Possible ideas to detox from glyphosate

I only have ideas or other info I read online. Drinking alkaline water seemed to help me. Also, cilantro. A few Brazil nuts each day, baking soda (I consume a tiny bit by mouth and put it in my shoes since my neighborhood, the whole city rather, are obsessed with spraying. Also sauerkraut juice I hear works. Then I read something about vitamin E oil. I wish I had more answers but maybe that can help you to research the possibilities.

Hi Suzy,

I had read that 2 tsp. ACV in a glass of water before you go outside would keep those critters off you. I do that and it works.

NAMAW,,,,,,,, I really don't think we have a choice. I too have misused Round-up. Stuff happens as we learn. My suggestion is to keep renewing your soil with clover, compost, etc. as you have mentioned. You are ahead of most because you grow what you can, and those veggies is far bettern what you will get at the sto. We are going all out this year because we think a world crisis is near. My thinking is not on a religious basis, but just based on how sorry people have become. Life is about to get as interesting as we can stand. We are going back to the basics...... food, clothing, shelter and security. I know you are doing the same.

So how long does glyphosate stay in the ground--if I know for a fact that an area has been sprayed, how many years do I wait before I can plant there for food? From my research, the glyphosate doesn't last all that long but the surfactants in the mix stick around for a very long time and chelate minerals, etc out of the soil, cause earthworm deformation, etc. I've been mulching and composting on top of areas I know it's been applied just to amend the soil but I'm afraid to eat anything grown there.

I have been following reports of spraying the mosquitos in Fl for Zika. It appears the spraying may begin in other states as well. What do we ( the Earthclinic community) know about detoxing from insecticide exposure? What do we use as topical rinses for food? My gut feeling is ACV ... Can some of our wise and well read folks please advise and can we have a section created for this?
