In the UK you cannot buy 35 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide anymore. Unless you get a license from the home office, which is very involved.
Can anybody tell me does using 12 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide, diluted in distilled water to 3percent work in the same way and is as effective?

Hello I have a question, I have type two diabetes and Lyme Disease. I am up to 20 drops of 35% food grade peroxide twice daily. I started my period a few days late and it was a weird one, one of the worst I have ever had and I normally have bad periods, but then it didnt end its two weeks later and its still there. Does anyone know whats going on, or had this happen to them? Is it a healing crisis? I feel very hormonal, a little dizzy, mild cramps. Other than this the h2o2 has been working great. Thanks for your help!!

I've been doing the protocol using 35% food grade peroxide. I left a mixture of 5 drops with 12oz of distilled water in the fridge overnight. This am when I drank it, it caused my to vomit. The only difference from the day before was that I left it on the fridge overnight. Would that cause me to be sick?? Thanks for the help.

About dilution - If I dilute 35% in distilled water, can I make up a batch e.g. 8 ounces, and keep the diluted batch in the refrigerator and use it daily? Will it deteriorate over time? About how long can I keep it in the refrigerator before it has lost it's power?

Do you mean 14 drops of 35% strenth food grade H2O2 in 8 oz pure water and 3 times a day without bringing it down to 3%?
35% is too strong. I heard it heavily react. Are comfortable with this strength?

Hello Earth Clinic community,
I am suffering so much from chronic fatigue for years and only have a little money left, so I have to be decisive on what I'm able to try. I just bought a nebulizer so I can nebulize food grade H2O2, as I was having hard time drinking it, and I do suspect mold spores in my sinuses for years.
With that said, will nebulizing be enough to heal me, or am I going to have to get an ozone machine too?
But another thing I'm wondering, could I add a very tiny bit of food grade H2O2 to my waters and get the same effect as ozonating it? I don't mean doing the significant doses of H2O2 in distilled water. I mean tinier amounts of H2O2 that I can drink all day w/out having to worry about not mixing it with foods and supplements. I got this idea when James Roguski said to add a tiny bit of H2O2 to your raw milk to keep the bad bacteria at bay. I thought, well if we can do that, then surely we can add tiny amounts to our spring water that we drink with other supplements, right..?
I also started thinking on this since I'm seeing "oxygenated" waters at my local natural foods store that are extremely expensive, though I wish I could afford them. Could I add a tiny bit of H2O2 to get the same effect as these types of waters?
P.s. I had been drinking food grade 3% H2O2 daily in the morning in distilled water. I had increased it slowly over time, but it just started tasting gross as I drank higher amounts, and it was becoming burdening for me to have to wait to add my supplements and breakfast I so depended on. Also, it seems I had very little improvement while forcing myself to do something that was starting to make me feel grossed out. I'm not saying H2O2 isn't amazing, just that I'm needing other/easier ways to get the oxygen in me.

I have a few questions about using 3%. I understand that about 10 drops of 3% is equivalent to 1 drop of 35%, so I can figure out the dosing schedule. However, I'd like to know if the solution needs to be refrigerated? Can 3% be used directly in the mouth as a mouthwash or body spray, or should it be diluted for those purposes? If I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, do I need to wait at least an hour before having coffee, an energy drink, or any vitamins/supplements? Lastly, can I take all 90 drops of 3% at once, increasing by 10 drops daily, instead of splitting it into three doses?

Thank you for the valuable information. Where in Canada do you buy osmosis water and HP? All HP I found in Canada contains stabilizers and water which makes it no good for using internally. Did you manage to fing a pure one?
Do you put 20 drops of HP 35% in 1,5 L osmosis water at once (doesn't it evaporates quickly?) or 2 drops at a time per glass?
Your reply is much appreciated.

Hi Brendan, my name is John. Can you tell me your honest opinion of something? I see that you've been using H2O2 therapy for several months now. I've read all of your posts. I've read all of the benefits you mentioned in your life by taking H2O2 water and that your health is better than ever now. But with all of your use of H2O2, can I ask if lately, do you still have any "problematic health symptoms" - anything at all? Like headache, chest pain, nausea, any physical pain or discomfort, eye or hearing problem, food addiction, etc etc - whether regular or occassional. In your opinion, do you feel that taking H2O2 eliminated literally all of your health problems and now you are perfectly healthy?

Thanks Brendan,
Just like you were, right now and for a very long time I'm also eating varied processed food(as little as I can) and whole/raw fruits and vegetables. Well... I actually know fully well what you are saying about unhealthy foods. They are very bad for my health and makes me sick - all those junk food, dairy, salt, sugar, McDonalds, we know the long list. Pretty much anything that are not vegan. My problem is I'm addicted/dependent... I always felt physically better and healthier whenever I don't eat any unhealthy foods, but my withdrawal symptoms is too painful to deal with whenever I try to quit.
I just started H2O2 therapy, but I will continue to use it for several months. Hopefully, it will help me reduce my withdrawal symptoms/cravings so I could reduce the unhealthy foods that I eat and eat more healthy/raw fruits and vegetables.
You mentioned before as well "I no longer suffer from depression, fatigue, constipation or any addictions such as sugar or smoking, my breathing remains crystal clear..." I hope I get the same results in months as well because I've been breathing for only one nose for more than a decade. My other nose is usually congested.

This is from the book. There are two different ways to use FGHP..#1 it's straight 35% FGHP in drops from a eye dropper into a 6 to 8 oz glass of water, working your way up in the amount of drops and then working your way back down. You don't dilute it twice as some have said to drink it. #2 To inhale or spray in mouth, it is a 3% solution if you're using a nebulizer or a sprayer into your mouth. With the nebulizer it is recommended you start out with one and a half percent and work your way up to 3%. Personally all I could get was the 12% FGHP And I am tripling the amount of drops as I will be drinking it from a glass.

@BRENDEN - I was hoping you or others could help clarify a few things. I'm just now discovering FGHP benefits and have found this site to be the most informative. I'm am a 49yo female in peri-menopause. I have been on pharmaceutical anti anxiety and allergy meds for 10+ years. I consume alcohol beverages and I am a smoker of 25yrs. I do not always eat the healthiest and I'm not very active. I'm looking to change all that and Im ready to make my health my #1 priority.
Before I begin the regime, I'd like to know, if I have to have my alagram fillings removed first? Can I consume, if I am on any type of medications? Are there any drug interactions? Are you supposed to follow a specific diet and exercise program to get the maximum benefits? Once I begin should I continue the regime for the rest of my life? What are the side effects of discontinuing abrubtly, in the event? Should I discontinue consuming other products like ACV, vitamin supplements, pea protein powder? Are there any foods, products, medications that are simply off-limits while consuming FGHP?
Let me get this part straight......in order to ingest 35% FGHP you will always need to dilute the product down to a 3% solution and then make a ratio of 1:11 and then dilute this to 3 drops to 8oz of distilled water and increase to 25 drops to ingest? Am I correct in my understanding, that you should NEVER ingest 35% FGHP/distilled water without diluting it first?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

I have been diagnosed with COPD and had a very bad experience using the steroids I was given. I have since been trying to find alternative ways to manage my condition and recently read a free ebook about using H2O2 ( hydrogen peroxide).
There was lots of advice on using it for COPD and then this statement ....
"If you have any artificial parts in your body, you must seriously consider the risks of using hydrogen peroxide. No one really knows what these risks are".
This is a link to the e book: http://www.foodgrade-hydrogenperoxide.com/id31.html written by James Paul Roguski.
I want to try using H202 but I have nine dental implants and am very concerned about embarking on this treatment as dental implants would qualify as an artifical body part! I emailed the author of the book and was not able to get a clear answer. I was wondering if anyone on this forum had had a similiar experience of treating themselves ( with any condition) ingesting H202 with dental implants/artificial body part.

If you have COPD then you probably have a nebulizer. Have you thought about putting H2O2 in your nebulizer? It would bypass the stomach and GI tract. Plus, your lungs get the H2O2 into your system faster. And, it will also do what you want it to do to your lungs; clean them out. But, I have also seen here on Earthclinic where Ted recomends DMSO for COPD. It will melt the tar in lungs. It has to be food grade DMSO as normally it smells very strong/garlicky. I have not done any of these things nor am I recommending them. Just ideas.

THE 3% FOOD GRADE CAN BE IS WHAT YOUR TO TAKE. DON'T TAKE THE REGULAR PEROXIDE IT WILL KILL YOU. YOU MAY NOT KNOW IT BUT MOST ITEMS LIKE VEGGIES ARE CLEANED WITH BEFORE IT'S SOLD. MAKE SURE THAT YOU USE ONLY THE 3% FOOD GRADE AND IT'LL BE ON THE BOTTLE. If you think I sell it, I don't but I sure use it. TIM SUMNER 863-519-5490

Hello, I need some help. This past Sunday I started the Hydrogen Peroxide therapy. I started off with 4 drops of 8% Food grade H202 on an 8oz cup. Took it twice on Sunday. On Monday, I increased it to 5 drops. But then I noticed that my legs were getting swollen (edema). Other than the legs, I felt fine. Maybe, a little hyper.... The reason I was taking the H202 is because I think I might have a yeast infection. About a year ago, I got circumcised because of it but I feel that it's still on body. Once in awhile I would still get a discharge. In addition, my adrenals and/or thryroid seem to be extremely tired. I am on a sort of candida diet, no carbs or sugars. With this diet, I feel a lot better. Before that, my balance (hormones??) would fluctuate easily, sometimes feeling extremely fatigue and other times with hot flashes, cool feet, muscle aches, joint aches. Maybe, I took too much H202? Why would I get swollen legs after taking it? Your help is appreciate it...
Thanks, Jimmy

Don't drink it!!!!! Nebulize it. I put 3% H2O2 in my nebulizer and breathe it. It gets to your blood without doing damage to your gastro system. Read Dr. William Douglas, H2O2 Medical Mirical You are flooding your body with Oxygen through the blood via lungs.

Your right on the first part of the mixture. Now for ingestion you have to mix it further.
1oz of H2O2 TO 11oz of DISTILLED WATER!
Now you have to dilute it further:
One (1) drop to 6 to 8 ozs. of water for ingestion. (this brings in down to less the 1%! )
It works someone has a book 'The One Minute C--e' if you can find it, check it out for a world interest. Go to Amazon. com do a quick search and you will see several books on H2O2 therapy.
If you do it right it can be of real value H2O2 therapy.

Hi, I've purchased the 35% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide. I'm only taking one drop in 8 ozs of water per day for three days and I find it makes me constipated and stomach irritability. I take this glass one hour before I have breakfast in the morning. I tried this about two weeks ago with one drop the first day then two drops the second day then three, on the fourth day I had severe anxiety and light headiness and also some stomach irritability. Am I too sensitive for even one drop per day or is my body so full of toxins? I have severe allergy problems or candida in my right sinus passage for the last 7 to 10 years. Any info would be great ...Thanks

Andrew, as I wrote once: I do the HP by breathing thru it with my mouth. Meaning to say I put diluted HP in my mouth, swish it a bit, then breath 6-8 inhalations thru my mouth with the stuff still in it (I do not swallow) then spit out and rinse. You can try this a few times a day and see if it helps. Can't hurt.

Hydrogen Peroxide 35% Food Grade - Lung Concerns
I have been taking 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide the last 6 months. I started approx mid July 2010. My dose was between 2-5 drops once a day in 200ml of water. I always took in the morning, one hour before food consumption. All of a sudden I have become ill 2 weeks ago, flu type symptoms, dry cough, phlem and mucus build up and this now seems to have infected my lungs. A friend of mine had the same symptoms and she came over to see me and I became sick the next day. The dr has told me I have dullness in my left middle lung and may have a number of issues with my lung. I am wondering if the peroxide has done this. I would appreciate any comments please...

I'm no expert, but if you were not inhaling the FGHP I don't think it would be affecting your lungs. There are a lot of nasty viruses going around right now, my mother has been in the hospital 3 times in one month with pneumonia caused from a virus. I think your lung problem and your FGHP is probably just a coincidence, but hopefully your doctor can come up with the correct answer. Good Luck

Can someone please give me advice on a couple of things regarding 35% h202.
1.)When you dilute it to use for gargling, spraying on your body etc. Is there a special type of spray plastic bottle this diluted solution should be stored in and does this solution also need to be put in the freezer or can it be stored under bathroom sink???
2.) Could you also confirm for me the exact ratio to make this diluted for body use solution.

Just wanted to reply to your inquiry regarding H202. There is no special spray bottle you need, however IF you can find a brown one it would help with light contamination. After all, H202 comes in a brown bottle itself to help protect against UV rays. However, so long as you keep it under your sink it will be fine. No need to freeze or refrigerate

I live in the US and the shipping for 35%food grade peroxide is ridiculous, over 40.00 because of regulations here... I called sproutmaster because they are recommended by a contributor on this site - and they referred me to Rebekah's Pure Living. Rebekah's dilutes their 35% food grade to one half making it 17 1/2 strength. My question is, will this be ok to take internally? I intend to take it for the body detoxification program. Thank you

My question about the 17 1/2% food grade peroxide, diluted down from 35% in order to make the shipping affordable... What I was wanting to know is... If it's watered down by the shipper, is it as good as if I had bought 35% and diluted myself? In other words.. Has it lost it's potency in the time it took to get from them to me because of it not being refrigerated immediately. Sorry I didn't make myself more clear.

I am new to this and kind of confused about taking Hydrogen Peroxide.
1. When you are talking about putting the drops in your glass of water is it the straight 35% food grade or the diluted 3% H2O2? If you use the 35% by drops in your drinking water why dilute it to 3%?
2. We have well water, do I have to use distilled water to mix with and drink?
3. Is it okay to mix it with more water then 8 ozs at a time? I drink a lot of water and was wondering if I could mix it in the bottles I take to work. If so, how much can I put in a liter bottle with ice, and is ice ok to use?
4. Can I drink it throughout the day as I sip my water or is it better to drink all at once in a smaller glass?
As you can tell I have a lot of questions and am very excited to start using this.
I love this site and very happy I stumbed onto it. Thank you very much for putting this information out there for us.

I use food Grade Hydrogen peroxide. THe 35% is way to strong, so it must be diluted. Must be taken on an empty stomach. I like to take it before I eat. Then I can eat after 30 minutes. If you take it after you eat you have to wait 2 hrs. Once I forgot and got an upset stomach. I take it 3 times a day if I am sick. If I would remember to gargle with it at the first sign of a sore throat, I wouldn't get sick.
You can see it foam up, just like when you put the regular peroxide on a inflamed cut. I try to gargle for at least one minute 3 times a day.
Good luck

Hi
There are several ways to use h2o2. Internally, it is a powerful stuff. Start slow. Always on empty stomach. Externally, one of EC posts suggest to rub the knees with regular h2o2 (3%) several times a day. I could not find easily that post.
Magnesium is also great. Applying soaked towels with Epsom Salt solution on knees will also help. Rubbing with regular milk of magnesia is also an option. Things will take time.
H2O2 and ES can be taken in baths, see http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1614147#i .
One of my posts in EC https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/hydrogen_peroxide6.html#GF offers a lot of links to h2o2 articles. Its content is basically the same as http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1586256#i , but the later as a chart for the number drops in water. In the articles you will find good info.
Charts are just guidelines. Amount x is relatively not the same for a person of 100 pounds than for a person of 200 pounds. Level of weakness should be considered. With h2o2 less is better than too much.
There might be some detox symptoms. If too strong, reduce concentration to a comfortable level and increase it later.
IMO h2o2 is great. But I would strongly like you to consider alkalizing protocols. And better nutrition will also help. Improving nutrition and alkalizing may remove the causes.
Unsulfured Blackstrap Molasses is also a good source of alkalizing minerals. In meals just replace regular sugar with it.
Good luck and god bless people helping their parents.

Hydrogen Peroxide dilution
I've been hearing so many great things about H2O2 that I decided to buy a bottle of food grade peroxide. My question is how to dilute it. It's a 4oz. bottle. On the back of the bottle it states "contains 12% aqueous solution of food grade hydrogen peroxide". I know you can't post brand names but the company looks to be o-w & company and it's in a red and white bottle. I have one more question. After diluting it can I put it in a water jug "clearly marked of course"? Thanks to anybody who takes the time to answer my questions.

Hi, you just have to work through it.
I suggest you first do a "mini" colon cleanse for 7 or 10 days. Start your date with a Salt Water Flush (wait two hours before you go anywhere).
Google for the recipe. I personally use half of this amount, and it works very well. During this period make sure you are eating high amounts of fiber. My favourite is organic brown rice (make it 70% or so of everything you ingest during the day days).
Then try the peroxide treatment again(I have no experiences with that one, so can't comment).

Darlene, H2O2 35% food grade is the key. I've been an asthma sufferer since 3-4 years (36 now) I'm 2 months into usage of this old time cure. I've been expelling (detox crisis) beautifully. I can feel it pulling head as well as chest. My lung capacity has increased. I'm on maintenence daily dose and my 6 years olds are on low daily doses-diluted and in combination with vit-E/acidophilus, we also take v-A. If twins get mucousy-dry-A in a Tab. sp. mixed with unconcentrated juice and a cup of "GOOD" water. No distilled or reverse osmoses, but ph 8.5 for kids to 14 and 9.5 with older.
I even do inhalation treatment, due to being severely anemic, I alternate days in using h2o2 with floradix and molasses. This has been effective I believe. I get another cbc w/diff in 3 mos. According to my bio-feed, it's going well-pregressively well.
I also suffer with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, raynaud's, arthritis, ibs, spine as 85 yr old's. So, whenever I get a healthful tip without damaging side effects, I go for it. Just USE NECESSARY CAUTION and FOLLOW RECIPES CAREFULLY.

I noticed on day two that I woke up with cotton mouth and have been extremely thirsty ever since. Nothing seems to quench my thirst. Is this normal while taking H2O2? I have never had this problem...in fact, I used to have to force 8, 8-oz glasses of water down my throat every day, now since being on the H2O2 I am drinking 12-14 glasses of water and still feel like I have cotton mouth. Makittle: Always check the MSDS sheet for data on any corrosive, toxic, or dangerous chemical or substance.
http://msds.fmc.com/msds/100000010225-MSDS_US-E.pdf
This covers very well any range the H2O2 strength will be in if degraded.
"FOOD GRADE" is of course supposed to be 35%.
It must be kept out of the light if in a translucent bottle! That's why those small (about 250-500 ml) H2O2 pump sprayer bottles sold in drug stores are a dark brown plastic.
Check your freezer with a thermometer A deep freeze separate freezer will be colder than an icebox (kitchen) fridge-freezer.
FREEZING POINT: -15°C/6°F (20%); -22°C/-8°F (27%); -26°C/-15°F (31%); -
33°C/-27°F (35%)
One way to tell if the H2O2 is slightly decomposed but perfectly usable (after all, the small spray bottle stuff is only 3%) is to measure the specific gravity, but you would need a hygrometer for that:
SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1.07 @ 20°C/4°C (20%); 1.10 @ 20°C/4 C (27%); 1.11 @
20°C/4°C (31%); 1.13 @ 20°C/4°C (35%)
Simple test is to dilute a few drops about 5:1 or 10:1, then drip onto a wetted toothbrush head.
Just as people who use it for this will attest, it will bubble and fizz as it encounters some enzymes on the brush head that break it down fast.

I have been using the 35% food grade for many things, drinking water, although I only seem to get 2 glasses a day in, brushing my teeth with it and baking soda, mixing it with acv and applying it to raised skin spots on my face and also for skin tags on my neck. I also spray up my nose before bed and add a couple drops to the water in my cpap machine. I have only been using it about 10 days.
My question is this, I am leaving for Florida on vacation in a couple of weeks and am wondering if it is safe to pack the 35% in a little blue dropper bottle in my suitcase for the flight? I would call the airline. It may be banned, especially in that concentration. H202 has been used in bomb making, and they could potentially have dogs sniffing that stuff out at airports (just speculating on that point; I really don't know). If it's banned, I wouldn't chance the ensuing hassle you'd get in these high-security times. Call the airline for the definitive answer.

I do not think that flying with 35% hydrogen peroxide is allowed, and in fact, if they find it in your luggage, you could get in serious trouble. Do a search for the MSDS (Material Data Safety Sheet) for 35% hyrogen peroxide. I think you will find that it is a Hazmat substance because it is so corrosive. I would also call the airline or airport to make sure of what the regulations are.

Use FILTERED water, no chlorine. For this peroxide to work, it needs to be mixed with pure, clean water. Make sure u read about the quantities of EACH. Don't do a couple of drops into quart of water. There is a monthly regiment and dosage to mix. I left mine in the bathroom. My teeth are bad. Month later took mouth full, tasted funky, and had scum on top. Stupid me. Swallowed some and it gave me the runs. Follow ALL instructions. This is NOT the 2% u buy in store. It does recommend distilled water. Don't see any difference

Tom from WI. I have a question for you or maybe others. I have purchased the 35% food grade but Iam kinda nervous about taking it. Reasons are I am also a diabetic type 2 and on medication and I also had diverticulitis and had surgery and they removed part of my intestines and they put in a screen because i got what they called a surgical hernia. would it be OK to do this treatment while on meds for Diabetic type 2 and they have me on a High blood pressure pill because of the meds iam on. Did you quit taking your meds while doing this H202? I need to find out these answers before i start. Like I said i am very nervous about it and would like some feedback. Thanks

Dear Sumeysh:
I tried the drip protocol but I couldn't go on because of stomach disturbing. Then I started inhalation and this worked for me, so far. Besides, it is more comfortable, you can take your little spray bottle anywhere with you. Remember, it is also great for cleaning your hands avoiding flu contagion (by the way, it is a good idea to shot your ears too).

Hi Luis ...Thanks for your response. I will definitely try inhalation method.
Can anyone please answer my other two questions as well
1) Shall i start taking ACV with Baking Soda also in addition to HP - If so , the how much qty of ACV and how much baking soda and what should be the time gap between taking HP and ACV?
2)- I have Silver fillings in a couple of my teeth. Will the silver fillings react with HP (when I drink or gargle)and cause any problem?
Thanks

TUESDAY, your mixture is wrong. The easiest way to get from 35% to 3% is add 2 tablespoons of 35% peroxide to 12 oz of distilled water. For folks that use a nebulizer and want appox. 1 1/2% then just add 1 tbsp of 35% to 12 oz of distilled water. 2 tbsps = 1 fluid oz. Hate to rain on your parade, but your 3 years of use was at 3.5%, not 3%.

I have a few questions about using 35% Hydrogen Peroxide Food Grade. In the past few years I have had some health issues and not sure if it is safe for me to do this. Last year I just found out I was type 2 diebetic and iam on metformin and they have me on high blood pressure meds to use as a ace inhibetor so the kidneys dont get messed up and Iam also take meds for high colestoral. And 2 years ago I had to have surgery for diverticulitis and they removed 8 inches of my large intestants. And then last year I had to go back and have surgery again because i had what they called a surgical hernia and they put a hernia patch in my stomic right around the belly button area. I know i have read that it wasnt good to do this treatment if you have ever had a transplant like liver or heart or etc... Due to the fact this is a foreign object in your body and the H2O2 treatment might harm you. Is this true? I just didnt know how this might react with the hernia mesh in my stomic with it being a foreign object. And also is it OK to do the treatment with my diebeties on medication or should i quit taking my meds to do this. I guess this is all and I hope I can do this treatment but I dont want to start til I find out if it is safe or not. Thanks And God Bless all

This is for Ted from Bangkok, Thailand.
First of all however, I'd like to say thank you to Earth Clinic for what I feel is one of the finest sites of it's kind on the web, if not the finest. And thanks to all the contributors for the wealth of information to be found here.
Now to the question(s). Ted I have read hundreds of posts on here, and I've come up with too many different dilution schedules for H2O2 to count. I've pretty much gotten the point that to dilute the 35% Food Grade H2O2 to a 3.0% solution it should be 11 to 1, or 11 oz. distilled water to 1 oz 35% food grade H2O2. Here is where the problem begins. You had indicated that a .45% solution is what you recommended, if I understood correctly. Is this correct, or am I in error? Also, when talking about taking drops I understand what drops are, but in how much distilled water, a bath tub, or an 8 oz. glass. Just taking drops without knowing the volume of the medium you're putting them in doesn't make much sense......:) Some folks are talking about using drops of 35% food grade in 8 ozs. of water, some in 16 ozs. of water, some are putting drops of 3% H2O2 in God knows how many ozs. of water. I'm starting to get overwhelmed here you understand. :) I'd really appreciate your guidance.
I do however want to thank you for all your posts, and recommendations. I have COPD/emphysema from 40 odd years of smoking, which I gave up three years ago now, but I'm paying the price. Oh, and by the way, thank you for the Emphysema "CURE". You know I'm a firm believer in the power of positive thinking, and a positive attitude (Dr. Wayne Dyer). It's just that the medical community in this country sees fit to simply tell you to "try to exercise, do breathing exercises, and prepare to die"! I'm not quite ready to go that route yet, I've got too many things to do, and places to go, to quit at this stage of the game.! You in particular, but also a gentleman on here named Blacjack687, have given me hope, and the chance to see some light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. Honestly, I can't thank you enough for your inspiration. I've decided, although a little late, that getting the "ol" body cleaned out, and back in running condition again, is what I need to do. So, I'm currently doing the ACV and baking soda, the colloidal silver, the lecithin for fat emulsification, the cayenne pepper for circulation and heart health, the DMSO and the MSM to dissolve the tar in the lungs, and all the Vitamin supplements and trace minerals the body will take, but I'd like to start doing the nebulizer with the H2O2, in combination with taking it internally. Should I use a different concentration for the nebulizer than I do for the drinking water? Should I use 35% food grade H2O2 for the drops in drinking water, the 3.0% H2O2 for drops in the drinking water, or the .45% H2O2 for the drops in the water, HELP? With your guidance here I might just regain my sanity! .........:)
Thanks again for any information you might be willing to provide. Bob S.
P.S. Just a side note for anyone that is taking the same, or similar type regimen. A chemist from Sovereign Silver, where I purchased probably the best colloidal silver on the market today, called and advised not to take the MSM within an hour and a half of taking the colloidal silver, because the MSM will bind with the silver if I were to do so. I appreciated that info immensely, and the fact that they would take the time to go to the effort to call to provide this information. Also he advised against using DMSO to act as an injector to get the colloidal silver into the lungs faster. However, he did say that using the recommended dosage for colloidal silver in a nebulizer would be a great idea and very benefitial. Just thought you might like to know.

Answer to Gary from Lakeside about Food Grade Peroxide
For internal use you must use FOOD GRADE H2O2. 3% solution from the counter is not necessarilly food grade. If it has stabilizer it is not food grade. The best way for internal usage is food grade distilled water and maximum .05% solution.
To see the several use of H2O2 you can go to: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1586256#i

But for the last two weeks now, I have felt anxiety attacks and tonsilitis type symptoms. I have been getting negative thoughts on the damage I have done and it is making matters worse. 02 - 04 - 03 - 12
03 - 05 - 03 - 15
04 - 06 - 03 - 18
05 - 07 - 03 - 21
06 - 08 - 03 - 24
07 - 09 - 03 - 27
08 - 10 - 03 - 30
09 - 12 - 03 - 36
10 - 14 - 03 - 42
11 - 16 - 03 - 48
12 - 18 - 03 - 54
13 - 20 - 03 - 60
14 - 22 - 03 - 66
15 - 24 - 03 - 72
I'm up to 14 drops, however, I have some pain just below the spot where my heart beats and on the lower-left lumbar region. Should I be worried, or will this go away?

If HP causes whatever it touches to oxidize isn't that bad for your body? After all oxidation is part of the human aging process which is why we take antioxidants to fight free radicals and oxidation. Aging is the result of free radical oxidative damage. So my question is what effect will consuming HP have on your internal organs etc...?

The difference is between oxigination and oxidation I think. Oxidation is bad (like rust or ferric oxide) whereas oxigination is good (like oxy rich red, red blood). Hope this helps.

According to the "Cancer Tutor" Website other things need to be done while taking hydrogen peroxide for cancer - such as enzyme therapy, vitamins, etc. This was also covered in a book I read by Matthias Rath, MD (Cellular Health series - Cancer). I wish you the best of luck. I pray for your Mom's recovery. She is very fortunate to have you. Take care, Bess

I am curious as to whether these are the correct dosages for the ailments I have described. I am open to any advice that may be offered. I also have a brother who has recently discovered that he has very high traces of aluminium in his blood. To the lady who said her fish died from the local tapwater. The most likely reason is that she changed the water early in the day or at a time when the local authority had just put the daily dose of chlorine in the water and it was more concentrated than later in the day when it would have been more diluted . Changing the fishwater later in the day would make a difference.

If you run the cold water for a few minutes to flush out the heavy metals then put a bit of fresh water salt into it and let it sit for a few hours or days (if you are that patient) you can prevent killing future fish. also tossinn a cap of hydrogen peroxide into a 5 gallon thing of it if the change is needed imediately will promote the good bacterias growth!! itrs safe and the fish will love it mix it before you toss it in!!

2- What is the most efficient way of storing it (the 3% solution) - what kind of bottle should I use, where should I keep it?
3- Would anyone recommend using it at my cocker spaniel ears to get rid of the wax? They are very prone to ear infections because of build up of wax.
