I feel at my wit's end, with a multitude of symptoms that drive me nuts. the worst is neck pain especially on the right side and on left too, very painful especially the lower part of my neck and top of shoulders. there is a gritty gravelly something in there, and wherever the gravelly stuff is, it hurts. it is not just pain but this gravelly stuff that is so irritating and uncomfortable. no one seems to know what it is. I have the gravelly stuff in my upper chest also and my hips and there is pain there too.
i feel very tired, and just recently for last several days feel very down, exhausted, like I have a bug, but no cough sneezing fever, etc. thought I might have covid but it came back negative, thank God.
Head is very itchy also neck shoulders and back, am peeing very very often keeps me a wake at night. nostrils feel blocked up, frequent headaches that feel like they come from my sinuses, neuropathy in my legs and feet, left foot swells, I do not have diabetes. lots of digestive disturbance, sometimes diarrhea, sometimes constipation, very smelly, bloating, gas, reflux, acid stomache etc, not very overweight but have a big belly. skin between my toes peels off and they smell real bad. I have lyme, parasites and probably candida. am overwhelmed with the number of supplements, also brain fog, some anger etc.

1) Stroke prevention
one 40, 000 unit capsule of Swanson Serrazimes. SwansonVitamins.com. I met someone who had recovered nicely from a stroke by taking the silk worm enzyme, serrapeptase. Their carotid artery blockage went from 30% blocked to 10% blocked in 6 months with one Doctor's Best 120, 000 Unit serrapeptase capsule three times per day. I think the Swanson Serrazimes (serratiopeptidase) may be better than other higher dose brands of serrapeptase and the Swanson reviews seem to agree. The first night I took the Serrazimes, as I laid my head on the pillow, I felt/heard a momentary rush or turbulence go up through my carotid arteries on the sides of my neck, so I now believe I am protected from a stroke as long as I take Swanson Serrazimes. Serrapeptase is supposed to cleanse the cardiovascular system. However, it says not recommended if taking blood thinners like vitamin K, heparin or warfarin (coumadin).
2) Sleep
afternoons or evenings, 1.5 to 2 level tsp soy lecithin powder in about 6 oz water. Nuts.com or BulkFoods.com.
For decades, just one dose of lecithin in the evening has helped me to get to sleep, stay asleep and get back to sleep in the night. Lecithin contains phosphatidylcholine, a nervous system relaxant. Since August 21, 2018, I started stirring in 1/32nd level tsp (about a pinch) of micronized magnesium carbonate powder. This magnesium carbonate may be my top energy supplement with good results for sustained energy, well-being and telomere protection as described by Dr. Carolyn Dean in her book, The Magnesium Miracle. 3) Energy & blood sugar
one 200 mcg capsule of chromium picolinate (CP). I stopped taking this for 27 years and had forgotten how much energy CP gives me. SwansonVitamins.com Swanson (house) brand. Chromium is supposed to decrease insulin resistance and thereby helps to burn sugar. Taking more than 200 mcg per day gives me a headache. I also take a slightly rounded 1/2 tsp of Vietnamese cinnamon powder after reading that cinnamon and chromium picolinate are the best two supplements to prevent diabetes. Vietnamese cinnamon (SwansonVitamins.com) is said to be the best tasting although Vietnamese is not Ceylon or True cinnamon which is supposed to be the safest cinnamon with the lowest levels of coumadin. I also take 1 level iced teaspoon of NOW brand Argentine Beef Liver Powder for endurance. SwansonVitamins.com. It comes in a 12 oz plastic bottle. Magnesium carbonate is also a surprise boost for my energy as described in the above "Sleep" paragraph. BulkSupplements.com.
4) Energy
Before lunch, 1/8 level cup Red Star nutritional yeast flakes. BulkFoods.com. RNA increases breath and lung volume and therefore oxygen, so I believe nutritional yeast helps me to metabolize lunch with the extra oxygen and I noticed that I breathe more deeply after lunch and into the afternoon when I take the nutritional yeast.
5) Hair
For decades I have taken 1/8 level cup of whey protein concentrate and my hair is full and thick. I have also felt my muscles to be slightly stronger with it. Nuts.com.
6) Fingernails
1/8 level tsp of bamboo extract. BulkSupplements.com. The bamboo extract is 70% natural silica which is remarkable. My nails grow fast and look healthy.
7) Eyes
astaxanthin 4 mg/zeaxanthin 4 mg. SwansonVitamins.com, 1/4 level measuring tsp bilberry extract. BulkSupplements.com. 1/4 tsp green coffee bean powder (not extract). BulkSupplements.com. Green coffee bean is supposed to prevent blindness from it's polyphenols. I notice a brighter blue sky and whiter clouds when I take green coffee bean powder. I decided not to take the green coffee extract as it's too stimulating for me but the extract did brighten the sky and cloud colors even more. I have noticed that taking astaxanthin gives my skin a nice orange tone and I am unable to sunburn when taking astaxanthin.
8) Gums
1/4 level tsp (500 mg) hesperidin. BulkSupplments.com. In 2011, my slightly sore gums bled occasionally and my teeth were slightly loose, but hesperidin started to improve that in days and my gums continued to gradually improve over the next 2 years, so I plan to take hesperidin for life. I took Swanson 500 mg hesperidin capsules for years but switched to the powder from BulkSupplements. Hesperidin is hard to find as a stand alone supplement, but is part of most or all citrus bioflavonoid products.
9) Teeth
1 capsule twice per day of NOW brand "Calcium Hydroxyapatite Caps." My sensitive teeth went away and cavities won't form if I take this, even if a flax seed puts a small hole in a molar. Then I take 2 capsules twice per day for several weeks until the tooth repairs itself or I will eventually seek out a dentist, but my tooth always repairs itself by filling in any injury and becoming painless. This is a low temperature processed calf bone concentrate that contains the whole bone matrix.
10) Lungs and sinuses
-1/2 level tsp (500 mg) to 1 level tsp (1000 mg) quercetin dihydrate. BulkSupplements.com. Protects lungs and sinuses. Quercetin also gives me energy. I would try quercetin for anything concerning lungs or sinuses and maybe even for the ears and hearing since the ears are only a few inches from the sinuses. I take the 1/2 level tsp in warmer months and the 1 level tsp in the colder months. I tried to stop taking quercetin twice, underestimating what quercetin was doing for me, but my energy dropped and my nose became congested within a month. Quercetin is a good combo with the below description of Mrs. Dash Table Blend seasoning to liquefy and thin mucus.
11) Lung and sinus mucus liquification
1/2 slightly rounded tsp of Walmart's 14 herb Mrs. Dash Table Blend (MDTB) seasoning. Contains thyme, oregano which are expectorants and chili which supports the airways. For decades I have thinned my lung and sinus mucus with MDTB. MDTB should start to liquefy lung mucus in 2 weeks. I had laryngitis and couldn't clear my throat but one dose of MDTB cleared my throat the same day. MDTB goes well with quercetin as a combo to protect the respiratory system.
12) Joints
1/4 level tsp (500 mg) Kollgen chicken sternum type 2 collagen powder. msm-msm.com. Also available in capsules at SwansonVitamins and PipingRock. My knees were loose in their sockets but started improving a few days after starting taking the chicken sternum powder. The cartilage filled in completely by probably 4 months. My unhinged back healed but took 3 to 5 years to fill in and I don't know when the healing happened. Another person cancelled their hip replacement after taking chicken sternum for 6 months, and another canceled their (painful) knee replacement and is now walking around normally. The person couldn't stand in line at the buffet without sitting because of the knee pain. However, not every joint heals every time, like my shoulder which is still wonky. 1/8 level tsp (about 220 mg) sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) powder. BulkSupplements.com. I could notice my joints moving a little smoother when taking hyaluronic acid, but the improvement was very subtle.
13) Sprained ankle/foot
2 level tsp (4 grams) of bovine collagen hydrolysate and 2 level tsp (5 grams) of L-glutamine twice per day. BulkSupplements.com. So that's 8 grams of collagen and 10 grams of L-glutamine per day. My ankle was sprained on January 9, 2018. This ankle soreness improved with 12 grams per day of collagen but improved even more when I added the L-glutamine on Sept 20, 2018. I could feel the ankle burning internally on the first night of taking L-glutamine and since then the ankle feels healed because the pain stopped returning nightly. Hydrolized collagen is 100% type 1 collagen which is said to repair tendons and ligaments, but it also seems to need the L-glutamine to heal the ankle. I will be switching to their fish collagen because of the positive BulkSupplements reviews for skin.
14) Fungal great toenail
2 tablespoons macadamia oil after meals, up to twice per day, for 2 months, then 1 tablespoon mornings for life. PipingRockock.com. My fungal toenail lifted off after 2 months or two 16 oz bottles internally of NOW brand unrefined macadamia oil, but NOW discontinued the product. Healthy, thick, pink nail grew in over the next year.
Macadamia oil has 18% palmitoleic acid, an antimicrobial and I think an antifungal. My toes had also begun to have occasional numbness and tingling (which I think is called peripheral neuropathy), numbness which surprisingly went away about when the fungal toenail dropped off. I later read that palmitoleic acid is used as a treatment for peripheral neuopathy. I like the unrefined, stronger taste of PipingRock's macadamia oil as compared to Swanson's more tasteless macadamia oil.
15) Mood and cardiovascular
1 level tsp turmeric powder (WincoFoods in western states and Dallas, TX), and 1/4 level tsp black pepper powder. Turmeric was immediately very mellowing for my mood, and it helps rebuild the endothelium (inner wall) of blood vessels. My bicep was squeezed by a too-tight, automated blood pressure cuff. It took 9 months, but turmeric has helped the bicep's soreness, as does the L-glutamine recently added at 10 grams per day. The L-glutamine, known as a fountain of youth, has now healed my bicep pain completely after only 2.5 months since 9/20/2018. I think L-glutamine may also repair a leaky blood-brain barrier, now thought to be the cause of Alzheimer's and dementia, like L-glutamine heals the stomach lining. I have also thought that L-glutamine may also cure cancer and other necrotic conditions through controlled inflammation. Turmeric is also said to help prevent Alzheimer's. The 5 lb box of turmeric powder is under $13 at WincoFoods if you ask the bulk section attendant for the 5 lb turmeric box. Black pepper increases the absorption of turmeric's curcumin by up to 20 times. Ground black pepper is available at Big Lots in a 2.5 oz bottle for $1 and also sometimes the Big Lots Gel brand in the 11 oz size for $5. I prefer the 11 oz bottle of Gel brand black pepper at Big Lots because it looks to be a finer grind of pepper than the Fresh Finds 2.5 oz bottle.
16) Blood clots
afternoons at 4 PM, 1/2 level tsp food grade sodium citrate (about 3 grams) in 6 oz water. Pro Supply Outlet on eBay.com. One of my biceps had apparent, obvious, slightly painful blood clots soon after a blood draw in 2016. Sodium citrate thins and liquefies cheese for nacho cheese sauce and mac-n-cheese sauce, so I thought it would dissolve blood clots for me which it did. It's perhaps a lot of sodium (1408 mg per level teaspoon) but I think my dose was 1 level teaspoon mornings and afternoons for a month or until the first 1 lb bag was gone. It took 2 weeks to receive the sodium citrate and by then I could feel the clots had moved to the left side of my heart. However, thankfully I could also feel when the sodium citrate dissolved the clots within a few days. Two Doctor's Best 100 mg nattokinase enzyme capsules did nothing for the clots, although 8 capsules per day of nattokinase for a few days did dissolve some hard and gnarly blood clots in the past on top of someone's wrist. So I now take the 1/2 level tsp maintenance dose of the sodium citrate powder for circulation.
17) Itching skin after meals
1/4 level tsp nopal prickly pear Opuntia cactus powder. Starwest Botanicals, or SwansonVitamins and PipingRock for nopal capsules. I had itching skin after meals for years, but I saw the Nopalea TV infomercial in 2010, so I bought the Swanson or PipingRock nopal leaf 650 mg capsules and took 2 capsules after meals. My itching ankles and forearms stopped itching in 2 days. Nopal has betalains which are anti-inflammatory.
18) Itching hip area under waistband
two 22 mg capsules Swanson brand zinc picolinate. SwansonVitamins.com. I was told that zinc is the go-to supplement for any skin problem and the Swanson reviews say that picolinate is the most absorbed form of zinc. This has been a very persistent itch for 3 years that I tried many things for and could not heal. Zinc picolinate seems to suppress the itch from the inside, but I also lightly rub some non-aluminum baking soda powder onto the hip area mornings and evenings which fixes the itch.
19) Regularity and keeping the digestive tract/bowels moving
-six 300 mg capsules Swanson brand apple pectin. SwansonVitamins.com. 1/8 level cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Rye Flour (20 oz bag) VitaCost.com. 1 level iced teaspoon of Nutricology Dietary Fiber Cellulose Powder. SwansonVitamins.com. 1/2 level tsp NOW brand guar gum powder. SwansonVitamins. 8 oz or more of diluted 100% bottled fruit juice or 100% juice blends per day, sweetened with NOW Better Stevia powder stirred in to taste. eBay NOW brand Better Stevia 1 lb container. I dilute the glass with 80% water and 20% juice and stir in the Better Stevia to taste. 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar in 6 oz stevia sweetened water. As described in the "Sleep" paragraph, evenings 1/32nd level tsp micronized magnesium carbonate stirred into 2 level tsp lecithin powder in about 6 oz water does improve regularity. I don't think my digestive tract would function nearly as well without the congealing effect of the apple pectin. It's as important as rye flour which a study found to decrease bowel transit time with a more positive effect on the digestive tract than any other bread. Guar gum is very slick and I thought it to be a good addition to my fibers. I put the guar gum on tongue, take a sip of water and then using tongue, immediately mix with water in mouth, then wash down with more water. 20) Longevity supplements
1/2 slightly rounded tsp (1500 mg) marine phytoplankton or three 500 mg capsules. PhytoplanktonSource.com. Plankton is possibly the most important supplement that I take. The company is in the Netherlands and takes a few weeks to receive it in the U.S. Some whales live for 200 years and eat plankton. I noticed my verbal fluency improve on plankton, and my muscles' increased response to my breath. Plankton provides what I can only describe as my life force because when I stop taking plankton, my brain power plummets. 1/4 level tsp rosemary herb powder. PennHerb.com. An Italian village (Accairo near Salerno) has 15% centenarians which they think is due to a high intake of rosemary in the diet. Ketchup with every meal. Walmart Great Value 24 oz ketchup is only $1. A man over the age of 100 credited his age to eating ketchup at every meal. Ketchup contains lycopene. 1/2 level tsp hops extract. BulkSupplements.com. A lady over 100 had always brewed her own beer. Swanson says the antioxidant xanthohumol in hops is 200 times more powerful than resveratrol (I discontinued hops extract because I didn't notice anything by taking it.) 1/2 level tsp astragalus extract. Astragalus is said to preserve the telomere length which correlates to lifespan. 1/16th level tsp micronized magnesium carbonate powder as described in the above "Sleep" paragraph. 22) Weight loss
1/2 level tsp (1500 mg) to 1 level tsp (3000 mg) garcinia cambogia powder (60% HCA). BulkSuupplements.com. I can go until 4 PM or longer without eating when I take garcinia cambogia. I don't think I have lost any weight with it, however. I still take a few other supplements like aloe vera extract powder (1/2 level tsp) BulkSupplements.com. Aloe vera decreases wrinkles, increases the skin barrier and skin elasticity and also has a laxative effect.
23) Mites & lice
Taking Durvet Ivermectin (IVM) Horse Paste Apple Flavored for 15 months worked well for mites and lice. In 3 weeks, IVM also ended my getting a chest cold every few months in 2021.
The dose I used is .2 times one's body weight in kilograms, taken twice per month. For me at 209 pounds body weight, it comes out to 18 milligrams, so I use 20 mg. Each section of horse paste has 5 mg IVM in it, so I take 4 sections of horse paste on the 1st and the 16th of each month. Some people double the IVM dose, which is taking it weekly instead of bi-weekly.
I realized the mites were gone in maybe 6 months. I read that IVM works against mites, lice and scabies because IVM is an anti-parasite. The Durvet horse
Chest Colds: However, then I started taking 100 mg of PipingRock's zinc picolinate (ZP), (two 50 mg capsules) every 6 hours which is 4 times per day, and ZP ends the chest colds at the sore throat/tonsil phase. The chest cold does not progress to the lungs. It's 400 mg of zinc per day, but that is what works. I also tried zinc citrate powder but it doesn't work at all against my sore throat/tonsil area. I read that ZP is the easiest absorbed zinc.
Food grade diatomaceous earth (1/2 level tsp afternoons internally) DiatomaceousEarth.com. I had some mites and lice from a new looking thrift store pillow, so I brush the DE into my hair wet after a shower and leave it in until my next shampoo a week or so later and repeat. The DE got rid of the mites and lice because they gravitate to the scalp. Also, microwaving my small travel pillows that I sleep on for 15 seconds for 3 or 4 times each week also got rid of the mites and lice. Taking the 1/2 level tsp of DE internally afternoons also I think helped get rid of my eye mites in an internal manner.
24) Warts and moles
Venus fly trap extract (two Carnivora.com capsules afternoons) and 15 drops of a Venus Fly Trap (VFT) alcohol extract afternoons (Eclectic Institute or Barlow brand). The venus fly trap liquid extract and capsules, since June 5, 2017, is my attempt at getting rid of some small warts and moles, but it only seems to be drying them up slowly thus far. My VFT dose is low compared to Carnivora's instructions.
25) Kidney/bladder stones
Afternoons in 7 day intervals, I have been taking one 820 mg tablet (horse pill) of Planetary Herbal's "Stone Free" product. SwansonVitamins.com. I did pass a rough, spiked, beige sunflower seed sized stone in 2016 and one again in 2017. I took one tablet for seven days, then waited 3 weeks for a stone to possibly pass, which it did, twice. Now I just take one Stone Free tablet afternoons or evenings if I can tolerate it because it is so strong and bring my energy down. It is a formula by a well known herbalist containing interesting herbs for bladder/kidney stones like Coin Leaf.
Mornings, for brain function I also take a 90%, 1000 mg DHA softgel from BulkNaturalOils.com. I also take 1/2 level tsp of sage powder for the brain from Dollar Tree, Big Lots or wherever I can find sage. For a decade I have taken a 250 mg capsule of rutin that I read protects the bladder wall. SwansonVitamins.com. I also take 1/2 level tsp ginger root powder for general good health, but I plan to discontinue the ginger, although for no particular reason other than to decrease the number of my supplements. Non-aluminum baking soda like Walmart's Great Value works great as a 24 hour deodorant. I use 1/8 to 1/4 tsp on wet palms rubbed together after my evening shower and applied under the opposing arms. Using too much powder will cause a stinging under my arms.
For a red ant sting on my toe in 2016, I took 1 level tsp (4 grams) of ascorbic acid powder (vitamin C) every 2 hours in 8 oz water and after the 2nd dose, the stinging was gone. I bought ascorbic acid in the 1 lb Swanson brand container at SwansonVitamins.com but will be ordering it by the kilo from BulkSupplements.

A symptom is a sign of a systemic lack of some nutrient. When you use a natural "remedy", you're giving the body that nutrient in a natural state, natural amounts, with natural companion elements and compounds that not only offer other nutrients, but also tell the body what it needs to know about the substance so that it can use it most effectively.

I have the same problem and suggest you buy magnesium chloride flakes and make a half gallon to put into a sprayer and coat yourself down once a day for 20 minutes. It goes through your skin transdermally . Do this before you shower.
There is also a compound of Mg that will not give you the green apple trots. It is Magnesium L-Theonate. It is patented and developed by MIT.
I still think your best bet is to do a soak before bed using a cup of epson salt, 3/4 cup of baking soda and a bottle of Hydrogen peroxide. You get this good stuff transdermally and sleep like a baby.

If this person is on antibiotics for HPylori, then everything you have written would not be beneficial at this time. He needs to identify main problem based on symptoms. Overloading with supplements without knowing what is going on is not wise. He needs to go on elimination diet, elimination of all supplements, etc. And start from a clean slate. He can google about elimination diet. The only things I would recommend is distilled water with a splash of apple cider vinegar.
We are all different and such a seemingly unimportant thing as low stomach acidity can mean multiple issues vs. Health.
Documenting everything while on elimination diet would help to determine the main trigger of multiple issues.
Also, I assume this person is 100% gluten free. Soy, sugar and corn Free. This is a starting point of road to health.

Natural antibiotics that are fast and great is Sea Salt and Garlic and Bee Propolis. I swear by all three and Propolis is the big dog. Not much will continue with propolis. Its anti-viral and anti-bacterial, its awesome. Changing diet is the key.
Since Pylori is in the gut, I recommend great probiotics as they no doubt put you on deadly antibiotics and the best are fermented veggies you make at home. I also swear by these. My body was wrecked for years due to antibiotic abuse that I never knew was harmful.
As for the liver, you can do a normal liver detox or cleanse... but NEVER do the epsom salt one ... do the apple one. And a parasite cleanse would also be helpful. There is a good chance the underlying issues are parasites and fungus infection- from my research - to most illnesses and diseases. If you take care of these two and keep a healthy diet then you will find a new life.
Work on Balancing PH in your blood and treating the fungus and parasites (as are present in most of the global population and try a great garlic syrup (equal parts lemon juice, organic raw apple cider vinegar and minced garlic - from raw garlic, not the pre-minded jarred kind and raw organic honey).
This is a tasty syrup that you can never over do and is only healthy- completely. Can store quite well in the fridge. Take at least 3x a day and I would recommend to get and use propolis. Capsules may be the best, the extract can be tricky but needs to be taken and mixed with honey. Also Turmeric, Ginger and Honey tea- so good. Anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, energy booster, immune boosters, etc.

But PLEASE don't use the zapper until you have done the liquid parasite cleanse first, using the tinctures. And Ted's recommended drink with 1/8 teaspoon borax 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and (working up to 50 or more drops of) H2O2 in a liter of filtered water 3x a day will help the fungal/candida.
I would recommend finding some enzymes that will dissolve the cell walls first. I use Candex. And a no sugar or grains diet to assist.
As far as DE goes, I have never heard of any side effects unless you breath it dry. Don't do that. But to drink it as you are supposed, its great stuff :)
Treating the parasites and fungal issues will sort out everything else. All the other symptoms you mentioned are in line with those. You sound like me. I have been fighting candida for a while now and finally getting it under control. Just be careful not to feel the hibernation they go into and think you are healed. They are tricky buggers. I have fungal issues, athletes foot, vaginal infection, parasites, maybe candida, lyme, ibs, insomnia, bad exhaustion, brain fog, lots of pain in my neck and hip area, esp neck and shoulder, lots of stomach and diges problems, reflux, heart burn, churning gas galore, bloating, distended belly- I am on the thin side, some nausea at times etc etc, allergies, mood swings etc.
How much should I take. I am very sensitive. I want to take enough to help myself, but not so much that it makes me feel awful. Are there any contraindications? I take trazodone, 87.5 mg. and gabapentin 250 mg at night. Any contraindications with other supplements or with using a zapper, I just bought one, it has not arrived yet.

Hi Ted from Bangkok, at the age of 35, I was diagnosed with PKD and PLD. I was also diagnosed with H pylori and uncontrollable high blood pressure. This year I will be 50 and have more medical issues. I now have 2 bulging disc, herniated disc and a pinch nerve in the C-5, C-6 and C-7. I also have degenerative disc in the L-4, L-5, and S-1, I have head tremors, fibromyalgia with muscle pain all over my body, with severe muscle cramps especially around the neck and shoulders due to the head tremors, eczema, hiatial hernia, edema all over the body, I have lost a lot of hair, and I have several dry patches on my right hand. It took the doctors about 2 years to find medicine that would lower my blood pressure. I now take Atenol and Lisinipril with hctz, which does control my high blood pressure during the day but rises at night while I'm sleeping. I am 20 pounds overweight and my diet for the biggest part of my life and still is foods with a lot of sugar. I now don't eat beef, pork, coffee, tea or chocolate, and very little bread, or pastas due to stomach swelling. I also try to avoid salads, wheat, popcorn, raisins and nuts because it causes diarrhea for days and won't stop so I go to the doctor and they give me what is called a Prev pack with 14 days of antibiotics and Prevacid which works. I try to eat a lot of vegetables, chicken, fish and turkey.

I could not recommend Apple Cider Vinegar any higher!! It has changed my life like nothing else! Re-reading my previous review today, makes me want to get back to taking the stuff regularly every day again, but in truth I haven't been doing that. However, it has been displayed on my kitchen counter without exception now, for the whole time, right next to my coffee pot! I take it about half as often as I would like to, but I still take it several times a week, and I always remember it first thing, when my allergies start to creep up, or there are colds going around at work or in the family.

I've given up sugar a month and a half ago, and lost 31 pounds (I still would like to lose another 30). The author calls it a diet, but it has changed my life already in so many ways in addition to the weight loss! I've learned that I have a dreadful addiction to sugar, and some people may not have as big a problem with it as I do, but sugar has zero benefit, and giving it up, while increasing fiber, has been nothing less than an exceptional experience! I think my ACV use has complimented my results as well! I'm not saying that you need to buy this book, but if you've think you might be addicted to sugar and cheap carbs too, I highly recommend you research what giving up sugar can do for you!

As far as antibiotics, I stop taking any antibiotic if I realize that it is becoming rough on the digestive tract. recovering from the effects can be rough.
For me personally, I have no problems with minocin and amoxicillin and penicillin. each person is different.
If I have to take them, I take them on an empty stomach with bromelaine. I've taken minocin for a couple years with no ill effects. the stronger antibiotics can kill people especially in hospitals care situations so you have to be careful.
You have to experiment with stuff to find out what you react well too. if you get healthier, you may react better than before.

AMP is NOT aloe vera juice. AMP is highly concentrated and purified form of the ACTIVE component in aloe vera. you'd have to drink about a gazillion gallons of aloe vera juice to get the same amount.
Also know that aloe vera juice contains toxic compounds. that is why people experience side effects from it. AMP has the toxic compounds removed.

I would think diarrhea would set off a chain reaction of mal-absorption problems. you have to find a way to nip that in the bud. once the bacteria in your intestine and diarrhea are under control, you can retest things that you have done in the past.
If you take magnesium, make sure it is highly absorb-able magnesium glycinate since that doesn't cause diarrhea problems like other magnesium forms do.
AMP is relatively expensive but once you get your problem under control, you don't have to take as much anymore. I'd continue the borax at least to some degree.

I went to Atlanta last week to get an Ozone shot in my knee. It still works after I spent 5 years with Orthopedic types to no avail.
While there, my doctor told me about doing Glutathione via a nebulizer. I know all you folks are up to speed and know that Glutathione is the strongest anti oxidantant there is. You produce this compound until you get old like me. Then you get it via IV's and it is expensive. I do that, but my budget is limited. Now, I got a better way.
My Atlanta doctors precribed it to a compounding Pharmacy and it is very reasonable in cost. I also learned from the compounding pharmacist that you can get glutathione eye drops which will delay catarats. We will pursue that also because we both in deep doodoo. Dang, guess we all need to read to survive. Regardless, do glutathione via your nebulizer.
Good people, your traditional doctor is not your friend. He is your enemy. You must rely on what you read for yourself when it comes to your health.

Let me tell you ACV worked a treat on these highly contagious, itchy horrible skin tag like things! Some of the skin tags had gotten quite large and itchy and my son had taken the tops off some of them from itching. I'd say it took approx 3 weeks for them to TOTALLY disappear. Ideally you should do it after a bath/shower to clean the area, but not essential.
So by just putting a little ACV in the bottle top and applying it with a cotton bud/ cue tip to each individual skin tag. Now I'm not going to lie and tell you this didn't sting him a bit, not to the point of tears or anything, just a slight burning that was quite easy to distract him from with sweets/messing about/focusing on the telly ;) The stinging doesn't last long , a minute or two.
After the 1st week they had started to scab ub, after week 2 the smaller ones had pretty much gone with the larger ones greatly reduced, and after week 3 the larger ones had COMPLETELY gone. Sowing know signs of them what so ever that they was ever there :) yes, no scaring, no surgery, no treatment from any doctor what so ever :-)
Since then I learnt more about ACV and tried it for various aliments for myself since.

Because apoptosis is the form of cell death most often seen in my case and because apoptosis requires ATP I saw an immediate doubling of the energy available to me.

1. It is shown that a number of antihistamine drugs which prevent liver injury inhibit mitochondrial swelling at concentrations at which they do not affect electron transport or oxidative phosphorylation.
I have been testing this therapy on conditions from autism to MS, not to mention mito patients and the merely aged and, so far, it has led to dramatic improvements in almost every case.
