Reply to Christine, I am no expert on amaroli but maybe if you took just a small amount of urine (say a teaspoon in water) or even a homeopathic dose it might help with the creatine levels. Good luck.

Hello, I was wondering if urine therapy can help in autoimmunine diseases either internal take or external use on affected skin disorder.
One important question that I couldn't find the answer for:
Is it safe and more effective to use a healthy, athletic guy mid-stream morning urine who is not using any drug or meds, for urine therapy?

Hi, I've started urine therapy for general health .
It has brought on the runs, fatigue and aches in my neck and shoulder.
I read that these are expected side effects but they didn't go on to say if the side effects meant I should stop!!
Help!!
I take no medication whatsoever! Eat healthily . No coffee, alcohol or cigarettes .
I do eat free range meat.

Urine Therapy Problem Solved
I was shocked at first to read about urine but there were enough testimonials for me to (gulp) try it. I used it inside my rubber shoes at first to see what effect it had on my horrific toenail fungus. After 2 weeks there was noticable difference. But an unfortunate side effect which was very embarassing was my work colleages reaction to the rotting smells. I stopped when I realised they could smell it. But now I have a solution. I use lavender oil mixed 10% with urine and no one can tell. It also makes my shoes more pleasant to put on I can tell you. A cheap and effective cure - and now with no side-effects.
Moles

Greetings, I wanted to know, I'd begun practicing urine therapy just a bit ago, first beginning to apply it to my face and now ingesting it. However, I wondered, I have two small moles, that I've had all my life, and which I would not like to disappear. Do you think internally ingesting urine will cause them to disappear? thanks...

This is to M from Milan, Italy. I've had great success using onion (bulb) juice on moles. It may take anywhere from a couple weeks to a month. I do not know how well it would work on fleshy moles though. Good luck!

Hi Mark, if UT works for moles would it work for brown spots (liver spots)? I tried to get rid of them with lemon juice, one got a lot lighter as I reported here a little while ago, but didn't disappear! The others stayed the same. I even taped it. Then I tried ACV but nothing changed. Then HP 3% but my skin got irritated (I used it pure) and the skin around seemed to get lighter although it went back to normal. In the pharmacy they have a few things I could try but they are quite expensive! I tried two types of cream once but they did nothing.

★★★☆☆BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS
I had read that urine therapy will cure candida. I was pretty sure that candida was a large part of my health problems, but to be sure, I did the test - I spit into a glass of water first thing in the morning and waited 30 minutes. Sure enough, there were lots of strings going from the saliva down to the bottom of the glass, starting about 5 minutes after the saliva hit the water.
I'm REALLY tired of my health problems so I wanted to have quick results. I drank about 2 oz. of urine every time I used the bathroom, for a whole day. The next day, today, as I sit here beside another glass of water with my saliva in it, I notice no strings whatsoever and it has been about an hour. I am so excited!
However, as a caution to those who take medication: I take thyroid medication, and in my haste to get rid of candida, I forgot that it might have the effect of increasing the effects of the medication, esp. with the amount I drank. Very early this morning I awoke to a VERY fast heartbeat and pounding head. I will have to reconsider whether this protocol is for me. I do NOT want to end up in the hospital with a thyroid storm! Has anyone else dealt with this? I did read where one person was able to discontinue her thyroid medication altogether while on urine therapy. Another great benefit, if possible. I will perhaps need to consult my doctor on this.

Apparently it is important to massage face hands and neck when ingesting a lot of urine to prevent racing heartbeat. This is even more important if on a urine and water fast.

How would the hypothyroidism condition/disease be monitored while on UT? This must be done correctly. Thyroid conditions are awful and frightening if left unchecked. So how are we good to go? What do we do now?

★☆☆☆☆WARNING!
Years ago I wanted to try urine therapy. Unfortunately, I suffered extremely adverse reaction in form of panic attacks accompanied by mild hallucinations. I am not given at all to these symptoms normally. I stopped the urine therapy and the symptoms took two whole months to subside. Unfortunately, after a while I wanted to try if it was really the urine therapy which caused that. Same thing happened and it took yet again 2 months until my symptoms subsided. I never had these feelings before and after.
I would have put it down to 'one of those things' but my husband - poor thing - experienced exactly the same symptoms: confidence disappeared, fearful of everyone and even a period of impotence. He immediately stopped the urine therapy - and luckily his symptoms all went away. He was wiser than me and never tried it again.
Years later I spoke to an ayurvedic therapist about this and she told me that if you have eaten meat in your life your urine is toxic and that this therapy is only safe with baby urine.
Be careful, people! Even the most benign regime does not work for everyone!

Francis, how much urine did you start with and how much do you consume now. Did you ever try the homopathic method of using drops of urine in water and shaking it numerous times and then diluting it again and repeating this method again. What ailments do you attribute this therapy having helped. Thanks, will be looking for your reply

I am curious about it but I haven't tried. I was intending to read a book about the subject first! Another concern I have is that if you have an illness, like bladder infection, it shows in your urine and they can test it so if you drink it aren't you drinking bad bacteria and so? I have read a bit about it on the Internet but this problem is never mentioned.

Urine Therapy- Penile Yeast and UTI
I had been suffering from penile yeast infection since 2 years ago. It developed into UTI yeast infection where the yeast is living in the opening of my urethra. I tried most of the remedy available, cream, coconut oil, coconut etc. It doesn't not improve my condition.
I read about urine therapy and gave it a try. My worries is that if I'll pass my yeast to my mouth or stomach, further endangering myself.
Well, I read about the substance in the urine which are anti-fungal and increased urea concentration in the urine will clear UTI problem, I gave it a try. Morning urine everyday since a week ago.
I haven't experienced oral thrust nor further development yet. However, I have less discharge from my penis but having mild sore throat developing. One positive and one negative effect.
I have confidence that this might work.

It is extremely difficult to eradicate candida if you are carrying heavy metals in your body, even if you are doing everything that works for other people. You might consider doing a zeolite supplement for awhile and try again with UT or other antifungal diets and foods after you've given your body a chance to safely excrete any heavy metals that may be harbored there. Good luck.

People in general who are successful in drinking their own urine tend to be on a vegetarian based diet. This is the secret.
Meat eaters who drink their urine will tend to have an extremely briny or salty taste. Many years ago I tried and could not tolerate the taste. The salt overwhelmed me.

Urine is another way your body will rid it's self of waist. You might smell coffee in your urine, because coffee is a diuretic, and causes you to release your body's liquids. This happens with loss stool and urine. It might be the acids in the coffee you smell. Also look at the color. If it has a lot of uric acid it will be darker. If it looks like water, you might be drinking too much water. Urine should have a light yellow color and nuetral scent. Water-soluble vitamins also affect urine. B vitamins are really strong in urine. It turns mine florescent yellow, and very strong scented.

Response to Rosy: "If it looks like water, you might be drinking too much water. Urine should have a light yellow color and neutral scent."
This is NOT correct. It's very difficult to drink too much water. Everyone should have half of their body weight in ounces of water every day. So if your 150lbs that 75 ounces of water a day. If your urine is clear when you are drinking that amount of water that's fine.
Now I don't do urine therapy but if you do then when you drink that much water your urine might not be that potent for therapy which is why I suspect that they say use first urine of the day as it is more concentrated.
Also if you are drinking the correct amount of water you need to make sure you are getting enough sodium and other minerals/electrolytes especially in the heat.

Hi everyone, I have found that drinking, gargling and sniffing fresh urine through the nostrils all help greatly with things like colds, sore throat, excess mucus etc. I recently learned that fermented urine was used in the past by Buddhist monks as medicine. I have spent a long time searching online for details on the correct way to ferment urine but found nothing. I am wondering if aged urine, kept in a sealed jar for a few days has fermented? or is it possible to lacto-ferment urine in the same way as can be done with cabbage juice, by adding whey and leaving for a day or two. Any suggestions? It strikes me that fermented urine might be even more effective than straight, fresh urine.
Another query is regarding aged urine as opposed to fresh. Is it ok to drink aged urine or not? From what I saw on other sites, some people say it is useful to drink old urine, some say it is dangerous. Has anyone experimented? Thanks!

Hi, I am trying urine therapy for last 10 years and I had problems regarding digestion and weight issues(less) all these years. Recently I stopped UT and found out that if I take anyting liquid in the morning it increases acidity. And same holds true for Urine also. Now my weight is increased but as I got to know the problem I can not drink urine on empty stomach. It increases acidity and causes mood swings makes me stressed, depressed.
Does anyone has any clue how I should drink urine without having acidity.
(I am very strict regarding what I eat . No junk foods, No bad habit, but body is of highly pitta type.)

Hello Hariom, let's see if I understood your steps. First you put a drop of urine in 5 ml of water and shake 50 times, then you do the same, take a drop, mix with 5 ml. water (in another container?) shake 50 times, and after you put the drops under your tongue and ears every two hours. Why using the 2 containerss? one for tongue and the other for ears?
And is it possible to use this remedy for Hepatitis C?
Thanks a lot.

I don't see how drinking urine could be healthy as urine is a waste product. It just does not make sense to me to put back in your body what it has put out, even if you use it externally. Besides as soon as urine gets cold it is very prone to bacteria and other germs. It is only sterile when it's hot.
