BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS
I've had great sleep when I have been taking inositol. However, my cravings for carbohydrates has gone through the roof even when I am on a very high protein and high fibre protocol, it's as if I am constantly hungry particularly for carbs. It's as a result Derailing my weight loss efforts and had to stop taking it. I was only taking 500 mg a day. If I were to need it for sleep again, I would take 250 mg right before bed and hope that it doesn't derail my blood sugar the next day. Otherwise there's always magnesium and warm milk.
