A spoon of epsom salt dissolved in some water did the trick. I added a bit of my mud bath powder to it to get a pasty consistency. I applied the paste to the ganglion cyst and wrapped a bandage around it. I did this for a few nights in a row.
During the day I applied frankincense oil to the cyst. within a few days it got softer and smaller. I continued just applying the oil and the epsom salt solution alternately during the day and both at night. I stopped using the bandage. nNw a few weeks later, it is no longer visible.
I promised myself if it works I'll write about it! So I hope it help someone out there.
let me sum up my protokoll:
1) Mixture for paste: a spoon of epsom salt in as little water needed to disolve it...to get the paste consistency I used "heilerde" in english: mud basically...thick layer on the cyst all around so it cant escape! Cotton pad on top...bandaged for the night.
repeat till the cyst is gone...about 5 days in my case...
2) francincense essential oil at least 4 times during the day.
3) epsom salt watery solution as often as possible during the day.
i honestly was shocked this worked...but it did, and I love eathclinic for providing the possibility to pool our trials and come up with self tested options that are too cheap and simple to ever get attention in the world of clinical trials!
all the best to you! And please keep sharing your results so as many people as possible can benifit from them!

I had a ganglion cyst on the first joint from the top of my middle finger. I tried many remedies, draining it, applying different remedies with a bandage. It always grew back, and was painful if it was bumped.
What worked for me was putting about a heaping teaspoon of epsom salt in a cup of warm water. I used a small coffee cup. Put my finger in it for about 30 minutes everyday. Just watched tv or read while I soaked. Within a week it was almost gone. So simple. It has been a few years now and it has never returned.
