I have been using Sea Buckthorn seed for a variety of ailments, one in particular red and receding gums. It has been quite amazing. Just swish a dropper full in your mouth for a few minutes and swallow. After about a week or so, the gums start healing and tooth tartar will diminish also. Several friends and their dentist have been amazed at the results. Note this is not to be confused with sea buckthorn berry oil. Give it a try.

So, I have a few questions:

1. You are swishing with a dropper full of seeds? That seems strange. You say that it isn't Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil. But you use a dropper full of seeds?! I don't understand.

2. I have Sea Buckthorn Berry oil, cold pressed, is that what you are swishing with?

3. And what is the amazing change, you didn't specify. Can you see pockets shrink or what?

4. And where do you get the product you describe. I look forward to reading your response and some clarification.

Can you tell me which one you bought? All I see is the berry oil.

That's amazing! If it wasn't the oil, what exactly did you use, was it the juice? The only other liquid I could find all has alcohol in.
