Nebulizing Hydrogen Peroxide +

I have a history of sarcoidosis. I think years of using prednisone and methotrexate completely screwed up my gut. In the past five years I have developed silent gerd. It gets so bad that I have gotten aspirated pneumonia and been hospitalized. For years I had constant lung and sinus infections due to this. My stomach would bloat and press against my diaphragm. I would wheeze and gasp for air. I never knew for sure what was going to set it off...........steamed cabbage put me in the hospital a few years ago. I know chocolate and tomatoes are off limits. I have tried every concoction known to man. I ordered Gaviscon from England that has sodium alginate in it and coats your stomach. Some relief from that. Peppermint can cause gerd and cannot figure why they put it in stomach meds. There have been studies to prove it. I have been to three gastro doctors....all kinds of tests run and the only thing in their toolbox are PPI's. PPI's are toxic and not fit for human consumption.
Finally I have found some relief from the lung congestion and infections by nebulizing Hydrogen Peroxide...about 1% in distilled water with a little salt added. Salt is supposed to be good for your lungs. I have read salt mine workers have the healthiest lungs. I think aloe vera is also a good solution for gerd. ACV does not work for me........makes it worse. Vinegars are high in histamine and that might be my problem. Enjoy all the comments. Bodies are very complicated and everyone is different.
