Goji Berry Cleansing Breakfast
- 1 mug hot Goji Berry tea (recipe below)
- Rehydrated Goji Berries from your tea preparation
- 1 organic apple
This light but delicious breakfast will give you the vitamins and antioxidants of Goji berries, the cleansing power of fresh lemon, and nutrients, fiber and energy from the apple.
Goji Berry Tea
- 1 Tablespoon Goji Berries
- 1 cup very hot water
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons raw honey
Pour hot water over Goji berries. Allow the berries to soak for 10 minutes. Remove the berries to enjoy rehydrated when they are cool. Add lemon juice and honey to your hot tea.
