I took about 200mg per day and some days 400mg. My symptoms are hair loss, pins and needles, muscle spasm, itchy crawling sensation on the skin. Dry mouth metallic taste in mouth, dry eyes. Unstable emotions. What can I do to reverse this? Cecile
