I recommend Tai Chi and Qi Gong practices daily for overall health improvement, sports enhancement and general well-being. These practices have been used by millions of people for thousands of years! I personally have been able to control crippling low back pain that lasted for years...with daily practice I have no pain and my flexibility and functional strength improve daily. Tai Chi has been shown to benefit every major system in the body - cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory, immune etc. I believe the benefits are endless if you put in the time!
