Preventative Usage - Lugol's Solution - Usage Adults 150 ml water add 4-5 drops. Gargle nicely and swallow it. This will kill any virus in throat. Swallowing will increase the iodine in the body increasing anti-viral activity and immunity. Take 3 days in a row every night. Give a Gap for 3 days and take it again if required.
