Hi All, Yes I use Ted's remedies nearly daily. Basically I use the CarBiCarb with ACV as well as a heaped tblsp of cornflour (and half a lemon/lime) as an energy drink at the gym, or for playing golf or rugby - or whatever. I sometimes use ACV straight as a tummy 'settler' also when I've pigged too much. Further, I just can't say enough good things about borax. It's best just to forget ANY past negative ideas about borax (chemically its nothing but a freshwater salt), but its the business!!! Do some research. If nothing else just here on EC. Life without borax was sometimes something of a struggle. Now I can do 36 holes of golf straight and dance the night away (Ceroc/Jiving) - and get up and do the same thing the next day.

Well, this is my 4th day using vinegar in hopes of helping my arthritis. Wrote in last week saying I'd let you know how its going. I stand truly amazed. I don't even recognize my body. The aches thus far, are 99% gone. I literally can jump up out of a chair. What an absolute miracle. I am speechless. As for weight? Yes! I've noticed a bit of a change already. Will let you know more.

I mixed 1 tablespoon of acv with 1 teaspoon of raw honey in 6 oz of water and drank it three times a day. It instantly cured my arthritis, I was suprised. And my appetite is suppressed. I recommend this to anyone , oh and i do not have to take an allergy pill' I highly recommend this to anyone who has any kind of problem. my grandpa used to use this and he is 76 years old healthy.

I haven't got arthritis. The Mrs had it quite badly, but apparently its now in remission and it dosn't bother her. She takes root ginger tea, with a couple of capfulls of ACV. And a teaspoon of honey every evening. The amount of ginger is about a cubic inch diced up and put in a cup, then pore some boiling water to half fill the cup and leave it to steep for a couple of hours. When you want to drink, (save the ginger by straining the juice, and pour boiling water on it and let it steep in another cup, there still plenty of ginger oils left for another round and will be ok for another cupfull). Top the first cup up with boiling water and add the honey and vinegar. It takes a few days to feel the benifit as the ginger is acumulative. But the science says its as good as Iboprophin for pain, with no side effects. She also takes a 500mg vitamin c.
When I had a bad back the ginger cleared it up in a week, I dont know if it was arthuritis. For the past three months I've been juicing beet apple and carrots, and putting a capful of ACV with a squeeze of lemon in before drinking the concoction. This seems to be maintaining my health really well and after some exercise, like a brisk walk there is definiatly less fatigue involved than before. More than a glassful and the urine goes red, I was taking a glass morning and evening, but it seems quite potent so dropped it to a morning one.

I have had good luck with vinegar, honey and warm water. I didn't think it worked but when I didn't take it for a few days I was in a lot of pain. Back to my drink! Also, I had cortisone shot which didn't help.

I woke up another sleepless night-- my arthritis has been the worst this year-- At 51, I thought, I can't believe I am gonna end up in this kind of pain. I read the story from Sandy, from Merced CA and thought how that could be me. Then I read the rest of the stories. It was 6 am, and I thought what do I have to lose. I ran out and purchased ACV- Warmed up a bowl and immediately my hands felt 100% better. I am gonna try the drink mixture later of ACV & Honey. I AM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS. THANK YOU ALL.

Apple Cider Vinegar is the best thing that works for my fathers arthritis. When it gets so painful on his hands and arms he soaks a cloth or hand towel with apple cider vinegar (and wrings it out so that is is not dripping). He then wraps it around his hand and arm and puts a plastic bag over it (because the smell is so strong and also so that it keeps the cloth in tact, and keeps the vinegar of of contact with anything). He leaves this on for about 1/2 hour a few times a day. This really helps reduce the pain and it also gets his hands and fingers mobile again. He does reuse the same saturated cloth several times so he does not need to use so much acv. The other thing that helps him reduce his pain quickly is he heats them up by his wood stove. Out of many things he has tried these are the ones that work for him the best. So good luck. Let others know if this worked for you too. Thanks Ted and everyone else for all the great info.

★★★★☆BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS
I had been drinking 1 TBSP each of ACV and store-bought honey with really warm water morning and night. I began to really like the taste of it and it seemed to be helping my arthritis (I'm 53). BUT -- my teeth began hurting after several months. I think the acid was destroying my teeth. I wonder if the baking soda would help? I have granuloma annulare on both hands and arms-- a nasty, ugly, painless rash-- and it really lessened while I was taking the ACV. My boss and coworker noticed that it really had mostly gone away, so that was exciting. But I've shied away from the ACV because of my teeth. I will try it again with the little bit of baking soda. Thanks!

I used to drink acv & honey 2 x a day and for some reason stopped. Started noticing a lot of pain in both elbows. Dr. said it was arthritis. Told me to stop lifting weights. I didn't completely stop, but did slow down. Started drinking the acv & honey 2 x a day again, for allergies. While looking at your website, it occured to me that I have not been having pain while lifting weights, even though I had increased the weight amount. I used to not be able to touch the bones on the sides of either elbow without it hurting...I just touched them and there is NO PAIN!! I really hadn't thought about the difference until I was reading your website. ACV & honey will be taken EVERY DAY...TWICE A DAY. Two capfuls of acv & 9 squirts of honey/2 tablespoons full. This stuff REALLY, REALLY, WORKS!!!

1 Tablespoon ACV with 2 Tablespoons water a day cured my arthritis and hot flashes. My friend told my husband and I to take ACV for our sore wrists and hands and we started 2 mos. ago. After one mo. I noticed I had absolutly NO hot flashes. This amazed me. I really had them bad night and day. I also noticed no acid reflux (quit taking my prilosec a month ago) and no restless legs to speak of. I also feel I have lost a couple of lbs. Of Course the hand and wrist pain is gone. This is probably crazy but my eyelashes are longer. Pretty funny huh?

Just a bit more on the apple cider vinegar, for arthitis. Ive found out that apparently apple trees are sprayed with Boron.. If they arn't the fruit has depressed brown spots that are the signs of the Boron deficiency.. By observing the amount of YEAS for apple cider vinegar. Then reading about the boron and arthritis thread I put two and two together. My wife dosnt like the taste of ACV. And she has Osteo arthritis... I've just taken the liberty of getting her six weeks supply of 3mg boron capsules, the fact she is post menopausal and its supposed to be the natural equivelent to HRT. As well! .. I'll stay posting on this in a few weeks to see what happens.

This is an update on my wife's Arthritis.. Due to all the natural cures and ideas posted. With her aquiesence I decided to "shotgun" the condition provided the "naturals" were not harmful. She is off the Prednisone with no problems. Her rhumatoid factor results are normal.. But the Rhumitologist wanted her to stay on a low dose of Methotrexate 10mg a week because he was worried it might flare up. I have the suspicion that the drug might not be standing much of a chance with regards to the amount of antioxidents in the shotgun mix. Health wise she's really good, and the condition she's had for at least twenty years isnt impacting her life at all.
Here is a list of what she's taking.. I subsituted the prednisone with a cup of ginger root tea, with a teaspoon of honey, and a cap of ACV. in it before bed.... 1000mg of vitamin C.. 3mg of Boron.. One Centrum over fifties vitamin and mineral pill.... 2 capsules of 450mg Devils claw... Selenium with ACand E... 1 zinc B6 and Magnesium... 3 high potency fish oil caspsules.... And MSM.... I had to drop the Glucosamine and Chondritin.. due to the headaches, caused by the mix of MSM and Chondritin. (thanks to whoever posted that information). These went when it was dropped.. But definitaly maintained the MSM.. I didnt want to just use Boron as copper and all the rest of the minerals are all notes in the music.. (So to speak). Theirs also a teaspoonful of virgin Coconut oil everyday. Her skin is lookin, really good and any post menopausal symptoms are non existent. In fact after two months of this shes definitly not having any problems.

Reading all the testimonies of ACV I was hopeful, however, after 3 weeks I find that my lower back pain (diagnosed as spinal arthritis) has not changed. Have been faithful taking 1 tbls with honey and water 3 times a day. Since no one is making money pushing organic ACV, I thought it was worth a try but I am about to give up. Steve

ACV for arthritis and nail fungus, and heartburn
I have been using organic apple cider vinegar daily for about 8 months now, internally and for nail fungus. It has been a godsend for my arthritis. I no long take pain killers for the pain and swelling in my hands and knees. Ted's recipe for toenail fungus has worked also, though it took a several months, my toenail is now just about normal.

I have been taking ACV for almost a month. I started taking it for arthritis which developed in my hands and feet this winter. I noticed almost immediately that the pain was gone, I was truly amazed. Another great side effect is that my adult acne has all but disappeared, and my skin is much softer, wrinkles less prominent, my nails are stronger, too. After researching the internet (including this site) I decided I also wanted to try ACV for weight loss as well. I want to lose about 60 lbs. total and in spite of eating a pretty healthy diet and being active I'm still overweight. I have not heard anyone else report this but since I have been taking ACV I've noticed my body shape is different, my waist is definitely a bit smaller, etc. but my clothes fit exactly the same. So I am not losing much weight yet. I will stick with ACV for all the other great benefits but the jury is still out on the weight loss.

I tried ACV for UTI's with great success and have already written in about that. I am also loosing weight, and my arthritis symptoms have completely disappeared.
I also installed a reverse osmosis water filter to remove fluoride from my drinking water. I don't know if it is the ACV, or the fluoride free water that is making a difference, but I feel great. I have more energy and no more "brain fog"! My pain is gone! Maybe it is the combination, but it works!
