted cayenne water and was looking for something to cool the burn and a tablespoon of coconut oil worked fairly well. 15 minutes later the headache is dissipating.

I was suffering from a headache that wouldn't go away. Probably got the headache from eating too much honey. Anyway, I read about cayenne pepper on this website for head and ear pain. I took 1/2 tsp pepper in 1/2 cup of milk; head pain went away in 15 minutes. I did this again the next morning and it worked! I plan on continuing this treatment once a day to clear my throbbing ear which I suspect is a blocked eustachian tube. Will update as I see improvements.

LMAO!!!! Classic! It works for me. I swear by the stuff. I drink it in water 3 times a day. For a headache I mix one half teaspoon neem powder, one teaspoon moringa powder and a quarter teaspoon organic cayenne in about three ounces of water. Drink staright down then sip water afterwards to dilute in your belly. The neem brings down your blood sugar and blood pressure as the moringa and cayenne also do. I love it!

I get what are called "ice pick" headaches several times a year and they are very hard to deal with.
After trying several things with no luck (zapping, eft, theta healing), I finally woke up and looked on Earthclinic. I used the suggestion of putting a small amount of cayenne papper on the tip of the tongue, waiting about 30 seconds, and then drinking 12 or so ounces of pure cool water.
It worked like a charm and a few hours later a very slight headache reappeared, but I did the cayenne again and it stopped the pain immediately!

★★★★★BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS
I have to say that the cayenne pepper worked, but it burned like HELL!!!!!! I WON'T be doing this again! I spent the last 10 minutes running around the house screaming like a maniac for water. I think next time, I'll just use aspirin.

Cayenne Pepper relieved my cluster headache! I had been suffering from absolutely debilitating cluster headaches- they seemed to have been taking over my life! I stubled across this website today after spending the day alternating between rocking back and forth in pain and looking up clinics in my area. I didn't have any powdered cayenne on hand, so I crushed up a seed of a dried cayenne pepper that I had from last summer's yield, and snorted that. Lo and behold, I am now able to type this with about 90% of the headache gone. I took the pepper seed about ten minutes ago, and plan to try more in a minute.
I can't believe how well it works! I am bookmarking this site asap!
Thank you all so much!

Cayenne Pepper relieves my husband's cluster headaches. He had horrible time with headaches for over 15 years till we started to use the cayenne pepper. Now when he feels one coming on, he just snorts a tiny bit (maybe 1/4 of a teaspoon) up his nostril on the same side where he feels the headache. Yes he feels a sharp burning in his nose briefly (along with his eyes watering) but it relieves the headache within 15-20 minutes at the most. He was taking strong pain pills before that often didnt help and he would be sick for hours, with vomiting and extreme pain. Cayenne Pepper has alleviated all that. Just the "red pepper" that you buy in spice section at the store, for 3 or 4 dollars. If the headache is on both sides, snort a tiny bit up both nostrils.

Cayenne pepper in hot water for headache: I was reading through here because I had a sinus headache from the day before and nothing was helping. I gulped 1/8 of a tsp of Cayenne Peppe r(wasn't brave enough to sniff it up my nose ;D) in hot water, then I swished with cold water and swallowed that too. Took a couple of very deep breaths.(not too hard to do when your mouth is on fire.) And the headache is gone less than 2 minutes later. Even the ache-y-ness in my body is gone!

I tried cayenne pepper on the tip of my toungue and it worked immediately. I used just a pinch, let it stay there for about 30 seconds (yes, it burns a bit) and then swallowed it with a large glass of water. No more headache. Thank you Veronica!

I frequently have headaches and migraines and was complaining at work one day about how nothing works and a coworker suggested that I try cayenne pepper on the tip of my tongue. Her grandfather swore by it and she agreed it worked. Well, today was the moment of truth. I woke up with a headache and reached for a pinch of cayenne to put at the tip of my tongue. Since it is a pepper it does burn a bit, but within minutes my headache was gone. I'm a believer!

I immediately got a headache which turned to a migraine after I left the dentists office today. When I got home I had to lay on the couch with ice which normally helps a little but I still felt like I was going to throw up it was bad and I had to make dinner for everyone. So I tried the cayenne pepper and I am really shocked at how much it relieved the pain. It made me sneeze alot and it burns a bit but my head isnt throbbing like it was. Its amazing!!!! I love this site!!! Thank you earth clinic!!!

I get frequent headaches all the time and I was complaining to a co-worker about having them. She suggested that I try cayenne pepper (crush up the capsules) and snort a little in each nostril.I was sk eptical and never tried it until a month later. I had another headache and the same co-worker asked me if I tried the cayenne pepper. I told her that I had not tried it yet. I pulled the capsules out of my purse and thought: "Why not try it." The next thing I knew I was snorting cayenne pepper at my desk and within minutes my headache disappeared. I did experience burning in my nostrils for at least 15 minutes (only use a small amount). Some of the pepper went down my throat which was okay with me because I have stomach trouble. The point is-is that the cayenne pepper worked. If I ever get another headache, I will definately use this remedy again!!!

I've read over the different headache remedies and especially the one from Stascee from Rexburg Id. Hers is "VERY TYPICAL" of the many many people who I gave the Canynne Pepper to and told them how to to it, Just a week or so ago I told the cashier at my my bank how to do it and later she told me, "My husband thought I was nuts" but in 5 minutes my pain was gone "So how cares what he thinks"!...God Bless all.....

Wow! This works so well! I have spent the last 4 days in be with strep that even antibiotics hadn't seemed to help. I was taking everything I could think of to make it go away. My throat remained swollen and painful. After not being able to crawl out of bed for 4 days I drug myself to the computer and found this site. I tried your cayenne pepper remedy and it was instant relief! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! I can actually swallow now with out feeling like my head will explode. After not getting any sleep because of the pain I am looking forward to getting a full night of sleep. Thanks again for the great cure! PS the cayenne also worked on the migraine that I have had along with the strep, so I had 2 cures for the price of one!
