Is there a recommended dosage of hydrogen peroxide to take as a maintenance dose just to put more oxygen in your blood even if the person does not have any medical problems? Thanks cancure

As a scientist, here's a fact very few people realise about any chemical in concentrated or dilute form.

All chemicals are just as powerful in concentrated or dilute form. It does not matter if the chemical is an acid, soap or detergent. The actual molecule of the chemical does not break down or change when diluted. The only thing that changes is the number of molecules that will be in solution compared with the number of water molecules. That's why a dilute solution of Hydrogen Peroxide will perform just as well as a concentrated solution.

Now, let's clarify this.

Hydrogen Peroxide is an "active" molecule (chemical) and attacks anything it comes in contact with. It tries (and succeeds) in transferring its additional oxygen atom to anything it touches and this changes the structure of the item it touches.

Pure oxygen is very corrosive and if Hydrogen Peroxide touches a living organism, it changes the structure of the organism to a point where the organism dies.

If a very dilute solution of Hydrogen Peroxide touches a colony of bacteria, even though there may be only one molecule of Hydrogen Peroxide for every 10,000 molecules of water, this still equates to hundreds of molecules that will touch a single cell of bacterium. This will kill the cell.

The Hydrogen Peroxide will also have an effect on any skin it comes in contact with but since the solution is weak, (only a few per 10,000 molecules of water) the active molecules of Hydrogen Peroxide will soon be used up.

Only some of the surface cells of skin will be damaged but since these are dead (outer layers), the skin will soon recover. If a strong solution of Hydrogen Peroxide is used, more of the skin cells will be damaged and this is where the danger lies. This applies whether the solution is taken internally or externally.

To sum it up: A weak solution is just as effective as a strong solution (at the microscopic level) and will continue to be effective until it is used up. That's why Hydrogen Peroxide is so dangerous (effective).

Resolving Pulmonary Fibrosis Lung Scarring

In August of 2021 I went to the emergency room requesting assistance because I had a lack of energy, great difficulty with breathing and just felt bad. I was told to take a seat and I would be seen as quickly as possible.

The next thing I realize I am waking up in a hospital bed and two months had gone by. I had the Delta version of COVID along with pneumonia (which I have had several times in my life). While I recovered quickly from COVID, the lung damage done by pneumonia had caused excessive lung damage and I wasn't able to breathe on my own.

During the initial stay, I was given a tracheotomy to assist in breathing, placed into a medically induced coma to assist in breathing (supposedly I was told because of my age {62} I might not come out of it) and had a gastric tube inserted to provide needed nutrients along with being placed on a ventilator.

My family had been forewarned if I did make it thru and woke up, I could end up being a vegetable because they had no way of knowing if my brain had become oxygen starved while being in the emergency room and not in an actual intensive care unit. At one point in time, the Dr.in charge called my family and told them if they didn't do something desperate, I would be dead in a few hours. My former wife called in a priest who administered last rights and my family started the funeral process on my behalf. Being the royal pain I have always been, I survived and eventually recovered enough to be brought out of the coma.

Spent 2.5 months in the hospital and another month in Rehab having to learn how to walk again. Went home the second week of November.

Had a Pulmonary visit in January of 2022 where I was informed I had Pulmonary Fibrosis and given time, it would take my life. I was also informed I had excessive lung scarring due to the aggressive pneumonia and there was no cure for the scarring and it would get worse as time went by.

I had a laundry list of medications including twice a day steroid inhalers, twice a day Nebulizer treatments, numerous meds and I don't remember any longer what else there was.

I was forced to go on Social Security because I had difficulty just getting up the staircase to my apartment. This sucked!

Stayed with the meds routine and ended up back in the hospital at the end of May 2022 for a week. I was pumped full of steroids and sent on my way. My next Pulmonary appointment wasn't until the first full week of September.

Felt great! .....for about 6 weeks then the congestion started returning and I felt none of the assorted drugs were truly doing any good by the way I felt so I decided it was time to go to plan B.

First hit up this website then started researching medical studies (outside the US) and saw a pattern developing surrounding Hydrogen Peroxide diluted with distilled water and given Nebulizer treatments several times a day.

So I bought a bottle of 12% FOOD GRADE (not that stuff for external use) Hydrogen Peroxide and a gallon of distilled water. Did some basic math and determined I needed to dilute it to 1.5% (to start) and around 4-5 cc's at a time in the Nebulizer. Started doing this twice a day and coughed constantly while using the Nebulizer. The gunk in my lungs were not happy to see this stuff and let me know!

After 3 days of this I could breathe again and I could feel the congestion breaking up! By the middle of August, I felt sooo much better that I could go out for walks again (really short ones).

Kept up with this twice a day until the end of August. Starting in September, I cut back to once a day and increased the dilution ratio to 2%. I was now also increasing my walking distance an it was up to a mile now. Went to my Pulmonologist appointment, explaining what I was doing and got a look like I had just fell off a turnip truck! The Dr.had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't condone it . He suggested I stop this and return to the drugs that weren't doing me any good. Don't hold your breath!

By the end of September I was walking 2 miles a day and had cut back the Nebulizer treatments to once a week having increased the diluted ratio to 3%

In October, cut back to once every two weeks, holding at 3% and increasing my walking to 3 miles a day. By November I was walking 3 miles both morning and evening. Had to stop this because my knees were giving me grief and cut back to walking only once a day.

In December I went in for a Cat Scan of my chest prior to my upcoming office visit with the Pulmonologist in January. By the end of December, I was at 3.5 miles a day in walking forgot more often than not about the Nebulizer treatments.

January 2023 rolls around and I head to my appointment. Met with the Dr.and he had a strange look upon his face. This had me concerned. I asked him if he looked over the Cat Scan results and he said he had (while gently shaking his head). The Dr.told me there was no lung scarring in the lower portions of my lungs and only a small amount up top!

After the Dr.and one of his residents had left the examination room and closed the door I could hear him telling somebody, " I have no idea how he became so dramatically better in only a year". I told him how but, its not part of Western Medicine.

@RB (Somewhere in Europe)

#1 The peroxide will not be worthless. Simply keep in tightly capped and it will be just fine.

#2 You did not mention what percent peroxide you're using. If you have the 35%, try diluting a small amount to a 3% solution and use only 1 drop. Work your way up slowly. Take the peroxide first thing in the morning mixed with water on an empty stomach.

If even a small amount gives you nausea or diarrhea, then give topical applications a try. They are quite effective. One method is to simply add some peroxide to your bath water and soak. A foot bath would work too. Another method is to soak a cloth with a 3% solution of peroxide and apply to your feet. You can set the soles of your feet on the cloth. You can also put the cloth on your feet, wrap in plastic wrap, and cover with socks. I recently did this on my 4 year old son after he awoke one morning and had puked several times. He couldn't even keep down water without throwing up water, and later bile. I took 2 washcloths soaked in 3% peroxide, placed on the bottoms of his feet, and then wrapped them in plastic wrap and socks. It was in less than an hour that he got up and pronounced himself “all better”! He sat down and ate a small meal. He never threw up again! It worked fast, completely and painlessly.

One last idea, you could try the inhalation method, aka Bill Munro's method. Lots of info right here on Earth Clinic.

Once you've raised your body's oxygen levels and perhaps detoxed gradually, you may find you are eventually able to better tolerate drinking peroxide by slowly increasing the amount.

Hydrogen Peroxide orally for cleansing the body of bacteria and parasites

I just started a hydrogen peroxide treatment - 35% food grade yesterday. I started with 3 drops and drank twice yesterday. Today I'm at 4 drops. I noticed a couple of times a very quick pain that seemed to be the area of my spleen. Not crippling, doesn't last more than a second or so. Could this mean that there is something wrong or could this mean that the peroxide treatment is doing its job?

I'm so new to this and obviously afraid of harming myself. I should also add that I take a teaspoon of ionized colloidal silver at a completely different time (2 hours apart) so as not to have those mixed at all in the tummy or elsewhere.

From personal experience, FG 35% H2O2 keeps well over a 1yr in quart or gal plastic container at room temp, so if kept in a sealed container in fridge, it should last likely up to or over 5 yrs, imho.

Hi ~Mama To Many~ ...

I started using the drops according to the book (where I first learned of hydrogen peroxide treatments): 3 per 8oz glass of water 3x a day, sometimes 4x and then increased number of drops daily.

I'm not panicking or bashing hydrogen peroxide treatments, just wondering if others have experienced this. It has to be doing something because of the blood sugar spike.

The thing is: my foot and toe neuropathy has become a little better since starting -- and isn't near where it should be with 350+ blood sugar.

I've read that many things can affect blood sugar -- including sickness -- which would be recognized by the body as yucky stuff in the blood. So maybe there are suddenly some dead bacteria in there and maybe my cells are just getting shocked awake.

If anyone else has experienced increase blood sugar after starting hydrogen peroxide therapy, I'd be interested to hear about it -- or even success stories about blood sugar. I'll make sure to post my results.

Thanks,

Steve

While I appreciate the general enthusiasm for purified water (whether via distillation, reverse osmosis, etc.) being expressed in this thread, it is important to understand a couple things about the nature of water. It is called the universal solvent because it dissolves just about anything in nature sooner or later. When all minerals are removed from water and then bottled, it is in a fairly aggressive state. Water seeks stability at between 100-250 ppm of calcium. When it is bottled with no calcium at all, it is going to start dissolving calcium from whatever source is available until it reaches stability. If your body is the next environment into which purified water is introduced, guess where it will get the calcium it seeks. You need water that has been reconstituted after purification with some of the minerals that it seeks for stability.

People you need to do your own research as a mistake can be very dangerous.

I have had good results regarding fatigue but I have Motor Neuron Disease and I am not convinced that it is helping that but having said I suspect it is helping me to detox and is possibly slowing my MND progression.

Hi Beth,

Start slow and build your way up in drops, read this post from the start, go to the links I've suggested, take one day at a time, if you can't take it 3 times per day, take it 2 times per day, just make sure you're taking it, if you forget to take it, take it as soon as you remember and in the time frame of 1 hour before food and 3 hours after food.

It can be tough at the start taking it because the taste isn't all that great, but as time passes the taste becomes more bearable. Drink plenty of water the cleaner the better. Eat less foods with added sugar. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Foods that will detox the blood are...beans, coconut and coconut water, cayenne pepper, kale, leafy greens, moringa, garlic, oregano, red grapes and wheatgrass. I hope this helps you Beth.

I wish you good health!

Hi Julie,

That is completely up to yourself, It would totally depend how you feel, or in your case, how you want to feel. However it is advised that you cut back your consumption from what I have read, but if you feel that you need to take more, (within reason of course) then there shouldn't be any problems.

When I was taking it at the maximum amount of drops 3 times daily, and then 2 times daily, after a couple of months my body was so full of oxygen it was hard not to be jumping around the house with all the extra energy I had, now at one dose per week, I am happy with my energy levels, but what suits me, doesn't necessarily suit the next person, so in that regard what I will say to you is that, only you know your own body, so you are the correct person to treat your own body.

I have read on the internet about people taking double or triple the amount of doses, but they have had cancer or other serious health problems, they had no issues consuming food grade H2O2 in large doses and I've read several accounts where they even cured their ailments.

I wish you good health!

Hi Frank,

If the infection is serious and you're in pain, you should visit your doctor. That being said I would go the natural route in treating the infection and then adding citrus to my diet to keep it from recurring.

Cranberry extract is excellent for treating UTI's, just take 2 drops 2-3 times per day, until the pain eases, then take 2 drops once a day for a week, the drops should be added to a glass of water. After this you should drink lemon water every morning it will stop the infections from coming back and also give you lots of energy as well as keeping your digestion tract active and healthy, it will improve your metabolism.

I hope you're feeling better at this stage ( a week later) I've had a few bladder problems in the past and have been in terrible pain, lemons were easy for me to get at the time, so I squeezed lemons, added water and kept drinking it until it passed. A word of warning though concerning FGHP, if you have had any organ transplants, do not ingest any FGHP. That is a good reason in itself to refrain and/or not take FGHP if you have any problems with your internal organs whatsoever. Other than that, it is the best and the most amazing substance that I have ingested, as you can tell from my own testimonials above.

I wish you good health!

My friend uses 33% HP but he always uses Distilled water and so do I, every other water has germs, so when you are using a med of some kind that you add to water it is best to use Distilled. I drink a glass of it with lemon & lime with a little pink Himalayan salt, I never use white table salt it is been known to have glass and sand in it which will make tiny cuts in your veins and your cholesterol rushes to fix the problems and that is 1 reason people have high cholesterol, I order my Himalayan salt and it taste so much better and you only need a little to make your food taste good.

Also look into making yourself some bone broth for your arthritis. Our vet said it's one of the best things you can give your dog, and after doing some research on it, I found that it helps arthritis by pulling the collagen out of the bones. You just boil the bones with some vinegar or lemon juice until they start to fall apart. I start mine in a regular pot, and then put it in the crock pot before bed, and let it go for 4 to 7 days. I make soup with it using a vegetable use as part of the base, as well as give it to my dog with has arthritis in her back and elbow dysplasia. She's doing quite a bit better, and I'm afraid if I didn't start giving her this, she would be so bad off we'd have to put her to sleep. She absolutely loves it!

I have been introduced to HP recently..Today I had 3 drops of 35% Food grade HP in 250 ml of water. I have been feeling a bleachy taste in my mouth since morning and also having some acidity.

I have some questions

1) Shall i start taking ACV with Baking Soda also in addition to HP - If so , the how much qty of ACV and how much baking soda and what should be the time gap between taking HP and ACV ?

2)- I have Silver fillings in a couple of my teeth. Will the silver fillings react with HP (when I drink or gargle)and cause any problem ?

3) I am all excited but would like to ask if inhalation method is better than drinking it in distilled water

Can any one please advise. Shall be grateful for a quick response.

Hello. I've used H2O2 for several years now. I purchase mine through Guardian of Eden. (yes, be patient with shipping sometimes- its worth it)

With extra oxygen in the body, the body is able to perform much better, heal itself, and kill off invaders. Everyone is severely lacking oxygen intake and this should be a daily supplement for a lifetime. Let me elaborate.- Oxygen content 75 million yrs ago was 50%. A sudden drop due to volcanic and meteor disasters greatly contributed to the extinction of the dinosaurs. Until the mid 19th Century, the oxygen level decreased only slightly more to a level of 38%. With the advent of the industrial revolution in the late 1800's, which brought on massive pollution and car exhaust, by the 1950's the oxygen level in our atmosphere dropped to 21% - IN LESS THAN 100 YEARS!. THE OXYGEN LEVEL ONLY DROPPED 12% IN 75 MILLION YEARS!! The oxygen content today is estimated at less than 17% !! This factor alone, is a major reason of so many degenerative dis-eases. OUR BODIES REQUIRE MORE OXYGEN.

Only purchase 17% or 35% Food Grade H2O2, with a dropper bottle. To make 3% H2O2 from 35%, mix 11 parts distilled water with 1 part h2o2. (11 ounces to 1 ounce). Or, what I do is keep a dropper bottle and add drops to my glasses of water. Do NOT mix this solution with anything else, including taking vitamins!!
Start off slow! H2o2 is very strong and can be very dangerous! Start with one drop in a glass of distilled or purified water 1-3 times the first day, then move up one or two drops each day, BUT do NOT exceed 20 drops!

I also recommend ___ minerals, sea salts, and magnesium baths, which I personally use. (not a rep)

[This information is not medical health advise and I am not responsible for any persons who experience ill effects. These recommendations are based on trial and experience of many, and should not be taken as a substitute for medical advise]] (I wish I didn't have to say that)

Hello Laura,

Aside from the FGHP, you mentioned that you are taking 1 teaspoonful of ionized colloidal silver. In one sense, colloidal silver is essentially a type of antibiotic and taking an antibiotic every day will eventually lead to bacterial resistance where a bacteria becomes resistant to the antibiotic. The same thing can happen with CS used in the same way. There are already bacteria that are resistant to CS.

Also, whenever you take an antibiotic, you generally have to take it at a specific dose for a specific amount of time with a few exceptions. If you take that antibiotic at a lower than prescribed dose, it makes it easier for the bacteria to become resistant to that antibiotic, and the same can happen with CS. Based on studies, one teaspoon is too low of a dose to be effective as an antibiotic in the human body unless you are using a very high part per million CS or you are getting a placebo effect.

Antibiotics are generally used to fight a specific bacteria or health condition and with a few exceptions, are not generally used as a prophylactic. CS is the same in this respect, you generally use it to fight a specific bacterial or viral infection and not as a prophylactic. Unfortunately, this information is never printed on the label of CS retail products because this would essentially be the same as the manufacturer making a medical claim for CS, which is not allowed by the FDA.

I would imagine keeping a teenager on 3 drops a day is going to be the best route. It should help with detox and prevention without putting him at risk of anything. If there is a condition that you are giving him H2O2 for, I would recommend finding a location that does IV hydrogen peroxide therapy to help with correct dosing. This is because of what I read in the book by Dr. William Douglass on the difference between IV and oral hydrogen peroxide therapy according to the research. He says it can bind with food to create oxidative stress, but it should be okay within a certain range citing a maintenance dose of 10 drops a day twice a day, I believe. The book is called Hydrogen Peroxide Medical Miracle. It is really good and has a lot of useful information.

Lemon juice may help mask the bitter taste of hydrogen peroxide in drinking water. Lime could work but other citrus such as grapefruit or orange may not do as well with their sugar content. H2O2 was distasteful to me when I first tried it, but now it's not a bother at 10 drops of 35% per glass. I use an ozone machine (air purifier) and it works great as I am often in a damp area or a room that has poor air circulation. I would check if the "oxygenated waters" in the store actually have more oxygen than regular tap or distilled water. They may have put oxygen through the water which may have cleaned it a bit, but it doesn't stay.

Hi Faeqa, I take the hydrogen peroxide / h2o2 3 hours after food and I don't eat food until at least 1 hour after I have drunk the h2o2.

I have noticed some stomach issues, but then I started eating yogurt after my meal and it became better. Also, instead of drinking the h2o2 as fast as I could because the taste is strong, I have taken small sips of h2o2. It can take me 20 minutes to drink a 250ml glass of purified water with the drops added; after these adjustments I have no problems with my stomach.

Food Grade Peroxide Cures
Posted by Brendan (Ireland) on 08/03/2015

Hi Maureen,

That is correct - Straight from the bottle of H2O2 12% using a dropper into the purified water.

Because you are using 250ml of purified/distilled water, the dilution is very large when the drops are added to it, so even now that I'm on 75 drops two times per day it equates to 0.016% of H2O2 that you are taking in every glass that contains 75 drops of 12 % H2O2, and it's the same dilution at 25 drops of 35% H2O2. (20 drops = 1ml, 80 drops = 4ml, 4ml divided by 250ml = 0.016%)

As you can see it's a very small amount that you would eventually be consuming, there's no need to worry, if you get uncomfortable at any stage taking it, then stop taking it. As I've said there is a die-off effect that will happen when your body starts to detox, but it doesn't last long, it might not happen at all for you, as each person is different, it happened for myself and it felt like a flu that never came on to its full extent, then after that I have been feeling great everyday, and I'm sure you will be too.

I wish you good health!

In the year that has passed, my energy levels have increased enormously and I have not had any colds or flus. Everyday I feel great but since I've gotten so use to feeling this way, it seems to be my new normal. In hindsight before I started this therapy I would not of thought for one second that I could improve my condition in the way that I have, and from something that is so natural it's absolutely amazing the benefits that I've received from consuming it.

I'm now on the maintenance dose of 45-60 drops of 12% H2O2 once a week. I've started to notice a slight drop off in my energy after 5 days of dosing, but it's no big deal to keep going for the 2 remaining days before I take another dose.

I remember before I started on this therapy I was apprehensive to say the least, people are scared of the unknown and I certainly was, but I took the plunge, got my dropper out and started off slow and increased my drops everyday and I haven't looked back since. Now I can't imagine life without H202, I'm so much more of a happier and content person than I was before I started, and I'm absolutely sure that that you will be too if you start this therapy.

I wish you good health!

Dear Representative,

I have a couple of questions about food grade hydrogen peroxide. I bought a couple of bottles from Eagle Enterprises about a year a go and they seem to have lost their strenght or concentration.

1) Does this happen, ie can hydrogen peroxide degrade.

Secondly since it seems weaker I was able to use 60 drops per 8oz of water, but it made me a little nauseaus but then passed and I had to urinate about an hour later, even though I just urinated an hour earlier. My feeling was that the H202 went right through.

2) Is there any danger to my kidney's or the rest of my body?

Thanks, Edward

Always use distilled water when mixing h2o2 for consumption. The reason not to use tap water is when h2o2 is mixed with chorinated water, it gives off chlorine gas, which is very bad.

How did you get so quickly to 24 drops when you use it only for a couple of days? Remember start of with 3 drops 3x per day and then increase by 1 drop per day. When you go to quick start over again, when you dont feel well try breathing deeply in and out 8 times or so after you taking it. All the Best

Hello, every time I take hydrogen peroxide by drinking 1-3 35% drops in a glass of tap water or gargling, I get stings in my heart afterward. What is the reason for this? I think about stopping hydrogen peroxide. Thank you

DaveB,

I'll just get directly to the point. Ask yourself this question :

At any time after starting HP therapy, did I feel noticeably better or did a preexisting health condition improve?

If your answer is yes, you need to know the dose that it occurred at or just before the improvement occurred.

If your answer is no, why would you want to pursue this specific form of HP therapy if it shows you no benefit? You pretty much already know the dose where things start to head south.

You seem to find benefit in nebulizing HP on occasion and perhaps this is where your efforts are best focused when needed.

As far as a couple of supplements that are capable of increasing catalase and other of the bodies potent antioxidants, N Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) and R Alpha Lipoic Acid (r-ALA) should do that, but perhaps your body is telling you that it does not need additional HP to operate efficiently as your energy rebounded quickly once you stopped HP therapy?

Just a thought, but maybe you need to take inventory to determine what if any health deficits you actually have and make a plan to deal with these specifically.

In response to your question regarding taking diluted H202 by Nebulizer the answer is a resounding yes! I started out with a diluted mixture at 1.5% (about 4 cc's worth) and coughed constantly while using the Nebulizer for about a week. As time went by I increased the mixture to around 3% and had a Neb treatment twice a day to start and after several weeks, cut back to once a day then once a week. This stuff did wonders for my lungs!!!

You inquired about using your 3percent around the house....I have sprayed it directly on a spot in our bathroom near the toilet and shower to kill black mold and it works! It took several applications, but it works...keep sraying til it is saturated and let it sit. Do that for several days in a row...apply it 2x day.

You might want to try staying at 3 drops per day for a little while longer before increasing to 5 drops. I was reading about how something like this might happen because of Candida, and it suggested a lower dose for a longer period of time until this passes.

Taking recommended amounts of safely diluted FGHP is good for all of us because levels of oxygen are reduced in today's atmosphere. With all the chemicals and pollutants inside and outside, we need more oxygen to help destroy viruses and bacteria and help us operate at optimal levels.

H2O2 Dilution Chart

I finally found a measuring chart for the food grade H2O2 that I had at 12%. This is how to dilute in order to make a 3% solution.

This site also includes a helpful chart to dilute the 35% and is in line with the post I'm replying to, just a different layout.

Dear Terri,

I apologize for such a late reply and I cannot advise about the use of peroxide.

I will first advise you should not take calcium supplements. Calcium and magnesium can both be in most foods. A Nutrition Almanac reports chemically similar minerals compete for the same amino acid carriers. The weaker minerals lose out. Minerals that do not attach to amino acids can become bound to phytic acids from cereal grains or to oxalic acid in foods like beets, spinach and nuts preventing absorption. It would be beneficial to Google foods that contain oxalates.

Too much calcium or food that contains oxalates can contribute to kidney and/or gallstones without adequate magnesium. Too much magnesium can cause loose stool IF not enough protein is eaten.

The magnesium I started with was 500 mg. before/with each meal. Nature Made and SUNDOWN were the safest when I was learning about the toxic effects of MSG over two decades ago. I don't recall how long it took my neck to heal but later I started getting Magnesium Oxide Powder from NOW. I use both tabs and powder, depending on what I'm going to eat. I will warn you not to take magnesium citrate. (Long story) but when I started taking the mag citrate I started having frightening heart palpitations and was diagnosed with PVC.

I hope this information helps your neck and I am so sorry I did not read this when it was first posted.

Hi Naomi,

Just as long as you're taking it, no matter how little, you'll be fine. There are no set rules, just don't take too much like Terry did.(I'm glad you're ok Terry) If you follow the guidelines set out in this post you'll be feeling better than before you started to take it.

I'm still taking it once a week and since I've started I've never been sick once, nor do I have any health issues like I did before I started to take it. I have loads of energy during the day, at night I get tired more quickly than I did before and when I awake I'm wide awake, I will never stop taking it, now that I know and have experienced the benefits of taking food grade H202.

Hi Stella,

I would ask your doctor first and foremost, if you don't wish to take his advice, the way I would go about taking H2o2 is to do the inhalation method first before you start drinking H2o2. The inhalation method would better suit COPD as it deals directly with the airways and the amount that you would be ingesting would be a lot less by volume than drinking it.

Start off slow and build your way up, try 1% H2o2 for a week then 2% and then 3% the following weeks, if there are any bad reactions then stop taking it. I'm sure there won't be, I happen to know someone that was taking medications for high blood pressure and they drank food grade H2o2 and were fine, but everyone is different so take it nice and slow.

I wish you good health!

I have been researching and using did grade peroxide for over 6 years. The only thing bothering me about this thread is the %. 35% is to be diluted to 3%. Period. No questions at all. The droppers/dosage is AFTER dilution. It is 3%. No one should be internally using stronger than 3% internally. That is where the people make their mistakes. You never ever use drops straight from the 35% bottle. ALWAYS dilute into a seperate bottle down to 3% and then follow dosage. 12% is simply too strong. And 3 months is no where near long enough to show you the adverse after affects of using such a strong formula. Do not follow this doseage with 35%. Or 12%. Do your math for whatever % you purchase to dilute down to 3 % before you touch it. That is an absolute fact.

Food Grade Peroxide Cures
Posted by Brendan (Ireland) on 01/09/2017

Hi Chris,

As long as it's food grade h2o2 and you follow the dosages outlined here and in the sources I've left on this thread you'll be fine, 12% is the same as 35% FGHP, except 12% is 3 times less the strength of 35%, so you just have to take 3 times the amount that you see for a schedule of 35%. A schedule for 35% would start with 3 drops the first day and by day 16 you would be on 25 drops, A schedule with 12% FGHP would start with 9 drops on the first day, and by day 16 you would need to take 75 drops (3 X 25 = 75) I hope this clears it up for you.

I wish you good health!

Protocol Instructions and Important Notes

★★★★★

The program outlined for the best way to use 35% HP is only a suggestion, but it is based on years of experience and reports from thousands of users. Those who choose to go slower can expect to progress more slowly, but that is an option. The program is not carved in stone and keep in mind that it can be adapted to fit individual needs. Individuals who have had transplants should not undertake an H202 program.

Note: H202 stimulates the immune system and could possibly cause organ rejection.

Day #/Number of Drops/ Times Per Day (Add drops to 8 ounces of water or juice)

  • 1 - 3 / 3
  • 2 - 4 / 3
  • 3 - 5 /3
  • 4 - 6 / 3
  • 5 - 7 / 3
  • 6 - 8 / 3
  • 7 - 9 / 3
  • 8 - 10 / 3
  • 9 - 12 / 3
  • 10 - 14 / 3
  • 11 - 16 / 3
  • 12 - 18 / 3
  • 13 - 20 / 3
  • 14 - 22 / 3
  • 15 - 24 / 3
  • 16 - 25 / 3

Maintenance Dosage
In most situations after the above 21 day program, the amount of H202 can be tapered off gradually as follows: (add drops to 4-8 ounces of water or juice)

  • 25 drops once every other day for 1 week
  • 25 drops once every third day for 2 weeks
  • 25 drops once every fourth day for 3 weeks

This can then be reduced to between 5 and 15 drops per week based on how one feels. Those with more serious problems will often benefit from staying on 25 drops three times a day for one to three weeks, then tapering down to 25 drops two times daily until the problem is resolved (possibly as long as six months). Those with chronic systemic Candidiasis may need to start with 1 drop three times a day, then 2 drops three times a day before starting the above schedule.

It is important that H202 be taken on an empty stomach. This is best accomplished by taking it either one hour before meals or three hours after meals. If there is food in the stomach, the reaction of H202 on any bacteria present may cause excess foaming, indigestion, and possibly even vomiting. Additionally, some animal research indicates that when H202 given orally combines with iron and small amounts of vitamin C in the stomach, hydroxyl radicals are created (J Inorg Biochem 89;35(1):55-69). The bleach-like aftertaste of H202 can be lessened by chewing one of the sugar-free cinnamon gums. Some individuals taking H202 immediately before bedtime have a difficult time getting to sleep. This is probably due to a sense of alertness triggered by an increase of oxygen at the cellular level. The oral dosage schedule is basically the same for all conditions. There are several points to keep in mind, however.

Some individuals may experience an upset stomach. If this occurs, it is recommended that one not stop the program, but rather remain at the current dosage level or reduce it to the previous level until the problem stops. (Some patients have been able to solve the nausea problem by taking three or four lecithin capsules at the same time they take the H202. ) During the program, it's not uncommon to experience what is known as a healing crisis. As dead bacteria and toxins are released from your body it may temporarily exceed your capacity to eliminate them quickly enough. In some individuals this overload may cause fatigue, diarrhea, headaches, skin eruptions, cold or flu-like symptoms, and/or nausea. One should not discontinue using the peroxide to stop this cleansing. By continuing the program, toxins will clear the body sooner and this healing crisis will pass rather quickly.

If you are not already taking vitamin E and an acidophilus product, I recommend starting them before going on H202. Vitamin E can make more efficient use of any oxygen available and acidophilus will help re-establish the beneficial bacterial flora in the lower bowel and also help in the internal production of hydrogen peroxide.

You HAVE to mix the 35% with 10 parts distilled water! To make it 3%!

At 35% its too strong and will not be good to use that way!

So mix 1 part H2O2 with 10 parts distilled water.

Distilled water because it has only hydrogen n oxygen.

I'm advising from 3+ years of using H2O2 as an inhaler with exceptional results.

Only use FOOD GRADE H2O2 also.

Be well

Was lucky enough to find 35% H2O2 @ my local health food store and it came with a handout from the manufacturer that might be helpful.

Uses for 35% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide

Note: 35% H2O2 is highly concentrated and extremely strong. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. If it is spilled on skin, wash immediately in cold water. Do not allow it to touch the eyes, if this happens, wash & rinse thoroughly with cold water. Store 35% H2O2 in the refrigerator or freezer.

HEALTH NOTE: Food-borne illnesses from fruits, vegetables, meats, fish & poultry due to bacteria, fungus or parasites are a little publicized problem. Soaking in a solution of 3% H2O2 can help kill these bad guys & also help remove pesticide residue that lingers on produce.

To make 3% H2O2, mix 1 oz. of 35% food grade to 11 oz. distilled water (preferably) or filtered water.

Vegetable Soak: (in place of bleach) Add 1/4 cup 3% H2O2 to a gallon of cold water. Soak light leafy vegetables 15 to 20 min. Soak thick skinned fruits & vegetables for 30 min. (apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.) If time is a problem, you can spray with straight 3%, let stand a few minutes, rinse & dry.

MORE PERSONAL USES FOR H2O2

Athlete's Foot: Soak feet 10-20 min. each night in 3% H2O2 until condition is in remission.

Bath: 1 cup of 35% H2O2 to a full bathtub for a detoxifying bath. Note: try not to use this after 6-7 pm, as the increased absorbed oxygen may keep you awake.

Douche: Add 5 to 6 tablespoons 3% H2O2 to 1 quart distilled or filtered water.

Enema: Mix up to 6 tablespoons (Maximum) 3% H2O2 to 1 quart of distilled water.

Mouthwash: On arising, rinse mouth with water, then gargle & wash mouth with 3% H2O2 swishing for 1/2 to 1 min..(Note: a dash of chlorophyll adds flavor & effectiveness.) Helps prevent colds.

Nasal Spray: 1 tablespoon of 3% H2O2 added to 1 cup of pure water. Spray into nasal passages to relieve congestion.

Cheers

I see that you mentioned "tap" water. From what I've read "distilled" water should be used. Probably so that the H.P doesn't react to anything that might originally have been in tap water. I use hydrogen peroxide myself to aid in many ailments, from athletes foot to earache but I do find it rather disturbing when I see people post something like this "I use peroxide and water mixed 1 part to three parts water..." what strength peroxide, mixing 35 % and mixing 3 % gives you two very different concentrations, one can burn you badly while the other is hardly worth using. people should be more specific with their strengths.

Just a thought, DaveB,

Perhaps you can stop the HP for a week or 2 to see if your energy level rebounds. That would be a quick and easy way to see if the HP is the cause for your 24/7 energy decline. If your energy rebounds, you may have to give more thought to the dose of HP you are using.

Although HP has shown the potential to increase the oxygen levels in the body, it is first a potent oxidant until the body neutralizes it through exposure to the potent antioxidant Catalase, and an oxidant in a high enough amount can do damage to normal cells until it is neutralized. If your body's Catalase production and utilization process is perturbed in any way or overloaded, it may not be able to neutralize the additional HP in a timely manner, thus allowing the oxidant activity of HP to flourish for too long, allowing more cellular damage than would normally be expected and the tiredness you are experiencing.

Food Grade Peroxide IV
Posted by John R. (Muskegon, Michigan) on 09/23/2019

Mainstream Medical (throw in Big Pharma) will slam-dunk what I'm going to type, it would cost them too much money in lost medical procedures that then might not (won't?) be needed. Doing what I called "maintenance chelation therapy) I saw someone else doing a different IV - it was a hydrogen peroxide IV. (Will shorten this down, else I'd be posting a LOT more.) So, viruses can't survive in an oxygen environment, and if you kind-of 'saturate' your system with oxygen then guess what - viruses can no longer live there. Came the time, 5 different years in a row (month of January each time), I picked up a virus. The first 2 times I lived with it - this was before I knew about H2O2 IV's. The 3rd year, as soon as it started I went in for an IV - WHAM, the next day it was like at the final stage from the 2 years prior (which was about a 3-week ordeal, I was working security in a detention center, lots of 'stuff' goes around there). Saw my mainstream doctor one day, normal visit. There was some kind of virus going around, he then told me he wanted to put me on a series of antibiotics for it. I asked if I could ask a question, he said yes, so: "Antibiotics don't kill viruses, so why do you want to give me them for a virus." Silence befell upon the room, complete silence; he then went on to something else. You used to be able to buy food-quality (35%) H2O2 at drug stores where I live (at the time I lived in Las Vegas), but that stopped.

WARNING, if you have 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide it can by VERY dangerous.

At any rate, there was a naturopathic doctor in the area, that's where I got my IV's >> Milne Medical Center, Pinto Lane Las Vegas 89106) Currently I've send a request to a local News Media, via email, haven't had a response. What is called the EEE Virus is in play, and it's been stated nothing can be done for it that works. My question is why don't they try H2O2 IV's. If the news medial has contacted someone in the medical arena I can only imagine what they'd say....Something like, "The FDA doesn't approve," - translated that might mean, "We can't make money on IV's like that. If it works then next thing you do people will want to do CT (chelation therapy) IV's, and we won't have as many bypasses to do, stents, toes/feet to amputate." Yeah, this might sound a bit sarcastic but my younger brother was going blind, one eye gone and the other with just some still usable vision left - that's when I found out about CT. I then did it for a circulation problem (it took care of that plus the asthma & hay fever I had - used an inhalant for 20 years) -- no problems since then plus my brother still has that 'usable' vision in the one eye (although he was declared legally blind at the time). Oh, this was back in either '93 or '94, can't remember right now. So you out there, listen up when you hear about new things, check them out. If you made it this far, thank you for reading....

I agree with all you wrote John. I have come to the same conclusions. Anything that is almost a gold standard in helping most common health challenges is completely attacked by the government and pharmaceutical/medical companies. While we're being told that our use of food grade h202 is "Disinformation"; quite honestly, I think THEIR version of the "truth" is based in toxicity and lies. It truly does boil down to money and a multi billion dollar industry that refuses to let people believe they really are smart enough to take their health into their own hands.

I read some article of a guy stating that "House wives" were not smart enough to handle Food grade H202 and they run around in cars "with it in the front seed and baby in the backseat" - As if they're so stupid they couldn't possibly figure out a standard ratio of 1 to 11 (simple math for creating your own 3%), or they're too clumsy to do it without burning themselves. Plus the notion that picking up a bottle of this stuff from a health food store is going to spill all over your front seat. Really? All of these containers are well packaged. It actually made me laugh out loud. Mind you, house wives work with ratios and chemicals every day simply working in the home daily. Its absolutely ridiculous. I only one time ever spilled a tiny bit on my hand (that's once in nine years). Sure it burned. But honestly, nothing horrible came of it. It didn't eat my skin away. You simply wash it off immediately. It is not that dangerous, you simply have to take precaution. Sheesh.

I use it for everything. Cleaning, disinfecting counter tops, mouth wash, cold sores (I haven't had a cold sore since I started spraying my lips with my own dilution of 3% from 35% food grade), cures toe fungus.. What else? Well obviously the remedies are endless. Recently, I decided to use it for my Spa hot tub at a very precise recommended ratio (in place of toxic chemicals) - alongside our ozonater and using baking soda/vinegar as a TA/PH balancer, the water remains crystal clear with not even a hint of bacteria or build up. Plus, you get the health benefits of soaking in it! The body speaks - and I listen. If using pharmaceuticals and recommended chemicals make me feel sick - I'm sorry. I will not willingly poison myself for a few claimed benefits. However when I use H202 for everything from cleaning to mouth wash I do not feel sick. End of discussion for me.

Great post!

My MIL is suffering from a burning tongue syndrome, and I read that the herpes or varicella viruses could be the cause. She has a thyroid issue and is taking medication for it (hyperthyroid, so taking medication to calm the over function of the thyroid). If this is the case, how do we diagnose the metabolic function to match the treatment?

It is very important to first do alkalizing remedies prior to Oxygen Therapy. You may want to consider an herbal parasite cleanse as there are several bad toxins produced from various paras. Also consider Colloidal Silver in place of H2O2. After making these changes, you may try doing H2O2 again.

As for stress, well there are many forms of it and most of them are damaging to health on many levels. And stress, over time, is deadly as it causes big declines in health, and is becoming known as one of the leading causes of cancer.

Lady, you are poisoning yourself. You should be putting 3 drops or less of 18.5% hydrogen peroxide food-grade into 16 ounces of water a day. Anything more you're destroying yourself. Stop what you're doing immediately, wait for a week and then start the three drops.

Hi Wendy,

I don't know much about tattoos as I don't have any. What I can tell you though is that I was suffering from depression before starting H2o2 therapy and the depression has vanished over the past few months since I've begun the therapy.

If there are heavy metals in his tattoos then it would not be a good idea to mix an oxygen based product with the metals as this can cause a reaction, like rusting.

I wish you good health!

Dear Bern,

I think it is fine to dilute your 12% food grade the way you describe to make it 3%.

Certainly I think you could use food grade in 3% if you could find it.

I think one reason that stuff doesn't get labelled "Food Grade" easily is that it has to go through more paperwork or inspections so it is easier to say it isn't food grade than bother with that, especially since most people don't need or want food grade anyway.

I use regular 3% peroxide from the grocery store or wherever and have had only success with it thus far. I look for things that have only "purified water" as the inactive ingredient.

It is important that you take 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide and dilute the drops in distilled water. Most food grade hydrogen peroxide shipments come with a little dropper bottle so that you can easily count the drops that will go in the water.

Dear Chris,

1 ounce of food grade hydrogen peroxide plus 11 ounces of distilled water will give you 3% hydrogen peroxide. If you are going to drink it it must be diluted much further still. I think people begin with 1 drop of 3% in water and work up from there, but I don't know the protocol. I do not think I would put peroxide in capsules. I don't think one drop in water measured by the ounces would actually have much taste. But again, I am no expert on that at all.

Since yours is a lung issue, I might begin with the Bill Munroe's inhalation method. This will deliver the hydrogen peroxide right to the lungs, where it is needed. We have used 1% hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer. (1/2% might be better and some use even less.) It has been really helpful done this way.

Please be very careful when diluting that peroxide and let us know what you try and how it is going.

They read the label to me on the phone. That product is 8-10 times more expensive than the 3% HP sold in other retail shops that also contains no additives. What to do? You stated you had been doing hp for a few days and you were up to 24 drops. You should go back and read the procedure for building up slowly the amount you drink. You should not be at 24 drops until at least day 15. If the amount is to much for you back down until you are comfortable and then increase the dosage slowly.

You said you had been on the h202 for a few days now and are sick to your stomach. It sounds to me like you went too fast. It took me approximately 50 days to get up to doing that many drops 3 x per day. I would suggest going back to the beginning and starting over. Try just 3-5 drops 3 x per day. The following day increase 1 drop with your morning dosage and if it makes you feel sick drop back to the previous day's dosage. I found I had to stay at the same dosage for 2-3 days before I could increase it. My problem was I could barely stand the taste of the stuff. Good luck!

WARNING!

I recently received some 35% h202. I do not know if it has any "benefits" as of yet, but it does make me feel just a little better after drinking about 32 ozs OF WATER WITH DILUTED H202.

***PLEASE NOTE*** DO NOT "OVERUSE" 35%...H202, IT WILL DEFINITELY BURN YOU... INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE BODY. I put 8 drops of 35% in 8 ozs of purified water... THIS WAS WAY WAY TO MUCH!!! FOR ME, I COULD FEEL IT BURN ALL THE WAY DOWN , AND IN MY STOMACH. I found the best amount is 4 drops per 8 ozs of pure water. I actually enjoy drinking it as it does make me feel better.

I also drink 6 hours later, citric acid 1 teaspoon/ baking soda 1 teaspoon / "dash" of apple cider vinegar. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY IMPROVMENT FROM THE ACV... NONE! People are swearing by it... that it does this, and does that... i notice "ABSOLUTLY NOTHING".

TED RECOMMENDS IT, SO I DO IT, BUT I DON'T SEE THE BENE'S FROM IT.

One thing that i have used that actually DOES DO SOMETHING FOR YOU... IS Dr Natura "Colinix Toxinout" programs, BOTH done at the same time. I was just looking for a body detox.... and along with this, "I LOST OVER 50 LBS". I was not looking for this from this product, but it does say that you "may" lose weight... well i sure did. I never noticed it for about 60 days, then i noticed my clothes were "very loose" and i went to the last hole on my belt. I then weighed myself, {and dont laugh, i was 280 lbs @ 6'3" TALL} I weighed 228!!!! I actually could not believe it. I have another 30 days to go on the program, which is very easy ... even for a lazy person like myself. "COULD I ACTUALLY GET UNDER 200 LBS??" LET'S WAIT AND SEE.

DaveB,

Thank you for the reply. I think your information will be useful for the EC community in general including its visitors as many are testing or using HP for various reasons. Your feedback will be invaluable to many, so I hope you take the time and update us with your progress.

On a related note, if you determine the cause of your tiredness is related to your intake of HP after taking a break from the HP and you still want to take HP at higher dose, there are one or two adjunctive supplements you can consider at that time that may allow use of HP with increase in availability of Catalase to help deter the tiredness you are experiencing. It is hard to be more specific as I am not aware of the reason you are taking oral HP in the first place.

Art,

Hi again, just to update you & others how things have been going.

I ceased taking HP drops after our posts 3 days ago, as the tiredness was getting overwhelming and within a day of stopping, I was just about back to my old self, so there is little doubt in my mind that it was the HP or to be more precise the increased level of HP.

I didn't notice anything until I started taking 15 drops 3 x daily and each successive day I upped the drops, I felt more & more tired to the point at 20 drops I felt like a zombie.

I am no stranger to HP as I have used it for several years on and off in the form of nebulizing, initially as a response to catching pneumonia in Thailand in late 2019 & spending a 8 days in hospital in the UK as a result.

My oximeter readings are always hovering between 97 & 98, not bad for a guy in their late 60s.

Never have I experienced this tiredness or any other side effect from using HP in this fashion. I guess it's just down to the amount I used, although one other thought that crossed my mind is that I am quite a small person, and maybe the concentration in my bloodstream could be significantly higher per dose than with a person of much larger build, just a thought?

I was not taking this for anything specific other than trying to achieve an optimum level of health.

I do take a fairly comprehensive regime of supplements ect, Vit C 4000mg daily, Lugols, magnesium, R-ALA, selenium, borax, B vits + many others now & again.

I have the idea my way forward is to do more nebulizing ang a lower level of HP drops (the amount I have not decided on yet).

I would be interested to hear your suggestions Art for supplements to assist with the levels of Catalase.

Note: For UK residents, 35% food grade HP is not available, 12% food grade is, and that is what I used, you just have to use 3x more drops so all the above drop amounts are x3.

Dave

Sean,

How did you feel on three drops? It makes sense to me that the area you have concern with is the same area you are noticing have reaction. But I would reduce the dose to where reactions were much less, and I probably would have started with one single drop, do that for several days, if no negative signs then increase to two drops. The main thing is to listen to your body

I can't find any info on how to disinfect "areas" of your home with HP though. Can someone tell me how to use it? I read not to put it in a clear container, so haven't figured out if I can put it in a dark colored spray bottle. This is the 3% HP I have. Did you dilute the 35% food grade peroxide down to 3% before you started taking it? It must be diluted before ingesting - I believe it is eleven parts distilled water to one part 35% peroxide.

Take a mouthful and swish, or oil pull throughout the day. (The OofO mouthwash lasts 2-3 days.)The infection clears up within 1-2 days. Hi Gloria,

My understanding is that 35% H2O must always be diluted using one part H2O to 11 parts water. Only then should you take that dilution at 1-25 drops on consecutive days. One third the strength is still too much H2O, so using three times that concentration is way more than is suggested. Please read the Remedies page at the top, and look for Hydrogen Peroxide to see the recommended dosages and dilutions.

You really can't use 35% food grade h202 because it would burn you. In the end h202 gets diluted. hence 12% food grade h202 is okay but you will have to dilute even that further also. Buying food grade h202 at 12% is preferable since it is safer to handle than 35%.

Bkcrook: I have used the H2O2 in approximately 1:5 ratio (1-H2O2 : 5 Distilled Water) with no bad side effects to report.

Another remedy to consider is Colloidal Silver nebulized. Although I don't have emphysema, I do believe I have Mycoplasma of the lungs. For my specific conditions, I prefer C.S. over H2O2 nebulizer. A rotation of these two remedies might prove superior, for some conditions, than either alone.

Kay, more is NOT always better, especially with h2o2. Dilute down more, like to 3%. And no need to up the number of times a day you use it. A bit of PRODUCTIVE coughing is to be expected, as it is bringing up gook from inside. But use your intuition and go slow and low.

Here is a paragraph of this website that you could further investigate yourself; http://educate-yourself.org/cn/hydrogenperoxidewaltergrotz20nov04.shtml

This is an article By Walter Grotz and the following is just a clip off;

To make a 3% solution, mix 11 oz. Of distilled water with 1 oz. of 35% hydrogen peroxide. Always be careful when handling 35% food grade, and keep it away from children. If you spill some, wash the area with water to dilute it. If you get it on your skin, rinse under running water. The skin will temporarily turn white, but no permanent harm is done.

Hope it helps!

The above drop schedule is for 35% into distilled water or juice. A full glass of water (4 to 8 oz.) is recommended. So it would be 3 drops (35%) into glass of water or juice, on empty stomach 3 times a day... etc... as the schedule indicates. So at this dilution it should be well under 3%, to start off with anyway.

If you need to dilute it, recommendations are 1 part h202 to 11 parts distilled water. This will make 3%.

35% can cause discomfort if gotten on skin, so use caution. It will whiten the skin and cause sharp nerve pain, which can be lessened by running under cold water. It usually doesn't last very long.

35% taken orally straight can cause a trip to the doctor, so don't do it. :)

Oh, and I'm not an expert, just relaying what I know from what I've read and experienced.

Answer to Kelly from Cincinnati,

1 Teaspoon = 0. 17 US ounce. 1/4 Teaspoon = 0. 0425 US ounce. 1 quart = 32 US ounce. Therefore, 1 quart contains 753 times 1/4 teaspoon. 12% concentration divided by 753 1 becomes 0. 016%.

I got up to 20 drops 3x per day and that's all I could tolerate, that was without juice. Now I'm gradually going back down to a 5 drop maintenance level, so it takes a little longer, that's ok. I cannot advise you on how to tell if the HP you are taking is making a difference to your condition, but you can test the solution to ensure that it is active. With a 3% solution you can perform some domestic bacteria killing and see (and or hear) the fizz (that's how you can tell it is working). Some simple ways to do this are spray or pour some onto a used dirty cleaning cloth or into a small tub and let your toothbrush sit in the solution.

Don't ingest any of the 3% solution - that is far too strong. Only test this strength domestically, to get an indication of the actual effectiveness of your HP.

Dilution Rate H2O2 50%:

Hello everybody,

I have been reading about H2O2 for some time and so purchased (through the cleaning company I work for - no questions asked) 15 litres of 50% H2O2 (Oxy Bleach)and am wondering how I can dilute this to get 35%. I have thought about adding 15l of H2O2 to 1.5l of distilled water and wonder if this is correct.

I have read that it is vitally important to add the H2O2 to water and not the other way around and that at this strength (50%) anything other than water added or spilled into the H2O2 (like paper or metal fillings etc will cause an explosive effect.

BTW, the seller assures me the product is food grade and the label lists only H2O2 + water and the Product Safety data Sheet (PSDS) mentions no satbilizers either.

Fyi; it will not cause an explosive effect. No worries. You'd have to have high % H2O2 with contamination levels added during process of making it and then expose it to open high heat flame. So, you'd really really have to try to cause an explosion to take place. And that would be counterproductive to any healing properties and just an all around bad idea.

Hi Mike! There is a lot of confusion on this topic. When they say never take 35% or 12% or whatever percent, what they mean is IT MUST BE DILUTED.

Only preservative free H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) should be taken into the body, because the preservatives can be bad for you. Having said that, the next issue is the concentration, and 3% dilution seems to be as concentrated as you ever want to inhale or ingest.

So, the idea is only preservative free H2O2 which is the food grade, then make sure it is diluted down to a non-dangerous level.

This is for Ted from Bangkok, Thailand.

First of all however, I'd like to say thank you to Earth Clinic for what I feel is one of the finest sites of it's kind on the web, if not the finest. And thanks to all the contributors for the wealth of information to be found here.

Now to the question(s). Ted I have read hundreds of posts on here, and I've come up with too many different dilution schedules for H2O2 to count. I've pretty much gotten the point that to dilute the 35% Food Grade H2O2 to a 3.0% solution it should be 11 to 1, or 11 oz. distilled water to 1 oz 35% food grade H2O2. Here is where the problem begins. You had indicated that a .45% solution is what you recommended I believe. Is this correct, or am I in error? Also, when talking about taking drops I understand what drops are, but in how much distilled water, a bath tub, or an 8 oz. glass. Just taking drops without knowing the of the volume of the medium you're putting them in doesn't make much sense......:) Some folks are talking about using drops of 35% food grade in 8oz of water, some in 16 oz. of water, some are putting drops of 3% H2O2 in God knows how much many ozs. of water. I'm starting to get overwhelmed here you understand. :) I'd really appreciate your guidance.

I want to thank you for all your posts, and recommendations. I have COPD/emphysema from 40 odd years of smoking, which I haven't done for going on three years now, but I'm paying the price. Oh, and by the way, thank you for the Emphysema "CURE". You know I'm a firm believer in the power of posititive thinking, and a positive attitude (Dr. Wayne Dyer ). It's just that the medical community sees fit to simply tell you to "try to exercise, do breathing exercises, and prepare to die"! I'm not quite ready to go that route yet, I've got things to do and places to go! You in particular have given me hope, and the chance to see some light at the end of the tunnel so to speak, and I can't thank you enough. I've decided, a little late I know, that getting the "ol" body cleaned out and back in running condition again, is what I need to do. So, I'm currently doing the ACV and baking soda, the colloidal silver, the lecithin for fat emulsification, the cayenne pepper for circulation and heart health, the DMSO and the MSM to dissolve the tar in the lungs, and all the Vitamin supplements and trace minerals the body will take, but I'd like to start doing the nebulizer with the H2O2, in combination with taking it internally. Should I use a different concentration for the nebulizer than I do for the drinking water? Should I use 35% food grade H2O2 for the drops in drinking water, the 3.0% H2O2 for drops in the drinking water, or the .45% H2O2 for the drops in the water, HELP? With your guidance here I might just regain my sanity! .........:)

Thanks again for any information you might provide. Bob S.

To help provide a clarification or a way to relate Dr Mitchell's point on peroxide strength, is imagine this with relation to vodka consumption, when making a vodka tonic.

You have 25ml of vodka mixed with 100ml of tonic water.

In another glass, you have 25ml of vodka with 200ml of tonic water.

Guess which one has more vodka in it? both! They both have the same amount, 25ml of vodka. Ie. they both will get you drunk just as quick lol.

Per 100 ml of the mixed solution it is weaker, but when you are consuming the whole glass each time, it is the same amount of vokda in either glass. Same concept applies with peroxide.

Taking Hydrogen Peroxide with other with prescription meds:

I have been looking at this site for several weeks now and just want to say I am very impressed with all the information I have found. One question I would like to find is does anyone know if it would be dangerous to the the Hydrogen peroxide therapy if being on other prescription drugs. My mother in law has been doing the food grade hydrogen peroxide in her water starting with 3 drops 3 x a day and increasing her way up by a drop till she has reached 25 drops. She is doing this treatment along with her chemotherapy and lots of other medicine she is on for liver cancer that came about after her breast cancer she is still on 25 drops and it says for serious cases to stay at 25 drops for awhile. So she continues to do this but is afraid to do the 3x a day so is only doing it once a day could it interact with her medicine or chemo, and her doctor does not know she is trying this treatment. But also want to let people know since she has started this treatment with the peroxide she feels much better we are waiting for her next tests to be done so we can if it has stopped the cancer in its track keeping our fingers cross any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks Earth Clinic for this site.

Using 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide: (H2O2: - Internal)

Use the dosages listed in the chart with 5 oz. of distilled or purified water. When reaching higher dosages more water may be used.

Take on an empty stomach, 1 hour before a meal and at least 3 hours after a meal. If your stomach gets upset at any level, stay at that level, or go back 1 level.

Note: Candida victims may need to start at 1 drop 3 times per day.

Dosage Schedule for undiluted 35% H2O2

Day - Drops - Times-A-Day - Total Drops

01 - 03 - 03 - 09
02 - 04 - 03 - 12
03 - 05 - 03 - 15
04 - 06 - 03 - 18
05 - 07 - 03 - 21
06 - 08 - 03 - 24
07 - 09 - 03 - 27
08 - 10 - 03 - 30
09 - 12 - 03 - 36
10 - 14 - 03 - 42
11 - 16 - 03 - 48
12 - 18 - 03 - 54
13 - 20 - 03 - 60
14 - 22 - 03 - 66
15 - 24 - 03 - 72
16 - 25 - 03 - 75

For more serious complaints stay at 25 drops, 3 times per day for 1-3 weeks. Next graduate down to 25 drops, 2 times per day until the problem is taken care of. This may take from 1-6 months. Don't give up!

When free of complaints you may taper off by taking:
25 drops once every other day, 4 times
25 drops once every 3rd day for 2 weeks
25 drops once every 4th day for 3 weeks

Possible Reactions to H2O2:

Skin eruptions, nausea, sleepiness, unusual fatigue, diarrhea, colds (in head or chest), ear infections, boils, or any other method that the body uses to emit toxins from the body! (The toxins have been rooted out by the use of the H2O2.)

This is the natural way for the body to cleanse & the natural cleansing will be of short duration, as you continue to maintain your program. Above all, even if you must decrease the dosage, continue the program, don't give up.

If you get a cleansing reaction, you may want to increase the dosage to hasten the cleansing. A cleansing is the effect of the body of bacteria dying off, or various forms of poisons being released through the eliminative organs of the body, i.e. skin, lungs, kidneys & bowels.

Remember: When H2O2 comes in contact with virus & streptococcus, it will liberate free oxygen.

This may be happening in your stomach. If your stomach feels uneasy, it is only the H2O2 seeking out the virus & streptococcus to destroy.

Cheers

I found some 40% Food Grade H2O2 at my local Health Food Store. I added 11 drops using a glass eye dropper to 1 gallon of distilled water. Is this a safe and effective mixture? Has anyone ever used 40% FG H2O2. I would appreciate some feedback. Thanks.

You have to use Distilled water only! Tap water has too many chemicals, Flouride, Chlorine, many things.

Burn in your heart - that's your esophagus (swallowing tube) that goes behind your heart and it gets affected by H2O2 by interacting with the acidity of your stomach by releasing oxygen radicals.

Lower the dosage if uncomfortable if no other side effects persist.

Hi, I just found out if you use h2o2 in drinking water, it should be distilled water because h2o2 will bind with any chemical or mineral in the water and could become toxic. I found Guardian of Eden online sells small as well as large quantities of 35% food grade h2o2 I think as small as 1 pint or quart. I can't imagine getting a few drops out of a gallon jog without spillingso i'm going to buy the smallest size. I'm really scared to handle 35% food grade but am determined to give it a try. Seems diluting the 35% in distilled water myself is the only way to go to be sure there are no contaminants. Also learned it should be taken on an empty stomach 3 hours after eating. I'm learning something new everyday.

I have been taking hydrogen peroxide as per The One Minute C--e and am up to 20 drops 3 x per day, but it seems to make me feel quite tired, I even wake up tired. Hydrogen peroxide is known for giving you more energy and I have nebulized HP on & off for several years and never found doing it this way has this effect.

Anyone with any suggestions, please?

The lack of energy is part of the herxheimer reaction. You are killing off all the bs in you body. You need to detox the endotoxins created by parasitic cell death. Lots of spirulina and activated charcoal supps on empty stomach.. AC supps should be far apart when you take supps or food ...it will absorb the spirulina and anything you take into your body.

Hi,

I started a program of H2o2 almost a week ago. I am using 35% in 6 to 8 oz. of water three times a day. I started at 3 drops and am now at 7.

I am doing it to try to overcome a light headedness that I have had for over 3 months. I have looked up ever cause I can find and only seem to have the one symptom, although I have been actively taking supplements and dieting to try to overcome anemia, blood sugar and or clogged arteries. But like I said I don't have any other symptoms. I'm not fatigued, nauseous, depressed, brain foggy etc.

Since I have been taking the H2O2 my symptoms seem worse. I seem to be more light headed. So my question is should I continue on the program? Am I potentially getting worse because I'm over the target and my body is detoxing, or is it more possible that the H2o2 isn't the right approach.

Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In all of these instructions on how to dilute the food grade hydrogen peroxide nowhere does it say how much to take per day. I would very much like to know the answer to that.

I recently read the book The One Minute C--e, which I found amazing and researched about the statements. I noticed that the mainstream research and medical doctors, as well as pharmaceuticals won't agree on its effectiveness and they even warn people about its use. I read that if the 35% food grade H2O2 is used in an improper way can be very dangerous and that it should be diluted. I just wanted to ask if you can tell anything about the treatment mentioned in this book and if you find that 35% food grade H2O2 treatment is safe when used as the book says: 3 drops of 35% food grade H2O2 diluted in 6-8 oz of water (drink 3 times a day) adding up one drop each day to complete 23 days (last day is 25 drops which is a little bit more than 1ml diluted in 240 ml), and then do it backwards until 3 drops again... Can you tell me more about the subject? I appreciate any information that can help me decide if I should use it this way safely. Thanks and best regards :-)

Rosacea

Would the food grade hydrogen peroxide be safe for a person with a hip joint replacement that has some metal in it? Also, has anyone used it topically to help with the pimple-like bumps related to rosacea? I had read on another site of one 37year-old woman whose skin improved in one week far better with the FGHP than any of her meds had done for her in five years. She applied it 2 times a day after washing her face and left it on for 10 minutes and rinsed.

I was on the HP for about 15 days, starting with 1 drop 35% in 8 oz. water, 3 times a day and adding a drop every day. I went a little slower than most people, stayed at 3 drops a couple days etc. At about the 5 drop day I started to feel better and have more energy and a good frame of mind, very happy with that. BUT, I also started bloating up so bad I couldn't fasten my pants, ankles swelled and my appetite was crazy (gained weight! ). I can almost understand the bloating, if I had maybe eaten too close to taking my HP. The swelling up of my feet, and my face I do not understand. Have not taken it for 5 days now, no longer have a crazy appetite and swelling is down. Unfortunately I am back to NO energy and not a very good mood.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

H2o2 can form radicals with iron or copper which are highly unstable and when more than what the body produces on dna contributing to aging. That's why the body locks iron into hemoproteins and uses catalase which is an enzyme with the pure job of breaking down hydrogen peroxide.

How can more h202, than the body already produces, be beneficial?

I am wondering if anyone else has had a breathing problem drinking hydrogen peroxide? I am on day 8 increasing everyday by one drop like the book One Minute C--e instructs. Yesterday my breathing seemed to be more labored and still is today. Am I doing anything wrong and will it get better in time. The doctor tells me I have COPD but I don't believe them but I have had Asthma for some time now. I am a little frightened with the breathing thing going on, any help would be welcomed. I have read other stories but no one mentions the shortness of breath. Thanks.
