I use _____'s Organic Natural Apple Cider Vinegar - it is great. If you don't like the taste. use flavored or clear Stevia - 1 dropper full, 1 TBS ACV and 10-12 oz. filtered water. After you drink that, drink another glass of filtered water. The Stevia sweetens up the APV to make it veyr palatable with no calories/carbs/sugar/etc.
I also use Intramin minerals,Kyolic garlic capsules, Carlson's ACE + Zinc, milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid, tumeric, cinnamon and a few other supplements, some for BP, some for BS. Terry

I tried and tried all day to take each of the above. I tried water, acv, and honey, couldn't swallow it. I tried tea, honey and a.c.v., couldn't do it. I tried tea, honey, b.s.m, couldn't do it, I tried warm milk, honey, b.s.m. couldn't do it. Each of them made me gag then I read a post with grape juice and I tried it and IT WORKED! Grape juice with the a.c.v. you can't even taste the a.c.v. I used about 3 oz of the grape juice and swallowed fast. Then I warmed up about 1 oz of water till it was hot, disolved the b.s.m. in the hot water, put some ice cubes to make it cold and then added some cold grape juice and it worked!!!!! Now I will just need to drink plenty of water today but wanted to share for those of you looking for something to mask the taste with out gagging over the taste! Good luck and I LOVE THIS SITE!!!!

After reading so many wonderful comments and suggestions on this site I have adopted the use of both organic apple cider vinegar and organic coconut oil.
My post is to offer my own way to drink ACV, as its a cold climate here and I find this a fairly pleasant way to drink a strongly flavoured thing such as this:
I use a large mug, so you may need to adjust down accordingly.
About 1 1/2 Tsp ACV
Tablespoon of organic or raw honey
Cinnamon stick
Hot water to fill
I pop the first three into the mug and simply pour in the hot water to taste. The cinnamon has its own health benefits, and honey is not the same as sugar in terms of how our teeth, digestive systems or insulin levels react so though I do not eat much sugar I find a little of this is quite nice - and I find the cinnamon adds a nice touch.
My plan is to drink this twice a day, and we'll see how that goes for a start!
Enjoy!

8 oz. orange juice
2 tablespoons ACV
1 tablespoon lemon juice
You can't taste the ACV at all! It's a real pick me up in the morning. I automatically feel like I have more energy.
Using the V8 is a great idea though! I will have to try it out!

Only thing about V8 is it has a ton of salt in it and is acidic. You'd be better off with some honey. Hopefully u r mixing it with baking soda too. V8 is cheap also because it contains vegetables that are farmed from agribusiness, and the methods used to grow these vegetables has been controversial.

I am using ACV to detox and help with my acne, and just to be overall healthy. I was just going to make a comment about the V8 juices. I've noticed that they all have high fructose corn syrup in them. That is why I've never used them before. I think it is much healthier to mix your ACV with fresh squeezed jucies if at all possible. I've found that if I use:
1/2 to 1 fresh squeezed lemon
2 TBS of honey
1 TBS of ACV
8 to 16oz of water
*mix together, add ice, and sip through a straw*
then I can handle the taste of the ACV.

So - here's my solution for those of you that can't bear the taste: bloody mary mix. If you like bloody mary mix, you'll never taste the difference. I drink about 1/2 ounce of bloody mary mix (I use an all-natural one I found at my local grocery store) with my 2 tablespoons of acv three times a day. I will warn people that bloody mary mix has quite a bit of sodium, so keep that in mind, if you are worried about your sodium intake.
Good luck!
