Hi. I love your information and so grateful I stumbled across it. I have a couple of questions about Borax as I have terrible arthritis/trigger finger and difficulty holding things. I believe I should be using borax but made up the solution in your video and I'm taking 1 teaspoonful twice daily in a glass of water or yoghurt but it's causing discomfort in my throat. Can you recommend a good brand and should I start smaller please?also my hubby has had chronic kidney disease for 16 years and due to meds now has osteoporosis. I would love him to use it but unsure whether it's too late for him. His EGFR is 28 and creatinine is 220. Anyone help would be a blessing. Thank you

I have chosen to do the Walter Last borax protocol for my arthritis. Should I do the 5 days on/2 days off or is that just for Ted's protocol? Thanks
