After 20 years of chasing down fibromyalgia docs, alternative, I now have spect & bone scans showing inflammation all down my spine. The mid neck is just a ball of fire & need a discechtomy & fusion put on hold because of the corona virus. But I remember I was told 20 years ago I had stage 4 spine calcification & it was too hard to treat. As I'd already been in pain for 7 years I just cried & had no idea what it meant + I developed adrenal, thyroid, liver, kidney, pancreatic, toxicities, mineral deficiencies. Those mcs symptoms & being homeless distracted me from the spinal issues. I had no idea I had a viral & bacterial infection list as long as my arm. all mycoplasma, rr, bmf, ebv, cmv, cpn, h pylori. I read ca can be lay down in response to inflammation, infection, trauma. I have no idea if all this is related or I have a couple of different issues going on. I was hopeful when the operation was booked but now its not & I have read there is no cure for a calcified spine I cannot go on. The pain is severe!! I listen to peoples social isolation. They have no idea. Really on your own & for 2 decades not 2 months. I never get a phone call, email on my birthday ever. Or any other day. People should try real isolation before winging. Anyway, how can I fix a calcified spine?

Pain and muscle cramps: Vinegar truly helps with the pain of calcium deposits and muscle cramps. I drink the mixture and rub vinegar on my toes. Instant relief on the toes.

I too have had increased gout attacks by taking ACV. It's actually a positive response because the urate crystal deposits are beginning to dissolve, which causes attacks. I've had three doctors tell me that exact same thing. So I say keep up with the ACV.

BORAX removes calcium from soft tissue back into bones and teeth. But you need all minerals in balance if you want to be healthy . Getting healthy usually requires all hell breaking its grip so you feel like ....well, you know. I recommend slow, low dose to minimize discomfort and take chanca piedra as it releases calcium from soft tissue and exits the body sometimes as stones....ooucha maholy. Read before you dive. XOXO charity : )

Is there a cure for shoulder Calcium deposits? as per this website I tried apple cider vinegar, magnesium and chanca piedra. None of them have made an ounce of difference and I'm still in agony so I'd say dont waste your money with these three items.

That is a good recipe for Apple Cider Vinegar. One could substitute lemon juice for lime juice if preferred. Make sure the ACV is organic and has the "Mother" included in it. Probably a waste of time otherwise! Also, and this is important, always shake the bottle prior to taking in order to mix it up. In addition, one should rinse one's mouth out straight away afterwards and it is often recommended to brush teeth maybe twenty minutes later so as to preserve the enamel on your teeth.
Some folks sip through a straw or they slug it all down in one shot, in order to care for their enamel.
I recommend starting with a single tablespoon and gradually work up to two as you get used to the brew.
I have a lot of faith in ACV since reading Dr. Jarvis's book on the subject many years ago.

Beware of agave nectar, it's just like fructose corn syrup.. Look up Dr. Mercola's info on that subject. It's one of the pages with good info on the subject.

A great way to drink ACV daily is to make this drink:
- 2 Tablespoons organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- Stevia (a sweetener) (to taste-I use 2 packets)
- Ice Water
- 1 quart-sized jar
It is much easier to drink ACV when it tastes delicious!

I want to drink the ACV and honey to dissolve my calcium deposits, but that much honey would make me even fatter, since I must count carbs. Would the apple cider vinegar do the job without the honey in it?
