3x100 mg daily, fantastic for dissolving blood cloths (9 years ago I had DVT with completely closed main vein, after 3 months my vein was app. 90-95% opened) and very good for improving general blood circulation.

I recommended nattokinase to a friend who probably had asymptomatic COVID-19 and subsequently probably micro-clots. After only 10 days he noticed better blood circulation, improved respiration and decreased chronic bronchitis and chronic sinusitis.

Greetings Again! I am still treating my left leg blood clot and ankle complication. I have increased my Nattokinase and stopped the Eliquis. I read that Pfizer is one of its two makers and it is made from petroleum. I do not trust these and Eliquis has not helped. I took an unopened bottle of it back but he would not refund me. He also did his best to scare me saying natural remedies are not strong enough to work and that I can die suddenly. HA! At least if I die I will die NATURALLY and NOT by taking Eliquis! Sometimes we must practice patience as we may take longer to heal. I will keep you informed.

I've been using nattokinase for clots for over 20 years, just take 1 before bed. This was suggested by a holistic doc.

I have been taking Doctor's Best Nattokinase 2000 FUs capsules two times daily, one in a.m. and one before bed (not with food.) I have found this brand reliable and have been taking it since March of 2022. Pharmaceutical drug blood thinners can be dangerous and are from toxic materials like pork and rat poison! I was diagnosed with extensive blood clotting in my left leg in January, 2022. Ultrasounds now show great improvement. Soon after I started taking this, vein congesting near my left ankle disappeared. I also take Solaray Cool Cayenne capsules, Ginger capsules, Butcher's Broom, Horse Chestnut, and Omega 3 capsules to improve blood flow. All of these can come from Swanson Vitamins.

For some people, nattokinase will not work with food. If it isn't working, try taking at bedtime or 2 hours after eating. Some also suggest it is more effective when taken with serrapeptase.

For blood clots, the best probably is nattokinase (standardized enzyme from fermented soy, used in Japan for hundreds of years. I'm using it daily for years instead of prescribed blood thinners and it is life saver for me. You can find it on Amazon. Best!

Nattokinase is known for dissolving blood clots - It is suppose to do a better (HEALTHIER) job than the chemical drugs such as Coumadin and Warfarin but nobody has been able to tell me what dosage to take. I am currently on 12mg of Warfarin for a Trombal vein blood clot and want to switch to Nattokinase asap but need to know the dosage to take?? Thanks in advance for the info.

The following info I copied from Wikkipedia : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nattokinase

Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted and purified from a Japanese food called Natto. Natto is a cheese-like food made from fermented soybeans that has been eaten in Japan for many years. It is thought by some to be a valuable tool in minimizing the chances of developing heart and vascular diseases. Natto is produced by fermentation by adding the bacterium Bacillus natto, a beneficial bacteria, to boiled soybeans. The resulting nattokinase enzyme is produced when the bacterium acts on the soybeans. While other soy foods contain enzymes, it is only the natto preparation that contains the specific nattokinase enzyme. Nattokinase is valued in the alternative medicine community as a clot-buster and blood thinner, and is sometimes recommended as a substitute for daily aspirin therapy. But it's effects go beyond that in terms of catalyzing other enzyme activity.

Hi Again! Here is my update.

My extensive blood clotting in my left leg did not clear up (as shown by ultrasounds.) I believe that this may have come from being intimate with a twice-vaccinated (with Fauci's Ouchies) guy. My blood clotting may have been caused by quackcine shedding. I did not have any other pre-curser except being over 70. Then my ankle developed a condition looking like Cellulitis with peeling skin. Quite scary looking!

I tried many things on it: prayer, turmeric, aloevera gel, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and others. But nothing healed it! Finally, I broke down and went to urgent care. The lady there told me to go to the emergency room. Otherwise, I could lose my foot. When I asked her if I could use a home remedy, she replied, "No, you can't, they won't work! " So, I went to the emergency room and was put in the hospital for four days. My natural supplements could not be taken and I was given an antibiotic which I do not like to take. I was not told what my condition was or what to do about it. The antibiotic did not heal my ankle. I was not told anything about why (WHY! ) my ankle was that way.

After release, I went to a doctor that told me that my ankle festering was caused by the blood clotting in my leg and NOT to put anything on it and to go to a specialist. I have not. I was given Eliquis in the hospital and am still taking it along with Doctor's Best Lumbrokinase and the other supplements I mentioned. In the a.m. and p.m. before sleep I take the Eliquis first. A short time later I take the other ones together. Yes, I KNOW. We are told NOT to take more than one blood thinner. However, I am deciding to do this because I WISH TO HEAL MY LEG! As was done in the hospital I monitor my vital signs and they actually are better. My ankle area now looks much more healed then when I went to the hospital as it is slowly improving. I am finding these items helpful when dressing it: Spray Witch-hazel (CVS), Organic Avocado oil (Aldi Store), sterile gauze pads (CVS), Gold Bond Diabetics' Dry Skin Relief Body Lotion (24 hr. hydration) CVS. Sometimes with healing, I have had "to think outside the box."

I took Nattokinase 100 mg 3 times a day and got a blood clot in my femoral artery. It didn't work for me. I didn't want to take Coumadin, that's why I took it.

I was reading a study today that has good results for preventative management of cardiovascular issues at a dose of 10,800 FU daily... perhaps with the severity of your condition, a higher dosage is required. I would look into it.

Hello,

A few other suggestions:

1. Lumbrokinase (Boluoke) is an enzyme mixture obtained from earthworms. It reduces coagulation by lowering blood viscosity, lowering the activity of clotting factors including fibrinogen, and degrading fibrin, a critical factor in clot formation.

It has a stronger effect on reducing blood viscosity than other enzyme preparations.

Many vascular specialists recommend lumbrokinase for individuals with higher risk of blood clots. It may not be needed to replace stronger prescription blood thinners, but can be taken by persons who do not require those medications, or are unable to tolerate them because of excessive bleeding.

Usual dose is anywhere between 1-6 capsule(s) 2-3 times daily, 60 minutes before eating. Dose depends on degree of clotting.

For patients receiving intravenous ozone therapy, when thinner blood helps the treatment proceed faster, two tablets should be taken four hours before the treatment.

Information obtained from Allan Sosin, MD

2. For the unusual "vaccine-related" clots many have used EDTA treatments (e.g., creams, IV, oral) and/or NAC (e.g. oral, IV) to detox the heavy metal ethylene oxide oddly found in the vaccines. NAC dose is typically 600 - 900 mg, 2-3x/day. It is a precursor to Glutathione.

Also, a study from Pretorius and Kell show that a combination of antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs for those with Vaccine induced microclots improved long COVID symptoms and reduced microclots.

Another study in Germany reports success after an expensive and controversial dialysis-like treatment called heparin-induced extracorporeal LDL precipitation, or HELP apheresis, which has been performed on thousands of patients.

Well, 10,800 FU didn't work, so I would try something else. DMSO is a blood thinner and a solvent - so using a natural product derived from a tree sure would be a lot healthier than 10,800fu of anything big harma could make! There are many threads on here!

Nattokinase is a Japanese natural blood thinner made from fermented soybeans. Pharmaceutical doctors in the U.S. will not prescribe it. By the way, Japan has the fewest blood clots in the world.

I am having good results with taking Doctor's Best Nattokinase capsules.

Hi Denise,

I had blood clots in my lower leg and was put on blood thinners so I'm now taking Nattokinase for less than a month. I'd love to hear from you about your experience, dosages, etc.

Many thanks

God bless

Should Nattokinase be taken on an empty stomach? I know some people taking it with a meal.
