Is there an easy way to find all the answers from Ted on EarthClinic.com? I very much like Ted's approach. I've bought his book about pH alkalizing and although it is a good book to begin with there is so much more good information from him. Kind regards, Jan

EC: Hi Jan,

So glad you are finding Ted's information helpful. Ted's remedies are found throughout the Earth Clinic site and not located in any one spot. You can, however, find his most recent responses to questions on the Latest Q&A page here. His responses, if any, can always be located either in the Q&A section (top of the Table of Contents menu) and/or by scrolling the Table of Contents menu for "Ted's Remedies". Hope this helps!

Your mobile site stinks.

I can't search anything. I have been a member for over 10 years but can no longer remember my 2 million passwords. Why can't I search without signing in? I think it is probably for evil tracking reasons. Not cool, EarthClinic! It's supposed to be FOR people, BY people, and not corpoate driven. Shame.

With the exception of the "Contact Us" page, the font color, when typing in the Search Bar, is very dark and cannot be seen against the black background. Can you please check each search bar on the EC site and change the font color so it's visible against whatever background color the search bar has? Thanks for all you do to keep this wonderful site running!

EC: Thank you for the input, Wendy. Fixed! Now appearing in white font color instead of grey.

Deirdre, et. al.,

Thank you SO MUCH for the awesome work you all at EC are doing on the site! I have a question: Will there eventually be an expanded search feature, e.g., to allow one to search for their own posts (maybe search by that person's EC UserName)? I can't remember if your original notification re the upgrade included all the benefits of the upgraded site. Would you, or someone at EC, be able to list the benefits of the upgrade?

Many thanks again!

Mine is like 1 step forward one step back. I can get the upper hand only momentarily.

For teeth I swish a mouthful of minerals (bulk powder Azomite), plus lots of Vit-D and K1/K2. Taurine helps the body utilize minerals as well as Calcium 2-AEP. I also like the Hyland's Cal Phos 6x for bones & teeth as it is the best delivery of these minerals.

As for regrowth, Zinc is always a must as well as adequate Omega 3's. Chewing some dried Comfrey Leaves would certainly seem to help.

Almost forgot the first step so lets back up. Swishing Colloidal Silver would kill any possible infection in the gums or even jawbones if done properly.

I keep thinking about the herb Gotu Kola for brain health and also tissue repair. I hope that someone can find a way for our dear Ted to get some good brain nutrition which would surely help. It would be a great day if he could get well enough to be active here again. There are many manufacturers that have nutrient formulas all good for brain and neurochemistry. Are you taking one of these??? Nootropics is the proper term for these. I didn't see you list any except maybe the Lecithin. There is an advanced Choline nutrient becoming more common called Citicoline. It's an ingredient in many of the energy drinks or 5 hr Energy.
Found a good site for lots of info on the topic:

http://www.brainenhancementadvisor.org/

Good tips from -ORH- as it is obvious many folks suffering from like conditions especially wounded vets. For an intro to the treatments he suggested try some Brainwave, Binaural or Isochronic Tones or Music or Beats on YouTube. I listen to the Cannabis as well as Love528 beats in my battle against the cancer. It really helps revert my DNA back to normal. There are some good deep relaxation or meditation tunes.

Let us know about your progress.

Hi Team. I realize you may be having "teething troubles" but:-

Are we still able to edit our postings AND see the result in the "Recent Postings"? Some of us have second thoughts and need to go back to flesh out or improve or simply correct a slip up. At present we are welcomed to edit our humble offerings but the results don't show up!

Next:- We could formerly under the "Ancient Regime" ( ah, la Belle Epoque! ) click on the title of our post in our "Account section" and it would whisk us magically away and transport us "seamlessly" to the relevent piece in the "Recent Posts" so we could see if there was any follow up. Maybe I am not keeping up too well. Do I need a treatment?

Michael

EC: Hi Michael,

Edited posts come back our moderators for review (to make sure people aren't sneaking in product names) and then get posted on the site. However, they don't reappear at the top of the Latest Posts page as a new post, they simply overwrite the previous post. We've approved all of your edits, so if they are not appearing in place of the old, please let us know as this would indicate a glitch in our editing programming.

Thank you for alerting us that links are missing in the "My Posts" section of accounts. Shall be fixed soon!

Great! Got the posts back. Thanks a bundle. Was worried. I shall ask them where they have been hiding: naughty, disobedient children! Status quo restored. Do I get an "Editor's Choice" for the Rawleigh's Secret then? About time I got one of those after all the work I have put in. Ha!

EC: Glad they are back! Keep working on that Editor's Choice post... We usually award it to posts where someone has cured themselves of a condition and written in detail about it, fyi... But your Rawleigh's Secret post was very interesting indeed.

Timh. So heartbreaking for you. As I read your post I was thinking how important it is that we look at the medical and alternative results of treatment.

Then I saw your indulgence comment. This is exactly what each of us face daily. We care for or about someone that turns to allopathic care. We are very frightened for them. Peoples response to alternative care break me every day. These results more so.

Knowing I am not alone in the grief and frustration.

4 vaccine damaged children of my own. Watching Drs vitually kill my Grandmother, a slow painful stealing of her health. Waiting to hear my Mothers surgical outcome, a few thousand miles away. Finding out they gave her cipro. Know you are not alone. Janet

Timh, I wasn't even aware that they had vaccines back in the 1850's.

Van Gogh was a genius, who suffered from depression. Back then, many thought that he was insane, but I believe that they mistook his bouts of depression as insanity. "How you suffered for your sanity." "They did not listen, they did not know how.) People knew nothing of clinical depression back then, so if anyone behaved in a way they didn't perceive as 'normal', they were automatically labeled insane.

As you've likely deciphered, I am a fan. :) I have a large canvas print of the Boston skyline with his Starry Night in the background. It's my favorite item in the house. And to think, his mother threw out boxes of his paintings after his death. How sad.

We're glad you're here, Timh. Not only are you a wealth of wisdom, but we are also happy to be your extended 'family', during this difficult time.

I wish there was a way to save favorite posts, too; like a folder? For example, when I come across posts I would like to save for future use, it would be great if we had an 'add to folder' option. Then, when we wanted to reference a favorite post, we could click on the folder and they would all be there, in one place.

Perhaps there is a way to do this that I'm unaware of it since I seldom sign-in when I'm here. If so, 'never minnnnnnnnd'. :)

EC: Hi Kelly,

We already have a "watch this post" icon (the eye), which people can use to add a post to their account when they login. However, it's for registered users. Don't think it's possible to do the same for those who don't want to login, but we'll check with the programmer. If you've seen another website that lets you do this without logging in, please send us the url so we can check it out.

Hi Mmsg :)

That's what I've been doing--copying/pasting to Word, but I'd love it I could just save it here on EC, since I'm here so often. (More as a reader than a poster.)

I don't know if Craigslist is as popular across the pond as it is here, but their website, which is intentionally rudimentary, has a star next to every post and if you click on the star, it will save it (right there on CL). Then, when you want to reference a previous post, you just click on the yellow star at the top of the page and *voila*--all of your saved posts are there in a list until you choose to delete them.

That feature is so handy--I love it! :)

Hi Kelly,

Our programmer says to login and click on "My Watched Posts" because this is where you can find all the posts you have saved, starting with the most recent date at the top. You can also opt to be notified if someone responds to one of these posts, or delete the post from your account. This is our "folder"... He says you have to login in order to use it, sorry!

Dear EC,

It appears I've missed some information about the "Research" option now available by the "Follow" option. Could you please advise about this??

Thanks,

EC: Hi KT,

Yes, last week we added a link button under each post to Amazon.com. Please read why we did it here.

Website Updates
Posted by Earth Clinic (USA) on 10/10/2015

Our programmer made an update to Earth Clinic yesterday and if you are logged in, you can now indicate if you love a post! Clicking on the heart is not meant to be a Facebook "like", it's meant to be a "I love this post!", which is why it's a heart and not a thumbs up icon.

We see lots of amazing, detailed replies on the Latest Posts page every day and have been looking forward to adding this feature to Earth Clinic so that the wonderful contributors who take time to write a reply can get a little acknowledgement for their time and effort.

Our new feature may have a few glitches, but we should have those fixed by Monday.

You will need to clear your browser history if things look "off". Flag and Follow should not be underlined. If you've cleared your history and are loading the new files, Flag and Follow will now only pop up as you scroll over a post. The only two words you should see at the bottom of a post is Like and Reply.

I have to add my 2 cents after reading some of these comments. Regarding the use of Natural Supplements in our animals (or ourselves), An Example being the use of Garlic. Its annoying when someone asks advise (what worked for YOU??) and uninformed people want to give it. If I tell you I have a 50 lb. Dog and I want to know how much of a particular supplement (EXAMP. Garlic) to give it please do not respond with the comments that you have heard from 3rd party hearsay. I am expecting a reply of "Hello I give my 50lb dog a garlic clove everyday during the summer/flea season and he is very healthy". Please do not give me a response of how your friend gave his dog ONIONS and he died. I am assuming good hearted people that are looking for advise or can give advise of what did work is the reason they came to the Earthclinic site. We do not need to create a panic when one animal had a reaction to something. Use common sense, If I take 1 antibiotic it is helping me, If I take the whole bottle at once its going to kill me. If I drink a few beers im good, If I drink a whole case I might get alcohol poisoning and die. Are we going to stop selling some things because 1 person had a reaction? Should I no longer eat peanuts because Johnnie ate 1 and died?? Please say I gave my animal this amount or type of med and it worked or ? and it fell ill. Please use common sense and do some research on a subject if you do not have a Dr.s orders to try something yourself. My thought about this debate of natural versus a pharmeceutical med, is in 1 treatment or the other too much or for too long of a dosage is going to create an imbalance in the body. I prefer to try something natural 2 or 3 months of the yr, than to have my animal taking chemicals on his skin everyday of his life to prevent fleas. Do the research on the harm of these chems. Yes all kinds of organ illness. Now do the research on natural cures intermittently, maybe some organ damage but with the ability for your body to reheal itself? (These are my thoughts on this versus that). If you are here to give advise please be knowledgeable about the info you are offering. I am looking for advise on what YOU did, NOT a friend of a friend and I dont know how much he gave him but he died type response. Please use common sense and get opinions from several people before you make a choice.

Ted
Posted by Bill (San Fernando, Luzon, Philippines) on 01/13/2011

Hi Kim... The best way to find out about particular remedies from Ted is to use the search box at the top right of Earth Clinic's page. Just set the search for EC and not the Web and use it like that.

For instance, if you want Ted's recommendations and remedies for candida, then just type "Ted candida" or "Ted from Bangkok candida" into the search box. The results will give you a list of candida advice and remedies from Ted. Or if you want advice from Joyce on candida then just type "Joyce candida" into the search box.

Also, if you go to the AILMENTS tab on EC and choose one -- say AIDS -- when the page is displayed there will always be a Table of Contents area on the top right of the page which splits the page up into sections. At the very top of the Table of Contents list -- in the green box -- will be "Questions and Answers". When you click on this box, it will take you to another page where Ted answers all questions -- with remedies -- on that particular ailment.

EC: Hi Sohail,

Fun! A little hunting on Google Books and we found this in Spice: The History of a Temptation - Page 222

* Pyrether
An aromatic North African root, sometimes known as pellitory. It has a light aroma and a persistent, pungent taste.
