I was so happy i cried! The egg whites remedy is soooo true! My little boy had a fever for two days. He's normally a happy little guy who's always into everything. Tired of seeing him laying around and not being himself I took to the net to find a remedy. I was kinda skeptical at first but when he climbed in my lap and fell asleep burning up from fever I thought what do I have to loose. I quickly rushed into the kitchen and soaked two towels. I wrapped his feet and even though he didn't like the feeling I just held him and told him he'll feel better soon. About two mins later the fever had dropped drastically. He said mommy...can I have some chips...I was so happy to hear him say that since he hasn't been eating! I cried when he got up from the bed and walked to the kitchen. THANK YOU!!!!!

Firstly, I wanted to thank you for a wonderful and helpful website. My daughter has had a tendency to get high fevers (up to 106) since she was six months old. I have to admit, there were times when I was so scared becuase of her high fever, I broke down in tears. I know that a fever is the body's natural way of fighting off infections, however when you see 106 degrees on the thermometer, it can be very scary. Most of the time it was due to an ear infection. She just turned four and I'm starting to like the idea of natural remedies more & more. After being frustrated with giving her both Motrin and Tylenol to fight a high fever, I got on the internet and found your website. What a blessing! I found the egg whites fever reducer and tried it. It worked!! It works and it's a wonderful alternative to OTC drugs. Thank you again for sharing an awesome remedy. Blessings to you!

My niece was running fever for 3 continuous days 2 months ago and we tried egg remedy, it really worked. 2 days back my daughter started running fever and i kept giving her Tylenol and Motrin every 4 hour, her fever would go down to 99.9 and then come back if i won't give medicine every 4 hour. In the morning i soaked paper towel in egg and wrapped around her feet and put two socks on each feet and left it on for hours and her temperature was normal within 2 hours. Fever was gone. Usually her fever would never go down without doctor's visit. Thank you

Egg whites work! I don't know how or why, but I can attest to their efficacy. My cousin Jill called me tonight. Jill was hysterical because her two-year-old Julie was burning up with fever... 105 degrees! She lives hours out in the country, her car is busted, and even an ambulance would have taken too long to get there. She had bathed Julie in cool water which brought the temperature down to 103.5, but it was starting to climb again. I found this website and described the eggwhite cure to Jill. She tried it immediately. Within ten minutes Julie's temp. dropped from 103.5 to 101.1! When Jill had first called, Julie was absolutely silent. Ten minutes after using the egg whites, I heard her giggling and playing with her older brother. Like I said previously, I don't know how or why the egg whites work, but they saved a baby's life tonight.

Are you supposed to warm the egg whites before applying to soles of feet? My niece had a fever of 103.5. She has epilepsy and her doctor has told my sister that if her fever gets above 101 and she can't get it down, she needs to take her to the hospital because it could cause her to have seizures. I was searching and found this website saying that egg whites on soles of feet was the fastest way to bring a fever down and I told my sister about it. She said she was going to try it and about 5 minutes later, she said as soon as she put the cloth soaked in egg whites on her feet, she began to have a seizure. I have been reading that it is no longer suggested that you put a child in cold water to bring down a fever because it could shock their body & actually cause their fever to spike so I was just wondering if the people who say the egg white remedy works, warmed them before apply to feet.

I decided to search for the internet for natural solutions on how to break a fever after my youngest son fever of 39 degrees did not subside on the fourth day. He is only 1 ½ age and ibuprofen I gave did not work for him. I am a believer of natural solutions but was skeptical of this egg white in socks thingy so I continued to allow him to burn out while I apply reiki on him. It took more than a week for his fever to subside and another week to fully recover to his old self. It was extremely tiring.

Then my second son age 4 got fever and also vomited. He was feeling crap, moaning and groaning. He can't eat anything even grapes and when he ate them, he threw up afterwards. I wanted to let him burn out but I got sick too with fever. His fever was hovering between 38.5 and 39.2 degrees. After two days I decided to give the egg white a try. On 1st August 07, at 4pm I make soaking paper towels with two huge egg whites and put it on the sole wrapped with cling wrap and socks. I measured his temp at 39.1 degrees. After 10 mins it went down to 38.5 and I was ecstatic however it went back up after another 10 minutes. He was complaining of itch and being uncomfortable but I persuaded him to hang on. I wanted to give up but faith made me continue. After 40 mins there were no changes so I waited. After an hour or so, I really wanted to give up as there were no changes at all. I felt it was making him sicker but somehow instinct tells me to hang on. 1 ½ hours passed by and to my disappointment, his fever stayed at 39 degrees. 2 hours gone by and there were still no changes. So finally I told myself to let it be for another half an hour or so before cleaning him up. 15 mins later and though the fever did not subside, the strangest thing happened. He started having a bit more energy and then he ask for grapes. So I gave him green grapes and he just ate and ate. No vomit and after a total of 3 hours later, fever still have not dropped but he got up feeling much better. I allow another ½ hour before washing him up and he wanted to play computer games. He was like back to his normal self and still his fever stood at 39 degrees. Later that night, his appetite came back and started eating all sorts of food other than milk as he had no appetite for milk. Before he slept at 9.30pm, his temp stood at 38.5. He wanted milk before he slept and he worked up at 4am for milk again as he never had milk for last two days. Other than that he slept like a baby. At 8.00am next morning, his temp went down to 37.6 and at 10am he was fully back to normal 36.7. His fever never came back.

Though the fever did not subside during the egg white treatment but I am pretty sure it helped him to build his immunity to the point of bringing back his energy. And most likely once the entire virus has been terminated, his fever came down. Amazing! I will continue use the treatment to see the consistency of its treatment. Thank you, Earthclinic for doing such good works.

Hiii all. Thank you so much for the egg remedy. My wife's Father was so sick that time, that his temperature was over 40 and maybe 41. All we tried did'nt help. like: sponging with wett cloths, putting cold wett towels on him and letting him drink cold water and juices. Opening the windows and putting the Ventilator on him. The towels worked only temperary and when we took them of, it was like they where just washed in hot water. We where quite scared, as it becomes dangerous for the brain, when it rizes over 41 I believe, so finaly I found the egg cure on this site. as I am always a forstander of Grandma's, remedies, I wanted to try it right away and guess what. With in 10 minutes, the temperature, started to go down a litle and after half an hour to an hour, he was totaly fine and out of danger. We ceapt checking him every hour, but the temp stayed down like that. A litle miracle. Thank you soooo much. Dechen, Michael and Omte

I work at a hospice house as a CNA. We had a patient who's temp was 102. We tried tylenol with no success, also used ice packs under arms and groin area. This only brought it down to 101.9. I thought I'd look on the internet to see if there was anything else I could do for the patient, that's when I came across your site on using egg whites. So I wetted 2 paper towels with the egg whites, wrapped his feet, then in plastic wrap and put footies on him. The remedy bought it down in 20 minutes to 101.4 and after 50 minutes, its down to 99.4. This made me and the patient a believer and I will definitely pass this info on to my co-workers. Thanks from me and the patient!

IT WORKS! My 9 month old daughter has been battling a fever for the past couple of days and last night I could not keep it down with Motrin or Tylenol. It got up to 102.8 and I decided to try the egg white remedy. It really worked! Within 30 minutes, her fever was down to 100.5. We were able to sleep after that and she is now a happy baby with a low grade fever of 99.5. My husband thought I was nuts last night, but encouraged me to right a response this morning.

My 9 yr old son had 102 fever for two days. Tried giving him Children's Advil which usually always works but this time he had it bad. We placed his feet in egg whites for 1 hour, he is sitting here watching me type this testimony. It really worked within one hour his temp went from 102 down to 98.7. We couldn't believe it. I showed everyone everyone at home his temp reading. We couldn't believe our our eyes. Everyone thought I was crazy but I was leaving for business trip and didn't want to leave my son with high fever. I'm so glad, because now I can go on my business trip with peace of mind. His temp was 102.3, after applying the egg whites with in 20 minutes it increase to 103.5. I'm not disappointed though..I believe in natural rememdies... :-)

My 85 year old father was not feeling well and went to lay down a little while ago. My mother and I heard noise coming from their bedroom and found my father walking around hallucinating due to a high fever. His face was very red. We started putting cold wash cloths on his forehead but it did not seem to be breaking the fever. I thought their has to be a home remedy and signed onto your website and read about the egg whites. I told my mother I know you think I am crazy and she said do it! I am happy to say my father's fever is breaking. I cannot tell you what his temperature was originally but I know it was high. About fifteen minutes ago it was 101 and his color is much better. I am sure when I go take his temperature again it will be even lower. I am so greatful I found this website.

I've had a 101-102 fever for the past couple days, so I tried the egg whites remedy in an effort to break my fever. It did not work for me, and in fact my temperature rose as I used this remedy.

I soaked paper towels in six egg whites, wrapped the towels around my feet, covered my feet with 1 gallon freezer bags, then finally put some socks on. After completing the egg white application, I sat down on my couch and took temperature readings every five minutes. Here is the chronology:

2:03 pm - completed egg white remedy
2:08pm 100.8
2:13pm 100.6
2:18pm 100.4
2:23pm 100.6
2:28pm 101.5
2:33pm 101.5
2:38pm 101.9
2:43pm 101.8
2:48pm 101.8
2:53pm 101.8
2:58pm 101.8
3:03pm 101.7
3:08pm 102.0
3:13pm 101.8
3:18pm 102.1
3:23pm 102.1
3:28pm 102.4
3:33pm 102.2
3:38pm 102.3
3:43pm 102.3
3:48pm 102.2

I gave up after the good end of two hours, washed my feet, and proceeded to sweat the fever out by putting on sweats and covering up with a couple down comforters. By 9:00pm yesterday evening I had my temperature back down to 99.0, this having nothing whatsoever to do with applying egg whites to the soles of my feet.

P.S. - It would help if you made this feedback texarea larger in size.

I had to leave comment after trying this. I googled "how to break a fever" and came accross this site and began to read about the many people who have tried the egg whites on the feet and how they made out. Well my 5 year old son has had a fever for the past day and I tried the old cool bath remedy and the tylenol cough and cold and so on, but wasn't helping as much as I had hoped. My poor baby! Well his temp was still up to 101.4 and so I thought to myself I gotta try this wether it works or not or I'll keep thinking Hhhmmm I wonder. I am so glad that I went and cracked me open some eggs and put some egg whites on my baby's feet cause within 10 minutes his temp is down to 100.6 so yeah I think it may be working lol I'm a pretty skeptical kinda person most times and extremely glad I tried this, no matter how silly one migth think it seems at first. Thank you for the tip, greatly appreciated yall!! Anyone who is at last resorts...try it...it works!!! You'll be going yay too! lol Good luck! I'm off to check my baby's temp again. Nite nite!

I had plastic surgery rhinoplasty/ chin implant, the second day I had a high fever I actually thought when I was laying down I was hallucinating from the fever. I thought we would end up in the ER for the night. I realize high fever needs to come down asap. I looked up earthclinic and tried the egg whites. I broke three organic eggs and used the whites put in some white cotton sock put them on and wrapped two plastic bags over it my feet and I also took a clove of garlic to kill any infection that might cause a fever. I sat outside on our deck in a cool breeze . And in 15 minutes my body began to cool down and came back in our house. I was fine and just went to sleep . Thank for the tip you saved me from a trip to the ER.

My son at a fever of 104.1 under his arm at 12:45 pm. After trying everything from sponging to tylenol and motrin, I called my chiropractor who suggested the egg whites. I was desperate and had nothing to loose so I tried it and it worked. His fever dropped to 103 within 10 minutes of applying the egg whites. I think every parent should know this trick. Thank You.

I've been down with a bad sinus infection and sore throat the past couple of days. Had a high fever from late afternoon until I tried the egg white remedy. I used paper towels(cut one in half) two egg whites, plastic wrap and socks. Within an hour and a half, the fever broke. Still have the stuff on my tootsies as I'm not sure if the fever's going to return quickly. Thank you!

Came across your site, so I gave the remedy a shot. I don't know how high my temperature is but after a half hour I am starting to sweat a bit! I do feel better, I feel I could take a nap if I needed to. Part of having a fever is that you can't really sleep. This is interesting.
