I've had chronic leg pain for many years, and tried numerous ways to relieve it. Most don't work, or give very temporary or partial relief (OTC pain meds, capsaicin-based topical rubs, shea butter, H2O2 therapy, etc. ). I tried this week adding a few drops oil of wild oregano to almond oil and rubbing it on my legs. I wasn't entirely pain-free, but I was able to sleep all night! What a gift.
