I have found organic apple cider vinegar to be very helpful with a compost allergy and dry bronchiastis. Two bottle caps twice a day either in sweet apple juice or just cut with water and honey. It's so effective that I have discontinued Flixotide steroid treatment.

I had tried getting off advair and albuterol w/minimal success. Tried a lot "natural" remedies w/o prolonged sucess. I tried acv last week, and haven't had to use advair (a steriod) since. I have had to use my inhaler about once a day so far but not yet today....hopefully I can wean off that too.

One tablespoon diluted in water after each meal and at bedtime. Started sleeping thru the night without awakening - from the very first night. However, it made my bowels "overactive", so I cut down the dose. Had recurrent reflux, so gradually increased the dose to the initial level, this time with the bowels cooperating. I have been taking it for 3 1/2 months now and it's nearly perfect. I have only had breakthru reflux if I eat way too much starchy food at dinnertime. An extra 1 T dose fixes that if it occurs I can even eat out at Mexican restaurants and have big helpings, and still do ok. And it's really cheap (especially compared to Prilosec)!!!!! It seems to reduce the pressure in the gut so there is less pressure at the esophageal gastric junction. I don't suppose this will work for everyone. There may be more than one mechanism for reflux. Of course the sphincter is looser as we get older, but increased gut pressure from less efficient digestion may be part of the cause, too. By the way, my asthma is completely gone, too!

I have been using the apple cider vineger and honey treatment for 3 days now and last night was the first time, during my martial arts class, that i was able to make it all the way through the class without using tan inhaler. the inhaler didn't always work. my lungs didn't become restricted while breathing heavy and i was able to take normal breaths while running. i am amazed at the effectiveness of this natural cure and have already passed it on to family and friends. it is working great, for me, so far and i will continue to take it and i will not be using my inhaler anymore.

I am taking ACV for asthma & sinus problems. Also using it for weight lost, just found that out today. I was glad to try an over-the -counter remedy for my ailments. I hate using prescribed medicine because they don't resolve the problem, instead it just makes it worse. I have being health conscious since I was 16, and surprised when my doctor told me I had developed asthma; which he stated was triggered by my allergies. Before I found your site I had been using a vitamin NAC, Quercetin, fish oil, etc., to keep my asthma at bay; but I had two asthma attacks in April, when everything started blooming. I didn't want to take steroids, so I went on the internet and found your site, since I wanted to do it naturally and not by a prescription. I am very happy to say that ACV has worked for me. I take two TBSP a day straight up, it has also helped with my sinus problem, and allergies. I love it, and just to think I had the cure for my asthma in my cupboard all that time and didn't know it. I'm also going to try the other remedies for losing weight. Will let you know how it turns out.

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water cured tightness in my chest and throat due to asthma. When visiting my boyfriend in Connecticut, I had an asthma attack and didn't have my inhaler. After I regained my breath I drank this mixture and almost instantaneously the tightness in my chest and throat relaxed and the wheezing, uncomfortable breathing stopped.

Hi; I have just talked with Delena my daughter who has asthma, and she told me that she always wake up stuffy and wheezy and she said she started Sunday and her first dose gave her heartburn but she was ok after that but she stated to me that she doesn't wake up stuffy and wheezy anymore. She is convinced on this and is talking to her husband's parents about the AVC.

I have had asthma for 28 years adult onset at 42 yrs old I have been on aerobid and singular plus albuterol I have had to use albuterol from 2 to 4 times a day depending on weather, exercise, etc. I have tried all types of remedies and nothing seemed to help. I do cardio work and other exercise to maintain good overall health and I believe that keeps my asthma from becoming worse. My brother then recommended 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and honey which I take every morning before breakfast, after a week I noticed I was not closing up during exercise and using my albuterol less after several weeks I was not using my albuterol at all and I stopped taking the singular. I have been taking the vinegar for 3 months, and I am now down to 2 puffs of aerobid (inhaled steroid) once a day, I have no breathing problems at night or when I do cardio or exercise workouts. I will cutting out the aerobid this week as a trial peroid and give a comment in about a month on how it is going, I highly recommend it for people with asthma it may be the ticket to getting off medication.

I stopped using an inhaler and singulair tablets for asthma as soon as I took 2 tbsp ACV. Then I took 1 tsp 2 times after 3 days. It still is helping after 2 weeks. No more shortness of breath and sinus problems.

I was using two separate types of inhalers a day & heard that 1 tblsp. honey & 1 tblsp. vinegar was good for sore throat. I started taking 4 times a day in 6 oz. of water & guess what? No inhaler & no asthma since. I use Texas honey and organic vinegar. No more steriods or medication!
