Natural Remedies for ANCA Vasculitis

Hi all, I have a friend at work whose wife has Anca Vasculitis. Her symptoms are very similar to frostbite and she has lost a finger already due to how the condition causes poor circulation. Apparently it's quite a rare condition, and for everyone who suffers from it their symptoms can be quite different.

I asked about her eating habits and they seem to be ok consisting of mainly veg some meat but no sugar or other rubbish. I would appreciate any advice as to anything that could alleviate her symptoms as he informs me that she is quite a lot of discomfort. Kindest regards, Darren
