Improved Dental Hygiene
★★★★★
I went to a new dentist a few months back he told me I had a lot of decay under a filling, a cap I think...and he had to take it out and prepare for an implant....I told him I didn't feel pain and no other dentist had told me this before and didn't know it was possible to get a cavity under a filling....this was before covid....but once the pandemic hit, I was scared to leave my house, ..anyway it started to bother me so I called the dentist office, they promised me it was safe to come in, they pulled the tooth and cleaned out the decay and bacteria..the hygienists told me my gums were bleeding a little and that is a sign of early gum disease....and she told me what to do..and she cleaned my gums....anyway about a week after going to the dentist I noticed no odor...I thought that was odd...
.I didn't do anything differently in my hygiene habits except my teeth cleaner... it's been a month now and no odor!!!! Hallelujah!! ...I'm finally cured, I can't believe it, this odor problem has been from my teeth all this time, how could that be??..I don't know how?..Tthe bacteria and decay from my teeth caused my body odor?... No more bad breath, no underarm odors...all odors gone!!! ......I feel like I can finally have my life back....I luv this site and come on here all the time and wanted to post my experience and maybe this can help somebody else

This is in response to your great idea for using iodine for deodorant. Using iodine in armpits has other benefits as well. Iodine is known for discouraging breast cysts and is also thought to be a deterrent to breast cancer. Since you use it under the arms.. It will get into lymph glands.. Very beneficial as deodorant and in getting iodine into glands near breasts! (Note: I suggest using the decolorized iodine to avoid "orange armpits" :) If you can't find decolorized iodine.. put some vitamin C powder in a small amount of filtered water and put on over the iodine.. It decolorizes the iodine AND Vitamin C is also a great natural deodorant! I also take Lugol's iodine orally as a deodorizing benefit, as well as the many other benefits of iodine. Have I mentioned.. I LOVE THIS SITE! All these people sharing resources and spreading knowledge.. Wish the world operated this way.. Sharing knowledge and caring for one another in this way!

Could you provide a URL link and/or a short snip segment where you got that?
It's very deficient in basic chemistry and nutrition science, to say the least. It could be that the rare person with kidney disease will have electrolyte balancing problems, but the amount of K in LUGOLS or SSKI in mere drops is puny compared to any amount of food. Directly injecting ANY substance or element into the blood without it passing FIRST through the digestive system for proper surveillance and possible sequestration WILL have deadly consequences. In a large amount, it's called a lethal injection for exactly that reason and purpose! Case in point: squalene, found naturally in shark liver oil and olive oil, where it's just one of many substances the body uses. It's a major component of the nerves' myelin sheath insulation in mammals. Yet it's been found in vaccines, and we have major autoimmune diseases like ALS, MG, MS where the body's nerve sheaths are under attack.
Plus nascent Iodine is outrageously expensive per mg of Iodine compared to LUGOLS! http://purebulk.com/atomic-iodine-2-nascent
How pure is your Atomic Iodine 2% (nascent)?
You will receive one or more dropper bottles (see above quantity) of 2% Atomic Iodine, approximately 400mcg per drop (also about 200% RDA per drop). LUGOLS has 6. 25 mg TOTAL iodines per drop, in a 2:1 ratio of KI:Iodine. So the Iodine portion is about 2. 1 mg= 2100 micrograms per drop. This is about 5 times per drop what nascent iodine products have, not even counting the blatant fact that THE PRICE is about 10 times per ml vs LUGOLS! (120 ml nascent iodine is $114, vs about $12 for a 100 ml LUGOLS)
Of course Lugols (and SSKI) has potassium in it! That's the 'K' in SSKI, and Mr. Lugol early 1800's discovered that the only way to dissolve both forms of iodine (Iodine and iodide) in water was to first dissolve the KI, then the iodine will dissolve in the water:
http://library.med.utah.edu/WebPath/HISTHTML/MANUALS/LUGOLS.PDF
That's not even considering the fact that LUGOLS, since it has BOTH forms of iodine, can supply any and every organ, gland and tissue by itself:
http://www.anticancerinfo.co.uk/Iodine.htm
The thyroid gland primarily uses iodide as does the skin; the breast and prostate glands use iodine; and other tissues including the kidneys, spleen, liver, blood, salivary glands and intestines can use either form.

I agree completely with Tom from Regina. For those people who doubt or are afraid of Lugol Iodine's efficacy, it would be useful to research the older history of Lugol Iodine's use -- which started round about 1829 when lugol's was discovered. Since this time, Lugol's Iodine was used quite successfully against the Asian Flu Epidemic of 1918, used for hypo and hyperthyroidism and was used regularly as a successful cure for allergies such as asthma in 6-9 mgs amounts as well as for a host of other ailments, including candida(Google "Orian Truss Candida").
Current research by the Iodine Project highlights the benefits of larger dose iodine -- backed up by the most current and up to date independent research, and also highlights something called "iodophobia" -- the successful spread, by the drugs companies, of the fear of iodine poisoning in order to belittle and sidetrack lugol's efficacy and thereby to simultaneously promote their own horrific synthetic drugs instead. Why else is lugol's iodine now sold only in 2 oz bottles? And why else is it so hard to purchase the original strength 5% Lugol's now? And, if it's so dangerous or poisonous, why is it so easy to buy Lugol's Iodine for you're dog, cat or horse from the vet?
It is only since the 1950s -- with the advent of the notorious Wolff-Chaikoff Effect report on Iodine's efficacy, that suggested iodine was both poisonous if taken in higher amounts than 1 mg and therefore useless if taken for hypo and hyperthyroid conditions. Dr Abraham's demolished the Wolff-Chaikoff findings as truly amatuerish research, that was simply used as "spoiler research" or "scare research" in order to destroy lugol iodine's useful medical reputation.
Here is Dr Abraham's rebuttal to the Wolf-Chaikoff research findings:
The Wolff-Chaikoff Effect: Crying Wolf?
And here is a link to a huge amount of other independent research on iodine -- which seems to heal everything from flu to fibroids to fibrocystic breast disease to candida to cancer -- but only in amounts over 100 or 1000 times greater than the current RDA of 150 micrograms a day. Here is the link to alot of the current iodine research:

Lemon and Water
★★★★★
I have been suffering from very bad body odor all my life. I have to wash twice a day and use antiperspirants (which I am not so comfortable with). Then a friend told me about lemon water and it works wonders. First thing in the morning mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with a cup of water and drink. Make sure you don't have anything before it. Basically what it does is detoxes your liver so it has to be the first thing through your system. After a couple of days the odor was gone! No more antiperspirant! I do this everyday. If I miss a day, the odor returns. I have been doing this for about 8 months now and it is still just as effective.

Well if you are a meat eater then yes you will get a musty smell under your arms because the meat is rotting in your tummy and coming out through your pores when you sweat. I noticed that when I ate no meat that the limes worked for me but when I ate meat even just one day I'd get a musty smell when I sweat so food for thought ❤️❤️❤️

Against body odor i use lime under my armpits. Works like a charm and is oh so cheap. i keep half of a lime in a small container in the bathroom and use it maybe three days and than use the other half that i have refrigirated.
My job involves some heavy work and also with workouts nd i would sweat so much, that i couldnt get it out of my clothes, but then i remembered this old, simple remedy and i am sticking to it. It worked for me on the very first day. But some people need to use it for a week, but it is amazing
Maybe lemons will do the trick to, but this is the way that it has been done in my country for ages.
Hope it helps.

Lemon Water Spray Deodorant
Lakewood organic lemon juice from Whole Foods. There are no chemicals, preservatives, or additives. There may be a little pulp at the bottom of the bottle. In an 8-ounce misting spray bottle, fill 3/4 of the bottle with lemon juice and 1/4 of the bottle with tap water. Don't get any of the pulp into the spray bottle; it could clog the spray tube. Shake well and apply 5 pumps* to each clean underarm. I fan my arms for a few seconds before getting dressed, but you don't have to. The citric acid in the lemon juice prevents bacteria and odor from ever forming under your arms. You still perspire, which is good and healthy. The spray has lasted well into the next day for me. The best thing is that I am not allergic to it: no skin tenderness, no itching, no rash.
I had been using baking soda in every possible recipe and ratio as an excellent deodorant, BUT, it created the worst itchy skin rash that left my armpits tender and darkly discolored. Even though it was effective, the discomfort under my arms wasn't worth the continued use.
So after researching other natural deodorants, I discovered that people used sliced lemon as an effective deodorant. I thought rubbing actual fruit would be cumbersome and costly, so I decided to try lemon juice to make a spray. It's truly natural and organic compared to baking soda and it works! Plus, within the first week of me using the lemon water deodorant, the lemon significantly lightened the darkness under my arms that the baking soda caused. My 9-year-old was using a less synthetic deodorant (Lafe's) that contains mineral salts (I wasn't totally crazy about that, even though many people think it's natural), but is now using lemon water spray too, and has had no odor, no sensitivity, and is quite happy with it.
I hope someone here can benefit from it as well. Just remember to use organic lemon juice, NOT the stuff in the plastic lemon-shaped bottle with chemicals in it. Keep the opened lemon juice bottle in the refrigerator until you are ready to refill your deodorant spray bottle.
* 5 pumps may seem like a lot, but it's really not for a sprayer that mists fine droplets. The mist will distribute over your underarm skin more evenly. A sprayer that produces larger droplets won't get good coverage and will have the liquid running down your sides and make the application of the deodorant messy. Good luck and enjoy!
Liquid Kelp Mineral Water
★★★★★
Based on what I learned from this site, I used PH strips and found that my body was VERY ALKALINE! That strong body odor was an amonia-like smell that my body was producing because of a vitamin or mineral deficiency.
I was having other symptoms that related to exhausted adrenal glands, and found that iodine sometimes helps this. I started taking liquid kelp drops and in a few days my PH was in the normal range, and the body odor was gone. Completely gone! I'm going try Lugol's next because I can't get my body temperature all the way up to normal and my skin is still sucking up the iodine quickly when I paint.
I am still trying to figure out how to handle the hair growth (chin, abdomen), and I am experimenting with mega doses of folic acid (and B12), as I hear that this has helped others. Licorice root, Omega 3s, ridding my body of metals, saw palmetto, etc. didn't help. I also now only drink mineral water. If you have any ideas, I'd love to know of them. I love this site. Thanks.
