This new (July 27,2024) systematic review of multiple studies and research (linked to below) adds further corroboration to the idea that melatonin lotion (ML) can help alleviate invertebral disc degeneration (IDD) and related pain as people testing ML are reporting. This also adds further confirmation to the idea that ML may be synergistic with the degenerative disc disease (DDD) remedy of hyaluronic acid capsules with Stopain roll on that I wrote about here :

This sentence in the above quote is very important because it talks about the "targeted delivery of melatonin" and melatonin lotion is very good for offering the ability of targeted delivery for spinal issues as well as other specific areas of the body :
Ongoing studies will better clarify the role of melatonin as a potential therapeutic agent, including the targeted delivery to various body regions.
This is adding more confirmation to what testers of ML are reporting, that ML allows for specific areas of the body to be targeted and offer significant pain relief, but also importantly in long term use, to also offer the healing qualities of ML to be applied at the same time.
